Always good food. Hygenic and fresh. Polite and kind servers with a amile and chat if you want to. Cozy wooden seating. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Fresh and wholesome salads. ( The salad bowls are huge) Fries taste fresh and not as if cooked in old multi used oil

Edit: I've now received a response and been offered a voucher, so I'm changing my review. We ordered two burgers on September 8th. I'm a vegetarian and ordered the "creamy" burger from the veggie burger selection. When the burgers arrived, both were meaty. I called the store directly and was very rudely told that it was a meat burger. As a customer, it's not my fault that the website is incorrect! None of the veggie burgers (except for the red Vega) have a picture or a description of the ingredients. After several back-and-forths, the employees realized that the burger was listed under the vegetarian options on the website. They apologized and told me to write an email to the office. I was promised a refund. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response, and my email was ignored. At €43 for two burgers and fries, I expect a bit more customer service and competence. This was probably the last time we order or eat here.

Delicious burger for a fair price

I always come here with my best friend. The food is great, and the staff is always very friendly. We arrived late, but the manager still took our order. The staff is very friendly. I would 100% recommend it.

The concept is great, the salad was fresh, and the service was perfect. If you, like me, want a little less sauce, just ask; they'll do everything for you!

Very good and tasty organic burgers. The sweet potato fries are equally delicious. The jalapeños have a good kick! The service is super friendly. They also offer vegetarian options, even without the often-used eggplant. I'll be back!

We found the place on Google and decided to go because the pictures of the dishes looked appetizing and the atmosphere generally seemed nice. You order at the counter, and then the food is brought to your table. When we were there, our food arrived about 10 minutes after ordering.

Waiting 25 minutes for a hamburger is not possible!!

Hi, you can find my opinion as an English and also German. After waiting more than 30 minutes for a hamburger, you naturally expect something amazing. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Whatever chemical was used on the sweet potatoes made them taste bitter and unpleasant. The burger patties were like rubber. Nobody even asked how we would like them cooked – medium or rare – so of course they were overcooked and chewy. Another issue was the lack of even a simple English menu. It's hard to believe this is still the case in this day and age. Even worse, the staff looked so unfriendly — as if they were annoyed that another customer had shown up. The unfriendly faces made the experience even more disappointing. I won't be coming back. It's a shame I wasted my money. We stopped by for coffee and eventually ordered dessert. The dessert was really delicious and fresh, especially the mango dessert, which was excellent. The service was fast and the staff were very helpful. The place was cozy and inviting. Highly recommended.

This was our first time ordering from there, and the food was absolutely delicious. I haven't had such fresh, delicious food for delivery in a long time! We will definitely order again.

If you're looking for a good-value burger, this is a great place to go. However, don't expect a culinary experience. The burger patties seemed to have been thawed and were cooked well (which is a good thing for hygiene reasons, but it does detract from the flavor). Nevertheless, the patties were only lukewarm when served, and the barbecue sauce was like lava. The chicken burger was too salty, as they had added pickles to the well-salted meat. Overall, though, we were satisfied.

I've ordered and eaten from Heidi and Paul in Eschborn several times. On my last visit (this time for takeout), the quality was as good as ever. The salad was freshly prepared with crisp ingredients, and the portions were generous. The prices are a bit higher, especially if you order shrimp, as I did. The shrimp could have been a bit more generous, but overall the dish was harmonious and delicious. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant. I've always been satisfied and will gladly return.

I went out to eat in Eschborn with my wife today, and it was fantastic. The food and other items, as usual, were delicious and fresh. The service from Houssain and especially Mohammed was outstanding. Great guys. We'd love to go again.

The hamburgers here really taste good. You order your burger of choice and a drink at the counter, pay, and then choose a seat. In most cases, your chosen hamburger is delivered quickly. The service here was nice. Cleanliness could be improved.

I had a delicious burger. The open kitchen speaks for itself. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by here again.

Even at off-peak times, you have to wait more than 30 minutes for a salad, and I've noticed this twice now. The kitchen staff seem overwhelmed with the number of orders, even for delivery. The tables outside aren't cleaned, and you always have to get your own cutlery tray. Good food, but eating there doesn't make sense! What a poor performance from the service staff—I haven't experienced anything like it in a long time. PS: When the salad finally arrived, the dressing wasn't separate, as ordered. It's a H&P thing.

I've been coming here since 2019 and I'm pretty satisfied. Homemade salad, the spicy burger and sweet potato fries as well as chili salt are my favorites and I can recommend them without hesitation. The service staff were always friendly and attentive, which is why I like coming here. You sometimes have to wait in line for a long time during your lunch break, but I think that's to be expected.

The burgers are good and tasty as usual. The “auburn fries” I ordered are a joke in my opinion. Just throw 2 slices of Schabletten cheese over it and calling it gratinated is questionable. Unfortunately, we also had to wait a good 35 minutes for the food, as it seemed to me that the staff seemed a bit lost, despite the restaurant being half-famous. It was definitely not rush hour (6:30 p.m.) So here are a few stars deducted. Conclusion: you can definitely eat good burgers and sit comfortably here.

I recently had dinner with Heidi and Paul in Frankfurt-Eichborn and was thrilled! As soon as I entered the restaurant I immediately felt at home - the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff very friendly and attentive. The food was simply fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, the dishes prepared with great attention to detail and perfectly seasoned. I particularly liked that the food not only tasted excellent, but was also beautifully presented. The portions were just right – filling but not too heavy. The service also left nothing to be desired. The service was friendly, quick and was able to give good recommendations. You can tell that people cook and serve here with passion. Overall a great experience! I can really recommend Heidi and Paul and am already looking forward to my next visit.

The food was ok-good. The burger itself was okay. However, the citizen's bun was subpar. Baked goods and they haven't even been toasted yet.

Coole Burger und knackiger Salat.

Here you can eat really tasty burgers and salads - in different variations. The employees are very friendly and the order is delivered quickly; Special requests (e.g. due to allergies) will also be taken into account where possible. The homemade chips are also really tasty. There is also the option of renting a room - for example for a celebration.

The burger was so good, I almost forgot it was supposed to be healthy.

Went there on being recommended by a friend. It was worth the review . Definitely we will more frequent now. Would suggest to have more vegetarian burger options

I was really disappointed with this store. The quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired, everything seems carelessly prepared and simply doesn't taste fresh. The cleanliness is also terrible, the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky and there was rubbish in the corners. I had a large order with several burgers and wraps and half were missing. When I complained about this, I had problems with an employee who didn't want to reimburse me for the missing food, even though I paid for it. For me this is absolutely not possible, just like the employees' poor knowledge of German, which made communication even more difficult. I definitely cannot recommend this store.

Food was okay, unfortunately a bit greasy (yes, the quality of fries can be different here too) Otherwise rather poor chip shop environment.

The food is really good and above all very fresh. We ordered online for the evening and went to pick it up. Unfortunately, the lady at the checkout wasn't at all happy about the fact that we paid with cash shortly before the end of the day (20 minutes), which she was already counting. The change was slammed onto the counter in front of me in annoyance and I was rudely asked to move aside. Still 4 stars for the service because the rest of the guys who work there were very nice and friendly.

The burger wasn't good at all, the patty was way too thick and the tomato slice was also way too big. Unfortunately the burger was constantly dripping from all sides and losing water (see picture).

Good burger shop with a varied menu. The (sweet potato) fries are a 10/10. The burgers are actually good, but unfortunately they don't come to the table hot. Nevertheless, they are sufficiently topped and very tasty.

We were there for the first and last time, the conditions were different, but no one really wanted to serve us and I'm still not sure whether you ordered at the table or, as we did, at the kitchen. We had two burgers one cheesy and one vegetarian and fries. The cheesy was a disgrace for the price, nothing special at all. The vegetarian one was okay.

Unfortunately we have had no luck with both food and service twice now. The order was taken incorrectly and a friendly query immediately upsets the service staff. Waiting time on site for 50 minutes, then the dishes arrived one by one, the wrong roll was delivered, fries were forgotten and then not even an apology. The roll tasted pretty dry, the meat wasn't really tasty either, lived on the sauce, so it wasn't entirely bad, but you could spend the money elsewhere.

Very bad burger, the burger meat isn't real meat!!! These are frozen meatballs... unappetizing, tastes like nothing! The whole burger tastes like nothing but ketchup! So to charge so much money for such a bad burger is outrageous!!!!!

When Heidi and Paul opened, it was a great store. Now it's totally unloving. For a salad 13 € and then 2 smallest tomatoes, 4 slices of cucumber, 1 tablespoon of corn and 1 teaspoon of feta... and 3 teaspoons of tuna I don't know. I think the salad concept is great. But the portion is simply fluffed up by a head of lettuce. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, are simply perfect. Haven't eaten better anywhere.

I stopped by to this restaurant every time i came to Eschborn to participate the yearly Eschborn-Frankfurt velotour. Since there is no restaurant open at night near the starting point, this restaurant is not that far from it. Last year i had salad, you need to fill up a form and select which type of salad and sauce you wanted to put into the mix. This year i had burger. It is easy, the menu is already there. You can add on a drink with fries.

I was in the local in Eschborn a while ago and when I walked in the air was completely stuffy and I felt like I was in a street food restaurant in Morocco in an alley when I went to the checkout I was greeted by I was greeted by a rather rude, fat lady. She didn't listen to me and completely ignored me. When I sat down at my table, I heard the lady in the kitchen throwing rude words at her own team. The food was then very good The cellars were also very nice. I still think it's a shame that the store is getting worse and worse. There's never any cooling in the store in the summer. The way to the toilet stinks and the store is generally just at a low point with the prices and the store quality, I think Soon I won't be able to go there anymore

The burger is nothing special. Relatively bland and too dry at the top. Whether I order a standard burger or with lots of extras, it probably wouldn't make any difference in terms of taste. Fries are very good. The meat is a bit scarce, although nowadays almost every restaurant saves money. So it's nothing unusual. I might go again sometime. But not so fast.

Great burger, no table service but friendly staff. It's just a fast food restaurant and super okay for that. All in all a positive experience. What's great, however, is that there is a parking garage with free parking spaces around the corner.

It was sooo delicious: once the woodruff and once the light burger, crispy fries, really great. Order at the counter, friendly service at the table, good prices, parking in front of the door.

The quality of the food is okay. Service and speed too. The furnishings and the shop are a bit worn out. The play area for children is small, but adequately equipped - but unfortunately very dirty. The toilets need to be repaired (ceiling panel open, soap dispenser empty or the “cartridge” lying empty next to it). In general, everything is in need of an overhaul.

They have amazing fries and salad! The burgers are below average but definitely recommend trying the fries and salad! We ordered classic beef burger, which was on the dry side and a vegetarian burger, in which it seems like they add a layer of tapenade (olive paste) which gives it a weird smell at least for our taste, but am sure it works for others!

Heidi und Paul ist leider nur noch mittelmäßig. Bei der Bestellung wurde nich geholfen (z.B. Unterschiede bei den Buns) und die Bedienung war nicht sehr freundlich, eher gestresst. Das Ambiente ist maximal zweckdienlich, nichts wo mensch lecker sitzen möchte dazu kamen aber noch nicht gesäuberte Tische. DIe Burger kamen zügig (2x Rote Vega) hat aber nicht sonderlich gut geschmeckt - das Bun sehr trocken und der Burger nur dürftig beleget. Pommes waren lauwarm. Wir waren weder satt noch zufrieden. Für über 9€ für einen nicht gsehr rossen Burger insgesamt enttäuschend.

Das Essen ist lecker und die Salate frisch. Allerdings wurde jetzt schon zum DRITTEN mal mein Salat falsch zusammengestellt. Die Nudel haben gefehlt. Hatte zum mitnehmen bestellt und mich wieder daheim einfach nur geärgert. Überprüft eure Bestellung lieber bei der Abholung.
