Quaint ambience! Cozy and lively. Here you can meet as a couple, in a large group or to watch live football! The food and selection is very good. From schnitzel to roasts to fish dishes. A very good price/performance ratio! Very fast, friendly and competent service. Parking is great in the attached parking garage. That too for Frankfurt with very fair prices. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately the food wasn't worth the price. Unfortunately, our service was very inflexible when it came to a gluten-free order. The ambience is amazing, but unfortunately the quality doesn't match the high price. Too bad..."

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at this restaurant, drawn in by its stunning views and promising menu. The food did not disappoint; it was delicious and well-prepared, however, the atmosphere left much to be desired. The open kitchen concept, while intriguing, created a tight and crowded feeling that detracted from our experience. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly. Despite the quality of the food and service, I left feeling that the experience didn’t justify the expense.

The view of Frankfurt is just mind-blowing and definitely a highlight. The service was very good, too, however, there were not too many alternatives to meat-based dishes/menus and it is probably not too easy for a vegetarian. The portions were small but very tasty.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert den wir auf Grund der Krankheit unseres Kindes am Vorabend absagen mussten. Daraufhin erhielten wir eine Stornierungsbestätigung ohne jeglichen Hinweis auf Ausfallkosten. Am Folgetag erschien dann eine Abbuchung von 320€ auf unserer Kreditkarte!! Jeglicher Versuch die Mook Gruppe telefonisch oder per E-Mail zu dem Fall zu kontaktieren blieb unbeantwortet. Nun liegt der Fall bei unserem Rechtsbeistand und wir werden privat wie geschäftlich Abstand von der Mook Gruppe nehmen.

It was an experience that was completely impressive. The breathtaking view alone - a 360 degree panorama over Frankfurt and the surrounding area - makes this place something special. No matter whether at sunset or in the evening with the illuminated skyline, the view remains unforgettable. The atmosphere is modern and elegant, but not too formal. I was particularly impressed by the open show kitchen - you get a direct insight into how the dishes are created, and that creates a great connection between the guest and the kitchen. The evening's culinary experience was at the highest level. The amuse-bouche, a hand cheese chip, was an original and surprisingly sophisticated introduction that perfectly whetted the appetite for more. I would particularly like to highlight the Sauerbraten of Wagyu, which was wonderfully tender and wonderfully aromatic at the same time. The fried fish à la Heston Blumenthal was also a highlight – a perfect combination of tradition and modern, creative interpretation. You can notice the attention to detail in every dish and the desire to not just cook, but to create an experience. The service rounded off the experience perfectly. The team was attentive, warm and professional at the same time. The dishes were explained with enthusiasm, which made the connection to the kitchen even more personal.

Last weekend I had dinner here with my spouse. the food was carefully prepared and very tasty. In particular, the beef that I chose as the main course was perfectly cooked. the service staff was professional and friendly. Plus, the view from the top of the restaurant with the lights of Frankfurt at night was breathtaking. The prices are a bit high, but the experience was worth it

Great experience - despite heavy fog causing zero visibility that evening. All members of staff we interacted with were true professionals, which is really nice. And a shoutout to the sommelier, he is very good. We would like to visit again.

The tasting menu was kind of a let down across the entire tasting menu. They had a deviled egg as one of the dishes…. Enough said.

During a recent visit to a so-called “progressive” German vintage restaurant in Frankfurt, I was left feeling underwhelmed. While the 360-degree view from the 39th floor is undoubtedly a standout feature, that's where the excitement ended. The restaurant itself felt cramped, and the open kitchen only worsened the situation by allowing the smell of food to invade the dining area. Although I did appreciate the convenience of coat storage on the first floor, that was one of the few thoughtful touches. Sadly, the overall experience was far from impressive—the food didn’t live up to expectations, and the atmosphere felt lackluster and uninspired. For a city like Frankfurt, this spot didn’t quite hit the mark.

Great service, best food every time.

We first had a table at the chef's table. Then you sit a little higher up like at the bar and have a great view of the open kitchen. The final drink was then served with the best view. The evening was a dream. The Sauer Gespritze cocktail is recommended

Were there for the first time today. We were received very well by the employee downstairs. We went up in the elevator and the service from the employees there was also very good. My partner and I went to the Franziska Restaurant in Henninger Turm for the first time and we loved it! As soon as we entered, we were impressed by the stylish, modern ambience. The combination of elegant design and the unique view of the Frankfurt skyline creates an extraordinary atmosphere - especially in the evening hours when the city lights sparkle. The food was a real highlight. Each course was full of sophisticated flavors and creatively presented. The combination of traditional influences and modern cuisine pleasantly surprised and delighted us. The service was attentive, friendly and present in just the right amount so that we felt completely comfortable. It was noticeable that the entire team was passionate about giving the guests an unforgettable evening. We can highly recommend Franziska and are already looking forward to our next visit. Simple dishes interpreted in fine dining - a wonderful experience. If you get a good seat, the view of Frankfurt is magnificent. You can also just come to drink. One floor below there is also a viewing terrace for guests.

The menu is based on German cuisine with a very successful variant. I thought every course was excellent and worth the money, so I fully recommend it. The highlight is of course the view of the Frankfurt skyline, which is an absolute pleasure from this angle in the evening. Since this is not a revolving restaurant, a table with a view of the skyline to the northwest is more than recommended. An all-round successful restaurant experience - not for the last time for us...

Nachlässiger Service wenn es ums Abräumen geht.

I booked a table for two at Franziska in advance, and the experience met expectations. The service was outstanding, with a detailed explanation of the menu and clear, thoughtful recommendations. After selecting a wine, the sommelier visited our table to share background information about the unusual German white wine we chose. Impressively, he even offered us a sample from an open bottle before committing to the order. We opted for the 4-course selection menu, which delivered dishes that creatively combined traditional flavors with modern, innovative techniques. Every course was beautifully presented and delicious. As a lovely final touch, we received a small surprise after dessert: a refreshing scoop of lemon sorbet with vodka. The restaurant’s skyline views were spectacular and added to the overall ambiance. In short, our evening at Franziska was an exceptional dining experience and absolutely worth the price.

Everything at its best with a great view over Frankfurt.

We were at Franziska for the first time yesterday and decided on the 7-course tasting menu at the Chefs Table. Very attentive and friendly service, every single course was a culinary highlight and true enjoyment. As real foodies and amateur chefs, we really enjoyed the experience at the chef's table and the interaction with Mattes and the kitchen team. We will definitely come back and would choose the Chefs Table again. Many thanks to the Franziska team for this great experience 🫶🏽

Overall an experience. Where other restaurants in this price range are annoying with forced-seeming etiquette, the people there create style and hospitality with relaxed friendliness. So very nice team! The food was great, but for my taste it could have been even more intense. There's not much you can say about the view other than breathtaking. Of course you have to be prepared for double booking, i.e. you only have the table for a certain time.

Top! The food tasted great, the atmosphere was great, the service was nice and friendly. My husband celebrated his 50th birthday and they had a great surprise for him. We recommend this restaurant to everyone. Will visit again!

Each course of the choice menu even had a separate announcer at the table. Bravo. Apart from the fact that you hardly have a better view of Mainhattan than here, and as a restaurant guest you have the opportunity to walk around the former Henninger Tower on a 360-meter outdoor loop, this restaurant can be rated as unique within a radius of 1000 km☝️💪 Food = great. Service=Champions League. Everything just fell into place. I'm not using any pictures here, as enough of the writers have done a great job! Visited for drinks and dinner on a rainy and windy winter's night and it was still totally fabulous. The views were fantastically wonderful, food and cocktails was great and the very accommodating and friendly service deserves more than a mention. They are certainly on the pricey side but very worth the money especially for a lovely romantic night out. Hugely reconmended and will return if I ever visit Frankfurt again.

An evening with a view that was denied to us My wife and I were looking forward to a special evening at Franziska, the renowned panoramic restaurant in Frankfurt known for its breathtaking views. We made our reservation well in advance in the hope of getting a table with a view of the skyline - after all, that's one of the main reasons for visiting this restaurant. Unfortunately, that evening we were assigned a seat in the passageway, without any view of the panorama that makes the “Franziska” so special. Instead we sat in a very busy and noisy corner where it was difficult to have a quiet conversation due to the heavy traffic. The conversations and instructions from the staff around us reinforced this impression and further clouded the atmosphere. Overall, the food was okay, although it lacked that certain something that you would expect from a restaurant in this price range. The poor coordination between the courses was particularly annoying - unfortunately waiting times of over 30 minutes were not uncommon. The service also left a lot to be desired: no refills were given or we asked if we wanted anything else, which gave us the feeling of being overlooked. With a bill of 265 EUR for two people, you can definitely expect more. Especially since we had hoped that by making the early reservation we would be able to enjoy the spectacular view - which unfortunately didn't happen in our case. All in all, the evening was disappointing and fell far short of our expectations.

We were there for my partner's 50th birthday. I have to say a dream. The ambience is wonderful, the view is unbelievable. The food is a poem. We had the four course menu. Everything was well prepared, what you got was explained... The drinks were good. The cocktails too. The only minor complaint is the high bar stools by the window. They're a bit uncomfortable. But that's really just a small thing... All in all a very successful evening, not cheap but definitely doable for such an event.

Das Panorama ist einzigartig für Frankfurt mit diesem Ausblick und das Ambiente ist super erste Klasse auch für einen romantischen Abend.. Der Service ist 1A genauso wie das Essen. Es ist super zubereitet und das Menü ist durchdacht. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Overall not bad. There is no need to discuss the fact that the view is great. However, the Henninger Tower is somewhat remote and in even light fog you can no longer see the skyline. The service is top. Friendly and far from any arrogance (with the unfortunate exception of the lady at reception on the ground floor, who seemed very disinterested). The food still leaves a little to be desired, the dessert was completely over-sweetened. I still like to come back every now and then - the atmosphere is much more pleasant than in the Maintower and quieter than at Friedas!

We were taken to this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed their job. The food was amazing we had the degustation menu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Frankfurt. The views are also lovely especially as the sun goes down and all the lights come on.

An experience! Anyone who can forget for an evening that their own bank account is finite can experience a very special evening here. We were there with our children (18 and 14) and it was a wonderful evening for us. The food is a culinary expedition into areas you don't get anywhere else. All the dishes were excellent and a new positive experience for our taste buds. The view was of course breathtaking and we had a table where we could wonderfully watch the almost cloud-free sunset. But the absolute highlight of this evening were the people who work there and made the evening something special. Everyone there knows what they are doing and is very courteous and friendly. Please keep it up! Our youngest son sat at the bar for a long time and was instructed in the arts of cocktail preparation. He was completely amazed by the bartender, who gave him little tips and tricks. Whoever is lucky enough to be served at the table by Miro has absolutely won. An incredibly attentive, friendly, sympathetic and courteous person. He pays attention to everything that goes on at the table and is very attuned to his guests; Cheers! The combination of the caviar's saltiness with the tangy mustard dill cream was amazing. Next came the Udon Noodles with Truffle Foam. I opted to skip the ham chip. The dish was the perfect amount and noodles were perfect. The truffle foam was yummy and not too over strong. The main course was the Redfish baked in Beer Batter was accompanied by a Potato Salad Cream, Caper Remoulade, and Garden Cucumber Salad. The fish was tender and amazing. The cucumber salad was a refreshing counterpart that I absolutely loved. A night well spent!

We have been celebrating our wedding anniversary there for years. The food is a taste explosion in your mouth. The ambience is fantastic. The service was very attentive and super accommodating. We always leave the restaurant enchanted and look forward to the next visit.

We were there for the sake of a friend and the memories from the 90s. The contact was great as was the service. The view is of course spectacular, even if the restaurant no longer rotates. In the evening there was only a menu to choose from, which is fine given the probably considerable rent. I chose meat truffles, ham noodles deluxe, dumplings & noble mushrooms and cheese for dessert. What can I say? I was a little disappointed, there was a lot of mass in the form of salty foam and in my opinion only the names of the dishes were regional. This has nothing to do with real reinterpretation. For the price quoted, what is offered seems too expensive to me. You definitely pay for the view here. We have a very low risk of recurrence. Unfortunately.

All I can say is that the team and the cuisine leave nothing to be desired. It's always a highlight to enjoy your hours there, you feel like you're in very good hands. You can't give more hours to life, but you can give more life to the hours!! Keep it up!!

Es war mal wieder ein Traum im Restaurant Franziska zu verweilen, alleine das Team wie profesionell ,kundenorientiert und mit Herz wir verwöhnt wurden ,spricht für sich. Wir werden es immer wieder für schöne Feiern und Genussmomente auswählen. Hier merkt man sofort ,dass die Führung es versteht, zu motivieren und dem Gast ein unbeschreibliches Gefühl zu Vermitteln ,hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und geniessen! Weiter so !! Schön dass es das heute noch gibt !!

Overpriced and over crowded with tables. Food was extremely disappointing - waitress didn’t react at all to the fact that we barely touched our main courses (Falscher Hase). Can’t recommend.

Laut Telefonauskunft war es leer... wir sollten einfach vorbei kommen. Plötzlich war es 10 min später so voll dass wir 20 min warten sollten. Anschließend wurde uns ein erhöterTisch angeboten. Auf den ein aufdringlicher Kellner ständig fremde Weingläser abstellte(???) Darauf angesprochen wurde er dreist und aufdringlich. Sein Ton war völlig unangebracht. Nachdem wir den Laden verlassen wollten, wurfe uns von einer Kellnerin freundlicher Weise ein anderer Tisch angeboten. Leider nahmen wir dieses Angebot an. Denn das Essen ist absolut und grenzenlos überteuert! Es schmeckte uns nicht! Und der besagte (französische/italienische) Wein-Kellner rempelte mich anschließend 4 mal beim vorbei gehen an. Der Ausblick ist übrigens ebenfalls nicht das Gelbe vom Ei. Kurzum: Unser Städtetripp in Frankfurt war eine sehr positiver Ausflug. Doch wenn Sie etwas schönes, ruhiges erleben wollen....dann sollten Sie es meiden dieses Lokal aufzusuchen. Teuer, schckt nicht.. und der Kellner gehört nicht in die Gastronomie... unabhängig von seinen gehobenen Alter sollte er lieber etwas mit seinen Niveau als Baustellen-Hilfsarbeiter anstreben. Vielleicht wäre er beim Schleppen besser aufgehoben.

Celebrated a big birthday with the family there. Table request was realized, reservation made sense. Meals with several courses were spaced well apart so that there was no need to eat one after the other in a piecemeal manner, but there was always enough time for drinking and a short chat in between. Food is regionally new and interpreted in a modern way with an international declension. Highly recommended and surprising variants. Service is very accommodating, friendly and prompt. Drinks menu very extensive from wines, beers and cocktails to good solo drinks and the usual warm and non-alcoholic drinks. It's best to reserve a table in a north-westerly direction, always a guarantee for magnificent sunsets in front of the skyline and Taunus, if the weather and season are good. Don't just spend the evening at the table, but also take a “tour” in the truest sense and enjoy the view. In the warm season, the floor below with its all-round outdoor seating area in front of a glass wall is ideal for cozy cocktails on a warm summer night. Sophisticated audience, please do not show up there in bare midriffs and bat shirts and shorts. Great place and always happy.

Had a wonderful evening. Very accommodating staff and really delicious food. The price is a bit high for the culinary pleasure. But only the drinks. Still highly recommended if you want to spend a nice evening and don't have to worry about your wallet.

The portions are very small, so I would recommend starter, main course and dessert. The service is good. The service is nice. It takes a while for the food to be brought to the table. But that's not a problem given the view. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. We will come again. :)
