Good Time Restaurant in Berlin

The food was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The store is also very clean and beautiful! I can't remember the name of the menu, but I ordered beef and pad thai served in the spiciest and most(?) expensive pan! It was delicious and delicious, but the disappointing thing is that it doesn't have a very special taste (it's delicious), but I think it's a bit difficult to understand the quantity and taste for the price! But the service was so good that I left feeling happy! The taste and service were good and good!

Starters and drinks good, main courses ok, but nothing special... there are numerous other Thais that are cheaper and better. Service was also very slow and you had to wait a long time, but they were still very nice.

I visited Good Time in Berlin and overall I was very satisfied. The restaurant is decorated in a beautiful and tasteful Asian style and looks inviting. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which I always find very nice. The service was extremely friendly and attentive - you immediately feel at home here. For starters I ordered Duck in Pajamas. The duck is served with cucumber, onion and a delicious plum sauce in a mini pancake - the taste is really excellent! My main course, Ped Kiemao (crispy duck on a bed of vegetables in spicy sauce), was a taste surprise. The spiciness - stated as three out of five on the menu - was very intense and just short of the pain threshold, but the quality of the dish was convincing. I found it particularly positive that the food was served fresh and hot straight from the kitchen. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant that I would happily visit again. A little note for those who are sensitive to sharpness: It's better to ask beforehand.

We have been going to Good Time relatively often for many years and have always been satisfied. Even if the menu is not very extensive, there is something for every taste. The dishes are very authentic, fresh, crunchy and well seasoned. The service is consistently perfect, fast and friendly. Unfortunately, in the restaurant, which is always well-filled, it is often very loud.

I found the vegetarian menu to be very small. It was also very loud in the restaurant so we couldn't have a conversation.

The food was really great, both in terms of taste and in the presentation of the dishes.

Tasty Asian dishes. Main courses range in price between €20-30. The range of vegetarian dishes could perhaps be a little more varied. The quality of the food is good. The prices for drinks correspond to the level of Berlin-Mitte. However, cocktails are a bit expensive. In contrast to tea, coffee and espresso were unfortunately served too cold. In the restaurant itself I might have wished for 2-3 degrees C more (January). The service was nice and attentive.

Delicious food but the restaurant is very noisy

The starter soup from the lunch menu was very tasty. Afterwards I tried the duck with curry, unfortunately the dish didn't live up to my expectations. The vegetables were watery, which negatively affected the consistency of the sauce and affected the overall flavor. Despite the appealing ambience and friendly service, I cannot recommend the dish due to the lack of taste and would probably not come by again.

This restaurant is a bit expensive. The lunch menu includes one appetizer and is reasonably priced. Although the amount of food is not large, I think the quality of the food is high. I think the overall seasoning of the food was well balanced. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Delicious food! But if the waiter starts begging for a tip even though I say I don't want to tip, you get 1 star. Rude!

I've known Goodtime for probably 15 years or more. The last time I was there was in 2019 and everything was always great and very satisfactory. I was there again recently and I have to say it was disappointing compared to before. The food was still very tasty, I have to say, and the cocktails also tasted very good. But compared to 5 years ago, the food wasn't served as decoratively as I knew it to be. The ambience was also a little different than I remembered. But the most disappointing thing was the service. The water was carelessly poured into the glasses, spilling half the table. A cloth for wiping was only available upon request. While we sat there (2.5 hours in total) we weren't even asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We asked once and then we didn't ask anymore. Sorry guys, but you could have easily sold 6 more drinks at our table! I didn't find it particularly exciting that the first meal from the three of us was on the table a maximum of 5 minutes after we ordered. Real quality is characterized by the fact that it takes a little longer because it is freshly prepared. Sorry but for the price it's not worth it. The restaurant was also surprisingly empty...I know that differently from the past. It's a shame but I won't be coming back.

My wife and I went here for the first time. It's very close to Hilton and even closer to Hausvogtei station. The ambiance is excellent. The food is delicious and the service is warm and friendly. Highly recommended

The food was fantastic. The service staff are quick and friendly. The majority of us had special requests, which worked out great and was no problem at all. A great evening. However, if you like silence while eating, you should think about it, because the open kitchen and the bustling atmosphere make it anything but quiet. It was really great and a clear recommendation for a Thai meal!!!

The food is excellent, fragrant... but the kitchen in the middle of the restaurant produces lots of fumes and smoke, so I am not sure about the atmosphere thing.

It was a wonderful experience. We had supper here, and it was so tasty (we ordered duck "spring rolls" [I'm sorry, i don't remember the name exactly] and pad thai and it was soooooooo good), and the service was excellent. I think the quality-price ratio is pretty good, and I can't wait to return.

We had a delicious dinner! We orders the Paid Thai and the eggs noodles! Both were very delicious! Definitely you need to get there early because all the tables were reserved! My only negativity would be that we literally paid and we used the restroom and our belongings were still at the table and other guests were already sitting at the table. They could have been more considerate and let us fully leave first and then the next customer could have sit down. Besides that we had a great experience there!

The COLDEST RESTAURANT i have even visited. Food was delicious but the service was so impolite and despite all guest at the restaurant requesting the widow from the kitchen to be closed they did do it.!!!

For everything on the table we paid 65 €, I think that for 100 ml of soup and 200 grams of salad this is very expensive and two beers for 6 €! The food is tasty, but nothing special!

The best Asian food in Berlin. Everything is super tasty but my personal highlights are the Pad Thai and the Nasi Goreng.

A great restaurant with, in my opinion, Indonesian-Asian fusion cuisine. Always delicious. My favorite dishes are the Tofu Cashew, Lemongrass Chicken, Duck in Plum Sauce and Baby Mongolia. Plus delicious mocktails/cocktails. The restaurant seems rather small at the front, but is large at the back. Despite its size, it can get crowded at times. Then the waiters are a bit overwhelmed, so slow. The decor is stylish with special statues. In summer there are wonderful seats in the courtyard at the back. The toilets are clean and tidy.

An institution. Authentic dishes from Thailand brought to the point. Quietly located on Hausvogteiplatz, the rooms can sometimes get loud. Reservation is highly recommended.

The best Thai in town. The homemade iced teas are unbeatable and the sauces for the main courses are a poem. The duck is always recommended.

Very tasty dishes prepared with love. Every dish has its own signature. Be careful, all dishes are slightly spicy. If you don't like that, you should announce it in advance. We didn't have a reservation so we sat in the slightly noisier back area.

The food is good. Nothing super special, but tasty. Service 8s excellent. The prices are a bit on the higher that the mid range. Atmosphere could be better. It is too noisy and, as with many locations, you cannot avoid the, sometimes very strong, smell of food being cooked.

It’s a decent restaurant not sure why people are rating so high on this , there might be two reasons 1. People doesn’t know how authentic Thai food tastes 2. People were probably hungry when they visited this place :) It’s super expensive compared to taste proportion / portion ratio . Icing on the cake was it’s quite an upscale place because of its location and ambience . Food was okay ish and portion size was bizarre as said earlier . We spent 65€ for 2 adults and one kid not worth it , I would say . There are lot of lovely places in Berlin who serve better tasting food at a cheaper price

Beautiful dining room. Comfortable outdoor seating in a garden setting. An open kitchen allows diners to observe food preparation. Excellent wait staff. A good drink menu with draft beers available. And the food is very good, too. Our entire family enjoyed the evening.

Good Time is hands down one of my favorite spots in Berlin. Whenever my parents or loved ones visit, it’s the first place I take them. You feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in. If you can, definitely reserve a table in the backyard. On a nice day, it’s like dining in a secret garden, completely cut off from the city’s noise. It’s the perfect setting for a memorable meal with people you care about. Good Time isn’t just a restaurant for me—it’s where memories are made.

Hands down the absolute best Thai food I've ever had. I am constantly in search of excellent Thai food in every country I visit outside of Thailand. This is it! Look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Yummy Asian food in a lovely setting. We ate in the courtyard. The only bummer are the people smoking. Stand out dishes for me were the: - chicken satay - crispy shrimps - crispy chicken skin The beef in the pad Thai was still a bit bloody. Admittedly we ordered a lot for 4 people. We couldn’t finish but we just miss Asian food so much.

My meal was very good. Unfortunately there is a deduction because my companion was waiting for Kanne for his drink, even after being announced again it didn't come and we had champagne. The service people walked too often and hectically between the tables - I prefer a quieter atmosphere.

20€ for a soup with pieces of chicken. The description said water chestnuts, but not a single piece was present. When a complaint was made on the phone, no understanding was shown, but rather cheeky objections were made. This is very annoying because the food at Good Time was actually always good.

They have front terrace and back garden, we had dinner in back garden, the environment is very good. We had 2 starters and 2 main dishes,(see pictures)they are amazing, literally as good as what we had in Thailand. Price is a bit higher, but worthy it overall.

We were here at lunchtime and were able to choose something from the business lunch menu. There is a main course and a starter. The service was very quick and friendly. The food was really very tasty. To be honest, I didn't expect it. I will definitely have lunch here again!

Food was normal, service was friendly, the inside of the restaurant could be renovated and the tables could be thoroughly cleaned immediately after the guests left… it was much better. Unfortunately the price level doesn't quite match that...
