The delivery was fast, and arrived just after closing time! The food was incredibly delicious. I'd happily come back anytime 😍

We ate there several times and recently celebrated our wedding there as well. Positive: Clearly the food; much of it is homemade and tastes excellent. The staff is highly motivated, friendly, and always on the ball. Everything truly deserves 5 stars. So why only two stars? The bill we received for our wedding included an item that, when we signed the contract and asked if it would be charged, the owner's answer was a resounding no, only to be charged anyway. Our written inquiry has so far been simply ignored, unfortunately, and therefore, no other rating is possible. Of course, when you're self-employed, you're very busy, I know that myself, but you should still take the time to respond. Babies are also charged half price. Unfortunately, that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. All the best to the team and keep up the attentive and enthusiastic service.

We were here today with our two-year-old son and were unfortunately very disappointed. We were told that all the tables were reserved and therefore we couldn't eat anything. I wanted to at least order fries to go for my two-year-old son – even that wasn't possible because I wanted to pay with a voucher. You weren't allowed to eat anything on the beer garden tables anyway, only drinks. So our only option was mini golf, which is completely unsuitable for a child of that age and wasn't fun for him either. Reluctantly, we were at least brought drinks. When we asked if we could convert the last few euros from the voucher into drinks to go, this was also refused – on the grounds that drinks to go were "unusual." Particularly annoying and incomprehensible: While we were denied any opportunity to eat, other guests were allowed to dine at supposedly reserved tables. For me, this was a clear case of unequal treatment. The entire experience struck me as extremely unfriendly to customers—and, especially with regard to my two-year-old son, almost hostile to families. I had the distinct impression that we, as voucher guests, were unwelcome and therefore treated worse. That's not how you treat families—or paying guests in general. For us, it was a very disappointing experience and certainly not a place we'll visit again.

Service surpasses many restaurants in Neunkirchen-Seelscheid. Food is plentiful and tasty. Ambiance is good. We'll be back.

The prices for a main course are now around €20. There seem to be a lot of regulars. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the food only deserves two stars, as I consider the preparation to be outdated. The meat side dish unfortunately had almost more breading than meat, and I suspect the hollandaise sauce was bought at a supermarket. The fries served with it were extremely greasy and lukewarm. It's OK for a beer in a small beer garden, but you'd be better off eating somewhere else.
