The food was very good and good, simply delicious. The service was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately it's a little noisy, but at least I can still entertain myself here without using a lot of cell phones.

After a long day at work, I visited Reimanns Eck after it was recommended to me by my family - and I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly and attentive, so I immediately felt at home. I ordered a latte macchiato and a chocolate mousse, and both were really excellent. The coffee was aromatic and perfectly prepared, the chocolate mousse was creamy and tasted delicious. Overall a great experience - I'd love to come back!

If you like old German cuisine in a quiet, historic setting, this is the right place for you. The weekly lunch menu at affordable prices tempts you. The herring plate was delicious with a fish, even with a tail. Plus a freshly tapped Pilsner or non-alcoholic. The selection is plentiful. Also à la carte. Some of the fried potatoes were burnt. Even though it was mentioned, I would have liked a little schnapps as compensation. The wait staff was very friendly and quick. And currywurst fries are always good, and the gratinated Camenbert is also delicious. I'll be back, no question.

Very high quality food, for me one of the best German restaurants in Hanover. Also highly recommended for breakfast!

The restaurant offers tasty dishes from largely regional origins. The selection is also large. The staff are always friendly and helpful. So far I only knew the restaurant through its beer garden and, in the run-up to Christmas, through the "winter garden" decorated with numerous fir trees. The Reimanns Eck restaurant can be recommended without reservation.

First of all, I'm biased about this restaurant, Hanover, just a low bar. The reimanns eck is an institution and the small portion of sauerbraten is a piece of heaven on earth. Can also highly recommend fast breakfast on Saturday/Sunday

I have never eaten or not eaten a bratwurst like this in my life.

The food is delicious and the staff is usually polite. However, it seems that young people are not welcome there. When I visited the restaurant with my girlfriend, I was asked directly if we only wanted to use the toilet. The lady was extremely rude which ruined the entire experience. This was particularly disappointing because I have fond memories of the place from my childhood, when I often went there with my parents.

Top local! My recommendations: The Königsberger Klopse are phenomenal. And if it's on the menu seasonally, be sure to try the pumpkin soup. It's the best in town.

Was here for New Year's Eve breakfast. Nice event! A little too loud inside, so we mostly stayed outside. Good atmosphere, great beer at a slightly higher price. Recommended.

I have tried several items from the breakfast menu at Reimann's Eck. Everything from Bauern Frühstuck to Ofenfrisches Butter croissant, is an absolute delight. My personal favorite is their soft and creamy Rührei( scrambled eggs), which melts in the mouth and their waffles with Blueberry sauce. What makes the experience even more memorable is the outdoor dining. It's especially pleasant in summers and on sunny mornings during the Fall. Update: I really don't know if there was a revamp but some items don't taste the same as before and hence the 4-star rating.

Only recommended to a limited extent. Service really very inattentive and slow. Of the three available tables, we were assigned the one directly at the drafty, cold entrance, despite reservations. Then discussions about swapping places. You don't want to seat other guests at the drafty entrance - aha. Schnitzel was okay, but the fried potatoes were burnt. The salad now costs extra and the lemon on the schnitzel - as one of three components - was completely forgotten.

Beautiful little Christmas market that was lovingly decorated. We'll be back!

Cozy restaurant with good German cuisine. It's a good place to go, simple and good.

Reimanns Eck is a classic of Hanoverian gastronomy with a long tradition. From kale to fried fish to sour meat and roast beef with excellent fried potatoes, there is a very good selection. A lot of local and good goods are processed. Our service last night was attentive and friendly, even though it was busy on a Friday evening. We'd love to come back!

Super nice service. Had the "Tischlein deck dich" brunch for two people. Very tasty selection of dishes and completely sufficient quantities with the option to reorder. We were able to take leftovers with us. Can only be recommended.

It was OK. I would describe the appetizers and dessert as very good. Overall we had to wait (a lot) for our food. Service was very friendly. Toilets e.g. T. out of service and apparently not just since the day of the visit.

Difficult to find entrance in the dark. Strong smell of food inside. It took quite a long time for the waitress to come to our table - and then another long time for the drinks to be served. We had a reservation, but the service was quite inattentive. No tablecloths. Cutlery lay carelessly on the table that had not been completely wiped down. Food was OK.

We noticed the beautiful winter garden at Reimannseck at 9:35 p.m. and were thrilled that it said: "open until 10 p.m." at the front. Full of anticipation for a Hot Aperol, we line up to find out the last round is at 9:30 p.m. It's a shame that wasn't on the front! This can also scare away wealthy guests! I would have managed at least two drinks before 10 p.m. And we were a group of 8 people. Now we're leaving our money somewhere else. We won't be coming back!

At lunchtime at Reimanns Eck... we ordered a chicken salad and a steak with fried potatoes... both tasted great... we'd love to come back...

I was there with my friend at 9:30 p.m. and thought it looked really nice. We went in and a group in front of us was rudely sent away because the last bar was probably at 9:30 p.m. This was not noted anywhere, as the opening times were also shown until 10 p.m. Well, as I know it, you pay a deposit on the cups and are unlucky if you don't return them before you close. But customer satisfaction and service are probably not a priority here.

The goulash soup in the winter garden was delicious, but for €7.50 there was only a mini portion the size of a coffee mug. Everything has its price and I'm happy to pay for decent food/restaurants, but that wasn't right at all. Not even for a Christmas market.

Went there again today at lunchtime. The service is always so friendly. We ate 2 eggs avocado today, 1 with salmon. It always tastes very tasty. Today the kitchen used a little too much pepper to season it. It could happen. Was Still a nice stay. The menu has something to offer for everyone. The outdoor area is also very nice. Had the Wiener Schnitzel with cranberries and fried potatoes. The food was very tasty. The waitresses were also super friendly 😊 we felt comfortable.

The food, service and ambience were really great. But we were shocked at €8.50 for a simple wild cherry schnapps (2cl).

We took advantage of today's beautiful late summer day to “sit outside” again. You can also smoke there. The currywurst and the fresh fries are very tasty, and the homemade curry sauce is particularly worth mentioning. Really great. 👍🏼

Caramelized goat cheese cold. Schnitzel breading tasted like a lot of old fat. Completely soggy fried potatoes from warm storage, lowest canteen quality, an absolute no-go. The employees' reaction to the criticism was dismal. Tipping eliminated. It's all a shame, because the quality of the ingredients was essentially good to very good (although this can no longer be judged when it comes to the fried potatoes). Overall, it is clearly too expensive for what is offered and therefore not recommended.

My little lunch snack, potato soup with chanterelles, was very good. There was also a bread basket with a peppery dip - also very tasty! Service was good, but it was also very empty. The ambience is still a bit too cool for me, but it's better compared to 2 years ago. Reimanns is definitely on the agenda again!

The restaurant meets all expectations of an everyday restaurant with regional dishes (including Oktoberfest specialties). The service has everything under control, whether it's a regular's table, a skat group, guests from the neighborhood, from the sports club or tourists. Simple and good!

When they give you beer, they also give you bread with thick garlicky sauce. And the food is good.

Excellent food and very good service

When there is the Euro Cup or the World Cup, they put up a screen. Plus the atmosphere is perfect and the food is delivered quickly. They also bring breakfast.

The food and the staff are unbeatable. It can be quite loud inside at times, which is probably due to the room. It's nice to sit outside, and the new beer garden is a nice, cozy alternative to the large beer gardens.

Perfect place to watch the European Championships.

I went there because it was a recommended German restaurant. For the main dish of the course menu, I had pork fillet wrapped in bacon and German potatoes. It was quite delicious. The starter asparagus soup and dessert were both delicious, and above all, the German beer and wine were also good. The menu was not written in English, so I asked the German person I was with to translate it into English. At this time, I realized the useful functions of smartphones. If you take a photo of the course menu and paste it into Google Translate using "Copy text from image", it will be converted to a Japanese menu. I think this feature is useful when using a menu in a foreign language other than English.

Great recommendation if you want to enjoy good local cuisine. To 'get to know' we had a mixed platter with 5 small main courses - well prepared and really tasty. The sauerbraten, the Königsberger Klops and the salmon tartare were particularly good. We will be back definitely :-)

German cuisine ? If you're served pale, watery industrial potatoes with asparagus and a hollandaise that's not a sauce but rather like a foam egg, that's pretty cheeky. Very unfortunate.

There were 8 of us there and we were served super quickly despite the store being full. The food was terrific! Not to be compared with most restaurants that focus on quick cuisine. We pretty much all took something different and everyone was thrilled across the board. Nothing to complain about!

Very nice “corner pub”. No, a very good restaurant with an exceptional local menu. Plus a well-tapped Gilde or a cool Pinot Gris. We really liked it. Reimanns will be the favorite again the next time we visit Hanover. Went to the concert today, then of course went back to Reimanns Eck. 5✴️!

The quality has decreased significantly. The food was delicious not long ago, but unfortunately not anymore. It tastes okay, but it's no longer what it was.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, my colleague and I stopped here in the evening and didn't regret it. We both ordered the CordonBlue with fried potatoes and were both completely satisfied. Both the meat, the pepper sauce and the fried potatoes were very tasty. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very quick. The next time we are in Hanover, Reimanns will definitely be on our list.

Please make a reservation, Saturday lunchtime and full. Food was good, service was super nice, atmosphere cozy. Recommended. The bread with dips is also delicious. Breakfast at the table is available until 2 p.m. and runs several times Passed us in small bowls. We'll have to try that too. Well, on the next visit: asparagus for 27 euros with potatoes from the day before. That was very disappointing.

A very good restaurant with a very long history. The owner defended his star several times until it became too annoying for him. Outside of peak hours you can simply go for a beer but, above all, you can also dine REALLY GOOD. Whether it's Königsberger 2.0, depending on the season, asparagus with straw pork schnitzel, something delicious with chanterelles, or Eggs Benedict for breakfast - it's all a poem! Absolutely recommended and of course ideally outdoors if the weather is right.

The food tastes delicious, but not fine (veal cordon bleu for 31.90). Given the price, that's a shame, but at least the ingredients are reasonably good. This is pleasing and should be worth the higher price. Service is attentive and prompt, even when it's busy. Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy when there is a lot going on.

Close to the city, i.e. easily accessible by public transport and a good starting point for activities in the city center. Food very tasty! The dessert is definitely recommended! Prices a bit high. But the portions are reasonable. We have been to Reimanns Eck from time to time over the years and were not disappointed this time either. Reservation recommended.

We tried the table brunch. It just tasted delicious and the selection was huge! Fried potatoes, Nuremberg sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, a selection of sausages and cheese, avocado and salmon as well as jam and Nutella as well as yoghurt with nuts and fruits - there is everything your heart desires. The crowd was a bit much for two people, but you can take everything with you ;). But I would definitely recommend the table brunch for four people. The service was incredibly friendly and very attentive. We'd love to come back!

The food was almost perfect for me, subtleties are a matter of taste. The bread with the two dips in advance - very good, especially the dip with pepper. The side salad with the homemade granola - super tasty and just the right amount of dressing. The appetizers (cheese spaetzle and mustard egg) were also excellent, as was the potato soup with wild garlic oil. Here the kitchen knows what it is doing and so does the service. I also really like the concept of appetizers and the option for seniors/children's portions. The only drawback: charging 9 euros for a Campari spritz is questionable. Charge the same for the Campari soda, though The fact that water costs significantly less than Prosecco is outrageous! There is a star deduction for this, please reconsider this pricing policy.

We went to Reimanns Eck for the first time with a group in the evening. In addition to the very nice and attentive service, the food was also very tasty. Simply a really great, cozy restaurant with charm and finally not overly stylish but simply the cozy pub next door where every guest is warmly welcomed, regardless of whether it's just for a cold/hot drink or for a decadent meal. We enjoyed the excellent table buffet and were absolutely thrilled. The great friendly service rounded off the visit. Coziness is very important here and you simply feel good. The dishes are all lovingly prepared and very appealing, whether it's home cooking or a new food trend, everyone will find what they're looking for here. Thank you for the lovely stay and we would love to come back.

The straw pork cordon bleu was so hot that it couldn't come out of the pan. In addition, the food was served after about 15 minutes. It tasted good so far, the schnitzel was juicy, the fried potatoes were well seasoned - but not crispy (fresh). Friendly service, ambience ok and rather loud. Price-performance is not consistently consistent for me. Cordon Bleu/pork schnitzel ok, Viennese schnitzel for around 28 euros still ok, roulade for around 30 euros is expensive.

Very good, down-to-earth German cuisine. A traditional company in Hanover. Whether for business lunch or private, there is something for everyone here.

Yesterday in Reimanns Eck. Service great. Trout fillet great Zurich Geschnetzeltes great. The schnitzel was very greasy breading not crispy. We had table 7 to the left of the entrance, that didn't work at all, there was a row at the birthday party next to us and we couldn't talk anymore. The round table next to it moved because of the noise. At a celebration like this you should keep the 2 round tables free. The noise was so annoying, going out to eat is no fun, sorry. The price-performance ratio, well.
