Geltow Döner Erol in Schwielowsee

This was our first time staying here. I found this hotel through Google Maps; it's appealing because of its peaceful surroundings and proximity to the water. Our hotel room was newer, as I was assured over the phone beforehand. However, the bathroom was excluded from the renovation: the fixtures are outdated, the trash can is broken, and the shower isn't exactly spotless, to put it mildly. The room itself, to emphasize this point, was very nice. Breakfast is served on a tiered stand, but the quality is nowhere near that of the attached restaurant, "Die Zwillinge" (The Twins). The staff were consistently polite to us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, considering these minor drawbacks.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. It's worth stopping by.

Super friendly service. Very tasty food. A wonderful garden in the summer with a view of the Havel River towards Werder. We always stop here on our road bike rides and are treated to a delicious Pinot Gris for a quick break at the jetty. We're already looking forward to next spring.

Steak cooked to perfection. A really large beer to go with it, and a great atmosphere with a fireplace. In high season, you'll probably only get a table here with a reservation. Thanks, that's exactly what we were looking for after a long drive.

A catastrophe... Only in the most dire of emergencies... This "snack restaurant" only excels at its exorbitant prices... 🤦🏼‍♂️... lots of frozen goods... little creatures were spotted... long wait times... Snack currywurst, etc., should be affordable at the campsite... the snack bar is actually part of it... it was separated. There are some really good restaurants in the town of Caputh❗️ Reviews from friends of the "big" boss.... Customer reviews don't seem to be of any interest... they're trying to sell the quality of the snack bar at a high price.
