If you want to try the Nuremberg sausages, this place is a great three-sausage sandwich for €3.50 and you can order it to take away. It also seems like a good place to eat.

The restaurant is relatively small. I went around 14:00 and there was a small line. I shared the table with other people and was nice. I ordered the famous Nuremberg sausage and beer, what was very good.

The ambience is perfect and invites you to eat and drink. Service staff is very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

I ate Nuremberg sausages and pork shoulder (like Haksen)! Augustiner beer is also really delicious. I think I know why it’s a famous restaurant. I went to Augustiner in Munich because I ate here and it was delicious, but I was disappointed because the beer was bland, the Haksen was hard, and the Nuremberg sausage was crap.

I recently visited on my Christmas vacation. I really liked the place with that traditional style that characterizes it. The smell of the sausages pierced my nose from the outside even when I was passing by from a distance. It has the traditional Nuremberg sausages and in many options. It's usually very crowded although I was lucky and found a table shared by 4 elderly Germans. Many beers as well and delicious sausages. The service is very fast despite the busyness of the shop. Worth it!!!

The pork shoulder was absolutely fantastic! Perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and incredibly juicy inside – it’s making my mouth water just thinking about it. It paired perfectly with a cold lager, making for a great meal overall. The service was good, but I was a bit put off when the server rolled her eyes after I asked to add sauerkraut to my order, just a minute after I’d placed it. I understand it might have been a little annoying to make a change on the spot, but there was no need for that reaction. Also, since the place was packed, we were seated at a booth with two other strangers. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did feel a bit awkward. I suppose it’s better than waiting even longer for a table, though.

I went to eat Nuremberg's famous grilled sausage. It was during the busy Christmas market season, but we were lucky enough to be seated right away. The grilled sausage was delicious, as was the meatball soup (it had a bit of a smell) and the refreshing southern German-style potato salad.

The Bratwursthäusle is in a great location in the heart of Nuremberg. As the professional immediately guesses, there are primarily very good Nuremberg bratwursts here. These are prepared over an open fire. Very very tasty!! But all the other snack dishes were also very tasty and recommended. I'll come back any time I'm there.

Wow, those were the best Nürnbergerle (homemade and grilled on charcoal) of my life. They really have a certain addictive factor and awaken the Saarlander in me! The potato salad was also delicious and the pretzel reminded me of the good “Daaler Bretzel” from Saarbrücken, which also has the same shape, very tasty. The atmosphere is very rustic and they even have pewter plates. The employees wear traditional costumes and somehow time has stood still here, in a positive sense. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!!!

It seemed like it would take a while to sit inside, so I sat on the terrace. There was a heater on the roof and a throw blanket, but it was still cold in Nuremberg in December. In addition to 10 Nuremberg sausages, we also had some warming mulled wine and Franconian potato soup. The sausage smells like charcoal and is as delicious as rumored. It was the best sausage I had during my trip. It came in a heart-shaped plate, and the sauerkraut I chose as a side was also delicious. What left an impression on me was the soup. Since I had the delicious soup here, I've been asking other places to find Franken-style potato soup, but the one here was the best. The service lady was also efficient and left a good impression.

The sausages were delicious, and so was the potato salad. We tried two types of beer - they were great. We had ordered two pretzels which were delayed but we were warned about this and offered bread instead. We decided to wait for them anyway and they gave us another pretzel as compensation. We were seated quickly, but had to share a table for four with two strangers, which is somewhat understandable given the season and the number of tourists.

Thank you for the great time at Bratwursthäusle! Not only did we get the best seats in the shortest possible time, but we were also served with the kind of attention you could only wish for - simply exquisite. Sidi was incredibly helpful and customer focused, looked after us brilliantly, and the sausages and beer were absolutely delicious. We were there as a large group of 8 people (4 children). My son, who has many allergies, was able to enjoy the sausages without any problems and said they were the best of his life. An absolute must stop on our next visit to Nuremberg!

The food is delicious and at a good price, but the waitresses are some of the worst there are. If they don't like this job, they should look for something else, but when it comes to customer service in a tourist site, you can't yell at someone who doesn't understand you. We will never return!

It's important to note that while tipping is appreciated, service staff in Germany receive a regular wage and do not rely on tips as their primary source of income (such as in the US).
