Six or more of my 20 chicken nuggets were twice-fried, completely soaked in oil, and rock hard. After midnight, the staff seem to think you're too stupid to realize you're being served old food. It was disgusting.

It's not particularly tasty. The staff are completely rude. Last week I queued up like normal people. Then after 10 minutes a member of staff came over and said I had pushed in and should go straight to the back. And if I do it again, he'll take me to the head teacher. I tried to explain to him that I hadn't pushed in, but he insisted I should go to the back. If you don't have your backpack under the table, someone comes over and tells you to put it under the table because someone could trip over it, and the corridors are more than 3 meters wide. Also, primary school children are often let in first, which I simply cannot understand, especially since they have their lunch break 5 minutes before the Gymnasium and Realschule.

Habe heute zwei Döner zum Abholen bestellt, weil uns ein Bekannter den empfohlen hat. Nun entweder hat ihn eine falsche Person zubereitet oder ich weiß nicht was da schief gelaufen ist... er war extrem salzig, die Karotten waren so groß wie ganze Radieschen und es gab zwei Spritzer Soße, er war extrem trocken und das Fleisch verbrannt!! Wir hatten mit Abstand noch nie einen schlimmeren Döner!! Wow Respekt, da ist alles was möglich war komplett daneben gegangen, nie wieder Istanbul Balingen.

The food was actually pretty good. Cons: - No 10% discount when ordering through the website. - No free Coke with orders over €30. - Long wait times (delivery only arrived after calling, otherwise you probably would have forgotten about it).
