We went out for dinner this evening, unfortunately the porcini mushroom tortellini were cooked too long and were no longer aldente. The portion of carp fillet was very good. Unfortunately, we were not given a receipt when billing. So we paid 43.10 euros...my wife only ordered a small Hefeweizen and didn't get a full glass delivered...needs improvement.!!

A farewell party, 28 people were enthusiastic about the food. The ambience and preparations were right with a very friendly, flexible staff. Everyone enjoyed the cocktail to toast together. All in all, it was exactly the right place for this celebration. In any case, it is worth a visit again.

We came to the Spareribs All-You-Can-Eat and were very impressed with the food. The meat was buttery tender and very well marinated, delicious crispy fries and I even enjoyed the coleslaw, which is not normally my thing. It was a little busier for a Tuesday, probably due to a trade fair, but the service was excellent and the waiters were very attentive and friendly when we wanted to reorder. The Heidekrug also knows how to please with its rustic, yet modern and light wooden chic and invites you to linger.

Went there as a family for bowling and dinner. Very harmonious atmosphere and nice staff. The bowling alley is brand new! Everyone will find something on the extensive menu. We enjoyed it very much! I can only recommend it

Was there for dinner with a friend. I find the atmosphere a bit sober. The service is very nice and attentive! I ate spareribs all you can eat for around €25.00 with a large portion of fries and coleslaw. Since it tasted really good, I got another helping without any problems. My companion ate a Schäuferle with dumpling and salad and was very satisfied. We will go again, especially since there is a very nice beer garden in summer. A real recommendation!

I have rarely experienced such a harmonious place! The “Heidekrug” team impresses not only with the quality of the food, but also with the committed, attentive and very friendly service team. Suitable rooms can be found for every occasion. We celebrated a 100th anniversary in the hall and were able to implement our wishes with Mr. Häcker. Our guests have consistently received only positive feedback. Now it's still open to try out the new bowling alleys. A certainly nice idea to have a great time with family, friends or colleagues. 10 stars out of 10 from me too, really great!

The food was delicious and the restaurant is comfortably furnished! There is a hall for dance events, but unfortunately the parking there is really bad! Unfortunately, the restaurant itself cannot change that! 4 stars only because of the parking situation!

The food was mediocre and too expensive for the service. We would have to wait 30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for our food. But the conditions were nice.

I was there with a larger group. Many took the spare ribs all you can eat. I didn't think it was that good. The meat was ok, but I know it better. The barbecue sauce was a little too "sour" for my taste. The prices for the food are ok. Those who had the burgers and schnitzel were satisfied so far. The drinks prices are expensive. There are specials almost every day, for example: B. Schnitzel or burgers are then cheaper. The service was attentive and the drinks always came quickly. All in all I thought it was ok, but I don't "have" to go there again.

We were visiting Nuremberg to go to a concert. It was a very hot day and we wanted to sit down and eat something in a nice, shady beer garden. We found this one here in the Heidekrug inn. It was Thursday and therefore burger day. We accepted the offer and each ordered a burger and fries. We were super surprised at how delicious the burgers were. The patties were sourced from a local baker and were really delicious! We can only recommend Bueger. The service was also very good. We received a very friendly welcome and everything else was great too! The inn itself also looked very good. Beautiful wooden tables and a clean, modern and friendly inn atmosphere. So if you like delicious burgers, go ahead.

Very varied menu, there are not only the standard Franconian dishes here. Everything has tasted great so far, and the service is also great. The price is a bit high, but where it's good you're happy to pay a few euros more. We'd love to come back 🫶

Big praise to the kitchen, the food is always well done, except for the Kaiserschmarren, which is not recommended. The service leaves a lot to be desired, the experienced boss does a great job, friendly, immediately there and lets you talk to her. The other service employees are very moody and give the impression that they have no interest in what they are doing. It happened that you waited for 30 minutes without being seen, then you were told the kitchen was closed. After we explained that we had been waiting for 30 minutes, there was no insight, more of a bad-tempered “Yeah, the kitchen is still doing something”. Very weak! New staff once and the store is a hit.

Great place. We were only there for the three pinball machines and the dart machine. Rarely have I had so much fun. Where else can you find these play equipment? A group of middle-aged men once again had a back to the roots feeling. The staff was really helpful. Next time we'll come with our wives for a cozy meal.

Was there recently spontaneously because it was nearby. I'm pleased to have discovered the restaurant. The selection of dishes is diverse, I didn't expect that at all. Visited a few times, almost always ate Trout Müllerin. Fish probably frozen, potatoes convenience, sauce ready. But it tastes good, otherwise you won't eat it again and again. Fresh schnitzel and roast, not frozen. Service is always top notch. Beer just under 5 euros. The beer garden is incredibly beautiful under three ancient lime trees. Parking is always possible, Zabo offers space. And I'd rather have a large beer garden than a large parking lot.

Unfortunately, as an adult you don't get a children's portion. When I go to a restaurant, I don't want to tell everyone that I'm a dialysis patient and have to watch my diet. There are also people who pay attention to their weight and diet in other ways. Should we really let most of it go back and end up in the trash while others save food? And no, I can't take it home with me either.

After I visited the Heidekrug, which I knew had only reopened at the end of 2023, for the first time just for a beer and I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the staff, I decided to eat there too to go. A few days later, the four of us were at Heidekrug and had something delicious served. I chose a schnitzel with asparagus and potatoes and was totally thrilled with the taste. With my meal I ordered the homemade lemonade, which is also highly recommended. All in all, the second visit was a complete success. I found the prices to be reasonable, the quality of the food to be excellent and the friendliness to be consistent compared to the first visit. I also found it particularly nice that they even have a dart machine, several pinball machines and a table football table in the next room AND a bowling alley, which they are planning to convert into a bowling alley. I can only warmly recommend the Heidekrug, which also has a beautiful beer garden in front of the door. I will gladly come again. And next time there will be pinball too.

Good mix of rustic and modern elements. We had ribs, pulled pork, pulled beef and schnitzel with asparagus - everything was really tasty. The portions didn't seem that big at first, but they were totally enough and we even ended up taking some home with us. There are 3 pinball machines and 2 e-dart boards in the back and bowling alleys downstairs There are plenty of high chairs for the little ones We'll definitely be back

We spontaneously went there for dinner on Easter Monday. Although not reserved, we were allocated a nice spot. The service was attentive and quick. The dishes are a little pricey but very fresh and generous. We had to have the rest packed up, which wasn't a problem at all. The boss himself spoke to us and was extremely personable and friendly. Cool guy. There's a new bowling alley coming in the basement, we're really excited about that. The pinball machines are of course a little highlight. We will be back definitely :)

The rest of the dishes are very expensive, compared to other inns in the region. What's not possible is that the prices of the drinks can't be beaten in terms of outrageousness. Manchmal weiß man gar nicht wo man anfangen soll... 1) Reservierung wird digital erbeten. Das System erkennt aber nicht, dass bereits Einschränkungen in der Gaststätte aufgrund einer Veranstaltung gegeben sind (bei denen zum Beispiel das Durchlaufen, z.B. zur Toilette als störend empfunden wird). 2) Getränke: Tucher Konzernbier 0,5 l 4,80 EUR, angeblich selbst gemachte Limonaden (die Zweifel daran lassen, dass sie wirklich selbst gemacht sind...) 0,5 l für stolze 5 EUR. Der Witz des Tages: Leitungswasser (als Tafelwasser bezeichnet), aufgesprudelt, 0,5 l 4,90 EUR (es darf ja schließlich dem Bier nicht nachstehen...). Billiger Industrie-Wein 0,5 "Cielo e terra" 0,5 l 10,90 EUR. Wer das noch mitmacht ist selbst dran schuld. 3) Essen: Burgerbrötchen kalt, Fleischqualität mäßig, mit Beilage 15 EUR für dieses simple Essen, Vegetarischer Auflauf stolze 18,90 EUR Portion für einen hohlen Zahn. Beilagensalat 5,90 EUR besteht aus 2 Blättern Salat und einer Gabel voll Möhrensalat. Viel Geld ohne wirklich zufrieden gegessen zu haben. Frustrierend. 4) Ambiente: Der rustikale Charme, den das Konzept vermitteln soll, wird durch zu laute und kommerzielle Pop-Musik in den Hintergrund gedrängt. 5) Service: Nur der bemühte Bedienservice rechtfertigt den zweiten Stern. Das Fazit ergibt sich eigentlich von selbst. Never again.

No attempt was made to find a solution. The owner just told us how great it was that he didn't have anything left because they said things were going well. Well not for us. I then ordered two dumplings with sauce. Then one came with the note that the second one would only come when I had finished the first one. I'm not a small child and I think I can decide for myself how much I order 😅

Prices are high, but there is a daily special, schnitzel, burgers, etc. at a reasonable rate. Parking spaces can be found in the adjacent residential area. Price-performance ratio fits. Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier, um das Schäufela am Schäufela-Sonntag zum günstigen Preis zu probieren. Das magere Fleisch ist so schön weich am Knochen, dass man fast kein Messer braucht, um es zu lösen. Und es hat meiner Frau und mir ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Klos und Sauce ausreichend dabei. Das Dressing am kleinen Salatteller könnte etwas kräftiger (besser) schmecken. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Mit dem 43-Bus auch gut zum Hauptbahnhof angebunden. Wir kommen wieder.

The technical equipment is good and the lighting can be flexibly controlled. A varied selection of dishes, there was something for everyone and everything tasted excellent. There was nothing but praise from all sides. A special thank you to the nice girls from the service, who were really challenged but still gave a smile. The acoustic situation was very pleasant. I only ate a mixed salad which tasted delicious. Service was ok but the young people were totally overwhelmed with so many people there. Orders weren't received properly and if you have to wait more than an hour for food, that's too much.

Leckeres Essen und wirklich weltklasse Service. Wir mussten leider auf unser Essen warten, es kam aber eine Bedienung von sich aus auf uns zu und bat um Entschuldigung. Wow, das passiert nicht oft. Es wurde auch auf einen Schnaps als Entschuldigung bestanden. Hausgemachter Kartoffelsalat und lecker Cordon Blue sowie das Schäuffele von meiner Begleitung waren frisch und wirklich lecker. Preise sind für die Qualität angemessen und das Ambiente passt auch. Ich komme gerne wieder.
