The buffet was truly spectacular. Perfectly presented and incredibly delicious.

Went here for a company event and even 130 people were well looked after. The food is excellent. Great service and very friendly staff.

Great food, more than generous portions (no one goes home hungry here), top-notch taste, and the price/performance ratio is right. We had absolutely no complaints. The highlight was Anna, the serving robot; we've never experienced anything like it before *laughs*. Perhaps a note for future visitors. Only card payments are accepted, with the exception of tips, which must be paid in cash. We'll definitely be back.

The food was really very tasty. We had a very extensive and varied buffet. There was also a great selection of desserts on the terrace. The staff is really very friendly and regularly asks if there is anything else you would like. I can only recommend the restaurant.

The restaurant is a real surprise. A very good and large selection of dishes, including a seasonal menu. But the cooking here is really good and it's also very tasty. No wonder it's really crowded here, especially on weekends. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. If you ask, you can even get a fish knife, which is a rarity these days. That's actually how it has to be. Payment is only possible by card. Cash will not be accepted. However, tips are only accepted in cash. The staff definitely deserves this form of recognition.

The food, the service, especially Ines, with her very warm-hearted manner and the ambience were great. I don't think it's a good idea that you can only pay by card. Overall I felt very comfortable.

We stopped here for dinner as part of a seminar. I have never experienced the food in buffet form with, among other things, fresh asparagus cooked to perfection, great parsley potatoes and delicious salmon. Simply insane. Big compliments to the kitchen. And also to the service. We will be back and can highly recommend the restaurant.

Very nice and courteous service! We didn't have to wait long for our food, the portions were generous and the taste was really great. Particularly beautiful: the view of Lake Templiner - in the middle of nature, simply idyllic. Absolutely recommended!

We had great expectations that Mother's Day would be something special... contrary to what we had hoped, we were disappointed. Service extremely bad, Cordon Bleue not recommended, salad not crisp, soup cold... only veal steak with asparagus was good. Price-performance wasn't right. We would have rather spent our €136 in another restaurant.

Great service from Mufasa! We were there on Mother's Day and it was very busy. Surprisingly for such a popular, large restaurant, we were served quickly and very professionally; such impeccable service is rarely seen in Germany anymore. Everything has been thought of. The asparagus meal was very tasty and the hollandaise sauce was homemade. Great location and vegetarian selection.

We were there yesterday and despite the terrace being full, we were looked after very well by the friendly little waitress (Ines). She is always very friendly and always laughs, no matter how stressful it is. The food also tastes very good.

Restaurant is very nice, unfortunately very loud and busy, more like the station hall so restless. Service could be more attentive, after the food is served the guest seems to be out of breath. Only EC card payment is possible, but tips (10% please) should be given in cash. But a large selection of dishes, a variety of options for changing side dishes, sauces and vegetables. Overall nice, but a bit overrated.

Nice location - especially for a restaurant at a campsite - with very good food, which means it's not cheap, but it's worth it. There is still room for improvement in the coordination of service personnel. When the weather is nice, the parking situation is a challenge, especially if you are traveling with people with limited mobility.

Unfortunately, not so friendly service. Beach bar only open from 4 p.m. and very unfriendly. Ambience is ok, some mobile homes drive past on the terrace which is a bit annoying.

We are guests in this magically located restaurant for the second (fifth;)) time. Once again, far too much and far too tasty. One course is enough if you are not really very hungry. Service is Prussian warm but firm. The price is absolutely justified for the performance offered. The guests at the other tables may be annoying. You get a small vanilla ice cream with your coffee (photo). Gladly again. Thank you very much!

We had a very, very nice evening. The food was excellent (asparagus with scrambled eggs and chicken strips with fries). The portions were very large and really tasty. The restaurant was well attended. Due to the onset of rain it was "cozy", but that didn't dampen the mood of the staff. All very friendly. Even though it was busy, the food came in less than 30 minutes. That was great, we wouldn't have expected it before. And yet there was still no excuse for the waiting time. Conclusion: Great visit. We'll be back any time we're back in town.

Delicious food but poor service. Drinks come individually and after notice they are shown twice on the bill. There was a lot of unrest when eating because of the many reservations, especially because of the different times. Not again so soon

Super great service. We booked a place online. Everything worked great. When the waitress found out that it was my wife's birthday, we were immediately given champagne and the table was lovingly set. Really great service, first class. The food was also perfect and plentiful. It came with the robot "Anne", she even sang a birthday serenade, really cute, my wife was really happy. People are happy to come back here, which is what we will do this week.

We reserved a table for a birthday. The table decorations were really attractive, there was free water and the desired sparkling wine. It was just great. The food was super tasty and the portions were huge!!! Thank you for a completely perfect evening!!!

I had the asparagus with boiled potatoes, melted butter and cooked ham. I really enjoyed everything, and the boiled potatoes were above average! The staff was very friendly and the price-performance ratio was right! I've had enough. Thank you very much, I would eat here again next time I stay at the campsite!

Everything is fine here. Anyone who complains about beer prices shouldn't drink any. The Szeged goulash and the stuffed zucchini boats as well as the fish soup beforehand were very tasty and really enough.

All in all it was OK! The meat was very fried but I find it cheeky when you offer a grilled plate with bratwurst and then charge €0.6 extra for a dollop of mustard. I have never experienced a written request at every table to please tip 10%. I'm happy to give if I like it and you don't have to ask me to do it!!!! Too bad!

Food was good. The only thing is that it took a while, but the taste was good. However, the price and performance ratio did not convince me. It was relatively expensive compared to restaurants in Potsdam. Considering it's a campsite, it was quite expensive. But overall it was tasty.

It's been a long time since we've been here for dinner with the family. The service and the ambience were great.👍 Now comes the negative... I wanted something great to eat and ordered ox cheeks… Visually attractive… Unfortunately, we couldn't score points when it came to taste. Out of 5 cheeks, 2 were pure fat and therefore you couldn't eat them. The taste of the sauce was like fat with water. Not meaningful for a red wine sauce.. The brokoli felt like it came from the deli counter to the plate with a quick hello in the cooking pot. Cooking point that can be equated with a kohlrabi. It was exactly the same with the mother-in-law. After I pointed this out, there was no compensation from the kitchen. Not even a coffee was offered or a short: We're sorry. I won't come back. Too bad...

November 2020 Thanks to lockdown, Anna Amalia has switched to collection and delivery services. We had food delivered, it worked great, the quality was top notch as usual. We had hare leg with Brussels sprouts in a fantastic red wine sauce and roulade with Sinderwunsch kale. The food arrived on time, hot, tasty, generous - professional! We will 100% use this more often! Great class, 5 stars!!! Was there to eat asparagus - the soup is amazing! I often eat asparagus dishes in Potsdam and the surrounding area, this was the best - by far! Afterwards there was veal steak with asparagus - tender meat and fresh asparagus with plenty of bread butter, delicious!!! The prices are absolutely ok for the quality and the huge portions and there is also a water view or a fireplace view if it is too cold. Cake doesn't fit in anymore, so we took some with us - and didn't regret it - they bake great too! We'll be back - one hundred percent!

Sanitary facilities and space are very clean, the boss and the employees are incredibly friendly. The surroundings are very nice, you can go on nice bike rides or hikes.

I've known the restaurant for years and at the latest for my birthday in December I went there for a goose meal. Suddenly and unexpectedly a completely different management system. I had my problems with interpretation. In short, I changed my mind. We showed up a week ago in the evening and unannounced. Generous and extremely friendly and professional treatment by, most likely the person in charge/owner. The entire staff was quick and flawless. But the food was amazing!!! Super generous portions. Wherever there was meat on it, for example lamb on salad, that was something to the point, I had fried potatoes with neck steak. Actually there were 2 pieces to be exact. Super tasty, entertaining, ready and served quickly. This is how a strenuous business Friday turned into a really special ending. Both of our heartfelt thanks! We'll be back now, no question. Another life lesson for me is how destructive perspectives that are too rigid can be.

We were guests at the campsite for a week and ate here often during that time. 7 different dishes, whether fish, meat, asparagus, baked potatoes, homemade pasta, etc. Everything was excellent. The fish menu changes depending on what you buy, as it is predominantly locally caught fish. If there's anything to complain about at all, it's that it's always very crowded. But we are on a campsite and not in the posh district of Berlin. And even when the restaurant was full, it wasn't too loud and the service staff had everything under control, fulfilled every wish and always remained relaxed and courteous. (Also because there were only relaxed campers around them)

We had dinner with four people on Maundy Thursday. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and the portions were large enough to fill you up.

We have eaten here several times. The ambience is very nice. Rustic, lakeside with friendly service. The food is high quality, tasty and always beautifully presented. The staff is warm and always welcomes their guests. We will eat there again and again. ❤️

The location is very nice with a view of Lake Templiner. We are already looking forward to the next visit. Keep it up!

Unusual location for a restaurant with very good cuisine and good service (by the lake, in the forest, at a campsite). In the summer it's probably even nicer to sit outside, but then it's definitely overcrowded. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Had reserved a table for 2 people.. Everything worked perfectly... Service was very friendly and attentive, We had Finkenwerder plaice, zander fillet on cream leaf spinach, it was very tasty and very well balanced... We felt comfortable in the restaurant... You could give the restaurant a little makeover...a little more modern...it was still clean here... We will definitely visit again.. Many thanks to the entire team Anna Amalia..

Simply brilliant. We thought we would try something new that we didn't know, even though we are real Potsdam residents. And we are more than positively thrilled. The food is fresh, cooked to perfection and the portions are more than fair considering the prices. The restaurant was much larger than expected. The only thing we would find nicer is if you ordered a table online and had to be able to choose the place, then it would be an 11/10 :) We'll definitely be back.

An absolute recommendation! Thanks to the Atly app, we became aware of the Anna Amalia restaurant in Potsdam - and it was a direct hit! We were particularly impressed by the large selection of gluten-free dishes that are also suitable for people with celiac disease. But that's not all: our waiter Ansar was also well informed about fructose and sorbitol intolerance and gave us extremely friendly and competent advice. We felt completely at home and would like to take this opportunity to thank Ansar once again for their great support! The food was excellent - in the photos you can see the chicken curry and the pike perch, both absolutely delicious! A wonderful restaurant with warm service and great food - we will definitely come back and can recommend it without reservation!

We had dinner on Friday and attended a golden wedding anniversary on Saturday. We were warmly welcomed and looked after by the entire staff. We were very satisfied with the food. The quality and quantity of the food was excellent and we would visit the restaurant again if the opportunity arose will also recommend it.

Very nice restaurant with great food, large portions. Your table shouldn't be in the front room because there is a lot of draft there. I don't think the payment system is good, it's not unusual that you can only pay with a card, but tips should be given in cash with a note of 10%. I would like to decide the amount of the tip myself. I always round generously for both cards and cash payments.

Eating here. This is truly relaxation for everyone, whether with children who can play outside or adults who are pampered with culinary delights. We got wasps wine white wine. Rosé wine could complement the wonderful foods around us. Watch with satisfied guests. We ourselves ordered a bit for the slim line and Müllerin for my husband. Terrific The blue trout was stuffed with slightly lemony julienne. Delicious herb butter, super cucumber salad, as we know it in Brandenburg. Beforehand there was classic tarte flambée. GREAT DESSERT! Creme brulee with fruits Here we come again Everything was GREAT

5 stars from the bottom of my heart for incredible service, exceeding all expectations, for friendliness, flexibility, a very pleasant atmosphere, and a location right on the water. Parking is available right next door or along the driveway if it's really busy. Definitely worth a try!
