It's located more near the garden pavilions in the greenery than at the train station. They offer inexpensive dishes as well as seasonal, more expensive options. I can recommend the duck with red cabbage and kale. Food takes a while. The restaurant is decorated with portraits of Kaiser Wilhelm and Frederick the Great.

We had a small family celebration with 12 people. Delicious homemade cake was served with coffee. We let them know our dinner menu in advance, which shortened the wait and ensured everything arrived at the same time. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. A promotional gimmick with "German cuisine" - unfortunately, one still has to say that today. Located a bit off the beaten track, it's certainly a little insider tip for a rustic evening away from the normal tourist madness, always worth a visit.

There were several places inside but the waitress did not want to sit us inside, only in the sun, without sun unbrelas. I was with two old ladies that could not sit in the sun. As there was no agreeemnt, we went somewhere else where we would be better served.

I had asparagus and asked for hollandaise sauce, which wasn't on the menu. The chef prepared the hollandaise fresh especially for me, and everything tasted wonderful. The service was also excellent. I'd definitely order again.

We went to the garden restaurant for Christmas dinner 2024. A very warm atmosphere with great service. The hospitality was very accommodating. There was a Christmas card with whole, duck, zander fillet and pork schnitzel. The portion was extra large and the price, although apparently a little higher, was absolutely proportionate. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this garden restaurant.

Beautiful place , very cozy and the owners and service are very pleasant and speak english with you to help. The food js very good, we ate a CurryWurst mit pommes frites und salat and the cost was 13 euro each. Highly recommended!

We were at a conference a little early, wanted to eat something quick and almost drove past if we hadn't seen the displays on the street. Pork knuckle with sauerkraut... We had to go in there. From the outside it's an inconspicuous garden restaurant but we didn't expect this ambience. Very cozy atmosphere with a roaring wood stove and rustic furnishings. The service was very nice and friendly. The menu was full of the dishes you know from grandma and mothers. The prices were relatively cheap. The pork knuckle was perfect, the sauerkraut was fantastic and the potatoes were delicious. Really worth a detour. By the way, the beer was also very good.

A small and quiet restaurant, just a stone's throw from the Wyndham Garden Hotel and the best choice for a lunch or dinner for the guests of this hotel. The restaurant serves German cuisine with fixed and daily menus having a range of small and large meals. They also have some items to suit children and the food is usually accompanied by wonderfully fresh salad that can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors in finer weather.

Solid Augustiner brewery. The proximity to the railway line cannot be argued away. Attention to all visitors to the New Palace: this is the last restaurant before the park. If you're looking for real food and a draft beer, this is the place for you. The gastronomy in the castles is more of a coffee klatch level

Overpriced prices and AfD stickers at the toilet entrance 👎🏼. Invoice was incorrect and had to be revised. No receipt for entertainment. Hardly vegetarian. Waited 45 minutes for food.

So guys, this is my first time in Potsdam. As a “garden lover” you naturally try out a “garden restaurant”. I decided to eat something like “steak au four”. I have to tell you, that's exactly what I got!!! Half a star deduction because I know the bread for the spiced meat (starter) is toasted. And because this insider tip is 410km away. ;-( But otherwise an absolute insider tip with a great taste experience. Even if I didn't need a salad. Apart from that, salad is always so powerful for me ;-) . No matter, as we all know, your eyes eat with you. Maybe that's just part of it today. The ambience is sensational and original. Absolutely to feel good. The innkeepers are a well-rehearsed team, super hospitable, simply personable, top. Gladly again next time. A “garden friend” from Franconia

Ordered fresh wild mushrooms with croquettes. It was absolutely delicious, but there were splinters of glass in the side salad. The landlady responded by telling me not to eat the salad, which I did. When paying, she deducted the price from the salad, but I have another excuse other than: I'm sorry, this only ever happens to you, expected. Because of this, my husband and I will no longer visit this restaurant, even though the owner conjures up really tasty German food. A burned child just shys away from fire...

Уютный ресторан немецкой кухни. К сожалению по английски практически не говорят, но мы справились. Вкусно, хотя и не очень дёшево. Порции огромные, рулетку осилили с трудом )))

Eine sehr schöne und kleine "Gartenkneipe". Die Bedienung war sehr höflich und das Essen war bombe. Man hat gesehen, dass es alles frisch zubereitet und gekocht wurde. Hier komm ich gerne wieder.

Wir waren am 29.10.2022 zum Abendessen im Haus und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, das essen war super lecker und das Ambiente sehr schön. Ein super kleines Restaurant mit leckeren Essen zum runterkommen. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen.
