Absolutely world class, the boss is awesome and the ambience is unique! You have to have done it.

We have been celebrating our wedding anniversary there for years. The food is a taste explosion in your mouth. The ambience is fantastic. The service was very attentive and super accommodating. We always leave the restaurant enchanted and look forward to the next visit.

The location is great, that's for sure! It's nice that the service and the food & drinks adapt to this! We spent a very nice and delicious evening at Franziska's and will definitely do it again!

What else can you say when everything was perfection? That the amuse-bouche crumbles too much? Or that the service is 120 instead of just 100%?! We will definitely come back and not just for milk and honey. Thanks!

Very nice restaurant with fine dining. Very nice view of Frankfurt, I recommend going out for dinner or visiting the bar in the evening. It's much nicer to admire the skyline at night. Food and service very good. Of course the price is a bit high, but not excessive. It's worth a visit.

We were there for the sake of a friend and the memories from the 90s. The contact was great as was the service. The view is of course spectacular, even if the restaurant no longer rotates. In the evening there was only a menu to choose from, which is fine given the probably considerable rent. I chose meat truffles, ham noodles deluxe, dumplings & noble mushrooms and cheese for dessert. What can I say? I was a little disappointed, there was a lot of mass in the form of salty foam and in my opinion only the names of the dishes were regional. This has nothing to do with real reinterpretation. For the price quoted, what is offered seems too expensive to me. You definitely pay for the view here. We have a very low risk of recurrence. Unfortunately.

Celebrated a big birthday with the family there. Table request was realized, reservation made sense. Meals with several courses were spaced well apart so that there was no need to eat one after the other in a piecemeal manner, but there was always enough time for drinking and a short chat in between. Food is regionally new and interpreted in a modern way with an international declension. Highly recommended and surprising variants. Service is very accommodating, friendly and prompt. Drinks menu very extensive from wines, beers and cocktails to good solo drinks and the usual warm and non-alcoholic drinks. It's best to reserve a table in a north-westerly direction, always a guarantee for magnificent sunsets in front of the skyline and Taunus, if the weather and season are good. Don't just spend the evening at the table, but also take a “tour” in the truest sense and enjoy the view. In the warm season, the floor below with its all-round outdoor seating area in front of a glass wall is ideal for cozy cocktails on a warm summer night. Sophisticated audience, please do not show up there in bare midriffs and bat shirts and shorts. Great place and always happy.

Very uncomplicated and friendly service. Very high standards without any airs or embarrassments. You feel comfortable, even though it is a top location. Very relaxed. I can definitely recommend it to everyone. The menu is spectacular and everything I ate tasted a real treat! "Russian egg", "blood sausage", simply wonderful.

Had a wonderful evening. Very accommodating staff and really delicious food. The price is a bit high for the culinary pleasure. But only the drinks. Still highly recommended if you want to spend a nice evening and don't have to worry about your wallet.

A slightly more spacious seating would be an advantage because during our visit the person behind me constantly bumped into my chair and I had to ask him to move closer to his table to get up. It was also very loud. The view was beautiful. When we wanted to order wine, the wine list was not given to us. The employee held it in his hand and made a recommendation. We regularly go to Franzi, as we affectionately call her. As always, everything is 100 percent perfect. The view, whether sun downer or fog, is magical. The service is excellent and loving. Everyone is welcome. There is only and at least a 4-course menu. The food is fresh and wonderfully prepared. Delicious. Price performance ratio is excellent and it is worth it.

We brought friends for a late birthday celebration. From the minute we walked into the lobby to the time we left it was a delight. From the excellent food to the friendly and professional service - high marks from us!

Thanks to the menu, it was easy to see that Franziska does not offer vegan options. There is also only a vegetarian option for the main course. At business meals you often have no influence on the choice of restaurant. Therefore, if the appropriate pragmatism is lacking, this can lead to quite unpleasant situations for everyone. But the team managed to conjure up a vegetarian menu for me. The dessert was even vegan. The quality of the food was very good and the atmosphere was very nice. So a big thank you to the team. Maybe a few plant-based variants will be added in the future - assuming that these will also be ordered by people who don't follow a purely vegan diet.

Restaurant avec une superbe vue. En haut de la tour au 38eme étage il est possible de faire le tour complet à 360° sur Francfort et sa région. Ensuite au 39eme le restaurant avec un accueil et un service très serviable. La salle est divisée en 2 avec d'un coté la cuisine et de l'autre le bar, et tout autour avec une vue grâce aux baies vitrées les tables. Les plats sont originaux, et clairement on y retrouve les spécialités de la région. Handkase, Asperges, Saucisses blanches etc... donc rien de génial dans la qualité des produits, ni rien d'exceptionnel dans les saveurs. C'est un peu décevant, car même les truffes en généreuse quantité étaient peu gouteuses, fades. Donc au final une belle soirée, avec une belle vue, un service parfait, mais coté cuisine, c'est bon, mais cela ne vaut pas d'autres restaurants étoilés sur Francfort.

We were at Franzsika for our anniversary and actually had a lovely, extraordinary evening with one of the best views of Frankfurt. The quality of the food was very good, but the portions were so small that we left hungry after 3 courses, which shouldn't be the case. The service also seemed very arrogant and aloof. I think if you turn the last few adjustment screws, the star will work too....

Spectacular location, great food, top service

Went there again yesterday for dinner with my wife. Unfortunately I can only award 5 points each; Kitchen and service once again outstanding. The location is breathtaking; even on a repeat visit. All employees were very friendly and attentive. Anyone who experiences the transition from day to night there is simply amazed. That's why I would have given it 10 points.

We had something to eat here today. Everything great! But the service lady named “Tessa” is simply awesome! A colleague of ours is afraid of heights. Tessa caught him really well and looked after us really well. She even brought us drinks down!!! Simply mega!!

In my opinion the cuisine is excellent. I also love atmospheric places, and this restrictive place has a fantastic view of the city skyline, which adds to the atmosphere of the place. The service here is really nice and helpful.

We've only been there twice and the service seems competent and friendly. The food is very good and tasty, the portions are smaller but this is to be expected. The view is breathtaking and very beautiful, the terrace is windy but just as great. Unfortunately, not every waitress pays attention to the other guests when serving and it can happen that you get pushed.

What a surprise! Previous German “fine dining” experiences have been substandard, so I did not expect much from the restaurant and have been avoiding it for some years now (only went because of the views (and yes they are amazing)). I left more than satisfied and would most likely be back… what a pleasant surprise! The good: very attentive and knowledgeable staff provide a friendly and non-pretentious atmosphere; quite a large selection of dishes to choose from (this turned out to be a real blessing as my party could eat cauliflower and steak whilst I try out Blutwurst, Saumagen and Leber); relatively quick dinner; dishes were wonderfully plated; and the spectacular view added to the experience. The sub-optimal: we were never informed of the wine pairings; the wine menu was a bit difficult to navigate even with the help of the sommelier (who was friendly, lively and realistically knowledgable - what I especially appreciated was that he went and researched something after he couldn’t answer a question I had and then we could discuss it a bit more at a later stage; this greatly added to the non-pretentious and comfortable atmosphere); the party needs to decide for the small or large menu (would have been wonderful if this could be combined - yes it is sub-optimal for those wanting the 5-course menu, but a gourmet should not be restricted because someone else has pre-eaten (not necessary for Franzi by the way); and some of the food explorations were a tad rushed. All in all, a pleasant surprise! Considering the attractive price point, I might start visiting the restaurant more frequently for business dinners or to introduce acquaintances to fine dining.

Fantastic view of downtown Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main area. Nice ambience. Very courteous and attentive service. I would like to describe the menu as progressive Hessian. Hand cheese, green sauce and "Lewwerworscht" redefined. Very good and original. Only the prices for a bottle of wine seemed a bit excessive to me. Still 5 stars.

A fantastic view over Frankfurt and a very stylish, chic restaurant. The bar is great - unfortunately my main course was forgotten, which wasn't ideal in the context of a business lunch. The situation was resolved quickly and professionally - i.e. it can really happen to anyone. Therefore, on the next visit, aucvc will definitely give 5 stars in all categories.

The question is, does the overall package fit and the answer is - it depends on the expectations. And that should be “experience gastronomy”. The restaurant thrives on the ambience and the view, which extends from the Taunus to the Odenwald to the Spessart when the weather is right. And it worked for us. We had a wonderful evening! The tasting menu is, however, priced somewhat on the high side at 150 euros. Exciting and funny interpretations of classics, some courses at star level, some things could be done better. Less frying (hand cheese, sweetbreads, capers, croquettes, fish) and more complexity would be an improvement. Our highlight was the Hessen Carpaccio, which is at star level. The weakest course was the dessert. And yes, we complain at a high, star-spoiled level. About the often mentioned service. We were lucky to be served by the restaurant manager and head sommelier, which cannot be surpassed in terms of professionalism, customer focus and friendliness. When the weather is right, the ambience alone is worth a visit.

Das Restaurant lebt vom Ambiente, dem Blick und der reicht vom Taunus über Odenwald bis zum Spessart, wenn das Wetter passt. Und bei uns hat es gepasst. Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Abend! Das Degustationsmenu liegt mit 150,- Euro preislich auf der etwas hohen Seite. Spannend und witzig interpretierte Klassiker, manche Gänge auf Sterneniveau, manches könnte man besser machen. Weniger Friteuse (Handkäse, Bries, Kaper, Kroketten, Fisch) und mehr Komplexität wäre die Steigerung. Unser Highlight war das Hessen Carpaccio, was Sterneniveau hat. Schwächster Gang war das Dessert. Und ja, wir jammern auf hohem, sterneverwöhntem Niveau. Zum oft angesprochenen Service. Wir hatten das Glück vom Restaurantleiter und Chefsommelier bedient worden zu sein, was an Professionalität, Kundenorientierung und Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen ist. Bei dem richtigen Wetter ist allein schon das Ambiente einen Besuch wert.

Chic restaurant with a sensational view. Fusion Kitchen, with old German / Japanese cuisine. Definitely worth it for a lovely evening. The dishes are small, so of course you can't expect a huge, hearty schnitzel here. In return, the palate can prepare for a little journey of pleasure. With a drink afterwards you can enjoy the sunset or the blue hour over Frankfurt. For the price of just under €100 per person, it's totally fine.

I took my wife to Franziska as a surprise and the surprise was 100% successful. Stjepan was great and not only provided us with delicious drinks but also funny stories. Eating with a view of the skyline was a very special gastronomic experience. The staff is very attentive, courteous and flexible - since my wife doesn't eat meat. Overall we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

We came here to have dinner on a Friday evening while enjoying the Frankfurt view. We were welcomed by friendly staff who took us to our table. We were a bit disappointed by its location, as it did not face Frankfurt’s skyline. My girlfriend and I chose the 4-Gang menu.We were surprised by the presentation of each of them. Although for cheese plate could have been better. From a culinary perspective, the noodles were for me the highlight and for her the Kalbries. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience and are planing to return. Although, next time mainly to the Bar!

A fantastic view overlooking the whole of Frankfurt and the skyline. A chic atmosphere in which you feel comfortable, but you feel a bit cramped at the slightly small tables and aisles. Great friendly courteous service. A really tasty meal in a five-course menu, but unfortunately it wasn't exceptional. Maybe you expected more, be it because of the price of €90 per person or because of the importance of the restaurant. The impression remains that you would also get the dishes in other good restaurants in Frankfurt. Nevertheless, no real criticisms of the food and a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to dine above the clouds

I went there expecting a table by the window with a breathtaking view, asked for the longest degustation menu and ended up being sitted by the counter looking at the least spectacular cuisine I have ever seen. Couldn't have been more disappointing.

It was an all-encompassing experience! The two of us really enjoyed it and give a big compliment to the kitchen.

Wasnt really a big fan of the set menu offered. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. Views were fantastic! We had booked the early appointment and were greeted very friendly in the entrance area downstairs and shown to the elevator. Then we went to the 39th floor and here again we were greeted very nicely and taken to the table. The ambience is beautiful and the view is simply fantastic. We received incredibly friendly and attentive service and our wishes were always implemented quickly. Whether water, cremant or wine, everything was excellently selected. The food is difficult to describe: every single course was a small delight, always a surprise and simply fantastically prepared and presented. Cheers! We absolutely loved it! In the meantime it was dark and the Frankfurt skyline was even more impressive when illuminated. If you want, you can still enjoy a 360 degree view of Frankfurt on the 38th floor. Then unfortunately the time had come: at 8.30 p.m. our time slot was over and we had to make room, hopefully for the next equally enthusiastic guests. 😀

A restaurant on the 39th floor with sophisticated dishes and breathtaking 360 degree views of the entire city. The dishes are German cuisine that is reinterpreted. The service is extremely attentive and courteous. Peter in particular rounded off our evening with his cheerful Hessian nature.

We had a nice evening at Franziska. The food was above average and the view was unique. Unfortunately, the restaurant was extremely busy and one person in our group had the aisle seat, where she was frequently jostled by other guests and staff. We often had to wait a long time for our drinks and sometimes had to ask again. It was our first visit to Franziska, and the restaurant didn't live up to its high standards that evening.

Breathtaking view, top location in Frankfurt and definitely one of the most upscale restaurants in the city. The cuisine combines traditional dishes with modern cuisine. Visually, the food served looks good. The whole thing is priced accordingly, so it's a very expensive place. The price is definitely not worth it, but I wouldn't advise against visiting. You have to see it to be believed... In terms of the atmosphere, it's quite okay. I generally don't feel like making a reservation before I go to the restaurant & given the number of free seats, it's often not really necessary.. but good - decision of the house.

The trip to the 39th floor was extremely unspectacular. When we arrived at the top we were also greeted by name and taken straight to our place... Yes the view is absolutely breathtaking! Our table was quite small but just enough for food and drinks. The service was discreet and attentive at all times. The food was good, not a revelation but fresh and well prepared. The portions are very good...even with 5 courses you will be absolutely full. I think we will come back and definitely recommend Franziska!

We spent an evening at "Franziska" which made a promising impression as soon as we entered the location at the cloakroom. After the friendly welcome, we climbed 39 floors and entered the actual restaurant. The location stands out not only because of the view, the interior and the coordinated decoration also make a great impression. The “open kitchen” concept is a real success, watching the crew in the kitchen is a real treat and made us even more excited about the culinary delights. The service at the table was always very attentive, very friendly and, despite the restaurant being full, there was time for a little chat. We particularly enjoyed the conversation with the restaurant manager, Mr. Felden, who gave us an exciting insight into the background of “Franziska”. But now to the supposedly most important thing: the menu. Classic German cuisine, down-to-earth, honest. Here at “Franziska” this is exactly what the incredibly motivated and creative kitchen crew reinterprets and takes to a completely new level. Great taste, loving arrangements, high-quality ingredients - paired in a modern, sustainable concept and in a breathtakingly modern combination.
