Super friendly service. Very tasty food. A wonderful garden in the summer with a view of the Havel River towards Werder. We always stop here on our road bike rides and are treated to a delicious Pinot Gris for a quick break at the jetty. We're already looking forward to next spring.

A very pleasant ambiance, good value for money, and friendly staff! A beautiful location by the water, which is an added bonus when the weather is nice. Our first visit also topped off with the icing on the cake: a wonderful sundowner!

We enjoyed a wonderful summer evening yesterday. The food was very good, the service was prompt, and the "sea view" was perfect. By the way, you can also moor your boat at the hotel's own jetty. We'll be back!

A great restaurant with a beer garden that invites you to linger. Enjoy delicious dishes with a view of the water, and even your little four-legged friends will be happy with a bowl of fresh water. The service is super friendly and accommodating. If you'd like to arrive by boat, the jetty offers space for mooring.

A very varied and very surprising menu. The food tastes fantastic and is stylishly presented. A combination of a feast for the palate and the eyes. The service is prompt and very friendly. You sit in style by the lake, just a few meters away. All in all, an experience. We'd gladly return!

We return here every year for our vacation. This year, we weren't disappointed. The menu is fantastic, the dishes taste fantastic, the staff is friendly and attentive. And of course, sitting here feels like a small, peaceful paradise with a fantastic view of the water and Werder Island. We'll definitely be back.

There was a party going on, but there was no seating inside. There was seating outside, but it was raining. The staff made sure we had a nice, dry, and warm seat.

The food was perfectly fine, but the waitress was a disgrace. Constantly stressed, slightly aggressive, and openly aggressive toward her colleagues in front of the guests. It takes the fun out of the visit. This lady should find a job with significantly less customer contact. It's a shame.

Despite the "full hut or outdoor seating," the service was excellent, with a short wait before our table was ready. A fine, not-too-extensive menu with something for every taste and super delicious, the same goes for the cocktails. The atmosphere right on the water and the boat dock are simply unbeatable. A beautiful oasis on Lake Schwielo. The staff works very well together. Everyone was nice and friendly despite the stress. The food took a little longer than we're used to, but it was delicious and creatively presented. The restrooms were clean. We'd love to come back. Keep up the good work.

The location and ambiance are great. The service was friendly. The food didn't have any major flaws, but it was rather bland and the portions were quite small. For the prices charged, the quality on the plate wasn't quite up to scratch for me.

We were really looking forward to the Anglerklause, especially the great dishes. Unfortunately, the offer lacked the usual quality. The sauce for the beef dish was too salty and had a sauce thickener added to it. The bruschetta consisted of two thin slices with some lettuce. The price is almost 10€ and there are no more delicious ribs. Too bad. Unfortunately, that special thing is now missing.

Just beautiful and super delicious food

Carp blue like every year on New Year's Day - absolutely outstanding and also the desert, a feast for the eyes. The chef should actually get a Michelin star. We'll be back.

Very good, down-to-earth cuisine

After having payed and generously tipped for a lavish meal for my brother's and my family with four kids, I was told that guests now have had "enough" of us and we should kindly prepare to leave soon. Although a typical reaction in a country that despises children, this restaurant definitely doesn't deserve anything above one star.

Gelungene und sehr geschmackvolle Speisen wurden uns serviert. (Rehhbraten, Entenbraten und Kalbsschnitzel als Hauptspreisen) Das Servicepersonal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Gerne wieder.

At first we were thrilled by the ambience and the fact that the five of us got a table when the weather was nice. The service was relaxed and friendly. The prices are extremely high and the food offering offers few alternatives. The food was good, but the piece of cake and the coffee with milk were very poor! The highlight, however, was the €4 surcharge for switching from boiled potatoes to fried potatoes without saying a word about it beforehand!!! This puts a bad light on the nice service. We will avoid this store in the future!

From the food to the service, everything was top.

On election Sunday, in the most beautiful sunny weather, I took the liberty of asking (being disabled) whether I could sit in the garden at 11:45 a.m. I was told we wouldn't open until 12 p.m. We weren't the only ones who would have liked to have used this location earlier on a nice Sunday. I also have to say that the food isn't exactly cheap for a garden restaurant! You probably pay for the view of the water and Werder Island.

The Ankerklause can definitely be recommended. The ambience is right. The staff is very friendly. Some questions cannot be answered straight away. It was immediately rescheduled. I will go there again at the next opportunity.

Reservation not possible for 6 people. “Group too small... then you just wait”. The risk is too great for me with older people. If that's a problem, I'd rather go somewhere else.

Great restaurant opposite the island of Werder. Everything great! Service could sometimes be a little less snappy.

The restaurant is in a great location on the large Zernsee. Reservations should be made for groups of 6 or more people in high season and on weekends. If you come after 6 p.m. you will definitely be lucky to get a table. We were served very friendly by the staff and the drinks we ordered were at the table very quickly. The food was plentiful and pleasantly seasoned. The schnitzel with chanterelles is recommended. Thank you, we would love to come back. Unfortunately, it tends to be closed in the evening when there are few guests.

On the access road, also known as the Havel promenade, with a little effort and patience we found a parking space under the shady trees. With the help of the friendly staff, we found a table at the back in the rustic 🍺 beer and dining garden, for 5 people. Of course, first the drinks Ordered, delivered quickly, so that you couldn't study the extensive menu while thirsty... I was also able to watch with satisfaction as one lady constantly let her eyes wander to discover where someone wanted to express a request. She then immediately sent her colleague there to take repeat orders... We were also quickly supplied and asked every now and then whether there was anything else we wanted and we were satisfied. Here it was noticeable that the guests were not just being “processed”, but that the visit here was a positive one Nice memories remain, and everyone would like to come back. So do we. A lot has changed for the worse. Reservations only for eight people or more, smaller portions with greatly increased prices, and unfortunately the service also left a lot to be desired. One can only hope that this criticism is accepted?

There were 5 of us, it was 6:20 p.m., Sunday and great weather. There was hardly anything going on... Drinks and food were great and it was incredibly tasty, the asparagus, the beef and the children's schnitzel... It's worth the visit, a great environment and great food and the prices are reasonable👍

Leider unfreundlich weggeschickt weil die Küche Sonntag, 18.45, früher schließt. Das die Küche schließt ist in Ordnung, mann uns gerne freundlich “ es tut uns Leid und uns gerne zum nächsten Mal eingeladen”. Ob es soweit kommt wissen wir nicht, sich so ärgern zu lassen macht kein Spaß. Gastronomie ist Gastfreundschaft, wir wurden alternativ freundlich um 19.15 beim Alten Fritz im Werder empfangen und bedient. Nimmt euch ein bitte ein Beispiel.

Nice location and the food is very good. I think a lot of seasonal and regional things are great here. The interior is quite narrow but due to the space. Prices are normal. It's nice that there is such a nice restaurant in this place.

Far more demanding than the name suggests. Imaginative cuisine. And of course a great location when the weather is good.

The restaurant is located directly on the Havel. In summer, the outdoor spaces are most beautiful and highly sought after. The menu changes regularly and depends on the season. Therefore you can always find something different to try. The cuisine is definitely excellent and the dishes are of excellent quality. The service is very friendly, fast and attentive. We really enjoy eating out here, especially when we're on a bike tour anyway.

We were here for the first time today, unfortunately!!! Everyone was thrilled with the food! Everything seems to be prepared and served with great attention to detail. The aperitifs are also varied and delicious, almost everyone tried them!!! Price/performance absolutely fair. The desserts are nicer than in many other 5 star hotel restaurants. We will definitely come back and we look forward to sitting here by the water and eating in the summer. Thanks for the nice day 🤗‼️

I can fully recommend the Anglerklause. The high quality of the food served is impressive across the board. We are guests there every year at Christmas too. I am always fascinated by how well organized the Anglerklause team is. Nothing will be forgotten. The drinks come quickly. The waitresses are attentive and always very friendly, even when every single seat in the restaurant is occupied at Christmas. As already described, the food is of high quality and is always served hot and never cold. In short: the chefs know their craft and it simply tastes really good! A worthwhile excursion destination even in summer given the fantastic location. Keep it up, Chapeau!

Dirk and his team have inspired me for years. I'm taking the Christmas goose I recently enjoyed as an opportunity to rate it here and say THANK YOU. Over the years there has always been excellent cuisine and friendly, fast service… despite the huge crowds. You have to do that first! 6 out of 5⭐️!

We made a reservation there for a birthday dinner and were not disappointed. The food was excellent, the ambience by the water with the remaining evening sun was wonderful, although it of course gets a little cooler after sunset in September. I agreed to be a driver and was even given a non-alcoholic cocktail-like drink to toast 😍
