Unfortunately, all three entrances to the restaurant and terrace were not accessible for a wheelchair user. Which is worrying for me given the proximity to the university hospital. When I asked if there was another restaurant nearby, the waitress said, no, there isn't. But three minutes away in the wheelchair, I found the inclusive restaurant HEIMATKÜCHE and had a very good meal there.

Yesterday I spontaneously booked a room for an overnight stay on site. I wanted to stay for 2 nights but unfortunately it was fully booked. I am thrilled with this guesthouse! All employees super friendly! All rooms very clean! There is free parking behind the house. There are even charging stations for electric cars. My room was super clean, cozy and beautiful! The bathroom is very modern and chic. There's even a shoe spoon in the room! Wow! I always miss that in the hotels! In the evening I spontaneously ate in the in-house restaurant on the ground floor. Wild garlic soup, it was really, really tasty!!! There was a lot going on in the restaurant and beer garden. 15 minutes walk to downtown Freiburg. There are supermarkets and bakeries everywhere in the immediate vicinity. Sbahn station right next to the guesthouse. Still, it's not bothersome at all. After checking out, I was even allowed to leave my car in the yard for a few hours longer so that I could go to the clinic with my husband. Thank you very much for the great stay! I'll definitely be back!

Very tasty food and very nice service, we were just a bit forgotten when it came to dessert. You have to park in the public paid parking lots and then walk a bit. But we only ate there, maybe parking is easier if you have a room there.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Paradies restaurant. The room was clean, nicely furnished and functional - exactly what you want for a relaxing night's sleep. It was particularly pleasant to end the evening with a beer in the attached restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for friendly and well-run accommodation!

So we arrived at the hotel here today and the hotel is really super, super clean, great with nice service, the restaurant down here, everything tastes perfect and for this price it's really great. I will come here more often. In any case, I can only rate it with five stars

We made reservations for 20 people four weeks ago. When we were there on Saturday our reservation was canceled. We had to immediately organize another location for ourselves, and not only were we left alone: ​​no one was interested. The few drinks that some of us ordered were taken away. At first I wanted to cancel because of illness in the family. But no one there was interested. Since an incredible 90% cancellation fees would have been due, I wanted to arrive a day later. This was clarified by phone 2 days in advance! However, this establishment has questionable business practices! Despite the announced late arrival, a no-show was reported to booking dot com and the room was cancelled. So it was no longer possible to arrive the following day! No understanding of my situation and no money back. Goes through the lawyer now! I'm really mad! This behavior is unbelievable. Zero stars for the lack of humanity and the audacity to collect so much money for services not provided! PS: and everything is constantly being blamed on booking dot com… the fact that the decisions are made there is a blatant lie! Besides, I never claimed to have been with you... your lies are getting enough!

We were there after a funeral at lunchtime with around 26 people in the heated pavilion and were very satisfied, actually happy with the place, the friendly and quick service, the fine food and the bill - which was surprisingly moderate for us despite all the positive things. Thank you again!

Unfortunately I give three stars, Overnight stay for 5 days, every night was noisy, because from above the room you can hear so much when someone walks and when they move the furniture that it's a horror...!!!!!! Unfortunately when you do it is of course bad luck for you. Otherwise, the rooms are very neat and really clean. There are no objections, congratulations. It is a great pity that breakfast is only served from 8 am, so who works from 7...jbg. But good luck to my son, Balkan is a bakery on Coška, ​​so burek will come in handy 😀

The last visit was in the summer, outside in the beer garden. The wild boar currywurst dish that was offered was one of the best I have eaten in recent years. Very friendly service and even in the event of misunderstandings, we act in the guest's best interest, which is not always common in local restaurants today.

We received a very friendly welcome and were informed about all relevant information. We were directly assigned parking spaces behind the house. We were there with 2 motorcycles. Breakfast until 11 a.m. is great👍Comfortable beds, big and small pillows. Large, comfortably designed bedroom with shower. Room on the 2nd floor with blackout blind👍 Downstairs on the ground floor there is a large restaurant with excellent food and really fast, friendly service. The ladies and gentlemen have everything in view. We would love to come back👍👍👍

We only ate in paradise and didn't spend the night. The service was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and we were full. The drinks tasted delicious.

Unfortunately, it's like in many places. An oh-so-cool service team fails due to its own inability to transport overpriced food and drinks from A to B. Let alone accomplishing this in a reasonable amount of time. Dear Paradise, it's just not right to be so greedy. And it can't happen fast enough until capable service robots at least replace your team.

A year ago I visited the Paradies restaurant and was absolutely thrilled with the cheese spaetzle, accompanied by a side salad. The value for money was unbeatable, and the combination of crispy onions, wonderful spaetzle and delicious cheese sauce made it one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. The hotel is absolutely first class. 👍

We have eaten there several times now because we were staying at the university clinic. The service and the food were both top. In particular, the lunch menu with the appetizer buffet is top-notch in terms of price/performance. Very nice beer garden with shady trees.

We went to the Paradies restaurant with our children for brunch. The service was as you would expect. Extensive selection, it was quickly refilled and the table service was on the ball. Everything was wonderful, therefore a clear recommendation.

It's very comfortable, there's plenty of space inside and outside. Have a large selection of drinks, the food is good but not much to choose from. We really enjoyed the evening with the group.

It's well located... rustic and without any frills (more like a train station lobby), but still okay.

Food was very tasty, I haven't had anything better anywhere in the last six months, service was nice. Rooms were nice and individually furnished and clearly exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is only available from 8, which would sometimes be too late for a business trip, but you can find alternatives for an early breakfast in the neighborhood.

The tarte flambée on the menu comes from the freezer, I wanted it without the paperoni and that wasn't possible for that very reason.

The room was very nice but above all spacious and clean, we slept one night with three people, close to the centre, very quiet place, free private parking. We ate in their restaurant and had a very good time. Thank you Highly recommended

The dining room has very tight seating, the air is stuffy, the selection and quality of the food is mediocre and the service is friendly, but only comes by at very long intervals. This restaurant is not one of my favorites.

Bad service, unfriendly & overwhelmed service and an unclear menu (forget the breakfast menu on Sunday, brunch only). The drinks take 20 minutes, but the bill comes in 30 seconds. Thank you, never again

We wanted to stop by for breakfast with the family on Sunday. Service was terribly bad. The breakfast menu has no meaning on Sundays. This was explained to us on site. There is only brunch and nothing else. This fact is not apparent (neither online nor on the map). We were treated very badly and poorly served. Never again !!!!

We were served really friendly and really well in the restaurant. The citizen was tasty, but the burger bun was unfortunately a bit soggy. The side salad was great and the fries were also great. Wir hatten für ein Geburtstag Abendessen zwei Wochen im voraus einen Tisch reserviert. Als wir kamen, wurden wir wegen einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft völlig unprofessionell und mit wenig Verständnis für die Situation abgewiesen.

Brunch war super. Es hatte einige Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Es warwn dort nicht so viele Gäste wodurch es schön ruhig und entspannt war. Frühstück Buffet (für 2 Personen) mit jeweils einem Kaffee kostete insgesamt 70€. Was selbst uns überraschte.

Öfters was zum abholen bestellt aber auch vor Ort. Alles bestens. Macht weiter so.

Convenient location in Freiburg. I have stayed in this Hotel twice in the last 4 weeks. Rooms are modern, clean, and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money. I also really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for dinner and breakfast - excellent food and service with a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Freiburg.

Ich habe kürzlich in dieser Pension übernachtet und war rundum zufrieden. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war auch praktisch, da es in der Nähe von Kliniken lag. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.

Wir gehen regelmäßig im Paradies essen und wurden nie enttäuscht. Das Essen, die Getränke und der Service sind super. Die Preise sind ein bisschen hoch, aber so ist es nun mal nach corona und Inflation überall, jeder muss eben die Preise anpassen - also völlig okay!

Ich finde das Essen sehr gut und die tasges gerichte immer sehr gut ich komme immer alle 2 Monate hier her nur um zu essen. Zimmer kann ich nicht beurteilen waren noch da nie übernachten.

Wir waren hier zwei Nächte und sehr zufrieden.Sehr modernes ,sauberes Zimmer . Frühstück ist sehr gut und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich.In ein paar Minuten ist man im Zentrum.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder !

Eine sehr schöne Pension mit sauberen Zimmern. Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich . Man kann hier alles empfehlen , eine kleiner Makel gibt es und das sind die Glockenschläge der gegenüber liegenden Kirche, die sind sehr laut schon morgens

Der Brunch war lecker 😋 14,90. Samstag 8 - 13 Uhr und eine sehr gute Auswahl inkl. O-Saft und Wasser. Wer mehr mag bestellt Kaffee, Tee und Co. dazu, so wie ich. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein tolles Team und tolle Atmosphäre. Ich fand es innen sehr urig und schön. Wärmstens zu empfehlen. Grüße von einem Durchreisenden M.Ritter

Sehr zu empfehlen. Bei meinem Aufenthalt gabs nicht wirklich was zu meckern. Die Begrüßung war locker und freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber mit kleinen netten Accessoires, die mich willkommen hießen. Das Essen war auf den Punkt. Großer Salat war so wie ich ihn mir vorstelle. Bunt und frisch. Die Dorada war knusprig und saftig, die Gnocchi und das Gemüse super. Das Frühstück ist auch zu empfehlen. Ein sehr junges Team, dass mit viel Engagement eine guten Job macht. Hier gibts kein Grund zu zögern.

Wir hatten 2x Schnitzel mit Beilagensalat und Pilzrahmsoße. Das Wiener Schnitzel war etwas größer als ein Bierdeckel und hatte so gut wie kein Geschmack. Der Salat war hingegen reichlich, aber die Tellergröße falsch gewählt=zu klein. Der Tisch an dem wir gegessen haben war blau mit Lackabplatzern und wackelig, ein Tischtuch hätte dem Ambiente gut getan,immerhin essen wir im "Paradies". Die Bedienung war nett und das Essen kam zügig, wer aber einmal in einem Brauereigasthof gegessen hat der weiß wie es schmecken sollte. Waren nur zum essen dort, also keine Übernachtung.
