This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a supermarket. Honestly, I recommend avoiding the pizza counter when this person is working.

Took the incredibly long bus 252 from Oberursel through Stierstadt, Weisskirchen, Steinbach, and Nieder Höchstadt to Ginnheimerstraße, and got off right at the huge Globus supermarket. Incredibly large and practically everything was available. Nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Clean restrooms, and even free. I don't carry any cash anymore, so it's annoying when I get stressed over 50 cents.

We used the ordering service for a birthday party with almost 50 guests and were largely disappointed. The order we placed at the butcher's grill was ready for pickup at the agreed time, and the service from the staff there was excellent. What was not ready for pickup at all, however, were the antipasti and cheese platters and pastries we ordered online (email confirmation of the orders is available). These were simply not processed, and the staff became even more rude to my wife and daughter when they realized this during an attempted pickup. When I returned the warming box, I mentioned the mistake and was given a business card and asked to pass it on in writing to the management assistant on it. However, there was no response afterward. After consulting the information desk, I was advised by phone to inform the HR manager instead. Unfortunately, there was no response to the email forwarding :-(. Well, perhaps the store management should consider whether the offers even fit the concept and whether, in addition to the actual failure as a service provider, the customer loyalty skills of the aforementioned employees should also be put to the test. Because ducking into the face of a shaming customer when criticism is justified and politely presented due to a less than pleasant customer experience two hours before a birthday party doesn't inspire much confidence :-(...

It's a big store that has everything you could need, and the self-scanning machines are great. The self-checkout counters are also really good. You just walk in and walk out after an hour or half with what you need. I definitely recommend the store because it has plenty of parking spaces.

Parking spaces on the ground floor are very easy to access and clearly visible thanks to red/green lighting. The beverage store and pickup station are directly accessible from the parking lot. Electric charging stations are available. The modern interior and wide aisles between the shelves are a positive feature. The pleasant lighting and diverse fresh food counters are very appealing. A very broad overall product range with many options is offered. Very friendly service and employees. We're glad you're here.

Very easy to reach from Frankfurt. Globus has plenty of parking spaces, and the light markings at the parking spaces make it easy to see where there are still free spaces. Globus itself is very large and very clean. The selection is enormous: the sausage, meat, fish, and other groceries are fantastic. The staff is very friendly. I was able to exchange an item or get a cashback without any problems. What's great is that there's a café and other options too: pizza, etc. I'll be back.

A friend took me here to buy souvenirs to take back to Japan. The store is very spacious, like a large suburban store. They have all kinds of food and wine. I went to buy wine and sweets. The wines are separated into shelves by region, and range from inexpensive to expensive. They have white, red, and even ice wine, making them perfect souvenirs. They also have a wide variety of sweets, so I bought a few that my friend told me were delicious and some that caught my eye. In the end, I bought nine bottles of wine, two bottles of ice wine, four 500ml bottles of beer, two bottles of non-alcoholic wine, and a variety of sweets, for a total of 94.45 euros (about 16,000 yen). It was heavy, but everyone was happy.

The liquor store is a disaster. You have to go to three or four different vending machines every time to get rid of all your empty bottles. Then the machines keep stopping and refusing to accept them. If you tell the cashier or call them, you just stand there for 10 to 15 minutes until someone comes and resets the machine. Then the blonde young lady at the cash register tells you not to make such a fuss!!! That's it for Globus.

In contrast to other markets, it's not really on the same level. This is especially noticeable at the hot counter, where they use a tape measure. At the entrance, the highlight is salads that were sometimes three or four days out of date. Other Globus markets are more professional in this regard.

Always worth it, clean and tidy, with a huge selection, including fresh counters with meat, sausage, cheese, and fish. The market's own bakery isn't really my cup of tea, but there's also a coffee and snack bar right after you take the escalator. The Globus area also houses a beverage store, pharmacy, key service, nail salon, Allnatura supermarket, and an inexpensive gas station. There's plenty of parking.

It's the German equivalent of Asda or Tesco. Fairly good selection, prices aren't exactly cheap, and the amount of dour looking folk seen in the store surprised me there wasn't a thunderstorm in there.

I shop here regularly, and I'm incredibly annoyed! The cashier at the checkout at 3 p.m. on July 29th was incredibly racist and accused us of insulting her. Why do I have to listen to this? She dropped her work supplies and we tried to pick them up for her, and she yelled at us to keep our dirty hands away from her? Excuse me? What kind of behavior is that? It's simply outrageous! Cheap and too many options possible

Globus Supermarket: Very nicely laid out. A shopping experience you'd want, yet rarely encountered. I'd like to highlight the vegetarian/vegan selection, which is probably one of the most extensive in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. The refrigerated counter is huge, and the vegetarian/vegan items that don't require refrigeration also cover several long meters of shelf space. Updated in July 2025: Unfortunately, many items are currently unavailable, and there are several empty shelves. Globus Restaurant: Located right by the escalator, very attractive, modern, and spacious. Various counters with different specialty offerings, all well labeled. We ordered the salmon at the fish and steak counter, which was freshly prepared on the grill. The option to have the salmon grilled exactly as we prefer, based on our own observations, was outstanding – and it was a delight like never before in a fast-food restaurant! The only drawback: cold plates, but that could probably be improved relatively easily. (Addendum: Even a year later, there are only cold plates available. Preheating shouldn't be that difficult, right?!) (Addendum October 2024: Due to staff shortages, the grill is currently closed.) The option to sit on the outdoor terrace is also very nice, although in mid-November, only a few guests have taken advantage of this. The entrance control was very good; vaccination certificates were checked correctly and politely, and we were informed about the Luca check-in process. If time permits, we will probably stop here whenever we shop. Addendum: Visited the restaurant yesterday at 5:00 p.m. Unfortunately, there were only leftovers. I tried the spit roast with onions and French fries: not really recommended, despite the extremely reasonable price and the large amount of fries. Very nice: The green/red light markings in the parking garage indicate free and occupied parking spaces.

I regularly shop at the butcher at Globus and have always been very satisfied with the quality and service. However, today, at around 6:20 p.m., I was very disappointed. I ordered 3.8 kg of two specific types of minced meat. The employee at the counter, a middle-aged woman (approx. 60) with short hair, initially packed me 200 grams less, even though the label read 3.8 kg. After I pointed this out to her, she pretended not to understand and asked if it had to be exactly 3.8 kg. Instead of weighing the missing amount of the correct meat, she added 200 grams of a completely different meat in the back, which clearly did not match my order. She returned the meat sealed, so I didn't notice the difference until I got home. Now I have to laboriously separate and dispose of the incorrectly added meat. This kind of behavior is unacceptable to me and does not meet the standards I've come to expect from Globus. I ask that this incident be investigated and appropriate consequences taken so that something like this does not happen again in the future.

I attended the Mediterranean evening on July 7, 2025. It was interesting, as always, and the theme was olives and melons. The food selection was very good and plentiful. Dear Globus Team, We – a team of 8 to 12 employees from a neighboring company – have eaten lunch with you almost every day for years. We are all the more disappointed by the current switch to self-service lunch. What works in hotels with clear hygiene standards simply fails here due to the reality: no controls, no supervision, no hygiene. We had to watch as customers cough into their hands and then use ladles, as people blow their noses with an old tissue and then diligently scoop from the containers, as handbags lean into the food containers, and as small children in their parents' arms drool directly over the food. In our opinion, a self-service buffet in a supermarket, through which hundreds of people pass every day, is grossly negligent – ​​especially without the necessary precautions. Added to that is the chaos of filling the plates – it takes forever, looks unappetizing, and is simply unhygienic. As long as you stick to this concept, we won't come back. Neither to eat nor to shop. And we're not alone in this – ask your guests yourself; the opinions are clear. We urgently appeal to the store management: React before the health department reacts.
