Thanks to everyone who runs this store! I've been a regular for years. Everything is made with love, fresh, delicious! The insider tip is the schnitzel. One of the best in the city!! The shop is difficult to find because it hardly needs any advertising. Anyone who has been here will recommend it and certainly, I mean definitely come back👌 Greetings and see you soon. After a walk through Nuremberg, stopping at this restaurant was a nice end. I can only recommend the very cozy atmosphere, the attentive service and the delicious food. Everyone was full and everyone enjoyed it. I've been coming here for years and I'm still thrilled.

The salad wasn't good... we've been there very often, otherwise the house salad always tasted delicious, as if the oil had been rancid and the whole thing for 20 euros, was shocked, I complained about it, but it was There was no apology or anything...it's a shame because the location has always been very nice.

I've been going to the restaurant for a very long time. The food is always good and varied. I've never had a disappointment in terms of taste so far. I'm glad that the good taste never dropped. You constantly try to keep it right. The service and ambience is always good. Pleasant. My friends and families always look forward to coming there again. I'm also very happy that I can play chess with my friends ☕ have a drink and enjoy good food at the same time. Please keep up the good work.

The Luftsprung is located directly on the banks of the Pegnitz. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are rustic and cozy. The always friendly and fast service ensures a quick and uncomplicated process. The orders are processed quickly. The menu contains more than you initially think. The food is visually very appealing. Taste good too.

We celebrated our 70th birthday at Café Luftsprung today. I've never been there before. I liked it so much that I decided to go back for sure. The food (salad with falafel) was very tasty and plentiful. The spritzers refreshed me and tasted fantastic. And the service was top notch. Attentive but not intrusive, quick and friendly.

The waitress and waiter are very pleasant, friendly and quick. Just as you wish. The food is very good ! The only small negative point: it's a shame that there are only 3 apricot dumplings.... At 10 euros. I would have wished for more. Still definitely recommended.

Sweet restaurant in Nuremberg and really tasty. The service was very, very nice and accommodating. The food is delicious. The spaghetti bolognese was a bit slow in taste, but still edible. However, I wonder why it is so expensive. The salads and food look great, but I'm wondering if it's a cafe or a restaurant. The prices are almost comparable to other fine cuisine in Nuremberg and I am visiting a restaurant where I am happy to pay this price, but not for a café. For me, the price/performance ratio is not right for a café. It was still a nice visit to Café Luftsprung.

We've been eating here again and again for years, and all the dishes so far, from salad to pasta to meat and the like, are always super delicious! The Dutch guests were also enthusiastic. I like coming here, it's a comfortable place to eat. The furnishings are also pleasant and the ambience is very nice. Pet-friendly restaurant and staff, even with a large dog!

Nice service, nice ambience and above all: very tasty food: We had a large salad plate (Americano?) and rigatoni made according to the house style. Both were TOP!! Portions are also very generous. Prices moderate. Any time!

Stumbled into this inconspicuous café in wintry Nuremberg because soup was offered on the table. What we got was an amazing soup, for me wild mushroom cream with basil foam. Super tasty, large portion and plenty of bread. Great. Warmed up from the inside, we head back to the Christmas market :). Great recommendation!!

Unfortunately just disappointing. The food was completely over salted. This was mentioned by me. Teller was taken away without a word. We loved dinner at Café Luftsprung! Great, diverse menu with many vegetarian and vegan options. The staff was very friendly and responded well to an error in the order. Unfortunately, the pasta in one dish was overcooked, a minor weak point. Otherwise everyone was completely satisfied.

The apple ice cream things were great. Everything was great except the atmosphere. The place is quite dark and the tables are close together. Accordingly, there is no personal space. Because I didn't hear my friend and couldn't discuss anything. Because the people at the neighboring tables were talking louder. But everything is great if you just eat for a few minutes and don't talk.

Sorry, but I really don't have to worry about that anymore! Waited for three quarters of an hour until the order was taken, not only at our table but also at everyone else's, with normal operations (!), the food was completely over salted, which is why I had it returned, the replacement food was a mini portion. The absolutely relaxed and unmotivated service didn't care about the feedback... The fact that I also gave a tip here still annoys me!!! Definitely never again 👎👎👎

Ich gehe immer wieder gerne hin. Das Essen ist lecker und es gibt immer wieder was Neues. Auch die hausgemachten Limos sind zu empfehlen. Man kann sich auch gut unterhalten, selbst wenn es voll ist, passt die allgemeine Lautstärke im Raum.

Super gemütliches Café, in dem man abends gut Cocktails trinken kann und auch was Leckeres essen kann! Ich kann die Marillenknödel und das Schokoladensouffle empfehlen

Tolles Essen, sehr gute Auswahl an Spritzgetränke zu einem fairen Preis. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das Personal, hier fühlt man sich als Gast wohl.

Seit 20 Jahren eines meiner Favoriten in Nürnberg: egal ob zum Frühstücken, zu Mittag oder Abends immer überragend. Der Service wirklich immer und ausnahmslos sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr flott - ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen wirklich immer perfekt, die hausgemachten Limonaden sind sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Cafe: ob Cappuccino oder Espresso - ich habe hohe Ansprüche, aber hier kann man ohne zu zögern bestellen. Ich komme ins Cafe Luftsprung mit Freunden, mit Familie und auch mit Geschäftspartnern.

Salat mit Hähnchen bestellt, mit der Bitte kein knoblauchbrot dafür Champignons gewünscht - zurerst gab es darauf eine pampe Antwort“ist nicht machbar“, mit der Nachfrage nach Aufpreis, dann „ja“ - ok so weit so gut - Salat ohne koblauchbrot bekommen - hat geschmeckt (sollte er ja auch wenn er 18€ kostet). Wir bezahlten mit 4€ Trinkgeld, kommen sie zurück. Sie haben die Champignons vergessen, dafür nochmal 2,50€!!! (Für ein paar pilze klein geschnibbelt) verlangt, obwohl sie es versemmelt hatten, sich das knoblauchbrot gespart und 4€ Trinkgeld bekommen haben. Am liebsten hätte ich das Trinkgeld zurück verlangt.

Wir waren wieder mal zu Besuch in Nürnberg. Dazu gehört für uns ein Spaziergang durch die Altstadt mit einem Mittagessen im Luftsprung. Tolle Salate, schöne Terrasse, und wie immer: nettes Personal. Weiter so!

Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht mehr. Komme über Jahrzehnte her und heute war's der Hammer. Salat kostet 19,80, kleine Portion ist nicht mehr im Angebot. Und so lecker wie früher ist er auch nicht mehr.... Jeder am Tisch hatte sich über den Preisanstieg geärgert

Wir haben im Luftsprung gefrühstückt und waren beglückt. Die Brote waren optisch und geschmacklich klasse. Frische Zutaten kreativ und gekonnt verarbeitet. Man schmeckt und sieht die Freude und Leidenschaft der Küche. Es mag etwas teurer wirken als im Celona nebenan, dafür ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Luftsprung besser.

Eigentlich mag ich das Luftsprung und v.a. die Salate da sehr. Aber keine Alternativ-Milch anzubieten finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Sonntags gibt es keinen Kuchen. Irgendwie sind das genau die zwei Dinge, die ich an einem Sonntag im Jahr 2022 von einem Café in einer Großstadt erwarte...schade.

September'21: Salate für 13,60 anzubieten, mit einigen grünen Blättern einer Cocktailtomate, und drei Scheiben Gurke + 4 kleine Krabben. Wir hatten alle unterschiedliche Salate und alle hatten denselben Inhalt mit unterschiedlichen Topping. Nie wieder! Hungrig aufgestanden; wir haben irgendwo noch ein Weckla gegessen.

Ich war das erste mal im Luftsprung und muss sagen, dass ich es wirklich sehr gut finde. Hatten beide einen Salat, der hat wirklich super geschmeckt und die Bedienungen waren total nett! Finde es nur etwas überteuert, für einen Salat fast 17€ zu verlangen, auch wenn er groß ist, ist es trotzdem nur ein Salat ..

Wir waren an einem schönen warmen Sommerabend im Luftsprung. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich. Es ist für jeden (auch vegetarisch) etwas dabei. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Donnerstagabend: Ich u d meine Freundin wollten gemütlich draussen zu Abend essen. Als wir ankamen war ein Vierertisch in der Mitte der Terasse frei und ein Zweiertisch am Eingang/ Ausgang mit Durchlaufverkeh. Da wir nicht vom Durchlaufverkehr gestört werden wollten haben wir um den Vierertisch gebeten. Den man uns zu Zweit nicht gab was für uns auch Verständlich war. Man Versprach uns, uns später an einen Zweiertisch zu setzen sobald dieser frei wird. Nicht einmal eine halbe Stunde später durften wir uns an den frei werdenden versprochenen Zweiertisch nicht setzten da man drei Personen dort hinsetzen könnte. Was aber darauf hinauslief das „zwei“ andere Personen Sich hinsetzen durften?! Logik? Der Vierertisch von vorhin wurde (15 Minuten nach unserer Anfrage) getrennt in zwei Zweiertischen wo aber nur 1 einzige Person Platz nahm. Auf dieses interessante Szenario habe ich den männlichen Kellner höflich angesprochen u gefragt wie es denn dazu kam. Dieser antwortete patzig und interesselos“ Haben wir jetzt spontan so entschieden“. Woraufhin eine weibliche Kellnerin die das Gespräch mitbekommen hat zu uns kam und uns fast schon anschrie“ Jetzt seit doch nicht so Kleinlich!“ - Was ist das bitte für eine Art und Ton mit Kunden umzugehen? Kein bedauern kein Entschuldigung, kein Erklärversuch oder Wiedergutmachung...

Die Bedienung ist extrem unhöflich gewesen. Ihre Art wie Sie mit den Gästen umgegangen ist, kann nicht akzeptiert werden!. Bitte dringend in der Dienstleistungabranche die Mitarbeiter schulen. Leider kann ich das Lokal nicht empfehlen.

We visited this restaurants with German friends. The restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere, they serve traditional German cuisine. The food was lovely with good sized portions. We had Kaiserschmarrn, an Austrian pancake dessert, which was very tasty.

We were at the Christmas Market in downtown Nuremberg last month. It was a Sunday and the place was packed. All the restaurants were standing room only so we took a short two block walk just north I believe of the market and found Luftsprung. Would have been nicer to sit outside but it was December in Germany. The daily special was a schnitzel kartoffel for only 11.80 Euro. This was huge! It came on a platter, not a plate
