I was there for lunch today, excellent service, excellent food, a spectacular view, impeccable service and very friendly staff. Spectacular uniforms. I will definitely come again!

Order was not fully received. No clear statement that an error occurred. Food only came in drops for 6 people In addition, the pizzas were in the oven for too long - a lot of black and dry - urgh! The Limoncello Spritz was far too alcoholic and the bread was dry. However, the service was particularly annoying. I had dinner with my family last Sunday at a place I didn't know personally. Great Italian atmosphere, friendly and super helpful service. I ordered a shrimp with spaghetti, only it was too spicy for me. I was immediately satisfied with a lasagne. (My father ate the rest of the shrimp) I will come back in September to celebrate my son's birthday! Luckily I didn't rely on the reviews straight away, otherwise I wouldn't have discovered this wonderful place.

At the weekend we ate in the pizzeria, which looked very attractive from the outside. The terrace is of course attractive when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, the positive feeling didn't last long. The waitress seemed very overwhelmed. We ordered pasta and pizza. The pizzas were all black on the bottom and had very poor toppings. The pasta dishes are also very clear. When the waitress asked if everything was ok, we complained about the pizzas. The complaint was completely ignored. No accommodation. As we followed up, there were also problems at the next table and there was no insight from the pizzeria there either. Here you have the feeling that you can do it with non-resident guests. A NO GO for us. I understand something different by an Italian pizzeria. Note: The toilets should be reworked.

An Italian restaurant beautifully located on Schwielowsee, the food was good, the pasta dish was a little, little. Pizza was. Well prepared, unfortunately the food didn't come to everyone at the same time.

Short and sweet. Service annoyed and cold. Pizzas were good. Lasagna was a joke, barely larger than three tablespoons in quantity. Sorry, won't happen to us again!

We were at Schwielowsee on July 14, 2024 and found the pizzeria that looked appealing from the outside! We actually just wanted to have a drink, but then decided to eat pizza! Staff very friendly until then! When the drinks came I already suspected something bad, because all the glasses were filled with ice cubes so that a 0.5 liter cola was at most 0.4 liters! Our pizzas followed shortly afterwards! Just the sight of it reminded me more of a frozen pizza than a fresh one! When you cut it you could immediately see that all the pizzas were black on the bottom! Diablo with spicy salami I have never seen such small slices of salami except on frozen pizza! When we complained to the waiter, we were told that it was Neapolitan and that it had to be so black! We didn't finish the pizzas completely and when we paid we complained a second time! The very disrespectful waiter was then brought to the table again! The answer was we had never been to Italy took the money and disappeared! No apology or compensation! I have never eaten such bad pizza! As I was leaving, I went to the counter and told this waiter that I came from the restaurant industry and had been to Italy! I also told him that I would give a review based on the quality and his behavior towards the guests! Here too the answer was just do it! I don't know whether it was the boss or an employee, but in any other catering establishment the behavior would be a dismissal without notice! More than disappointing and upset we left without saying goodbye! Just a tourist trap! Since I have 40 years of gastronomy experience myself and know all areas of gastronomy, I can assess it very well and this waiter or boss has absolutely no behavior whatsoever when it comes to service and behavior towards a guest!

A wonderful place. Very tasty pizza and Italian staff. Very pleasant. The food was very good, my wife had a vitello and that's usually how you recognize a good chef. The tiramisu was huge and really good. The view from the terrace in the evening is hard to beat. Smooth recommendation

What can I say, after a visit you are richer for a negative experience but poorer for too much money for poor quality food. The pizza dough was burnt on the edge and the "Neapolitan salami" wasn't even half as tasty as the cheapest sliced ​​salami from Aldi. Hardly any cheese on it and overall as tasty as the leather sole of my shoe. The chicken salad was riddled with brown, unappetizing leaves and the chicken lacked more than a little salt. Overall the atmosphere was not very inviting.

We wanted to go there on the afternoon of June 28th. 29024 just have a drink on the way back home. The ambience was ok, nice outdoor space with a view of Schwielowsee. But what wasn't okay at all was the amount my girlfriend was supposed to pay. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention because I would definitely have protested. I drank a Limoncello Spritz (7.90). My friend drank an espresso, which she said cost €3, and ate a scoop of chocolate ice cream, which I remember cost €2, according to her it cost €3. No matter, 7.90 + 3.- + 2.- (or 3.-) definitely doesn't equal 16+ €. You only miscalculate like that if you want to miscalculate. This is also called B... By the way, it was also strange that you didn't get an invoice or receipt. I've never experienced that anywhere. In retrospect, my friend is sorry that she was stupid enough to round up to €18. We definitely won't see this place again. The ambience on the terrace is worth three stars to me, but because you were ripped off as a guest, it's actually not a star. But 1 star is probably the minimum to be able to post this review.

We were 2 of 4 customers at lunchtime and arrived 30 minutes after opening. The gate to the terrace was still locked. The staff who were setting tables on the terrace asked us to take the route through the restaurant instead of opening up shortly. After we ordered our food we were given delicious looking white bread. But we were neither given small plates nor oil and salt. So dry bread. We would have liked a pepper sauce with the fillet steak we ordered. When we asked about sauces, we were told that they couldn't offer any sauces. When the food arrived, we immediately noticed the old arugula salad that was lying on both plates: most of it had already turned yellow and belonged in the compost instead of being disrespectfully placed on a paying customer's plate. You couldn't have eaten it anyway because it wasn't dressed and there wasn't even a drop of oil on it. But vinegar and oil were not served with it either. Like with bread, should you eat the rocket leaves dry?! An indictment for the price category. The only positive thing here is the location and the beautiful view.

The lake is great, the outdoor terrace of the restaurant is not particularly nice or inviting. The food was ok, we had pizza. The service was 2 ladies in number, one very polite and the other tried hard. I could have caught the pizza as it was being served, so clumsily and half-thrown the plate came to the table. Unfortunately we didn't feel very welcome and we had the impression that we were just the tourists who come every day anyway. It's a shame...we won't be coming back.

We know this Italian from Geltow, where he stayed for almost two years. The pleasant personal contact with the owner and the brilliantly delicious, authentic food made us regular customers. Since moving to Ferch, we made a third attempt there yesterday and it hurts our hearts that we can no longer recommend this Italian. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly in relation to the price. This is of course a matter of taste, but this restaurant no longer holds up to the comparison to itself 2 years ago. The ambience by the water is very nice. Maybe we'll take a look at the years again, but unfortunately it's no longer recommended. The location is great, but the accommodation, room number 1, should be closed by the authorities. The bathroom is underground and also dangerous! The fan heater is burning up the bathroom cabinet, the toilet seat has rusted out of its anchorage, etc...

We stayed at the hotel and slept in very comfortable beds. The room was clean and modernly furnished. TV with WiFi, streaming services available at no extra charge. The bathroom was generally well-kept and clean, only the corners should be wiped more thoroughly by the cleaner. Also look up and check the room for cobwebs. Since they reweave their webs within a few hours, this should be done after each change of guests. Another thing worth mentioning is the really clean, fragrant laundry. Large panoramic windows show the beauty of Lake Schwielow with its numerous seabirds. Breakfast was in the restaurant and was lovingly and freshly served on a plate. Italian breakfast, savory and sweet. Gladly again.

When we asked questions immediately after check-in, there was no response or suggestions for solutions. That's why the restaurant wasn't used! The location overlooking the lake is wonderful. Unfortunately the terrace was dirty and there was self-service on the terrace. The recommended piece of "cake" tasted like a fruit bar and was difficult to cut through without a knife. The latte was okay.

Leider an einem Schließtag dagewesen. Wurden aber sehr zuvorkommend im Pavillon am See bedient. Die Lage am Wasser ist fantastisch und die Speisekarte verheißungsvoll.

Tolle Außenterrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Entrecote war auf den Punkt und sehr gut. Die Gnocchis waren gut, die Tomatensoße war etwas fad. Die Pizzen auf den umliegenden Tischen sahen sehr gut aus.

Sehr schöne Location mit Blick auf See. Essen war sehr lecker, in der Grundversion etwas wenig gewürzt, aber mit Pfeffer und Salzmühle dann super. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten einen schönen Nachmittag. Eisdiele gleich nebenan.

Club del Lago- nie wieder! Komischer Geruch im Zimmer, Badezimmer und im Flug, abends sehr laut gewesen und generell es soll renoviert werden! Frühstück erst um 10 und bis dahin schwierig mit dem Check Out... Vor 10 geht man nicht ans Telefon und die Waschmaschine lief gefühlt die ganze Nacht. Katastrophe... Es tut mir Leid für die Mitarbeiter, sie waren nett aber unprofessionell.

Aussage zu Zimmern kann ich nicht machen nur einen Kaffee dort getrunken

Zwei mal Pasta plus Lambrusco bestellt. Hervorragender Spiegel italienischer Küche. Simpel und gut, schmeckt nach guten Zutaten, fein abgeschmeckt, die Spaghetti Scampi leicht scharf, die Hartkäse Sauce ganz leicht mit Trüffel, wir waren überrascht und glücklich. Ich hörte heraus, der neapolitanische Wirt hatte anfangs kampanische Weine, das wurde kaum angenommen, jetzt ist die Auswahl zu reduziert, da lässt er Geld liegen...

Bewertung nur fürs Restaurant! eignet sich gut für einen Zwischenstopp auf einer Radtour, wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Wasser und ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Pizza und auch das Tirumisu sind gut. ABER für etwas luxuriöseres Dinieren ist es nix! Dreckige Tischdecken und Geschirr, die Pasta Gerichte (wir hatten 3 verschiedene) waren entweder fast schon versalzen, oder kaum gewürzt. Die Bedienung unaufmerksam und wir mussten uns sogar Öl, Salz und Pfeffer selbst erfragen. Bruschetta hat leider auch nach nix geschmeckt.. Für eine kurze Erholungspause würde ich wieder hingehen, aber nicht für ein schönes Abendessen.

Traumhaft am Schwielowsee gelegen. Bus vor der Tür, Radweg, Badestelle. Urlaub !

Was ein schöner Abend !!! Toller Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse - angenehmer Service - die Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen war reichlich gefüllt - Rindercarpaccio, Vitello tonato, panierter Octupus, gebratenes Gemüse, Tomaten Mozzarella, Melone mit rohem Schinken - einfach ein frischer Genuss ! Ein Hauptgericht war danach nicht mehr nötig. Das hausgemachte Tiramisu köstlich - spontan haben wir dann noch eine Übernachtung gebucht - sehr bequemes kingsize Doppelbett - und alles für einen vernünftigen Preis - wir kommen wieder !!!

Die Lage des Restaurants ist schön gelegen,Das war es dann auch schon. Bestellwert ca 50€ Salat überteuert wurde ohne Dressing und typisches Baguette zum Salat angeboten. Die nach Beschwerde gereichte Salatsauce schmeckte nach Fertigprodukt.Brot wurde nicht nachgereicht,dementsprechend der Preis unverschämt. Pizza war absolut durchschnittlich. Bedienung erschien unangenehm berührt von der Kritik und vermied es auch nachmehreren Aufforderungen die Rechnung bringen ,sehr unangenehm. Keinesfalls ein zweites Mal

Gute Lage mit schönem Biergarten direkt am Wasser. Der Name „Club“ de Lago erschließt sich mir überhaupt nicht. Karte übersichtlich. Die Speisen waren Durchschnitt, ebenso der Service. Hier ist noch viel Luft nach oben an Verbesserungen. Wir waren hier, es war soweit okay, aber wir würden kein 2. Mal wiederkommen…leider.

"Club del Lago" klingt zunächst elegant und weckt Erwartungen, wie man sie von der italienischen Gastronomie weithin kennt. Hier konnten wir davon nicht viel entdecken, ausser dass die Location einzigartig ist mit tollem Blick über den Schwielowsee. Aber das hat uns die Natur dort gegeben, zwar oft eine recht zugige Ecke, dafür Wasser, Wald und weisse Segel - eine Perle! Der "Club" hat noch viele offene Gestaltungsmoglichkeiten, um die im Internet erzeugten Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Speiseauswahl begrenzt, aber eher "von der Stange", Qualität deshalb wohl eher unter den geschürten Erwartungen, z. B. Pizza TEIG zäh wie Schuhleder, sorry, selbst für kräftiges Kauwerkzeug eine Herausforderung! Kleine Schwächen beim Service am Tisch, okay, kann man verbessern, und vielleicht wird dann vieles gut 😎

Standort war schön, jedoch der Service innerhalb des Hauses ließ zu wünschen übrig, Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage und Frühstück erst ab 10.30 Uhr. Keine Rezeption und Kontakt zum Chef nur über Restaurant innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten

Sehr leckeres Essen, super Atmosphäre und direkt am Wasser. Es sind genug Parkplätze vorhanden, das Personal ist nett und bei der Essensauswahl ist für jeden was dabei.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Chef Alessandro empfangen. Zimmer, war sehr sauber und das Bett himmlisch. 2 Flaschen Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Für 7,50 €. Ein Mega Frühstück. Man kann hier in diesem italienischen Restaurant wunderbar essen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kaum eine bessere Pizza und Nudeln gegessen.

Essen, Service und Ambiente waren hervorragend. Konnten leider nur zwischen Pizza und Osterkarte wählen. Deswegen einen Stern Abzug.

Von innen und außen sehr einladend gestaltet. Essen war sehr gut und sehr schnell auf dem Tisch. Begrüßung und Bedienung sehr freundlich. Aufmerksam und geschäfftstüchtig aber nicht aufdringlich. Zum Abschluß noch ein Grappa aufs Haus. Sehr schöner und gelungener Abend. Danke!

Die Lage des Lokals ist genial. Wunderschöner Blick über den gesamten Schwielowsee. Die Betreiber sind wohl in der Aufbauphase nach Übernahme. Muss baulich noch viel gemacht werden und Personal fehlte wohl auch. Draussen nur auf Abholung. Speisen kein Urteil. Gab nur einen Kaffee für 4,50 €
