Got the pumpkin curry with grilled salmon. It was perfectly hot and savory, a little spicy. Very good on a chilly day. Lots of other good options as well. Had the chicken sate for an appetizer, also very delicious with the peanut sauce.

By far one of the friendliest and most welcoming places in Berlin. Germany may not have the best reputation for customer service, but this spot truly stands out; the staff are warm, smiling, and professional, and the food is of outstanding quality. Thanks to Gorla and her team 👍😍

We were here with a group for a business lunch and had a set menu. The food was quite good, but nothing special for my taste. The sauces were very overpowering. The service was a bit slow, and we had to wait a long time for drinks. It was very crowded that evening, which made it quite noisy.

Absolutely fantastic! You get first-class, authentic food that immediately transports you to Thailand! The atmosphere is modern and very stylish, so you quickly feel at home (if that's your thing). The kitchen is open, and there's a big sign saying no artificial flavor enhancers are used – great! By the way, don't be afraid of the spice scale; I had three or four out of five chilies, and it was still very mild! I'll definitely be back!

After a long time, we finally returned to Goodtimes, and as always, it was a real experience! The prices may be a bit higher, but every dish is absolutely delicious and a true explosion of flavors. We were also warmly welcomed by the staff and attentively accompanied us throughout the evening, which made it all the more special. A thoroughly enjoyable evening in a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you so much for that. We're already looking forward to our next visit and say, see you soon!

Very tasty Thai dishes, I'll be back!

I can only recommend this restaurant with reservations. The food was okay; we had red curry with tofu. The amount of rice was a bit small for our liking. The service was fast, but they didn't ask if we had any other requests. The atmosphere is chilly, and there was a bit of a draft at our seats. I didn't find the restrooms as clean as I'd expect in a restaurant. In the end, the value for money wasn't right for us.

Truly a league above standard Thai restaurants - unique gourmet Thai, generous portions, great ingredients, fantastic taste. One of the best Asian meals we've had in Berlin so far.

The place is called goodtime, but for me it was more of a bad time. I have never experienced such unfriendly staff, bad food, and the highlight was that guests were not allowed to use the toilet and had to go to the neighboring restaurant instead. Then it turned out that the water pipes were broken and they actually shouldn’t even be operating. I don’t even want to imagine how they cook and wash their hands without water!

Took a long time before I was served. Nice menu with plenty of options. Also nice special drinks (alcohol free). The food was OK/Good but nothing more than that. I truly enjoyed it but my overall experience was a 7 out of 10.

Sep 2025: Food was excellent in quality and taste. Service was excellent. Atmosphere: Bright and friendly, but very loud. The soundproofing is poor. It's very easy to understand communication from "two tables away." Definitely recommended!

I can not find the right words to describe how amazing the food is here. Every dish was incredible, we ordered lemongrass chicken, tom yum, nasi goreng and drinks, everything was perfect. Gonna be the regular clients now

We spontaneously stopped by for lunch today. We didn't know where to go, being strangers in Berlin. We haven't eaten this well in a long time. Fresh ingredients, salmon au point, crunchy vegetables, and a sauce you could bathe in. Thank you so much for this wonderful culinary experience. P.S.: I'm a cook.

There's absolutely nothing to complain about! The food tastes soooo good 😍 Super friendly staff, everything was quick, and the atmosphere is incredibly lovely. Especially the back/courtyard! Everything is clean and tidy, just as you'd expect.

We actually really enjoy eating at Good Time and have been here several times. We also celebrated our daughter's confirmation there, and the guests were thrilled. The food is freshly prepared in the visible kitchen, and we find it very tasty. However, we've noticed that the furnishings are neglected and aren't being repaired anymore. For example, a few tabletops by the window are wobbling, which is very annoying while eating, and the toilet paper holder in the women's restroom has been missing for two visits, leaving the roll on the floor. The wall decor in the restaurant also seems somewhat unimaginative. That's a shame and not worthy of an upscale restaurant.

I recently dined at Goodtime, a stylish Thai-Indonesian spot nestled in Berlin’s Mitte district, and walked away impressed — though not entirely blown away. The flavors—from sweet basil to tender eggplant and green beans—were well balanced, and I could tell the kitchen paid attention to freshness and harmony in the spice blend  . The rice served alongside was a standard but solid companion: neither soggy nor overly dry, and it did its job cleaning up every last drop of curry . On the drinks side, I had both rosé wine and champagne, which felt like a fun, slightly indulgent pairing. The ambience at Goodtime—modern, with an open kitchen that adds a bit of theatrical flair—matched that elevated mood  . Service was generally decent. It’s the kind of place where the staff seem efficient and unobtrusive, which supports the relaxed but classy vibe. That said, some diners have pointed out that the atmosphere can feel a bit loud or busy, especially during peak hours—but I didn’t find it distracting  . The pricing sits firmly in the mid-to-upper range for Berlin—reasonable given the central location, polished presentation, and well-executed food. Overall, Goodtime delivered a satisfying night out. The green curry stood out with its flavor and balance; the drinks added a celebratory touch; and the setting felt both contemporary and welcoming. I’d happily return, especially when craving elevated Thai fare in the heart of Mitte.

We visited around 8 PM on a weekday. The interior of the restaurant is quite spacious and has a fancy atmosphere. I sat at a table near the entrance, in a slightly darker part of the restaurant. That section felt relatively quiet, while the area further inside was brighter and had a livelier, noisier vibe. I ordered the Nasi Goreng. The portion size was just right—not too small, not too big. That said, it did feel a bit pricey for what it was.

Found this restaurant recommendation on trip advisor and so glad we went! Absolutely stunning inside and staff couldn't have been nicer. Having lived in Thailand for a few months, I can honestly say the food was the closest to eating in Thailand I have experienced since leaving... so fragrant and flavourful. I was in the mood for a lychee martini which wasn't on the menu and the barman kindly made us both one on request, despite not having made one before. Amazing experience from start to finish and really busy on a Monday evening which is a great sign! Highly recommend. 🌟

Delicious padtai and really nice place!

Fair but loud. Business lunch with Pad Thai...was okay. There were only 3 shrimp in the meal, I would have expected a bit more. €23 for a drink, starter, and main course is great. Service was attentive.

Great food. We ordered the letem salad (mango avocado one), Gra Pau, and Pad thai with beef (not on the menu), along with green tea. The food was really good but the Gra Pau was not very spicy (it’s 3 spices on the menu). It was still pretty tasteful. The salad was amazing though!! Good place if you want a good Thai meal. Service is alright (bit of time to get attention) though our servers were very sweet.

The food was good, but one meal was forgotten. The water we ordered was served in a large bottle instead of a small one—after a long wait. The waitress reacted extremely rudely to our request to change this, telling us to order correctly in the future! I remembered the Good Time restaurant on Kudamm and therefore had somewhat higher expectations. The food was delicious and the service friendly. The ambiance itself was very nice; you can see it in the photos; a lot of effort was put into it. What is an absolute must for me, however, is the acoustics. Especially when it's a bit crowded, which was the case on this Friday evening, it's incredibly loud because no attention has been paid to acoustics. This makes it extremely difficult to entertain yourself, and I find that very unpleasant. Otherwise, a highly recommended restaurant.

The best shrimp Pad Thai I ate in Germany, it was simply delicious or too much flavor and I thought the portion was pretty good. Totally recommended and the place is very nice.

Food was great, i was honestly kinda afraid the food would be mid considering the mid/high price, but i was pleasantly suprised, the servers were nice, and the atmosphere wasn’t the best because it was really noisy, although that’s because the restaurant was at maximum capacity when we were there.

We received a very friendly welcome and were given a great place where we immediately felt at home. When it came to choosing the food, we provided really excellent advice when we had questions - very attentive and competent. In both cases the food was really tasty and of high quality. We found the prices absolutely fair for the quality offered. Overall, a thoroughly successful visit – we would love to come back!

We often and happily go to this restaurant. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The cuisine is excellent and we will be back soon-

So I've been here more than 10 times. Unfortunately the last few times there has been a loss of quality. Today there were obviously more feverish ones and the door opened every two minutes and the restaurant was constantly cold. Instead of the service staff paying attention, they were also annoyed that you said that. All the complaints and she says he'll be right back :/ it was very, very unpleasant to be cold and eat.

Just came from there. The toilet is broken so you have to go across the terrace to another toilet. So the patio door was open all the time and you were partially freezing. When ordering, the apparently new employee had ZERO idea about the dishes and interrupted the order a few times because she had to run to the open patio door, etc. And all of that at prices that weren't exactly cheap. This was a recommendation from friends but they themselves won't go there anymore.

This place is excellent! The food was wonderful and the service too. I would 100% recommend it for lunch or dinner. Worth every cent.

I ordered Somtam. The taste was not good at all. It must be made for foreigners, not for Thais. But Tom Yum Kung was delicious and the spicy duck was delicious. Thank you.

No big words: just perfect. And it has to be brutally hot. This Thai restaurant also advertises that it does not use flavor enhancers. Unfortunately I can check it. All I can say is that it tastes good. In addition, the employees are very quick. We didn't arrive until around 11 p.m., even though the place closes at midnight. Nevertheless, we were served the food exceptionally quickly. And even though we were only out shortly after midnight, no one put any pressure on us and everyone remained friendly. Edit 2025: Everything is still perfect today. Fast service even when the store is packed.

The store is also very clean and beautiful! I can't remember the name of the menu, but I ordered beef and pad thai served in the spiciest and most(?) expensive pan! It was delicious and delicious, but the disappointing thing is that it doesn't have a very special taste (it's delicious), but I think it's a bit difficult to understand the quantity and taste for the price! I visited Good Time in Berlin and overall I was very satisfied. The restaurant is decorated in a beautiful and tasteful Asian style and looks inviting. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which I always find very nice. The service was extremely friendly and attentive - you immediately feel at home here. For starters I ordered Duck in Pajamas. The duck is served with cucumber, onion and a delicious plum sauce in a mini pancake - the taste is really excellent! My main course, Ped Kiemao (crispy duck on a bed of vegetables in spicy sauce), was a taste surprise. The spiciness - stated as three out of five on the menu - was very intense and just short of the pain threshold, but the quality of the dish was convincing. I found it particularly positive that the food was served fresh and hot straight from the kitchen. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant that I would happily visit again. A little note for those who are sensitive to sharpness: It's better to ask beforehand.

We have been going to Good Time relatively often for many years and have always been satisfied. Even if the menu is not very extensive, there is something for every taste. The dishes are very authentic, fresh, crunchy and well seasoned. The service is consistently perfect, fast and friendly. Unfortunately, in the restaurant, which is always well-filled, it is often very loud.

I found the vegetarian menu to be very small. It was also very loud in the restaurant so we couldn't have a conversation.

Tasty Asian dishes. Main courses range in price between €20-30. The range of vegetarian dishes could perhaps be a little more varied. The quality of the food is good. The prices for drinks correspond to the level of Berlin-Mitte. However, cocktails are a bit expensive. In contrast to tea, coffee and espresso were unfortunately served too cold. In the restaurant itself I might have wished for 2-3 degrees C more (January). The service was nice and attentive.

Delicious food but the restaurant is very noisy

The starter soup from the lunch menu was very tasty. Afterwards I tried the duck with curry, unfortunately the dish didn't live up to my expectations. The vegetables were watery, which negatively affected the consistency of the sauce and affected the overall flavor. Despite the appealing ambience and friendly service, I cannot recommend the dish due to the lack of taste and would probably not come by again.

This restaurant is a bit expensive. The lunch menu includes one appetizer and is reasonably priced. Although the amount of food is not large, I think the quality of the food is high. I think the overall seasoning of the food was well balanced. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

I've known Goodtime for probably 15 years or more. The last time I was there was in 2019 and everything was always great and very satisfactory. I was there again recently and I have to say it was disappointing compared to before. The food was still very tasty, I have to say, and the cocktails also tasted very good. But compared to 5 years ago, the food wasn't served as decoratively as I knew it to be. The ambience was also a little different than I remembered. But the most disappointing thing was the service. The water was carelessly poured into the glasses, spilling half the table. A cloth for wiping was only available upon request. While we sat there (2.5 hours in total) we weren't even asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We asked once and then we didn't ask anymore. Sorry guys, but you could have easily sold 6 more drinks at our table! I didn't find it particularly exciting that the first meal from the three of us was on the table a maximum of 5 minutes after we ordered. Real quality is characterized by the fact that it takes a little longer because it is freshly prepared. Sorry but for the price it's not worth it. The restaurant was also surprisingly empty...I know that differently from the past. It's a shame but I won't be coming back.

My wife and I went here for the first time. It's very close to Hilton and even closer to Hausvogtei station. The ambiance is excellent. The food is delicious and the service is warm and friendly. Highly recommended

The food was fantastic. The service staff are quick and friendly. The majority of us had special requests, which worked out great and was no problem at all. A great evening. However, if you like silence while eating, you should think about it, because the open kitchen and the bustling atmosphere make it anything but quiet. It was really great and a clear recommendation for a Thai meal!!!

It was a wonderful experience. We had supper here, and it was so tasty (we ordered duck "spring rolls" [I'm sorry, i don't remember the name exactly] and pad thai and it was soooooooo good), and the service was excellent. I think the quality-price ratio is pretty good, and I can't wait to return.
