Pizza Tornado Stadt Mitte in Hannover

Really great. My wife and I pre-ordered for pickup via the app. When we got there, the pizzas were ready on time. The pizzas were great and tasted amazing. The shop feels much cleaner, and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. We'll be ordering from there more often from now on.

The pizza was truly delicious. Unfortunately, our experience was greatly spoiled by the driver who delivered the pizza. He complained that it took him an hour to find the name on the doorbell. 1. That was a gross exaggeration (we had ordered less than an hour earlier), and 2. We had specifically left a note for the driver when ordering, explaining that the name on the doorbell was different from the person who ordered. We also specified the floor and a description of how to get to the apartment from the elevator... But the driver denied it and continued to complain, unspeakably. When we showed him the instructions on the receipt (it even said in bold from the restaurant itself: "Please note customer instructions"), he suddenly fell silent. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. You can miss something sometimes, but treating customers like that and then not even apologizing when you realize you're wrong is simply unacceptable. So, we definitely won't be getting deliveries here again, sorry. But as I said, the pizza was delicious, so it still gets 3 stars overall.

I ordered a calzone. Delivery was quick and friendly, right to my hotel room. The calzone had no tomato sauce or cheese. It was lukewarm. They just piled it with salami, ham, and tons of mushrooms, folded it up, and put it in the oven for a bit. I called them to ask if it was a mistake – after I complained, they just hung up. What a disgrace! €20 for a lousy calzone – NEVER AGAIN!!!

Wrong pizza delivered with very little toppings on it. Never order there again!

After 1.5 hours, the order hadn't arrived. The phone company claimed it had been delivered. When they checked our phone number, they gave us the wrong one. No apology. They simply hung up during the call. When I tried to call again, the call was blocked. Never again.

Ordered a Milano (salami + edam I think) with sucuk, mozzarella and pepper extras, but got a pizza with only cow mozzarella, sucuk and chili peppers. No salami and not enough cheese to cover the pizza. I was expecting buffalo mozzarella for the cost of it. Maxi is barely enough for one person especially considering 20% had no toppings.

The boys (and girls) absolutely deserve 5 stars! The pizza was always fresh and the delivery people were always super friendly and polite. We only order from you because so far you haven't even disappointed and have just delivered. Keep it up :)

Food always arrives quicker than it is delivered in the Lieferando app, pizza today was "only lukewarm" but it was more of an exception than the rule!

The two pizzas I ordered for delivery were definitely not a visual culinary delight and the size was also slightly smaller than the 24cm diameter stated. When the were delivered to the hotel I was staying at, they still were pretty hot and I thought they tasted okay. One of them was topped with mushrooms and onions, the second one came with mild hot peppers and pineapple.

Ordered many times and always expected quality. So everything is good. Sometimes they mess up the orders, but they are always friendly and customer-oriented.

I have ordered from many pizzerias in Hanover and Pizza Tornado is by far the best within its price range. Fair price and it tastes good. Delivery was always very quick for me personally, usually even faster than they stated. I can only recommend!

Ordered takeout and got the food delivered home. Found a piece of plastic in the pizza dough. Anything else would have been understandable, but a piece of plastic in a pizza... Very disappointing in my opinion.

This is a very good shop, we always order on liferando. We order there very often and sometimes receive extra things because we are loyal customers and always order there. If you don't have a topping, call and ask what else we would like. They usually deliver faster than shown on the liferando display. My friend and I usually have yellow chicken pizza and sucuk pizza and maybe a burger too. The burgers there are very tasty and the pizzas are nice and juicy.

Ich habe hier bis jetzt nur Pizza bestellt. Die veganen Pizzen sind alle einfach super. Die scharfe Gemüsepizza ist mein absoluter Favorit. Die gelieferte Pizza war immer noch warm und sehr lecker. Einfach nur zu empfehlen!

Super Pizza, ich bestelle hier regelmäßig und wurde nie enttäuscht. Früher waren die Lieferzeiten recht lang, aber das hat man in den Griff bekommen.

Schon des Öfteren bestellt, meistens in der Filiale in Vahrenwald war soweit auch immer alles gut und wie gewünscht. Diesesmal war jedoch der Teig sehr trocken und die Pizza sehr zaghaft belegt. Weit entfernt von den üppig belegten Pizzen wie sie dort einmal zu bestellen waren. Da muss die Qualität wieder besser werden. Und bei einem Preis von 17€ á 32cm Pizza passt dann auch leider das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht mehr.

Ich bin durchaus zufrieden mit Tornado-Pizza. Die Öffnungszeiten bis 24 Uhr sind attraktiv, wenn man spät noch essen möchte. Aber vor allem die Preise zum Mittagstisch oder auch die „Coupons zum Abholen“ in der Web-App sind attraktiv. So gab es für uns noch spät abends zwei leckere Aufläufe für 9.90€. Das ist unschlagbar. Die Pizza ist geschmacklich okay und wenn direkt und frisch gegessen, dann auch lecker. Kann natürlich nicht mit einer Pizza aus einem Italienischen Restaurant mithalten, aber das erwarte ich bei dem Preis auch nicht.

Positiv: Pünktlich fertig und freundlicher Mitarbeiter im Laden. Wir hatten Gyros mit Pommes, Krautsalat und Tzatziki sowie die 4 Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter und Gouda. Abzüge, weil … … geschmacklich okay, aber lecker ist anders. V. a. der Krautsalat und Tzatziki haben doch sehr nach „aus dem Eimer“ geschmeckt. … die Portion Pommes beim Gyros war doch ziemlich klein. … die 4 Pizzabrötchen waren eher eine halbe kleine Pizza. Für etwa 1 € mehr, hätte es schon eine komplette kleine (24 cm) Pizza gegeben.
