The Sushi here was a bit dissapointing. Also we had to ask for chopsticks and soy sauce etc, cause they didn’t bring it. They leave all unnecessary items and glasses on the table even tho we only ordered sushi. Also empty bottles of drinks didn’t get taken out, overall the table was very messy and doesn’t have much to do with authentic Japanese food/service. Staff was friendly, but didn’t ask us for a second drink or anything, needed to be called by us. The view over the river was nice tho.

A special location, excellent cuisine and a breathtaking view of Cologne's landmark rounded off our visit. We are speechless how professionally it is run. The food was consistently high quality and we really enjoyed it. Anyone looking for something special here will find something extraordinary

The brunch there is always great and you can try so many delicacies that you'll find yourself rolling down the stairs. I think it was on the last visit that you could have an individual omelette freshly prepared. Fresh ice cream was also made in the past. Will this be available again at some point? Things have changed a bit after Corona. Always happy.

I proposed to my girlfriend in this chic restaurant. We came from Mannheim specifically to see the location because the view was heavenly. In any case, I was very, very positively surprised at how the employees dealt with the customers. They were very, very polite and friendly. I haven't seen anything like that in the whole of Rhineland-Palatinate. The decoration and organization were great, the food was indescribably delicious. Price-performance ratio was very, very good. Always my pleasure. I would like to thank the staff again from the bottom of my heart for the efforts and to the Gourmet Club Coordinator Ms. Wolf for the top advice and for her help. If I'm back in Cologne I'll definitely come back, that's for sure.

Maybe we shouldn't have had such high expectations - anyone who has ever had oysters at Le Moissonnier, sushi at Kaizen or Italian food at Frizzantino, for example (ok, a wild ride through the gastronomy in Cologne) can't give this 5 stars. Of course the oysters were fresh, but in terms of taste they fell short of what was possible. This also applies to sushi, antipasti or cooked tuna. We were really very disappointed with dessert 😞 Of course, such a brunch also has to be worth it for the provider, but since drinks cost extra (except tea and coffee), there is a lot extra. Sorry - next brunch will be somewhere else

We were there for brunch, 100 euros per person. After 45 minutes, many of the items were gone. We only got one sushi, but they didn't refill them. Lots of warm things, only empty containers for drinks. 45 minutes waiting time. Never again. Although it used to be very good, such a decline is very sad.

Very, very delicious food, great atmosphere, amazing view, and very friendly service! The price/performance ratio is absolutely justified!

Very good ceviche and short ribs too

We met friends here for dinner - first of all: it's not a suitable place for that. The restaurant is located in the Hotel Maritim. When you enter the lobby, the first thing you smell is the smell of swimming pool chlorine. In the evening you don't get any of the beautiful views over the Rhine and Cologne because the lighting in the restaurant is far too bright. Because you sit on a kind of gallery above the lobby, it is also quite loud. The service was extremely friendly, although there was a mistake during the meal twice, which was solved very charmingly by the waitress. She had apparently been sent out incorrectly by the kitchen. The taste of the food itself was good to okay; I had sea bass ceviche as a starter, very tasty. Then the sushi platter, which was pretty uninspired, at least the fish was fresh. The three others at the table had the same impression. Overall, there wasn't much choice on the menu. Beforehand there was a very tasty little greeting from the kitchen and at the end there were two small chocolates. Unfortunately, we then had to wait a disproportionately long time for the invoice, even though we had already asked twice after ordering the invoices. Afterwards, our coats were kindly brought from the cloakroom. Conclusion: Service was very nice, but overall mixed. Food is okay, but nothing that you would have to drive to the other side of the Rhine for… I would recommend it before a business meal or lunch.

mind-blowing! Undersized staff in great difficulty trying to manage an unacceptable service. An hour to have some bread and butter so as not to “die of hunger”; Two hours before having the first course. Three hours have passed, we are waiting for dessert…. right place if you want to sit at the table for hours and hours. the quality of the food does not justify the unnerving wait.

Very nice, varied breakfast. The nice gentleman at the omelette station deserves special mention.

We had a delicious meal here with a view of illuminated Cologne. Beautifully presented and very tasty dishes, with delicious matching wines. The service was attentive and neat. Because we sat at a table actually on the edge of the restaurant part, we got a little less of the restaurant experience. However, this did not detract from the wonderful evening.

Great evening with 17 people, perfect service, very good three-course menu. The only downer: the (small) dog wasn't allowed to come along.

Tomorrow together, We were there almost a week ago for my mother's birthday and felt incredibly comfortable. The entire service was very loving, constantly attentive and you had the feeling that they knew the food and drink menu like the back of their hand. The price/performance ratio was unbeatable and we always had the feeling that great care was taken to enjoy the evening and take time and peace and quiet for the courses. We found this very unusual, as everywhere else we now have 1.5 hour time constraints. Not here. You could completely immerse yourself in the evening. The customer is really still king here and we thank you for that :) We had the 5-course menu with wine accompaniment. We really enjoyed every dish here, each one was an experience in terms of taste. In short… we really enjoy coming back and look forward to seeing you again in this great restaurant. Perfect for beautiful occasions. Many thanks to the service and kitchen team :)

Wenn mal vom wunderbaren Ausblick auf den abendlichen Dom absieht, ein klassisches Hotelrestaurant, dass - auch beim Preis - versucht die Balance zwischen Hotelgästen und Fine Dining zu finden Die Vorspeise - Pastrami von der Gänsebrust - kam etwas zu kalt aus der Küche und den Krustentierschaum fand ich etwas zu salzig. Auch das Kalbsbries - eigentlich eines meiner Lieblingsgerichte in der klassischen Küche - war ok, aber nicht wirklich herausragend. Am besten gefiel mir nur das Duett von der Ente. Beim Nachtisch passte der dazugehörige Haselnusslikör leider so gar nicht. Ansonsten war die Weinbegleitung aber auch nichts besonders. Alles in allem ein netter Abend, würde aber tendenziell beim nächsten mal nicht zum Menü sondern eher zur a la carte neigen. Wie gesagt: Solide, aber auch nicht mehr

We had lunch here with a very good price/performance ratio. The presentation of the food was wonderful, as was the beautiful view of the cathedral. The wine with lunch for 6 euros was also excellent. WE WILL BE BACK 😊

We were in the restaurant last week on the occasion of our silver wedding anniversary. We made reservations online in advance and specifically entered in the field provided that it was about the special occasion of a silver wedding. We also called about a table near the windows and also mentioned that it was about this special occasion. To our great disappointment, this was not "acknowledged" in at least a small, appropriate table decoration or in any other way. Sorry, but at a Hyatt hotel or restaurant you have significantly different expectations in terms of organization and service - also in view of the high prices!! In addition, wine glasses that were not needed were not cleared away and it took far too long for the bill to arrive. An espresso that was ordered also took 10 minutes to arrive (sugar and sweetener were brought separately in advance and then nothing for a long time...) and did not arrive at the same time as the other desserts. The waiter was friendly, but otherwise there is still a lot of room for improvement!!

A promise is a promise. Of course, you never really feel like writing a review, even if you were extremely satisfied. And that was us. Especially with Pete, who migrated to the Hyatt from Switzerland. ^^ And I promised him a review. My 2nd sentence that I exchanged with Pete was: "I love the combination of class, quality and professionalism coupled with "no stick up my ass." And I think this sentence describes the entire atmosphere and my birthday evening in the glass house very accurately. ;)

It was an experience. Price performance top. Had the 5 course menu for €85. Service staff very professional and super polite. We received a great welcome and the taste of the food was excellent.

Unfortunately, my wedding meal at the Hyatt did not meet the expectations of the service of a renowned hotel, especially with a bill of over €700. Upon arrival, my guests and I were not very warmly welcomed. Instead of a friendly greeting and congratulations, we were pushed aside with a curt “I know, come with me” when I tried to say the reserved name. During the meal it was noticed that the wine glasses, which were not used by any of our guests, had not been cleared away the entire evening. In addition, the butter that was served with the bread quickly ran out, but there was no one within reach to order more. The starter was served without coordination, even though my husband and another guest were not at the table. The plates were still served to the empty seats and I, as the bride, didn't receive my food first. My husband had to eat his starter cold as it wasn't kept warm. Another point was that food outside the set menu was included and charged for without consultation. In addition, plates were cleared away even though guests – including me – were still eating. This happened indiscriminately from left and right. During the main course, a side dish that some guests did not want to eat was served with no alternative. Again, after serving, the waitress was out of reach when guests needed a spoon for the pasta, so one of my guests had to take care of it herself. The cake was served without prior notice while I was in the toilet and the used plates and wine glasses were still not cleared away. The waitress quickly disappeared without asking for coffee. To make matters worse, I had to figure out how to put my bridal bouquet in a vase myself because the staff didn't do this. Overall, the service was well below the level you would expect at a hotel of this class, especially given the high price. The food was mediocre, which was also reflected in the fact that many plates were returned untouched without being discussed by the waitress. Despite the disappointing service, the atmosphere, table decorations and view were very nice, which saved at least part of the meal.

I would give 10 stars out of 5 for the service of Feder 💯 Monsieur was so gentle and thoughtful, mastering client service as well as the food and wines he is serving.

Very nice view of the Rhine and the cathedral! Great! Very friendly service, although not everyone is equally attentive. The lunch/lunch menu is unfortunately a disappointment. Too expensive for that. However, good wine recommendation.

Reception and service are excellent. The wine list is very consumer-friendly, i.e. lots of good wines in the affordable range, even if you're not a millionaire. The food was also very good. The star deduction is for the lobster. On the one hand, it's overly expensive at 95.00 euros. On the other hand, grilled quite dry. Last week the lobster in Knokke at Seaside was worlds better and also reasonably priced at 60 euros.

We were at the restaurant on a Tuesday evening for our anniversary. Our table was beautifully decorated and we were given a warm welcome. The view of the Rhine and the cathedral is simply great. We enjoyed the 5-course menu with corresponding wine accompaniment. The food was very tasty and the wines were absolutely perfect. The service was very courteous and friendly. The dishes were well advertised. Overall a very nice evening. We'd love to come back.

It was a nice dinner experience but we expected more. The food is very good, no doubt about that, but it is not immaculate and there is certainly room for improvement. The bread was unfortunately not freshly baked, which is something I would expect in any restaurant offering a 5- or 3-course menu, especially with the associated price tag. The bread itself was rather hard and dry, it seemed like it was baked for the morning or lunch but still served for dinner, it wasn't even warmed up. The salmon-spinach dish was good, but honestly nothing super special. The calf was good but a bit too dry and too well done; not sure what the dry bread thing was supposed to do but it was hard to cut with a knife to be completely honest. The chicken was good but it was also a bit too dry, potatoes in sauce were the star of the dish. Dessert was good, the ice cream was honestly amazing (tasted like Amaretto / Amarettini), but the sponge thingy didn't really convince me. And even though I really like and appreciate the idea of the Bitter Tonic drops in the dessert, as it is super creative and out of the box, I don't think it was very complementary to the palette of the berry dish itself. My absolute highlight of the five courses (besides the amazing ice cream in the dessert) was the Kohlrabi soup. The soup was honestly super delicious and next level with the fish tartar and red currant. So good, really delicious 🤤. The waiting times were plain horrible, even though the restaurant was not even half full. We had the 3- and 5-course menus on our table of six, but after more than 2 hours we had only had 2 courses from the 5-course menu, or even just one single course from the 3-course menu. That is not acceptable, as we had a reservation and already said we were going for the course menus. We had a small child with us and the whole dinner took more than 3 hours, which is just not appropriate at all, especially since there was a much larger table that came after us but finished everything before us. Once we kindly asked staff to please speed up the courses because it was taking just way too much time, they apologised and gave us coffee on the house. They explained that they had 3 groups and it took longer than usual and apologised, also the coffee on the house was really good. That was a nice gesture all in all, but still, the waiting time just made the whole evening way too long and too much for the child, which was just not necessary. It was a birthday celebration and we would have preferred not to spend more than 3 hours in the restaurant. Especially since we were the only table with a small child and just wanted to get home in the end. I really don't understand why exactly our table was chosen to have to wait, with a 10 months old baby. Maybe the kitchen was understaffed as well because it is vacation season at the moment, but that is still no excuse for more than 3 hours for 3 or 5 courses. Service in general is amazing, but we were told in the beginning that they could not find our reservation, however, luckily they still had a large table available. As it turned out, it was our reserved table for six after all and the girl simply didn't check properly. But it left a bitter aftertaste because to think they would have just like that given our reserved table away to a non-reserved walk-in basically, and that almost 10 minutes before the actual reservation time as we were a bit early, makes me worry. It seemed to have been the last available large table for a party of six there by the way. So if we would have been 10 minutes late instead of 10 minutes early, would they have given the table away to someone else already? Biggest let down of the whole location are the toilets though. The gentlemen's bathroom stinks of urine which is completely unacceptable in such a fancy location. It looked clean, it's not dirty, but there is no ventilation or anything and the smell is absolutely disgusting. I don't think guests should have to hold their breath in the stinky bathroom after having paid a lot of money for a 5 course dinner.

We wear a group of five celebrating our friends 60s birthday and we really felt bad to pay huge bill after seeing a mouse running in the property that was so unprofessional from a Michelin star restaurant and making a pay a huge bill on the other hand the table that was beside us left immediately and did not pay on the other hand they made us paid the whole bill With zero hygiene. not nice at all and the other hand thanks for the stuff for preparing for the birthday and for being nice and kind we don’t blame the waiters for anything But we, we blame the management for the hygiene and unprofessional way of treatment that A bill after finding a mouse running in the property

Very sad to pay a huge bill at the day of 6 of July for our friend 60 birthday the reason why you can’t be a Michelin star restaurant and have a mouse running in the property while we were eating the mouse was running between the tables ,and the table that was beside us immediately left and they told us that they didn’t pay the bill on the other hand. We paid the full bill and that was not appropriate for a Michelin star restaurant to have a mouse running in the restaurant. I wondered if that mouse also was running in the kitchen. The service was amazing The staff is really nice unfortunately not professional at all to let your customers pay at the Michelin star restaurant after having a mouse running between tables that was very disgusting and it shows that the hygiene is zero I hope people would not come again to that place because it’s not worthy the money to pay this amount and having a mouse running in the property but thanks for the stuff for being nice and preparing for our friends birthday but still you can’t have a mouse running in a Michelin star restaurant shame .

Beautiful, simple and elegant restaurant at the same time where dining with those views of the bridge and the cathedral makes it unique, especially if the food is good and the atmosphere better. And many thanks to the waitress who served us, always friendly and attentive!!! We will return without a doubt

...that was the highlight of our visit to Cologne: The quality, the appearance, the taste of the food served - everything was great! The waiter (Mr. Sartorius) attentive, approachable, friendly, funny... Prices are high, but clearly reasonable! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful restaurant with a fantastic view of the cathedral, philharmonic hall and old town. Since carpet was chosen for the restaurant, there was no exhausting background noise while eating, which is unfortunately so often the case. You could sit together relaxed, enjoy the excellent food and chat in peace. Although the four of us were certainly somewhat complicated guests (a vegan, a vegetarian and a pescatarian), the service catered to all individual requests and the kitchen was very flexible, the courses of the menu were individually adapted. Great! Nobody reacted annoyed. We were served by an incredibly nice young man and will definitely recommend the restaurant and be happy to come back. Price/performance absolutely justified.

We were there on a Saturday evening at the beginning of June and had a wonderful evening together. Not only was the food very good (we had monkfish and various sweet treats for dessert), but above all the service was excellent. Starting with the reception, to the garlicless dip alternative to the bread (the intolerance was stated in relation to the main course) to a really charming touch because we spent our anniversary there. Our waiter and the lady who brought the bread were attentive, nice and accommodating. We couldn't have wished for better. Thank you for that!

Probably one of the restaurants with the best views in Cologne! The staff takes great care and speaks fluent English! Sushi was one of the best I ever had, living up to japanese standards. Ofc not cheap, but worth the experience.

Great brunch, but the price/performance ratio is not right. We recently attended the Sunday brunch as hotel guests and were unfortunately a bit disappointed. The brunch is very expensive (99€/per person), which would be justified if the all-round package was also corresponding. The quality of the food is mostly really very good. However, there were a few flaws, such as the pasta, which was more than al dente and had little flavor. What annoyed us most, however, was the fact that there were no more oysters or sashimi 1.5 hours before the end of the brunch. When asked, the answer was that the sushi master had already finished work. We found that quite strange and definitely wouldn't expect something like that at this level. When we reserved the brunch we were told that all drinks were included. Unfortunately, it turned out that this only included warm drinks and a glass of crémant/ojuice to start with. There are price packages for drinks that you can book on top, but these are not exactly cheap either. At €99 per person I would consider at least water included to be reasonable. The ambience on site is wonderful and the service was really good, but overall the price/performance ratio wasn't right for us and I would therefore only recommend the brunch to others.

We were there for Mother's Day brunch and were very satisfied. The location and the view are of course priced in. The quality of the food was top and well presented. The service was also warm and courteous. But it's not enough to give it 5 stars because the drinks are a bit overwhelming. Only 2 packages are offered without knowing the complete map. And. For such an international house with an equal wine list, only 3 standard beers (Kölsch., Pilsner and Weizenbier) are offered. This makes every restaurant in the Benelux better.

I can highly recommend the glass house. We had the 5 course menu and it was very tasty. You probably always have something with you that you don't really like, but that's normal. The service is great and courteous. The view of Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine is fantastic. All in all a great restaurant.

The sushi we chose was okay and certainly not a culinary highlight. But you get a great view of the cathedral and skyline in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The service with young, very likeable, committed trainees was top! Price/performance just okay. Would definitely try the other dishes next time. Complete Tenovierubg planned for 2025.

Ich bin mit meiner Mutter hier gewesen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Ein Restaurant mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir hatten das Dreigangmenü und alle drei Gerichte waren ein Gaumenschmaus. Hier stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich komme sicherlich wieder!

We were at the Glass House on a Saturday evening. The welcome and service were courteous and nice. We chose the 5 course menu. Some of the dishes could have been a little more sophisticated. Ambience could use a refresh.

The only good thing about this place is the view. A lot of staff that is free, but not working (we were literally trying to scream to have some attention (ordering food). A bottle of water 12 euro?! Super expensive food that doesn’t worth it They brought me literally boiled potatoes, pieces of ham and asparagus without anything extra for 31 euro. I felt like I’m eating at home, not at the luxurious pricy restaurant. Waiting time for food was 1 hour (considering the fact that it wasn’t a lot of people). Disappointment.

In addition to the Sunday brunch, lunch during the week is highly recommended. With a view of the cathedral, we each chose the three-course menu for 44 euros and were thrilled. Excellent quality and taste. Inventive starters with salad, tender lamb and delicious fish as main courses and fantastically delicious crème brulée with ice cream and fresh fruit with a dreamy mango sorbet. We would also like to thank Ms. Farangis for the friendly service!

The sushi chef was off today. Monday. The sushi menu did not sweep me off my feet but what we had has delicious and the dessert spectacular. Great view of the dome. I wished I could go there more often. Thank you for a very nice dinner

Very great restaurant with a great atmosphere and, above all, a great view! The food was very tasty and the service, from the reception to the farewell, was very friendly, you felt very comfortable! We'll be back🙂

We had a lovely evening. We had a starter, main course and dessert from the menu and everything was of high quality. Being a chocolate lover, Valrhona variations were the obligatory choice! The only downside is the drink. We asked for "tap water" and we didn't quite understand the waiter's response but they brought us a bottle of still water. I know that in some countries and/or upscale restaurants tap water is not an option even though it is an ecological aberration for a developed country like Germany. We still accepted the bottled water, because we figured that tap water might not be an option in Germany. The final bill left us with a bitter taste of the evening when we discovered that the famous bottle of water was charged at €16 per liter!!! (12€ per 750mL bottle). However, we had a good time but for future customers, grab a beer or other drink!

Perfect service and good food, although some of the 3 and 6 courses we had were not warm enough, the ingredients were very good, I'm very satisfied with dessert. The service was very attentive (Yamas ;) )! Our glasses were always full! The wine choices were also very good! It's a shame you can't see the cathedral clearly at night, think we should come for lunch next time!

After a very friendly welcome, we enjoyed the quiet and very nice ambience of the restaurant. Both the main course, dessert and wine were excellent. We felt very valued and courteously served by the staff. Unfortunately, in the evening we couldn't enjoy the view of Cologne and the Rhine well enough through the glass. However, this circumstance cannot be changed and is one more reason for us to reserve a table again. Next time for a delicious lunch. Wir hatten dort im Rahmen einer Hotelnacht ein Abendessen im 5 Gang Menü. Das Ambiente ist wunderbar, der Service war außerordentlich aufmerksam und gut geschult. Das Essen an sich war gut gewählt, sehr geschmackvoll und toll angerichtet. Der Wein zu jedem Gang passend. Also rundum ein schönes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Food was more or less what was expected but the service didn't meet our minimum expectations. On top of it, the ambience and view went away with the sun as the dining area became more or less the second floor of the lobby.

Schönes Restaurant direkt im Hyatt-Hotel. Hervorragende Speisen mit gepflegten Getränken. Wir haben ein Fünf-Gänge-Menü mit Weinbegleitung gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der herzliche Service, der freundliche Empfang und die nette Verabschiedung haben den Abend zu einem herrlichen Erlebnis gemacht. Klare Empfehlung!

Am letzten Sonntag waren wir wieder einmal zum Brunch im Hyatt. Wie auch bei allen Besuchen zuvor war auch dieses Mal alles perfekt. Angefangen vom tollen Blick auf den Dom und den Rhein, über den zuvorkommenden und aufmerksamen Service. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist unübertroffen. Ob es nun das Sushi ist, oder die verschiedenen Salate. Der nahtlose Übergang zwischen den Gängen und die liebevolle Detailverliebtheit macht den Besuch so besonders. Wir haben schon viele Hotels mit guten Brunch Angeboten besucht. Aber dieses hier ist bei Weitem das Beste Wir werden, auch wenn die Anreise aus Stuttgart etwas weiter ist, sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren heute nach längerer Zeit mal wieder im Glashaus und wollten etwas essen. Leider eine herbe Enttäuschung. Die verlockende Beschreibung des Ziegenkäse war zwar ok, aber entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Der Hirschrücken dagegen war schlechter als jede Tiefkühlpackung und stand viel zu lange vorbereitet in der Küche herum. Das Fleisch war durchgebraten, zäh und trocken. Der Rosenkohl verkümmert und ebenfalls vertrocknet. Ich habe kein Problem damit für einen Hirschrücken 42,00 € zu bezahlen, allerdings war diese Darbietung keine 15 € wert. Der Service nett, aber nicht wirklich bemüht (keine Nachfrage auch nicht nach weiteren Getränken) Der Empfang und Tischeinweiser arrogant. Anscheinend glaubt er als Hyatt Mitarbeiter etwas Besseres zu sein als die Gäste. (passt nicht irgendwie in die heutige Welt) Fazit: da gab es mal wesentlich bessere Zeiten im Hyatt und wir werden nicht so schnell wieder kommen. Schade.

Wir waren hier (9 Personen ) um ein gemütliches Essen in der Vorweihnachtszeit zu geniessen. Der Service war mehr als mangelhaft. Wir haben ewig gewartet, erst dann kam für 9 Personen 1 Körbchen mit Brot und 1xButter . Dann wurden uns die Menükarten gegen eine sehr viel kleiner ausgetauscht, da wir zu viele Personen an einem Tisch für die grosse Karte waren. Der Wein, den wir bestellt hatten, war nicht richtig gekühlt, ausserdem wurde nur mit grossen Verzögerungen und auf Anfrage aus der Flasche nachgeschenkt. Nach 1,5 Stunden kam dann das Essen. Die Gerichte waren zu lange unter einer Wärmelampe gestanden. Es sah manches wirklich schon angetrocknet aus. Ich hatte ein Tuna Steak (angeblich 200 gr für 42 Euro, Beilagen extra ) bestellt. Als das Gericht kam war der Tuna komplett durch und das Steak unter einem cm dick Als ich dies reklamiert hatte wurde mir angeboten mir ein neues zu bringen, jedoch könnte dies etwas dauern. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung . Ich frage mich auch, warum so ein Steak etwas länger dauert da es von beiden Seiten nur ganz kurz angebraten wird. Definitiv keine gute Küche und ein noch schlechterer 'Service. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder und werde es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wie schon einmal erlebt, sehr angenehm und sehr lecker... Wer es noch nicht kennt, es ist einfach einen Besuch wert...

Mittelmäßiges überteuertertes Essen und die Flasche Wasser 12 Euro, eine Frechheit. Nie wieder. Kein Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten uns für das Autumn Special Entschieden. Hier gab es für 75€ ein drei Gänge Menü inkl. Weinbegleitung, Softdrinks und Wasser und Heißgetränke inkludiert. Das Essen war in der Qualität und im Geschmack super lecker. Gut abgeschmeckt und auf den Punkt gegart Hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Service. Wir wurden sehr angenehmen und professionell bedient, wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür :) Der Tisch war modern und klassisch eingedeckt. Einzig allein das Licht war nicht ganz so gemütlich. Es war viel zu hell. Rundum ein super schöner Abend, wir kommen wieder!

Ich gebe eine glatte 5, weil hier vieles geboten wurde, was alles zusammen ziemlich selten ist, nämlich: -sehr gute Küche mit ordentlichen Portionen -tolle Lage mit schönem Panoramablick (auf Altstadt und Dom) -exzellenter Service -sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis -keine störende Hintergrundsmusik (oder es war so leise, kaum zu vernehmen) Bravo an den Küchenchef und das ganze Team!

Wir kommen jedes Jahr an unserem Hochzeitstag vorbei und sind immer wieder begeistert vom Essen und vom Service. Der Blick auf den Dom ist ein ganz besonderes Highlight.

Wir bestellten das 5-Gänge Sommer-Menü und es war einfach nur ausgezeichnet; ein reines Fischmenü. Ein sehr kreativ zusammengestelltes Menü , sowohl den Geschmack, als auch die Optik betreffend! Schon fast zu schade, um zu essen. Der Service war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich! Der Ausblick auf den Kölner Dom und die Deutzer Brücke ist einfach nur atemberaubend. Wir hatten großes Glück und hatten einen klaren Himmel und wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang in erster Tischreihe am Fenster. Der gesamte Abend war einfach nur gelungen. Preislich natürlich gehoben, aber das ist es definitiv Wert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut im Rahmen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut und ich bin gerne da. Restaurant der gehobenen Art.. Es lohnt sich mal hinzugehen!! Super Blick auf den Kölner Dom. Alles in Ordnung.

Ein wunderschöner Blick. Ein tolles Ambiente. Ein tolles Menü. Wir waren begeistert ! Und natürlich hat unsere Bedienung noch seinen Teil dazu beigetragen. Dankeschön ! Tipp: das Parkticket kann an der Rezeption bezahlt werden. Als Restaurant-Besucher zahlt man einen deutlich geringeren Preis.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, auch der Service war gut. Wir hatten das Mittagsmenü, leider waren die Portionen sehr klein. Das Schweinefilet war trocken, der Kartoffelstampf war ein Püree aber sehr lecker ebenfalls viel zu wenig. Fazit Ambiente und Service gut Essen leider keine Gourmetqualität, denn noch OK leider zu wenig.

Wir waren am Freitag zum 3 -Gang Menü im Glashaus. Wir saßen an einem fein gedeckten Tisch und hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Dom. Die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend, die Teller waren sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Ein Highlight für Augen und Gaumen! Der Service war äußerst freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Es war ein gelungener Abend- Chapeau weiter so!

Gelungenes Business-Lunch im Glashaus des Hyatt Regency. Das 3-Gänge-Menü für 39 Euro bot exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Aussicht auf Rhein und Dom schaffte eine besondere Atmosphäre, während der freundliche und unaufdringliche Service überzeugte. Die Gerichte waren ansprechend präsentiert und vorzüglich im Geschmack. Der Preis ist zwar gehoben, jedoch durch die gebotene Qualität und Erfahrung gerechtfertigt. Empfehlenswert!

A very pleasant group dinner, good views of the railway bridge, and back across the river to Cologne Cathedral. Wine selection is decent, as is the Kolsch. Worth a visit for the views!!

Das Dreigängemenue war mega, die Kompositionen der Gänge schlüssig aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Location ist geradlinig und modern, der Ausblick Hammer...

Mir hat an diesem Abend alles gefallen. Meine Begleitperson und ich durften ein 3 Gänge-Menü verspeisen und fanden das alles sehr mundete und auch durchdacht war. Wir haben das Frühlingsspezial genießen durften, der Kellner war auch sehr zuvorkommend und Nett und im im gesamten war die Atmosphäre sehr beruhigend, schön und lebhaft zugleich. Die Zeit verging wirklich wie im Fluge, da man sich einfach Wohl gefühlt hat.

We had dinner here and it was so crazy overpriced! We both got a fish dish plus one bottle of wine. The fish costs 40 euros and that’s just for a small slab of naked fish. You have to pay 5-6 euros for a side and then 5 euros for a sauce! The ambiance is fine but it really felt like a hotel lobby.

Great views, great food, but….HORRIBLE service. After waiting 25 min for our drinks, we could finally order our meals…. But we had to wait 45-50 extra minutes to have our dinner, without even a suggestion of bringing us some extra bread or whatever to eat in the meanwhile …much too long. In despite our requests of food, the waiter “Haland” could not be more rude to us. Never seem something like that!!… His words were “ you ordered your meals when the kitchen was nearly closed, it is not my fault, go and talk yourself to the chef”…The responsible of the restaurant, named ..”Angelo” was not even able to say sorry for the delay. In fact he was´t able to say a single word…nothing at all…..Amazing… Apart all that, food and drinks (sushi, meat and wine) were quite good…100 euros per person…(without any deserts). We startet dinner at 21.00 and we finished at 24.00…too long…

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend mit einem tollen 5-Gang-Menü, inkl Weinbegleitung. Einfallsreich,kreativ und lecker. Die Weine stimmig dazu.
