After visiting the majestic Hohenzollern Castle, Hotel Brielhof Restaurant is the perfect spot to dine like royalty. I enjoyed the steak, cooked perfectly medium, paired with a crisp Pilsner beer—a true feast fit for a king. The steak was tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, easily a crown jewel of the menu. The service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for a knight-worthy meal in a charming setting, this place is a must-visit!

Super delicious Swabian cuisine. I ate sour tripe/kidneys, oxmouth salad and baked ravioli, everything tasted wonderful, just great!!! Thanks for the great taste experience 😉
