Everything was excellent. Especially the extensive wine list and the expert advice. The small service team, including the owner, had everything under control. Personal, attentive, and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere, diverse clientele. I'll definitely be back!

A wonderful gem in the Südstadt district. Beautiful ambiance, superbly friendly and imperious service, an excellent wine selection—even by the glass—and a fitting menu with very well-prepared and delicious dishes. This is what I'd like a neighborhood wine bar to be, and this is what LaSall is all about.

For us this was the best find in this city. There are many wine-bars around but we would pick this one every time. The service is incredibly friendly, the food (a selection of cheeses, olives and truffle chips) was a wonderful combination of all the flavors, which all go well with any of the fruity wines we had. We sat outside on warm summer evenings in very cozy ambiance. thank you so much and warm greetings from Norway!

The food was delicious, but it didn't blow me away, and for the price, I expected a bit more. The waitress was great, very friendly, and attentive. Sitting outside was also pleasant, although the large street was a bit distracting. Still, it's nicely decorated.

A unique and fairly priced wine list. Simple, delicious dishes. Tip: Oysters are available on Sundays.

We were there for the Vibes and Vinos: Open Bottle Party event. It was a wine tasting with a huge selection. There were rosé, white, and red wines to try. They also provided great advice and delicious snacks. The music was great in the background, making it easy to chat. We really enjoyed the evening!

Since I love going to Lasall in my private life and always feel like I'm in good hands with friends, I planned our guild's Christmas party there. And what can I say - it was a complete success! All (65!) guests were simply thrilled with the food, service, and the venue. The feedback was nothing but positive! We took the small wine tasting for €25 per person. The fact that the wines come from the treasury was no exaggeration. We started with a large wine from Rheinhessen and ended the evening with a mature Pinot Noir from Argentina. Clear recommendation for all wine lovers!

Best Schnitzel & Currywurst in Town!

The crusted roast we ordered was a slice of dry smoked pork, without a crust. The spoonful of sauce that came with it was well hidden under the spaetzle... overall embarrassing for an ambitious restaurant and unreasonable for the price of 24 euros. The bottom line is a disappointment that even the good service couldn't compensate for.

Great wine tasting (Italy) with Chris and his team. Great food, outstanding atmosphere in the “La Tabla” event room and a very professional team. It was definitely worth the money and we'll be back soon. The new Lasall is really great, one of the few "Gems" in Hanover...!

I used to always go there for breakfast, unfortunately it's only open in the evenings, is there anything else?... No, everything was great. Beautifully renovated, very nice women behind the counter with a lot of passion. The food tasted so delicious, the small niches there to chat. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Been there for the second time today. The food is simply great :) - always changing menu and great service and super nice staff. LaSall in the middle of the southern part of Hanover is a true gem! The breakfast is wonderful and extremely tasty, with a small but fine menu that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether inside or outside, the atmosphere is totally cozy and invites you to linger. The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate special requests. Absolutely recommended for a relaxed start to the day!

Nice ambience. I shared breakfast for two with a friend. There was nothing special there. Rolls, croissants, bread with cold cuts and cheese. Drinks had to be ordered separately. We also had to wait a relatively long time for breakfast. It wasn't anything that blew us away. The portion of scrambled eggs for 2 people was also very small. The quality was ok. But value for money is too expensive for me.

We celebrated our second baptism with the family at LaSall last weekend and it was great as always. I really enjoy visiting LaSall, but the celebrations topped it. Chris responded to all of our requests and last week we even had the neighboring room, LaTable, to ourselves. It was great because the children could move freely and we didn't constantly feel the need to keep them quiet. Thanks to Chris and team for this lovely celebration!

The pork schnitzel with fried potatoes was not good, dry and the taste was not convincing either. Not really recommended for the price.

Great location. Were invited to a wedding there on Saturday. It's really great there. Delicious drinks and good food. Can absolutely recommend a visit there

There are definitely a lot of great things here that I haven't discovered yet. But what I have personally repeatedly noticed as a positive thing is the really successful selection of v. a. German white wines from top wineries from various growing regions. The LaSall also changes these occasionally and also offers “treasury wines” that are served as 0.1 liters with the Coravin. Individually or as a multi-variety tasting, with olives and bread. Always works, service is perfect, clear recommendation!

Friendly and attentive service. Rump steak medium doneness perfect. Gnocchi calm and interestingly priced at 19 euros. Apple crumble at the end is a real culinary delight. Wine accompaniment top. Overall, a pleasant feel-good climate! Ps: The yellowed heater in the men's toilet could be given a coat of paint ;)

The menu is relatively small and clear, the food tasted okay but I expected more for the price. There is a very large wine list, but few wines by the glass. The staff was very nice, although when it got busier they were a bit overwhelmed and forgetful. All in all, it was a nice visit, but not necessarily worth coming back for us.

Thank you for allowing us to spend Christmas so relaxed. We ordered two ducks and side dishes about a week before the festival, which we picked up. We were warmly welcomed when we picked it up, everything was well organized and the food was packaged lovingly and in an environmentally friendly way. Preparing it at home was super easy (20 minutes according to the instructions) but what's more important: it was really, really good, the duck was so tender and tasty, the side dishes were really great. We have decided to go to LaSall more often and will definitely order duck/goose again next year. Thank you for making our Christmas Eve a beautiful and relaxed celebration! Five stars 🌟

What a nice place! I felt super comfortable as soon as I walked in! The smell, the ambience, just great! The food was delicious, the wine was great, the advice was fantastic and the service was friendly and humorous! Absolutely clear recommendation! (The beetroot gnocchi are to die for!)

Das La Sall ist eine große Bereicherung für Hannover. Es gibt weit und breit kein Restaurant, welches so gute und qualitativ hochwertige Speisen anbietet wie das La Sall. Die Weine sind preislich top und es werden bei jedem Besuch neue Weine vorgestellt, die gerade reingekommen sind. Wir haben schon so viele neue Weine im La Sall getrunken, zu denen wir sonst nicht gekommen wären. Für uns gibt es kein vergleichbares Restaurant. Der Service ist ebenso genial, immer bestens gelaunt, auf den Punkt perfekt. Ich habe daher auch neulich meinen Geburtstag im La Sall gefeiert, es war wunderschön eingedeckt, toll dekoriert und meine Gäste aus ganz Deutschland waren sehr begeistert!

Ich habe hier glutenfrei gefrühstückt - sie haben glutenfreie Brötchen von Resch&Frisch, viel Auswahl an Aufschnitt und kennen sich gut mit Kontaminationen aus, sodass ich trotz Zöliakie keine Symptome hatte.

Vor knapp 20 Jahren war ich als kleines Mädchen zum ersten Mal im LaSall und verbinde damit meine ersten Südstadt-Erinnerungen. Einige Besitzer-Wechsel und nicht ganz so gute Zeiten hat es hinter sich, aber seit Chris Gabriel vor einigen Jahren das LaSall übernommen hat, erscheint es in neuem Glanz. Speisen, Weine und Service sind wirklich ausgezeichnet, man fühlt sich so wohl und willkommen, wie kaum woanders. Eigentlich müssten hier 5,0 ⭐️ stehen! Aber „leider“ gibt es das LaSall schon so lange, dass die negativen Erfahrungen, die einige Leute unter den alten Inhabern machen mussten, hier noch mit reinspielen, wie ich gerade gesehen habe… Da müsste Herr Google doch mal schnell was dran ändern! 😁

Bin sehr gerne im LaSall, ob zum Frühstücken oder einfach mal einen guten Wein genießen. Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente und herausragender Service!

Eine sehr nette Servicekraft hat uns sehr freundlich und weintechnisch gut beraten. Wir saßen draußen, und ohne Aufforderung hat man meinem Hund eine Wasserschale hingestellt. Sehr aufmerksam! Auf ein Glas Wein werde ich gerne nochmal vorbeikommen.

Super nettes Personal , Leckeres essen und die Sonnenterasse läd zum verweilen ein Ein absolutes Muss ist sich durch die Weine zu probieren , das Ambiente im Restaurant hat auch einen tollen Flare . Riesen Empfehlungen von meiner Seite komme gerne wieder .:)

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant, waren das erste Mal da die Ambiente stimmt, Auswahl an Weinen sehr gut. Wir hatten einmal Rumpsteak mit Bratkartoffeln bestellt und einmal einen Salat. Die Bratkartoffeln waren richtig gut, der Salat war auch spitze. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war das Rumpsteak. Wenn ich so etwas anbiete wäre es super wenn man nachfragen könnte wie man das Rumpsteak am liebsten mag. Ich mag es am liebsten medium rare. Leider passierte das nicht und ich bekam es eher medium well. Das ist schon geschmacklich ein Unterschied. Wenn das nicht wäre hätte ich gerne 5 Sterne geben so sind es immerhin noch sehr gute 4 Sterne
