It's a nice, tidy, and clean supermarket! The wide aisles are excellent, as you don't get in each other's way when it's busy. The fresh produce counters are very good, especially the meat and sausage sections. They don't have the big-ticket items advertised like K........, but the aforementioned items aren't particularly good. I really enjoy shopping at Globus, and the staff is very friendly, too.

I like shopping at Globus. The fish department is highly recommended, but the meat department and the bakery are also excellent. Otherwise, everything has a good selection, and you can shop in peace.

Dear Globus Team, We – a team of 8 to 12 employees from a neighboring company – have eaten lunch with you almost every day for years. We are all the more disappointed by the current switch to self-service lunch. What works in hotels with clear hygiene standards simply fails here due to the reality: no controls, no supervision, no hygiene. We had to watch as customers cough into their hands and then use ladles, as people blow their noses with an old tissue and then diligently scoop from the containers, as handbags lean into the food containers, and as small children in their parents' arms drool directly over the food. In our opinion, a self-service buffet in a supermarket, through which hundreds of people pass every day, is grossly negligent – ​​especially without the necessary precautions. Added to that is the chaos of filling the plates – it takes forever, looks unappetizing, and is simply unhygienic. As long as you stick to this concept, we won't come back. Neither to eat nor to shop. And we're not alone in this – ask your guests yourself; the opinions are clear. We urgently appeal to the store management: React before the health department reacts. Best place to shop for groceries! Large and good-quality fruit and vegetables, baked goods, meat, fish, and dairy departments. The yellow sausage is especially delicious; I always get it here!

It's actually a nice store with a wide selection. BUT, it's happened several times recently that cheese in the dairy department was past its expiration date, and today I unpacked my La Brique cheese and, lo and behold, it was moldy. They should pay more attention to expiration dates!

Holiday feeling in the world! Today I had breakfast on the sun terrace for the first time and was thrilled with the selection. Everything is fresh, great quality and there is nothing that doesn't exist! Even good hotels don't have breakfasts like this anymore! Everything is super clean and the employees are quick and friendly. I'm also very excited about the sushi offering in Globus, as this quality can't be found anywhere else! Breakfast 8, 60 euros, sushi 5 euros. It doesn't get any better than this! 5 stars because there is no better rating! I'm looking forward to the next time! 😊

In the end it was with very mixed feelings that I finished my shopping in the Eschborner GLOBUS after more than two hours. The negative: Separating the beverage and food markets is absurd. If you want to visit both markets, you will definitely have to travel several kilometers. The second drawback is the barely comprehensible entry and registration gate tour in order to be able to use the self-scanning option. Register here and link there. The Globus card given can only be used for refueling, but the discount only applies next month. You definitely won't win new customers that way. And the market in Eschborn is clearly oversized. Too big, too spacious, too dark, too confusing. It would take a few visits to find everything you need. The bad planning cannot be overlooked. Hence deducting two stars. The positive: A more than large selection with everything your heart desires. All parking spaces are fully covered. The staff were without exception very friendly and more than helpful. At this point, a particularly big compliment to all of the store’s employees.

The Globus market itself is okay, only the staff at the hot counter should be taught how to behave. When we stood at the counter and wanted to place our order, we first had to wait until the older lady with eye-catching red lipstick talked to her colleague for a while. Well, we weren't in a hurry so that wasn't a big deal. We ordered 4 sandwiches with 2 sachets of mustard and 2 sachets of ketchup. Unfortunately the lady forgot to give us the bags, which can happen sometimes. When we pointed this out to her, she gave us the bags, unfortunately not completely. When we pointed this out to her again, she turned to her colleague and said: People are getting more and more rude with the mustard and ketchup! After such a stupid saying, I put the bags back on the counter for her and left. It's not like I was asking for something for free, it was all paid for!

Actually the best shopping market in the entire Rhine/Main area but the Easter campaign on Saturday didn't work out as stated in the leaflet. The Easter Bunny was not present as stated No homemade baskets were filled We were told that we and our 3 children (11,7,2) could purchase discounted wooden or felt baskets in the sale section of the market, which would then be filled. As regular customers, we were disappointed in a discussion with an employee who worked there and had to pay 3 baskets for €2.79 each. I advise everyone not to attend such an event under these conditions.

Once again I was optimistic and gave breakfast another chance. I understand “5 parts from the buffet” to mean that you can choose ANY part. But I'm wrong about that, because the small jars of salmon that are on this very buffet don't count and cost extra. I also prefer to eat crispy rolls and not the spongy ones. Buns made of lots of air. And I also like to keep things clean on and under the table. But that's it really - breakfast at Globus is no longer an option for me.

The Globus in Eschborn is really spacious and well sorted, as you would expect from the chain. What struck me particularly positively was that the globe is on the first floor, which makes shopping even more pleasant. There is also a Tesla charging station and a large EMTW charging station for electric cars in the parking lot, which is of course super practical for me as an electric car driver. Overall, a great market that really thinks of everything!

I was stared at by the ladies behind the counter as if I had just insulted someone. After a resounding NO, we then stared at each other until it was 11 o'clock. It was still delicious, but you could be a little friendlier and maybe not so precise with the time, I felt like I was at the citizens' office!

The Globus in Eschborn is a very large supermarket with everything you can imagine. There is delicious food in the canteen, great baked goods and particularly friendly staff at the checkout. We unfortunately don't have his name as he didn't have a name tag, but we were served by a very pleasant cashier who told us he was still learning and new to the market's team. In addition to the range and the atmosphere on the sales floor, his friendly approach, his courteous behavior and his smile completely convinced us to come shopping from Friedberg at Globus in Eschborn in the future.
