Flora-Marzina in Herne

Letztens eine Bekannte dort besucht…und etwas schockiert gewesen. Hier scheinen die Mittel an allen Ecken und Enden zu fehlen. Dürftige Sauberkeit, sehr alte Einrichtung, Instandhaltung nur das Nötigste. Personal vorhanden, aber wohl extrem unterbesetzt. Hier zu sein fühlt sich vermutlich wie eine Bestrafung an…

The worst thing I've ever experienced.

I wasn't allowed to take my newly purchased laundry. Other good things disappeared, about €180. No response when I called. Staff has character problems.

Just a terrible shop that actually needs to be closed. Staff really nice and helpful but overwhelmed because sometimes there is no staff and employees are alone. The house stinks of urine. The poor image of the house is perfectly reflected in the residents sitting on the bench outside consuming alcohol and drugs. The PDL Ms. Janine Piffrement is incompetent and not competent if you have questions when you reach her, she is usually sitting in the courtyard with the plastering, building services and facility management and are smoking, which is what she does best. The furnishing service is also changed in the house like others change their underwear. Laundry is constantly being given away in the laundry, everything is very strange. There isn't a team there, everyone is agitating and blaspheming against everyone! In short, a terrible shop!

Nice people. The kitchen is perfect. Real geniuses in food preparation. Unfortunately, the nursing staff and the people who keep everything running, especially the cleaning staff who also do their work on weekends, are not appreciated enough. Everyone should earn at least 3/4 more than they get. Because the nursing staff and kitchen and everyone else keep the house running and are on call even on weekends and public holidays and that deserves more respect than they get, because life and quality of life are priceless.

The nursing staff are all very welcoming and put in a lot of effort despite the circumstances!

Ich besuche dort einen Englischkurs. Die Lehrerin Brigitte ist sehr gut.

Personalmangel Leider ist nicht nur hier sondern generell überall fehlen Pflegepersonal

Frühstück essen ist gut und günstig!
