Authentic German cuisine in a cozy setting! The bratwurst and meat roll with potato dumplings were amazing! Everything was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor. The service was excellent - attentive and fast, making for a smooth dining experience. Despite the high quality, the prices were reasonable. The restaurant's lovely, cozy atmosphere added to the enjoyment of the meal. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine German food or looking for a charming spot for dinner.

German home cooking like you know from grandma.

Best pork knuckle I've eaten in 12 years. From my point of view, everything was homemade and according to the host, the pork knuckle weighs 700g with bones! The liver was also great, although a little sauce would be nice or the liver wasn't cooked quite as well.

Today we (mom, dad and two teenagers) were at a super nice innkeeper with excellent German cuisine! We are already looking forward to the next visits. See you soon the Thuringians.

Was very disappointed having read such positive reviews of a friendly owner. We approached him outside the venue to enquire about a table (where there were other diners eating) and he ignored us. We headed inside and tried again, using our best novice German and were told ‘Closed society’. Other diners inside just blinked and stared. Was a humiliating experience and our first (attempted) dining out in Potsdam. Such a shame given we were seeking good hospitality and local cuisine.

Owner was very polite with us. He even spoke some Spanish words with us, and gave us a free cup of coffee at the end of our meal

I got this from Google reviews, it’s really delicious! The boss speaks fluent English and is very kind and cute☺️. The meal was so big that I couldn’t finish it but couldn’t bear to give it up, so I took it away and planned to continue eating it with beer in the evening😆

Roughly friendly service, as you would expect in an old German restaurant. The prices are appropriate for the food, which is very good, slightly rustic and, above all, a decent portion. If you don't get enough here, you'll probably just have to order more.

Top landlord with a Berlin snout, but rustic and nice. We ordered two original Berlin dishes (liver and bratwurst with cauliflower) and a salad with chicken breast. Everything was like at mother's home. Super tasty and freshly prepared. Thanks again for the good hospitality and deliciously prepared food. When we are back in Potsdamm we would like to come back. We wish you continued as much warmth as you have brought to your guests so far.

One of the best German meals I've had while visiting Germany. The restaurant is cozy and is elegantly decorated, run by a husband-wife duo which is impressive given the quality. The host is extremely hospitable and accommodating, even to tourists like me. I ordered the bratwurst which was excellent, I wish I could try out more of the menu, alas I was in Potsdam only for a day trip. There is no separate menu in English but Google Lens does the job well and the host is patient with it.

A cozy restaurant with German cuisine. The food is extremely tasty, the host is very nice! We ate trout Müllerin and potatoes with herb quark and linseed oil (where else can you find something like that). Both were freshly prepared. We'd love to come back. Top recommendation!

Today we had lunch with a couple from Florida: schnitzel with asparagus, bratwurst with sauerkraut and Königsberger meatballs. All with mashed potatoes. Everything was super tasty. Like Grandma's. Plus a host who has his heart in the right place. Big thanks also to the wife for the cooking. I'll be back.

Absolutely awesome 👍Asparagus was buttery tender, mashed potatoes were nice and chunky and perfectly seasoned and the schnitzel was tender and with a great, light and airy breading... The beef roulades were also highly praised 👌👌👌 and the rustic host with his cool, relaxed manner.... It was a great evening 👍👍👍again 😎😍😎

The Dreimäderlhaus is truly a gem. The concept is called authenticity and “feeding like mothers” and it works wonderfully. A simple, cozy, small guest room, an incredibly warm and cheerful boss and super delicious German cuisine. We'd love to come back, thank you!

A beautiful, small German restaurant. We were welcomed and seated very friendly. The food is amazing. We had pork knuckle and liver with mashed potatoes. A small menu ensures that the home-cooked food is still fresh and tasty. The innkeeper is a real one-of-a-kind, up for jokes and he really makes sure that the guests don't lack for anything. My conclusion is: wonderful food, great host. Keep it up!

We had lunch here while touring Potsdam. A traditional German restaurant. I had a dish (?) from the Brandenburg region called Königsberger Kropse. It was delicious and the quantity was large. I was thinking of ordering soup, but the owner advised me not to order it because the portion was too large. Other dishes such as Schweinehakse and sausages also looked delicious.

No children allowed, even if the inn is empty.

Traditional German restaurant with the standard German menu. Very welcoming service and a quaint dining room atmosphere. I, of course, ordered the schnitzel and my date the bratwurst. It's a bit on the pricier side, but man oh man is it worth it! Both the schnitzel and the wurst were the best I've had in my life. I should have stopped eating halfway through because the portions were very generous, but I just couldn't stop. If you're in Potsdam and looking for German food, go here!! You will definitely not be disappointed.

Restaurant Dreimäderlhaus … in Potsdam Germany. Me and my wife stop by this delightful small place while on a day trip to Potsdam. What a great find. The best Sauerkraut I’ve ever eaten… Bratwurst was excellent Mashed potatoes sublime! The owner was delightful and a joy to talk to. He told me the recipie (for the sauerkraut ) was his wife's. I would love to know the secret !!! I will dream about this meal.

Best German food I've eaten on this trip, including in Bavaria! We had two classic Berlin regional dishes -- rolled beef and meatballs -- and both were outstanding. Tasty Radeburger draft beer too. The owner was super friendly from the get-go and gave us a hero's farewell when we tipped 😆. It's a tiny restaurant, consider yourself lucky if you get a table here because it is really charming and delicious.

I am German living now in France. So it is important to have my kids experience real and original tasting German dishes. There is no better Restaurant to go than the Dreimädelhaus. Its simply taste "wie bei Muttern". And by a nice surprise we could even talk French national sport Rugby 🏉 with Fuchsy, owner of the place. What an amazing time. Ja, wat soll ick sagen. Das Essen ist genau so, wie man es sich wünscht, lecker, reichlich und mit dem Geschmack von "hat Muddern gemacht". Egal ob Klopse, Eisbein, Schnitzel, Tote Oma oder Roulade, die Beilagen, alles auf den Punkt und so wie es muss. Die Bewirtung, liebs oder lass es. Mundart aus der Region. Ich liebe es. Hart aber herzlich. Fazit: wir kommen wieder (wennwa dürfen), freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.

Immer ein Genuss....... Lockere Sprüche, super Service und für den Gaumen gibt es wahrlich leckeres und deftiges Essen ...Meine Familie kehrt regelmäßig ein und es ist immer ein schönes Erlebnis.

Das Restaurant Dreimädlerhaus ist in der Hermann - Elflein - Str. 12,, in 14467 Potsdam gelegen. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein deutsches Restaurant, in bodenständigem Wohnzimmerambiente, mit traditionellem Dekor. In diesem Lokal verkehren nur gute - und ganz tolle Gäste. Ich habe dort ein gepflegtes Bier getrunken und eine Rinderroulade verzehrt. Beides war sehr delicious. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr wertvoll.
