The service was consistently very friendly and attentive. The menu offers quite a large selection, so there is something for everyone. The dishes are attractively presented and look really good - the taste was solid, although not a culinary highlight. What's particularly nice is that you can sit here and relax, both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for a cozy evening with friends or as a couple. Overall it's good value for money - not an insider tip, but definitely worth a visit.

Super nice but why is everyone begging for cash here? Cash transactions are much more expensive for the entrepreneur than card payments. And perhaps if you look at the different providers for card payments, then you wouldn't pay so much per transaction. If you don't move with the times, you move with the times ;)

Allegedly pays €12,000 in fees for card payments and therefore does not accept card payments under €20. What a cheese, it's all about not paying taxes. It's time for appropriate cash register systems and receipt requirements (preferably digital)

Delicious! Even though it was so full, the service was really nice and friendly and kept asking if everything was OK with us. If we were there in the winter, it was a little warm in there, but it was perfect for the cold season! Everything went great

It's actually a good café, but if you pay 12,000 euros for card payments you'll have to deal with it again. That's also possible flat rate for 299 euros.

The Luftsprung coffee bar in Nuremberg offers a pleasant atmosphere that, although not outstanding, is definitely cozy. The grilled tubes were okay, well seasoned, but not grilled intensely enough for my taste. The raspberry mint spritzer was very tasty and refreshing. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable. The Luftsprung coffee bar is a nice place for a relaxing break.

Were in Nuremberg this weekend and happened to find this very cozy place on Saturday. We ended the evening with a few drinks there. Despite the well-filled restaurant, the service was very good, quick and very nice. Since we had already booked a table at another restaurant for Sunday, we didn't have any information about the food, but we went back anyway to end the day in Nuremberg comfortably. If you want to eat/drink something in a cozy atmosphere and good service, you should definitely give this place a chance

The Luftsprung restaurant in Nuremberg offers a welcoming atmosphere and a varied menu. This is a place I've been coming to every time I come to Nuremberg since 2015! The squid salad here is really delicious - (The original size is also generous) I wasn't completely hungry that day, so I ordered a smaller size for lunch and it was still delicious. I was even more satisfied because the server was friendly! Totally recommended.

I like to go there in a central location. Food is delicious and varied. Lots of small tables - ideal if you're traveling as a couple. However, when the restaurant is full, it is very loud.

Very nice restaurant and great service. However, the food didn't convince us. The venison ragout was swimming in sauce and was a bit chewy. The roast pork was too hard for me. But the friendliness of the boss and the staff was convincing and the criticism was accepted. Thanks!!!

There were two of us doing the aerial jump and it was the first time for me. The menu is Franconian, but interpreted in a modern way in contrast to the classic breweries. The selection is so great that it took me a while to decide. The absolute tip for me: A schnitzel the size of an elephant ear with potato salad at an unbeatable price. However, I decided on a few potato wedges and a salad with fried vegetables. Both were super tasty. My companion chose the pumpkin soup and the glass noodle salad. The service was great and the ambience was timeless. I have already recommended you...great

House rigatoni with mushrooms and minced meat… Super tasty, be careful, portions are large! Service is always friendly and helpful when you have questions! Luftsprung still the same owner for 20 years! My respect and hats off to you for that! Time has stood still here and the appropriate background music makes you forget time! This is the second time I have visited the restaurant. The food was really great every time and the portions were very large. You will definitely be full. In summer you can sit outside nicely, the restaurant is not very modern inside but is typically German rustic. Price-performance ratio is very good! For dessert I ordered a brownie with ice cream. Unfortunately it was more like a cake, but it still tasted good.

Great restaurant. We've been there a few times now and we're always happy to come back. Our insider tip is the schnitzel and the lemonades. The waitress always has a smile on her face. Within an hour we finished eating and even had dessert. There are few places where the service is so good.

The Luftsprung is located directly on the banks of the Pegnitz. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are rustic and cozy. The always friendly and fast service ensures a quick and uncomplicated process. The orders are processed quickly. The menu contains more than you initially think. The food is visually very appealing. Taste good too.

We celebrated our 70th birthday at Café Luftsprung today. I've never been there before. I liked it so much that I decided to go back for sure. The food (salad with falafel) was very tasty and plentiful. The spritzers refreshed me and tasted fantastic. And the service was top notch. Attentive but not intrusive, quick and friendly.

The waitress and waiter are very pleasant, friendly and quick. Just as you wish. The food is very good ! The only small negative point: it's a shame that there are only 3 apricot dumplings.... At 10 euros. I would have wished for more. Still definitely recommended.

However, I wonder why it is so expensive. The salads and food look great, but I'm wondering if it's a cafe or a restaurant. The prices are almost comparable to other fine cuisine in Nuremberg and I am visiting a restaurant where I am happy to pay this price, but not for a café. For me, the price/performance ratio is not right for a café. It was still a nice visit to Café Luftsprung.

We've been eating here again and again for years, and all the dishes so far, from salad to pasta to meat and the like, are always super delicious! The Dutch guests were also enthusiastic. I like coming here, it's a comfortable place to eat. The furnishings are also pleasant and the ambience is very nice. Pet-friendly restaurant and staff, even with a large dog!

Stumbled into this inconspicuous café in wintry Nuremberg because soup was offered on the table. What we got was an amazing soup, for me wild mushroom cream with basil foam. Super tasty, large portion and plenty of bread. Great. Warmed up from the inside, we head back to the Christmas market :). Great recommendation!!

We loved dinner at Café Luftsprung! Great, diverse menu with many vegetarian and vegan options. The staff was very friendly and responded well to an error in the order. Unfortunately, the pasta in one dish was overcooked, a minor weak point. Otherwise everyone was completely satisfied.
