Ich war schon mehrfach hier, zuletzt mit einer größeren Gruppe. Hat alles super geklappt - leckeres Essen, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, netter Service und gemütliches Ambiente

Das Essen ist super gut und der Service ist sehr freundlich.

Ich kann die Pho definitiv empfehlen für mich die beste in ganz Altona! Die verschiedenen Seafood-Tapas-Variationen sind ebenfalls sehr lecker und bieten viel Abwechslung. Das Ambiente ist total gemütlich und liebevoll gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Außerdem sind die Kellner sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Trotz guter Auslastung mussten wir nicht lange auf unser Essen warten.

Ich habe schon zahlreiche asiatische Restaurants ausprobiert und bin ehrlich gesagt nicht begeistert. Mein Gericht war geschmacklos, und der Lachs war hauchdünn geschnitten. Auch die Ente war fade, nur knusprig. Die Soße war völlig geschmacklos. Obwohl die Leute freundlich und das Ambiente angenehm ist, bin ich ja schließlich auch gekommen, um gut zu essen.

Die Sushi ist einfach zu viel gewollt… Geschmacksache, aber viele schlechte Entscheidungen bei den Kombinationen getroffen

Ordered on Uber eat. Korean friend chicken with a lot of fatty Skin. Wakamé algues mixes with old rest of salad food from other clients(?). Disgusting They presented excuses but Not offer to reimburse. And accuse me of lying about it. So Bad customer client service.

An all-time favorite in Altona!! Unfortunately, cash only, but it's so worth it! Also available via Lieferando! I've tried almost the entire menu and can't say whether I prefer the sushi, the rice dishes, or the truffle noodles!!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the ramen there; it was far too oily and the meat wasn't cooked all the way through. We were offered honey for our tea, but what came with it was sugar syrup. The service, however, was very friendly.

I've ordered from you many times and have always been very satisfied – the food has always been exceptionally delicious. Unfortunately, I found several metal wires between the rungs of my Uber Eats order last night. This is extremely dangerous, and I can't explain how something like that could have gotten into the food. We tried to contact you directly by phone last night, but the restaurant was already closed. We took photos of the wire, of course, and are happy to provide them.

Fine food in an average atmosphere

It never disappoints me. The food is delicious. Without a doubt, the best coconut soup I've ever had. The sushi is delicious in every variety, and all the ingredients are fresh. The servers are very friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful and cozy, both inside and outside. Highly recommended if you like Asian fusion food!

I don't understand why card payments aren't possible these days. And to say "not yet possible" is a lie. I haven't been able to pay by card here for two years. I definitely would have made €20-30 more today, but I didn't have enough cash left. Update after one year: Same sign, still cash only...

Visited Ginkoi in Bahrenfeld with friends, Asian fusion cuisine with Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine. Beautifully decorated restaurant 🍴 service top. Good menu, we had lunch but you should eat seafood here. Food was great, there is also Korean chicken here. So diverse dishes from Asia. Price-performance ratio is right, and good portions!

The food was pretty good with a reasonable price. Lunch menu is quite good selection and reasonable, too. I ordered Pho Bo, for me if the soup was a little bit hotter then it'd have been perfect. The seafood dishes, especially the snails, were quite delicious. The only thing was that when our snails were brought out, they weren't hot. The price is not cheap but not expensive. The staff is quite friendly. The space has both inside and outside, the inside is quite private and decorated in a dark style, the outside seating is quite spacious but a bit close to the street.

The food, the service and the atmosphere are great. It would have been perfect if the restaurant had an English version of the menu or at last a translation of German right on the menu. I had to use my phone with my friend to translate everything…a bit unpleasant.

We were there on Friday. This was a special day for my fiancée and I. We ordered scallops here 2 years ago and really enjoyed them. On Friday we took a €90 seafood platter. There are scallops on the menu. But when the food came, we didn't find any. We were simply not told when ordering that the scallops were not available. We automatically got something else as a replacement. I used to work in the catering industry for a long time. That really doesn't work! Unfortunately very disappointed and we will never come back…

Today we ate at Ginkoi for the first time and definitely not the last time. The restaurant has a great central location in Hamburg Ottensen, the service is very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. All that's missing is the food: the crowning glory, absolutely fresh and tasty and the open kitchen means you can look over the shoulders of the talented chefs while they prepare it! Conclusion: we would love to come back and can highly recommend the Ginkoi, I would have even given it 6 stars!

Our favorite restaurant in the district. We are regular customers and love coming there with our small children a little earlier in the evening, when it is even emptier. We are always warmly welcomed and served quickly. The food is great, everything is fresh and “to the point”. And I don’t think the taste has diminished at all. We feel comfortable and enjoy coming back there again and again!
