Get Food Urban Fastfood in Berlin

Ordered food, nothing there after 2 hours. Called, woman there only speaks English and screams something incomprehensible. Hung up in shock. 30 minutes later Volt arrives with half (!) of the paid order, the rest inedible. Complained, no response, no refund, no apology. I've never experienced anything so outrageous. This is a really disgusting, disgusting shop. Totally horrified!!

They deleted the order from the screen before it's ready and when I asked if my food was ready I just got a rude reply. After waiting 20mins for one meal everything was cold.

Prices like at the airport... Staff was very good. Quality of the goods below average. Really NOT recommended.

Google map says it’s open till 23, but they don’t let you sit there after 22:00 - only takeout. So that was disappointing
