Yes, but coffee and tea pots or water jugs at the table would be helpful for large celebrations. The portions of coffee only came when the cake was almost eaten.

The bowling alley is new and very modern. The staff motivated and friendly. When it comes to eating, I know what personally suits my taste and I am very satisfied.

There were 9 of us today. Everyone ordered something different, everyone was enthusiastic and satisfied. The service was courteous, on point and always had a smile on their faces. A big plus point: the restaurant is barrier-free and has enough space for wheelchair users. We'll be happy to come back.

There were three of us and we had asparagus with schnitzel, asparagus with salmon and a burger. The food and drinks came quickly after the order was placed. However, it took a little longer for someone to come and take the order. Maybe they didn't have enough staff on Easter Monday. But overall recommended.

The service in the restaurant is great. Young friendly staff. Spare ribs and fresh asparagus are simply delicious. Short waiting times. Class. Gladly again. Thank you. And our dogs were also taken care of.

We were there yesterday from work and received a very nice and warm welcome. The boss visibly identifies with the restaurant and knows the products well. We were very happy with the spare ribs. A mistake in the drink was immediately corrected and there was then compensation on the house. Thank you!

We went bowling for 2 hours and then ate burgers. The bowling alley is super nice, it's fun to play there. The food was also very tasty. But the best thing was the service, the waitress, Leona (I think that was her name) was super attentive and very friendly ;)

We were warmly welcomed, drinks and dishes were recommended to us, the food was excellent, good and plentiful, the menu and drinks list are very diverse, there was also a senior and children's menu, The food was freshly made and came at the same time and didn't take long after the friendly welcome. Good value for money. And we felt comfortable in a nice atmosphere. It wasn't noisy in the restaurant, even though it was full. The staff were hosts, and looked after us with kindness, professionalism and attentiveness. The beer garden is beautiful and the bowling alleys are modern. It's more than an inn!!!

Very friendly service, the food is always very tasty and beautifully prepared. The homemade lemonades and cocktails are highly recommended. The atmosphere feels very cozy and the sanitary facilities are always very clean. The modern, beautifully lit bowling alley in the basement is also ideal for great group evenings. All in all, I am always very satisfied with the Gasthaus Heidekrug and will be back soon for a bowling evening with friends.

My husband and I went to the Heidekrug in Nuremberg for the first time. We were greeted very nicely. I was actually prepared for typical Franconian food. The nice waiter said I should try the best sauerbraten around. What can I say, I wasn't disappointed 👍😋. Very mild meat and a unique sauce (which is the most important thing for me 😉). My husband had a rump steak that was perfectly fried with very crispy fries. We'll definitely be back!! 🙋‍♀️

We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Heidekrug on the bowling alley. The room was already perfectly prepared when we arrived, there were drinks on the table and the party crowd could get started straight away. The service was great, they always checked on us, but we didn't feel disturbed while celebrating. All the kids described the food as great (no frozen nuggets soaked in fat) but really high quality food! We felt totally comfortable and would book a package like this again and again. We always go there for dinner anyway 😊 Thank you and keep it up, dear Heidekrug team 👍

Why didn't I actually know it in its current form? We were there to play pinball. Before we had burgers to eat. Everything was really great, we had a lot of fun. Ambience great! The service was really super nice. We'll definitely come over to play bowling soon. The tracks there are really funny.

We celebrated a birthday with 66 people, all of whom were very happy. Not only the taste of the food was highly praised, but also the service of the staff, who fulfilled even the special requests of the most difficult guests. The bowling alley was a highlight. Thanks also to the good advice, a super party!

The two bowling alleys were perfect for our group of 14 people. We had a lot of fun and the service was good too! We only had to wait a relatively long time for the food afterwards.

The Gasthaus Heidekrug in Nuremberg offers an excellent opportunity for company events with its two bowling alleys. Our company, the Scala fitness studio, recently spent an extremely successful evening there. The tracks are in perfect condition and the atmosphere is ideal for both sporting activities and social gatherings. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff who looked after us attentively throughout the entire evening. The combination of bowling and the subsequent stop in the restaurant, which offers both Franconian and American cuisine, rounded off the evening perfectly. For companies planning a team event in Nuremberg, the Heidekrug is definitely a recommended address.

There were two of us there to eat and we actually ordered 3 main courses because we couldn't decide. The ox cheeks from the Christmas menu were a hit, extremely tender and better than I had eaten anywhere before. The spare ribs were also great and the Schäufele with dumpling was also a poem. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy any more dessert because the portions were really big and nothing else would have fit.

We had booked a children's birthday party there with bowling and food. Everyone really enjoyed it, the service was great. Incredibly attentive. Food was really tasty. And the two bowling alleys are completely renovated and modern. We'll definitely be back!

Good Franconian food, friendly service

I have to admit, I'm a bit negatively affected by one of the previous tenants. But I can say very positively about our last visit over the Christmas holidays. Was there with mother, wife and son. The food was overall very good. Visually as well as taste-wise. The pulled pork burger was very good, as was the schnitzel with fries from Junior. Mother was also very happy with her sauerbraten, which was also available as a small portion on the menu, and my wife's fish was also all to her satisfaction. Unfortunately, that is Salad bar in my eyes and for my taste buds was nothing, at least that day. The sauce is very diluted, you can hardly taste any spice. The ambience has improved thanks to the decoration and I didn't know that there were bowling alleys here. And I've lived here for a long time. Definitely worth another visit, also reasonably priced.

I would receive a warm welcome, cleanliness and hygiene surprisingly impeccable. I had a hickory plate and it was just perfect. The dining room is large but still has few tables, great! Unfortunately I haven't tried it yet, but there is bowling here For comparison; Impossible to please, I could only express my praise here!!

Everything just fit together and was a wonderful morning/afternoon with delicious food and a great bowling game! This won't be the last time we stay here and the whole family gets together! There is a lot of love for gastronomy here! We felt very comfortable! It was wonderful! We were able to celebrate our small family Christmas party there and were well looked after. As a non-meat eater, I was also completely satisfied with the selection and taste of my dishes. Everything was beautifully presented, the waitress regularly asked about our satisfaction and we were. We'd love to come back!

The predominantly American and German dishes in the restaurant were very tasty and the bowling alleys in the basement work perfectly.

After the food was served, we asked again if everything was okay 👌 Service is on point here, I would estimate occupancy at 70%. I would particularly like to highlight the very clean and modern sanitary area. A table football, pinball... and 2 bowling alleys are also available.
