Bin immer gerne bei Ihnen Essen gegangen , und war sehr zufrieden. Gestern war es das schlechteste Essen gehen seit langen Spargel mit Schnitzel und Kartoffeln. Der Spargel wurde hart serviert,die Kartoffeln groß und matschig, die Soße auch schlecht. Und das bei den Preisen,da hätte mein Kind besser gekocht

The 1st and last time. 1 star is still far too much here. The two of us were here for lunch on Easter Sunday. I had from the so-called Daily menu Ordered shrimp in white wine garlic sauce, which was listed under the “Fish” main courses section. A mini portion of 11 small shrimps was served in a bowl with Asian coconut chili sauce and 4 slices of dry ciabatta on a large plate. When I complained about the wrong sauce to two waitresses, nothing happened for a long time. When the food was almost cold, I was offered to try it “real” again. Because I gathered from the conversation of the guests at the next table that they had also been brought something wrong, I didn't want to take any further risks. At home I noticed on the (still not updated) winter goose menu on the homepage that this dish is usually only offered as a starter. My companion's Wiener Schnitzel was dry, tough and black on the outside. Even with the sharp steak knife, it was almost impossible to chop. It didn't get any better that two pieces were served... Disappointed, we asked for the bill. Cost over EUR 40 with two soft drinks. I said truthfully that the price-performance ratio of the food was not right, nor were the ingredients listed. In the meantime, I had allergic blisters on my tongue from the chili. The waitress (long brown ponytail, glasses) wanted to lecture me that I had to accept instructions. I told her that she had ruined our holiday and that I didn't value further discussions with her and that I wouldn't be coming back. She cashed in and said "and you are not welcome here in the future." Then she came back again with the so-called chef and said: "You can now tell him how bad you think our restaurant is." I put it into perspective that I hadn't used that word and that I had presented my justified criticism of the food objectively and truthfully. The "cook" admitted his mistake, but in retrospect he wouldn't have cared. When we left this establishment, the waitress shouted loudly at us - through the restaurant and into the kitchen - and repeatedly shouted "unbelievable". No trace of insight or even apology. I never bother to write bad reviews, but I can only advise everyone against this store.

We always like to be here... as a destination for a short bike ride... highlight for a walk through the fields. The small playground is also well received by our children. We also celebrated our children's baptisms here a few years ago. Everything is great. So unreservedly recommended.

Nice restaurant in an allotment garden. There is something for everyone on the menu. Highly recommend the salads and soups as well as the starters. Fries weren't that plump but they're just side dishes anyway. Service quick and friendly.

Yes, definitely, the food is really tasty but could be improved. Sugary cornflaks have to be sprinkled over the salads, but that wasn't the case otherwise. But the waitresses and their colleagues really had top notch service excellent👌very attentive and absolutely accommodating. A bowl of water for my dog ​​came immediately without me having to ask. We have been there several times for family celebrations or to eat outside in the summer. As I said, highly recommended.

Actually always really great. However, the paprika cream schnitzel is unfortunately a gypsy schnitzel, slightly sour and spicy. My family from Fulda was disappointed. The rump steak, however, was the burner. Absolutely to the point. The salad is amazing as always. The service was very good as always. I hope the Paprika Cream Schnitzel will be better and creamier. I wish the Helleberg restaurant a happy new year 💫 and see you next year.

The Helleberg is really an absolute recommendation for everyone. We love this place mainly because of the great tasting dishes and the great offer for the little ones. There is relaxation here. We have held weddings, birthdays and all kinds of get-togethers here and it has always been a pleasure. You will be picked up really well and always served in a friendly manner. In terms of price and performance, I hardly know of anything comparable :) Tiny note as a tip for the last point in the service area. Optimizes storage and cleaning of baby chairs :)

We hiked with 20 people and stopped here, of course with a prior reservation. As I heard, the restaurant was fully booked that lunchtime, but I was very pleasantly surprised, like all hiking enthusiasts. Very attentive wait staff, always friendly and very competent, we didn't have to wait much longer than 5 minutes for drinks. The food, with 20 people and at least 80 - 90 people in the restaurant, also came in a reasonable time frame. All dishes, whether schnitzel, ½ duck or pasta with shrimp, were of very good quality! We will be coming back here more often next year! Thanks for the great hospitality!

We have been to Helleberg many times, be it privately or as a guest with a private group. I celebrated my birthday there. The tables were beautifully set, the DJ had his place, the service staff were attentive and courteous, the buffet was very, very tasty. All in all a successful celebration. We'd love to come back.

Clear recommendation, price performance is right, nice service

Unfortunately, this time there was a ready-made frozen schnitzel instead of the usual fresh pan-fried schnitzel. That was a real shame and we didn't expect that because we really don't know Helleberg that much. The fried potatoes somehow had nothing to do with fried potatoes, they were somehow like fried. The side salad was great as always. The service was super friendly and helpful.

Super nice and considerate staff, the food is also very tasty. It's a little difficult to find the inn because you can only get there via a "residents free" bicycle road, but that's not a problem at all.

Very nice excursion restaurant with a nice outdoor area. There is a small menu with classic dishes but presented in a modern way. I've been there several times and eaten different things, and so far everything was delicious. The service is always on point and attentive without being intrusive. I can only recommend it. However, you should reserve a table, especially when the weather is good. I will always enjoy eating there again.

We came here on a spontaneous idea. Our expectations: a cozy atmosphere in beautiful summer temperatures to end the day. Conclusion: - the food was fresh, very tasty and not cold - Staff: very, very friendly, quick, asks if anyone likes it. Perfect. - Waiting time: from ordering to drinks, starters and the main course, it only took 30 minutes. 10/10 And all the seats were either occupied or reserved. That means it was very busy here. - Children: a playground is also on site. What more do you want - Even dogs are welcome and are given water without asking in the warm temperatures. All in all: if you are looking for a cozy loaction for a small date or even your family, you have come to the right place. The only drawback: for non-locals who arrive by car: have the directions explained to you. It's not that easy to find the right path. 😁 but nonetheless, this route is worth the effort. Very nicely laid out in the middle of the allotment gardens. The food was served very quickly (about 15 minutes), so very well organized. Hessian sour cream schnitzel with fried potatoes and a side salad for €16.90, you can't say anything about that. However, the cook should work on the breading because it falls off with the first cut. But otherwise everything was good. We will come back in any case! 👍👍👍

Located in an allotment association and right in front of many fields, this restaurant has a very idyllic spot. Every child is welcome here and there is also a playground right in the beer garden. Super Service . The interior is decorated with loving details but the table arrangement still gives it more of a hall feel. The beer garden is very nice. You feel welcome and comfortable here. The food is varied and there is a lot on the menu, but we had a lot of different dishes and unfortunately we weren't happy with the food. The salmon trout was dry and the skin wasn't crispy, the Thai curry had a tomato-based sauce, the fried potatoes were visually great, unfortunately not crispy but very fatty. The salad was very tasty. All in all it was a pleasant stay but we wouldn't eat here again. A smaller menu would definitely make things easier for the kitchen
