Gaststätte Wöllinger in München

Atmosphere there was quite a smell of gas in the air, the service was stopped, probably gassed and I don't know the food due to gassed employees... I didn't get my roast pork >:(

Super tasty food, unfortunately my cheese spaetzle had a bit too little cheese or artificial cheese, so I deducted a point. The price is about right for Munich standards, but for €12.60 I can ask for real cheese spaetzle. Since I made a reservation with several people, I was a bit lost as a single person. But overall I was satisfied. Great atmosphere and a bit more modern, unfortunately I have to say if several people are very loud it becomes unpleasant.

It will probably be closed from September 16th, 2024 due to another change of tenant. What a shame!

Bavarian inn, more or less “on” the Luise-Kisselbach tunnel. Anyone who knows the area from countless traffic jams during rush hour will be surprised at how beautiful and “green” it is here today. Extremely friendly staff, who... critical reviews are incomprehensible. The Kasspatz'n were very good, freshly made, as was the salad. Unfortunately we didn't have any more. Probably a lot of regular guests. Prices for Munich are cheap. When the weather is nice there is a pub garden, if it's full it might get a little more hectic, but today it was 5 well-deserved stars in every respect. Lots of free parking spaces in the area, don't forget your parking disc.

Nice restaurant, great service, delicious food. It's a little on the road and therefore not super quiet, but it's still a great place to relax. Often live music too, very cool.

We were here before the Coldplay concert. Were greeted like good friends. Food was great, the service was very nice. We sat in the beer garden and there was live music with accordion and guitar!

Arrived at the beer garden today around 5:30 p.m. and then it turned out that a DJ would be playing from 6 p.m. At first I was a bit unpleasantly surprised. But then he played such amazing, really great, pleasant beach music, so it was amazing. The food I ate was so delicious, delicious, delicious, delicious and the food was brought to us by really nice, friendly, pretty young service staff. The boss came by every now and then and asked how we were doing. We had wonderful drinks, fresh cold wonderful food and dessert, which was simply wonderful for the eyes and sensational in terms of taste and now we were there for more than 4 hours until shortly after 10 p.m. and had such a lovely evening and were so positive and and relaxed and really had such a nice evening thanks to the music. Great food, great service and good prices

A quiet place, welcoming both outside and inside. Good and plentiful dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommendable. I'm surprised at the other negative reviews about this place, evidently they are people who don't understand much about restaurants.

Beer garden visit, drank 1 anniversary beer, Service and beer garden are recommended, Quiet, cozy beer garden not far from Luise Kieselbach Platz, very friendly staff. Cozy ambience in Munich tavern style. No explicit assessment of the food was possible because nothing was eaten, but what was consumed at the neighboring tables definitely aroused interest and was convincing with its generous portions

Reservierung mit 5 Personen. Biergarten mit Musik. Wir saßen nahe dran aber konnten uns gut unterhalten. Die erste Bestellung der Getränke hat länger gedauert. Ab da war die Servicekraft aufmerksam und der Service war flott. Bis auf ein Gericht war der Rest lecker und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Werde bestimmt bald wieder hingehen.

We celebrated a birthday and were 8 people. We waited up to 2 hours for the food. No communication when the food comes. To tide us over, we were served 3 dry pretzels with some Obatzda for 8 people. After the food finally came, the roast pork was inedible and cold, the dumpling was soggy and the coleslaw was completely missing. Wasn't submitted later either. As an apology we were served Kaiserschmarrn, which didn't deserve the name. It was very disappointing. Especially since transparent communication would have made up for a lot, e.g. that you would have left earlier and not waited 2 hours hungry for food. Never again Wöllinger!

Really a great beer garden in Munich, nice shady place, staff very friendly I had the roast pork, which was really tasty, but the slices were completely dried out, as if they had been stored in a cold, dry place. Tasty in taste. It's a shame it made the dish a tough affair

Catastrophe. Waited over two hours for the food. Qualitatively subterranean. Never again.

Unfortunately, quite a bankruptcy. The Aperol spritz felt like it was 90% water - most of it ice cubes. I ordered ice cubes with the white wine. Me and my girlfriend (who didn't order ice cubes) were served the wine with 3 ice cubes each. Of course this saved money on wine. That's a disgrace. The roast pork, dumplings and sauce weren't bad. However, everything was lukewarm on plates that had not been preheated. The coleslaw was soggy and way too sweet. You can really ask for more for the prices quoted. It's a shame because the restaurant is in a good location and has a nice beer garden.

First we sat at a dirty table for ten minutes before we were discovered and given cards. We were then allowed to order drinks, but we were told that no orders were being accepted for the kitchen at the moment because it would be overloaded. Another ten minutes later we were able to order food. We ordered two dishes, which we then waited 90 (!) minutes for. However, dish 1 came out five minutes earlier than dish 2. The food was okay in terms of quality, but disappointing in terms of quantity. At least we were offered a round of coffee and/or schnapps when we said so.

Prima wie immer, eine der wenigen Orte wo alle Mitarbeiter freundlich sind. Immer wieder nett und das Essen ist auch Klasse. Leider gibt es dort keine Coca Cola.

The weather is fine, so head to the Wirtsgarten Wöllinger. You can sit comfortably and quietly at Luise-Kiesselbach-Platz. Clear selection of dishes. We had the coastal roast for €15.80 and Ayinger wheat beer for €4.90. Ayinger is just not an Augustinian. The coastal roast doesn't deserve its name, unless you call the far too hard meat a crust. The rubbery crust was the size of a €2 coin, see photo. The dumpling wasn't quite cooked through and the coleslaw, without bacon, was unfortunately a touch too sweet. The food was lukewarm and the plate was not preheated. As compensation, the friendly waitress offered a coffee. So it's no wonder that a chef is needed and that the restaurant is only 1/4 full on a Sunday at lunchtime, when the weather is beautiful. Dumplings with sauce or spaetzle with sauce cost around €7 extra. We think it's usury and that's why we don't come anymore.

Be careful!!!!!! Mr and Mrs Amberg, the owners of the restaurant confronted me as a commercial, professional rental fraudster for storage space without any response to my cover letters by email and failure to make any payment (deposit as well as rent) as well as clearing out the warehouse.

Leider war der normale Koch laut Service Aussage nicht da, was man leider an jeder einzelnen Speise gemerkt hat. Unfassbar :-( Service war sehr nett, was einem aber leider auch nichts bringt, wenn man 106 € ausgibt und jeder Koch Azubi ist besser gemacht hätte

That was nothing. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Small schnitzel, fried potatoes in a small extra bowl and in my opinion we would say manageable. Not even a small garnish of lettuce leaf and a piece of tomato or something similar on the plate. My fries didn't last long enough in the deep fryer; even the waitress noticed that they were completely limp after trying them. It's a shame, I knew Wöllinger differently.

Service is very friendly and nice and the atmosphere is attractive and clean. Unfortunately the portions were relatively small and expensive. The quality of the food was mediocre. Cream of asparagus soup didn't really taste like asparagus.

Today we had the worst dining experience in a long time. The food was simply subpar. Currywurst as an indefinable mush in a pot. Roast pork from yesterday, bone dry, flaxy, with 30% inedible fat rind and fried in the pan! Unbelievable 😫 Even the schnapps that was put there without saying a word couldn't do anything. And all of this at prices that appear to be of a high standard. This is extremely disappointing! Conclusion: There used to be excellent cuisine here, but those days seem to be over...

Unfortunately I have to revise my good rating. Apparently the kitchen and staff have changed. Unfortunately not for the better. Prices up and levels down! Food was almost inedible and at extremely high prices. That's not how it works! No wonder the inn was almost empty. We are also looking for a new place for the regulars' table. 😮‍💨

Entweder hatten wir Pech oder nach dem Wechsel von Küche und Personal wurde die gastronomische Qualität von davor nicht mehr erreicht. Das Essen konnte man nicht als gut bezeichnen. Wären wir nicht so hungrig gewesen, hätten wir es zurück gehen lassen. Die neuen Kellner sind nicht allzu wortgewandt oder freundlich, aber zumindest schnell. Die Preise haben ebenfalls deutlich angezogen und entsprechen leider nicht der gebotenen Qualität. Ich kann unsere ehemalige Stammwirtschaft leider nicht mehr empfehlen.

We had cheese pancakes. Unfortunately not good, completely tasteless. You couldn't get it under control even with large amounts of salt and pepper. The onions are soft and limp. Why don't you just take the finished ones out of the bucket if you can't manage it? The cheese was completely tasteless. The roast pork that we used to go there for was more fatty than anything. Although I have to say that a roast pork has to be mixed. But just fat is just too much. Given the prices, the food has to taste good otherwise it doesn't matter. The young waitress was very friendly, quick and helpful.

“da Wöllinger” is most beautiful in sunny weather, when you can sit in the pub garden with a view of Luise-Kiesselbach-Platz. My wife and I had 4-sided fish with mashed potatoes and creamed vegetables from the weekly menu, as well as the freshly baked meatloaf with Bavarian potato salad from the regular menu. The pieces of fish, breaded in homemade panko dough, were nice and juicy, the meat loaf was really fresh, only the potato salad was too mushy for my taste. The service, which has occasionally been criticized, worked flawlessly this afternoon, was attentive, quick and in a good mood.

If a label (fly in the ointment) is found in the beer and handed over, then I expect not only an 'ignoring' reaction from the service, but also a reaction when paying (e.g. 1/2 price or, as 'before', a free schnapps ). Unfortunately the full amount was collected without anything. Sorry, but with mediocre food, that's a NOGO! Therefore a generous two stars!

Don't know what else to say. The new tenants are great. Food, service and ambience are top. You can taste the quality and the craftsmanship.

Nice Bavarian restaurant, the service was on point...we kept asking if we would like anything else...the food came very, very quickly, so the fried potatoes were ready and just went into the pan again lots of oil... Schnitzel was probably pre-breaded. My brawn was very sour... the vinegar was supposed to cover up a problem. ? I would rather wait 15 minutes longer and eat fresh fried potatoes, but I also know about the problems in the catering industry and managing the balancing act is not always easy

Phew! Difficult! Was very empty on Wednesday evening. I remember the old days when the store was bursting because it was packed to capacity. Food was OK! Boarish stop! Menu very clear, portions too. But the quality was quite good. What was really negative (in the truest sense of the word) was the smell in the clothes that you took home with you. That was really on the border and a reason not to come back. Given the emptiness, it's hard to understand, but obviously the ventilation/air conditioning technology is in urgent need of an overhaul It's a shame, there is more, dear hosts!

There is nothing negative to say about the location itself. The service was also nice and absolutely fine. For eating, well. The soup was good. A salad for 16 euros you can definitely expect more, just a little green, exactly 1 half cocktail tomato, 2 slices of cucumber and 4-5 pieces of chicken. That's it for the price? After the salad was there we were asked if we would like bread with it, why do you have to ask, it's on the menu and is part of it. The rest was ok, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right. We probably won't come back. There are better ones out there and the price is justified.

We had brunch there with several people. The reservation went through smoothly. The brunch is very diverse. Varied selection of breakfast and many warm dishes, as well as many different salads. Muesli is also plentiful. The service is very good, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking available on site. Price/performance absolutely fine.

I ate a large salad with baked goat cheese, listed under "Salads to fill you up", price Euro 16.80. The salad consisted of 3/4 green lettuce leaves, a few wafer-thin carrot strips (obviously bagged) and 2, in words "two", small cocktail tomatoes. The goat cheese was baked so spicy that the breading was burnt and there was very little cheese left. When the waiter came to clear away the food and asked, more formally, if everything was OK, I said no. He didn't react at all and left. I then spoke to the owner, who didn't change her face, didn't inquire further or apologize. Both the price/performance ratio and the handling of a complaint, i.e. with me as a guest, are unacceptable for me. No recommendation.

Mir wurde ein paar Stunden vorab die Tischreservierung für mein Geschäftsessen abgesagt, da es Probleme mit der Küche gibt und das Lokal heute geschlossen bleibt! So musste ich mich sehr kurzfristig um eine neue Location kümmern und meinen weiteren Kollegen mitteilen was während Meetings und Terminen etwas nervig war. Nächstes Mal reserviere ich gleich in einem anderen Restaurant.

Been going to Wöllinger for years and yesterday was the best time! The roast pork was the best I've had in years! The new chef is great and the staff is very friendly.

Prominente Lage und ausreichend Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ein schönes Wirtshaus mit gutem Ayinger Bier. Der Schweinsbraten war zwar eine ordentliche Portion und optisch ansprechend, aber etwas zu fest. Das nächste Mal werden wir eben was anderes bestellen. Und im Frühjahr gerne mal draußen.

Wir haben vorab eine Karotten-/Zitronengras Suppe bestellt da die Tomatensuppe die wir eigentlich bestellen wollten „noch nicht fertig war“. Als die Suppe dann kam war ich entsetzt, sie war farblich nicht als Karottensuppe zu erkennen und sah eher wie eine Art Joghurtpaste aus. Wir haben es dann gewagt und haben probiert. Die „Suppe“ war lauwarm, und es waren komische, halbrohe Zwiebelfäden drin. Ich konnte es einfach nicht aufessen. Auf Nachfrage des Kellners ob es geschmeckt hat, konnten wir nur vorsichtig sagen, dass wir uns von der Karottensuppe etwas anderes erwartet haben. Daraufhin bekamen wir sehr böse Blicke zurück und wurden darauf hingewiesen dass es eine Karotten-Zitronengras-Suppe war. Ansonsten ist er überhaupt nicht auf unsere Aussage eingegangen. Als Hauptgang hatten wir die Spätzle bestellt. Als diese dann kam war ich sprachlos. Es wurde auf einem kleinen Holzbrett in einem Minipfännchen eine mini Portion Spätzle serviert und daneben auf dem Brett in einer Schale der Beilagensalat. Wobei der „Beilagensalat“ größer war als die Portion Spätzle. Ich dachte nur, wer soll davon satt werden?? Die Spätzle waren zudem geschmacklich enttäuschend, die Soße bzw. Konsistenz eher sämig als cremig. Ich war seit langem wieder beim Wöllinger aber dass das Essen so schlecht ist hatte ich so nicht in Erinnerung. Sehr schade, essen werde ich dort nicht mehr.

Wir saßen im Birgarten und waren rund um zufrieden Kalbsfleischpflanzerl mit Bratkartoffel sehr lecker. Mein Mann hatte Münchner Schnitzel. Heute nach einiger Zeit mal wieder da gewesen und immer noch begeistert. Klare Empfehlung.

Ich feiere mit meinen beiden Kindern seit Jahren an 24.12. ein Weißwurstfrühstück beim Wöllinger und wir fanden das all die Jahre perfekt...

Klasse Lokal. Schöne Speisekarte, für München faire Preise. Ich komme gerne wieder. Am 23.12. War ein DJ aktiv, das war etwas laut, darum 1 Punkt Abzug bei Ambiente.

Nett, Gmiatlich, aber übel teuer was so Getränke mäßig ab geht,2 kleine 0.2 Glühwein, 1 latte macchiato knapp 18,- , klar jeder muss leben aber das gönn ich mir eher sehr selten...

Wir besuchten das Lokal mit der Arbeit, da wir durch die Bewertungen einen guten ersten Eindruck bekamen. Jedoch war das Essen sehr enttäuschend. Keiner der bestellten Fleischgerichte (bis auf Gans) war auch nur annähernd gut. Egal ob Wiener Schnitzel, Zwiebelrostbraten oder Entre Cote. Es ist eine Frechheit, dass so ein minderwertiges Fleisch mit so einem hohen Preis gerechtfertigt wird. Sehr zäh und trocken. Mehr wie Schuhsohle als saftiges steak! Meine Kollegen ließen ebenfalls zum Teil das Fleisch stehen. Es wurde auch garnicht erfragt, wie man denn das Steak haben möchte. Meiner Meinung nach, ist das ein Punkt der zu einem guten Service und teurem Steak dazu gehört. Kaffee schmeckte auch nicht. Ich kann dieses restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Gaststätte. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Fischfilet mikrig und begraben unter einem Berg von Kartoffeln. Die Bedienung scheint überfordert , kann sich bei 10 Leuten nicht merken wer was bestellt hat. Es werden falsche Bestellungen an den Tisch gebracht und genervt abgelegt. Anschließend wieder mitgenommen und an den richtigen Tisch abgestellt. Man fühlt sich nicht wirklich gut bedient. Waren hier mit der Firma zum Weinachtsessen. Kann es nicht wirklich empfehlen weil die Karte stolze Preise hat. Daher kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Da hat wirklich alles rundherum gepasst :-) Jederzeit wieder !!!

Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Abend! Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier mit 11 Personen vor Ort. Bereits im Vorfeld, angenehme Kommunikation und volle Unterstützung bei unserem geplanten Krimidinner! Während der Runden servierten uns die Wirtsleute ein drei Gang-Menü mit unterschiedlichen Suppen und Hauptgerichten die zur Wahl standen. Keiner ging hungrig nach Hause und allen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung und Service zu empfehlen - trotz sehr vollem Haus! Gerne wieder….

Der Service der netten Dame war großartig! Ansonsten war es sehr kalt und zugig in der Gaststätte. Mein Schweizer Wurstsalat war eiskalt aus dem Kühlschrank und das Geld nicht Wert. Im Biergarten im Sommer war es besser.

Bayrisch und gmiadlich. Freundliches Personal , hat einfach alles gepasst.

Prinzipiell wäre das Essen gut, Jedoch war eines unserer bestellten Essen unvollständig. Erst nach dreimaligen Auffordern haben wir den Rest bekommen. Personal war genervt. Anstatt Rosewein haben wir Weißwein bekommen. Auch das hat niemanden vom Personal so recht interessiert. Eigentlich ist das Ganze schade, weil es grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Wirtshaus ist, nur der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Super leckere Gerichte, tolles Personal. Man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl, kommen regelmäßig gern wieder her.
