A unique experience in Aachen! Fletcher Davies is one of the best places in Aachen. Everything here is wonderful: the service is very friendly and professional, and the staff attends to the customers' needs carefully and without intrusiveness. It is clear that the team here works with love and commitment. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very attractive – stylish and cozy at the same time. You will feel comfortable and warmly welcomed as soon as you enter, whether you are alone, with friends or family. The food was really perfect. Fresh ingredients, professional cooking and presentation of plates were done with special care and beauty. The food menu has a great variety and is suitable for all tastes; Even vegetarians and vegans will have plenty of choices. The taste of the food was wonderful and the portion sizes were perfect. For me, Fletcher Davis is a special place that I recommend to everyone. Great service, cozy atmosphere and great food - this is a five-star experience! I can't wait to come back here again.

The food at Fletcher Davis is really good, no question! Tastes convincing and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately the service can't keep up. The service was inattentive and not very friendly, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. Really a shame as the food deserved a better experience. Hopefully the service team will be trained in the future so that the restaurant can reach its full potential.

One of the best burgers in Aachen. We've already tested a lot of them but this one was simply the best. The fact that the employee wore black gloves when serving, preparing and delivering was a bit strange at first, but the burger was good and everything was good afterwards, so I give it 5 stars, but you should think about the thing about the gloves.

This place rocks! Unique casual atmosphere decorated with inspirational quotes, movie memorabilia, colorful tables and comfy chairs (someone should make a movie here!!)! It is obvious that the owner actually takes meticulous care of his food and delivers one of the proudest burgers I can say I have ever eaten. In my opinion a burger needs to be three things: scrumptious (plenty of meat, good bread, balanced ingredients) affordable (a pricey is a scam), and enough (well fed). Fletcher Davis knocks it out of the park! The burgers I have back home in the US cannot compete with Fletcher Davis!! Fletcher Davis no.1!! 🥊🥊🥊💯

Very nicely decorated, nice staff and an excellent burger, also for vegetarians. The fries are also recommended and were homemade. Everything looks clean and you can watch the cooking. My grandma and I were very excited! 5 stars

My burger was anything but enjoyable. I ordered my burger from one of the employees who was very dry and reserved. Since the store wasn't full and other customers were already served, we got our food pretty quickly. As soon as I took the first bite, I noticed that there was something wrong with the burger. I quickly realize that the burger smelled and tasted like fish. I complained about this immediately. However, they didn't try very hard and the employee disappeared without a word. A few minutes later, someone apparently responsible came, here too they just listened to what the problem was and walked away again, shrugging their shoulders. Unfortunately customer service is out of place. The first and last visit here for me!

At first it's an inconspicuous shop, but as soon as you walk in there's a very cozy atmosphere and you're greeted very nicely. The food is very good, arrives hot at the table and the service is good. For us, by far the best burger place in Ac and actually ever. We always enjoy coming back!

Burgers and hot dogs are good, get 8.5/10. Fries solid, 7.5/10 However, the staff seems rather unfriendly or cold. I was also shocked when it came to the hygiene rules. One of the employees had used the gloves to prepare the burgers with which he had previously processed raw poultry. Unfortunately, I only saw this afterwards when he prepared the burgers for other customers. This is disgusting and a no go. Of course I should have addressed this, but I also didn't want to ruin the atmosphere in the store with the customers. But why is there still only 1 star? Very easy: The boss here seems in no way capable of criticism and this behavior is in itself very unprofessional towards the dissatisfied customers for a restaurateur. This also confirms the character that prevails in the store.

The best burger in Aachen and the surrounding area, good value for money and the atmosphere is very cool. Been there several times and will visit more often. Just as a tip, there is an employee at the checkout who seems very listless and a bit unfriendly. If that can be improved, GREAT.

We were at Fletcher Davis for the first time today and I have to say, the food and ambience of the store are a gem. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out! I think the ambience is cool, mostly American style with little Arabic influences here and there. Regarding the service, I can agree with the previous speakers, everything is a bit harsher but somehow it reflects Aachen's eastern district :), so authentic! It's partly self-service that you should know so you know what you're getting yourself into.

We discovered Fletcher Davis a few months ago and were absolutely delighted by the quality of their burgers. The experience is always exceptional. The burgers are incredibly tasty, made with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every bite is a delight, and you can really feel the attention to every detail. The bread is perfectly soft, the toppings are generous and well balanced, and the meat is cooked to perfection. In addition to the quality of the burgers, the service is impeccable. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and ready to respond to all our requests with a smile. They really go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and have a good time. We highly recommend Fletcher Davis to all burger lovers. This is without doubt one of the best places we ate in Acchen.

The food is really great, the burgers can't be beat, the taste is great!! Best burger really. There isn't always space, so it's best to call and reserve a table. I have no complaints at all about the food, you should definitely have the burger if you're in the area. Now the but: It may be that there is a lot to do and some employees are really stressed, but everyone should be able to say hello. Sometimes people just look at you and there is hardly any reaction. Maybe they don't understand the language either, but as I said, everyone should be able to say hello and smile. Well-served customers bring more customers and every good experience is shared.

Citizens were delicious, can't complain, fries a bit too soft but could still eat, but was waiting for citizens. I wouldn't say anything, it can happen to anyone, but not when there are men in the kitchen with full beards and not too covered up. So I was lucky that I found Harr when I was almost finished eating, but who knows what will happen next time .....

We had a great time at Fletcher Davis. Tasty food, unique decor and comfortable seating. Would definitely recommend it for a casual meal. It was our first night in Aachen and we weren’t familiar with the area. We had just arrived to our hotel and needed something to eat. It was quite late, around 10:25/10:30 pm and our dining options were limited. We are really pleased we ended up here. When we first walked up to the restaurant it was a bit intimidating as a few people were gathered outside of the place and we didn’t know if they were still serving food. However, we were gently ushered in and encouraged to sit down. We were given menus in English which we were appreciative of. When we sat down there was just one other table seated and it looked like they were finishing up. However, 3-4 more tables came in after us and we weren’t rushed out. The Euros were going on so they had a game playing on the TV. It was fun to just sit and watch and relax a bit after a long day of travel. We had the gyro and the Hawaii burger. Both were good and I would order again. The portion could have been a bit larger for the gyro, but I left feeling satiated.

Here you can find by far the best burgers in Aachen! I can highly recommend the chicken burger. Super friendly and courteous staff that take very good care of the guests! I can only recommend Fletcher Davis and would love to come back!

Underground service. I ate there and then ordered a burger to take away and sat back down at my seat. After waiting over 20 minutes, I asked what it looked like. I was told “it was finished a long time ago.” When I said that I could have been informed (which is what logical common sense tells you), the only reply was “you should have come”. Can I smell that the food is ready? When I pointed out that he had seen that I was sitting there, the only disrespectful response I received was “it's been finished for a long time”. Simply outrageous.

Honestly this the only restaurant in Aachen that i get excited when i want to visit. Just amazing.

Fletcher Davis has exceeded my expectations even though I was skeptical at first, but the meat quality is top and they know how to make burgers and their sauces are really great!! If you have a wish as to how the meat should be, perhaps make comments when ordering, otherwise it is usually medium-well or well-done but still very juicy, which you rarely get anywhere else, simply top quality 💪💪💪 and thanks to the friendly service

Lured by the delicious smell of burgers from Blücherplatz, I had to try the shop. I went with my son, who is very picky when it comes to food. First impression of a very cool location! Service very friendly. And the most important thing, of course, is the food. It was very tasty, you could also order a child-friendly burger, which made my son very happy! Burgers nice and juicy and fresh, great! Homemade fries and delicious. My son really enjoyed it, which is a very good sign (at least for me :D). Always my pleasure!

Dieser Laden ist ein Witz. Die Pommes waren kalt, das haben wir dann mal so stehen lassen… Aber in meinem Veggieburger war ein HAAR!!! Wir sollten das Menü dennoch zur Hälfte zahlen, denn der Burger wurde ja zur Hälfte verspeist. So etwas habe ich ja noch nie gehört, anstatt sich dafür zu entschuldigen und den Kunden zu entschädigen wird darüber diskutiert, dass der Burger ja irgendwie abgerechnet werden muss. Ein absoluter Scherz, also mit Kunden Freundlichkeit hat das ja mal gar nichts zutun. Wir waren heute das letzte Mal da!

Die Burger schmecken hier wirklich sehr gut! Ich würde nur empfehlen, vor allem abends wenn viel los ist, lieber zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen. Leider kommt der ganze Rauch und Bratgeruch aus der Küche in das Restaurant hinein. Für mich ist das ein No-Go. Der Service könnte auch besser sein.

Absolut tolle Einrichtung, die Bürger sind groß, super lecker, das Fleisch schmeckt und ist selbst beim "kleinen" Patti mit 120 Gramm schon Recht groß, das Brot ist gut und was fester wie ich es mag... Die Pommes dazu waren gut gewürzt... Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Einrichtung sehr stylisch und gemütlich... Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder zu euch...

Was soll ich sagen...gäbe es 6 Sterne, würde ich auch sie vergeben. ❤️ Lebe nicht in Aachen, aber der Burgerladen lohnt den Umzug. 😏 Good Job, Guys! 👍
