Best halal burger in Aachen! I highly recommend it. Our regular restaurant; we eat there regularly with the family!

Very creatively and individually decorated for a burger shop. I've rarely eaten such a delicious veggie burger. The fries were also excellent!

The food was delicious. I had a chili cheeseburger, which was AMAZING. The jalapeños made it even hotter. It was a lovely restaurant with lots of beautiful pictures and clever quotes on the wall. The only thing I can't praise were the fries. I found them a bit soggy, but they tasted good. Overall, I give you 5 stars. I'll be back 😋😋😋

This place was by far the best burger joint we've ever been to. Still... a 10/10 in terms of taste. Nevertheless, there were a few things on our last visit that were annoying. These need to be addressed, unfortunately publicly, so that they can take it seriously and work on it. We ordered two burger meals and a wing platter. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour because they had obviously forgotten about us. We had time and didn't want to complain. The manager then came with a platter of wings and noticed that our meals weren't there yet. He apologized and took the wings back. We had to wait another 10 minutes for our burgers. This time, they had forgotten the wings. We spoke to the owner, and he served them to us after another 15 minutes. In the meantime, we ate our burgers. The fries were cold, and unfortunately, my burger had a piece of foil from the mayo, which you also get at your table (the piece you tear off). Later, my husband wanted to wash his hands. But the restroom was unfortunately very dirty. They should be working there, too. My guess: too many customers but not enough staff to serve. It feels like the boss is trying to wait staff alone. Why? The place is always packed, and the prices aren't cheap. Why do they have to cut back on staff? Tastes delicious. Quality is declining.

Awesome store. There's something for the stomach as well as the eyes. Super-cool interior, really good burgers and fries, and great, friendly service. We discovered this store by chance and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended. Top, top, top!

Great burgers at a decent price, snack-style.

The burgers are delicious and the frech fries are top, not refrigerated, you can feel the potatoes flavor, they are playing good music.

Very tasty, but I have one request: It would be great if you moved away from Coca-Cola products. There are good alternatives. Otherwise, great.

I really enjoyed my visit to this burger restaurant. The burger was excellent – the meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. They offer different varieties of burgers with unique sauces, so it really comes down to personal taste. My favorite was the chili cheeseburger, which had a great balance of spice and flavor. The wings were also delicious and worth trying. The only downside was the fries, but tehy were still not bad. Overall, though, the food was very satisfying, and I’d definitely come back for the burgers.

We came here for the first time in June 2022 based on the positive reviews. The cheeseburger was okay, with a tasty sauce. Unfortunately, the patty was only slightly seasoned. The fries were a complete failure. Totally sloppy and soggy. The Joppie sauce was good. But what bothered us most was the extremely unfriendly and unmotivated service.

The food in general is good. I really liked the rustic style fries. But the burgers for some reason are on the sweeter side. I tried 3 burgers and they all were sweet idk. The buns were also nice and fresh. The decor is lovely.

A truly unique place. The best burgers I've eaten in all of Europe, and one of the top 5 in my entire life. The staff is helpful, the service is good, and the food is fresh and spicy. I recommend Istanbul Burger, Fletcher Burger, and the fries.

Guys, I'll be honest, I'm never going to Rush Food again. For the same price, you get 1,000 times the quality. The burgers there are really tasty and juicy, and the fries are really great too: so well-fried, and there are shakers on the tables where you can add extra seasoning. The staff there are really nice and polite; they let my colleague change the sauce in his burger and gave him an extra sauce on the side for no extra charge. The atmosphere there is also really great, beautifully decorated with vintage items everywhere. I couldn't recommend it more. 10/10 all around the board, really great!

Always a great place for juicy hamburgers and can be quite busy at times. The service does need a bit of improvement, though.

Relaxed atmosphere and tasty food

Don't be fooled by the appearance: the burgers are excellent and the hot dogs are downright incredible. You'll cross Belgium just for this, and it's worth every mile.

Seriously good smash burgers!! Ours was just a little dry on the edges, but overal one of the best burgers I've ever had and I ate a lot of burgers. I had the Road House burger, which comes with mushrooms and caramelized unions, but I added some extra cheddar cheese and an egg. Every bite was a delight! Even though I choose a lot of toppings, the taste of the meat was still very much present, thanks to the great seasoning.

We drive about 45 minutes every time just because of the MEGA good burgers and fries. Unfortunately, since we discovered Fletcher's Davis, we haven't been able to order burgers anywhere else, as they can only disappoint in comparison. Shop very special but cool, even after eating there about 10 times you still discover something new. Always happy despite the long journey!! ❤️

Easily one of the best burgers we have had in Aachen that too for such a good price! Love the artsy vintage look of the diner!

So the meat burgers were very tasty, the fries weren't fresh, as soon as they got colder you couldn't enjoy them anymore. Chicken burger was very dry. Hot dogs were delicious, only the bread was too big and therefore a lot of air with mini sausages. We ordered another portion of 12 chicken wings, which were served completely burnt. We therefore cannot rate the taste. We pointed this out to the boss and didn't even receive an apology or compensation. The only comment was that it would become even more expensive in the future. All in all we were very disappointed, but the burgers are really tasty. Please work on your potatoes and the chicken burger, it's going to be much better. Communication between service and guests should also improve. Maybe another tip to make your guests feel even more comfortable: please check your wobbling tables, because that's not possible. Of course we will give it another chance. Good luck 👍🏾

Great food, however partly due to an language error never received my portion of fries. Also it was not made clear how the drinks work, apparently you have self service from the fridge. But the burger was excellent, great taste and flavour and worth the wait!

A really cool shop. Super tasty burgers. The fries were also sensational. The boys are nice. The location is comfortably furnished. Nothing goes together. But that doesn't bother. It wasn't the last time we were here.

Authentic, delicious, halal and not expensive – what more could you want?

Rather average taste and average portion in the normal price-performance ratio. Unfortunately the fries were too salty. The dog was not allowed to come with us. So a no-go for us in the future. After almost 30 years as a dog owner, this happened to us for the first time. Too bad. The staff was nice.

It is clear that the team here works with love and commitment. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very attractive – stylish and cozy at the same time. You will feel comfortable and warmly welcomed as soon as you enter, whether you are alone, with friends or family. The food was really perfect. Fresh ingredients, professional cooking and presentation of plates were done with special care and beauty. The food menu has a great variety and is suitable for all tastes; Even vegetarians and vegans will have plenty of choices. The taste of the food was wonderful and the portion sizes were perfect. For me, Fletcher Davis is a special place that I recommend to everyone. Great service, cozy atmosphere and great food - this is a five-star experience! I can't wait to come back here again.

The food at Fletcher Davis is really good, no question! Tastes convincing and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately the service can't keep up. The service was inattentive and not very friendly, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. Really a shame as the food deserved a better experience. Hopefully the service team will be trained in the future so that the restaurant can reach its full potential.

One of the best burgers in Aachen. We've already tested a lot of them but this one was simply the best. The fact that the employee wore black gloves when serving, preparing and delivering was a bit strange at first, but the burger was good and everything was good afterwards, so I give it 5 stars, but you should think about the thing about the gloves.

This place rocks! Unique casual atmosphere decorated with inspirational quotes, movie memorabilia, colorful tables and comfy chairs (someone should make a movie here!!)! It is obvious that the owner actually takes meticulous care of his food and delivers one of the proudest burgers I can say I have ever eaten. In my opinion a burger needs to be three things: scrumptious (plenty of meat, good bread, balanced ingredients) affordable (a pricey is a scam), and enough (well fed). Very nicely decorated, nice staff and an excellent burger, also for vegetarians. The fries are also recommended and were homemade. Everything looks clean and you can watch the cooking. My grandma and I were very excited! 5 stars

Their burgers are tasty as well as the hotdogs. It is written that it is Halal. A little bit on the expensive side but they taste good.

My burger was anything but enjoyable. I ordered my burger from one of the employees who was very dry and reserved. Since the store wasn't full and other customers were already served, we got our food pretty quickly. As soon as I took the first bite, I noticed that there was something wrong with the burger. I quickly realize that the burger smelled and tasted like fish. I complained about this immediately. However, they didn't try very hard and the employee disappeared without a word. A few minutes later, someone apparently responsible came, here too they just listened to what the problem was and walked away again, shrugging their shoulders. Unfortunately customer service is out of place. The first and last visit here for me!

At first it's an inconspicuous shop, but as soon as you walk in there's a very cozy atmosphere and you're greeted very nicely. The food is very good, arrives hot at the table and the service is good. For us, by far the best burger place in Ac and actually ever. We always enjoy coming back!

Burgers and hot dogs are good, get 8.5/10. Fries solid, 7.5/10 However, the staff seems rather unfriendly or cold. I was also shocked when it came to the hygiene rules. One of the employees had used the gloves to prepare the burgers with which he had previously processed raw poultry. Unfortunately, I only saw this afterwards when he prepared the burgers for other customers. This is disgusting and a no go. Of course I should have addressed this, but I also didn't want to ruin the atmosphere in the store with the customers. But why is there still only 1 star? Very easy: The boss here seems in no way capable of criticism and this behavior is in itself very unprofessional towards the dissatisfied customers for a restaurateur. This also confirms the character that prevails in the store.

The best burger in Aachen and the surrounding area, good value for money and the atmosphere is very cool. Been there several times and will visit more often. Just as a tip, there is an employee at the checkout who seems very listless and a bit unfriendly. If that can be improved, GREAT.

We were at Fletcher Davis for the first time today and I have to say, the food and ambience of the store are a gem. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out! I think the ambience is cool, mostly American style with little Arabic influences here and there. Regarding the service, I can agree with the previous speakers, everything is a bit harsher but somehow it reflects Aachen's eastern district :), so authentic! It's partly self-service that you should know so you know what you're getting yourself into.

We discovered Fletcher Davis a few months ago and were absolutely delighted by the quality of their burgers. The experience is always exceptional. The burgers are incredibly tasty, made with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every bite is a delight, and you can really feel the attention to every detail. The bread is perfectly soft, the toppings are generous and well balanced, and the meat is cooked to perfection. In addition to the quality of the burgers, the service is impeccable. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and ready to respond to all our requests with a smile. They really go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and have a good time. We highly recommend Fletcher Davis to all burger lovers. This is without doubt one of the best places we ate in Acchen.

The food is really great, the burgers can't be beat, the taste is great!! Best burger really. There isn't always space, so it's best to call and reserve a table. I have no complaints at all about the food, you should definitely have the burger if you're in the area. Now the but: It may be that there is a lot to do and some employees are really stressed, but everyone should be able to say hello. Sometimes people just look at you and there is hardly any reaction. Maybe they don't understand the language either, but as I said, everyone should be able to say hello and smile. Well-served customers bring more customers and every good experience is shared.

Citizens were delicious, can't complain, fries a bit too soft but could still eat, but was waiting for citizens. I wouldn't say anything, it can happen to anyone, but not when there are men in the kitchen with full beards and not too covered up. So I was lucky that I found Harr when I was almost finished eating, but who knows what will happen next time .....
