Very good burgers, fries and onion rings. The atmosphere is also very nice and the service is friendly. Noël is the best waiter here :D The food came after just 10 minutes, even though it was very full. We enjoyed being regular guests, it's a shame you had to close!

Burgerheart is a great restaurant. We've been there several times and every time the service has been really good. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and given water and treats straight away. The burgers and fries are fantastic. We would come back at any time!!

Well, actually a nice shop. Unfortunately, my student discount was not deducted correctly, which is why I paid 20% too much. After checking and disputing the invoice, I was assured that if I paid a second time (this time the correct price), I would get the first payment back immediately. More than a week has passed since then. Now I can chase my money. Absolutely bottomless and maximally bold. It's best to avoid it and go to Homeburgers or Burgeria. *Edit: After I called again, the money was sent back to me. However, the review remains as it is because the core message is still relevant.

Food is really delicious here. Only the burgers could be a little bigger. The service is nice, courteous and even remembers special requests...We would be happy to visit again.

Der Service ist sympathisch und aufmerksam, die Auswahl ansprechend. Alles sehr lecker, vom Salat über Fritten und Burger bis Drinks. Außerdem alles sauber und ordentlich. Tatsächlich habe ich im ersten Moment (als Fan von HiG) die Standard Saucen Ketchup, Mayo und Co gedacht zu vermissen, war aber alles genau richtig!

That's why Burgerheart in Aachen is my go-to burger shop.

The burgers tasted okay, but nothing extraordinary. We paid almost 35 euros for two burgers and two drinks. I was particularly disappointed by the size of the burgers - they were extremely small and for the price I would have expected at least a side dish. Neither my companion nor I were full. Overall, that certain something was missing in the taste. For us: once and never again.

Service was incredibly bad! We arrived and were first placed in the last and warmest corner of the restaurant (in one of the small houses) even though everything in front and next to it was free. It took us 45 minutes to order because the waiter just didn't come and we even had to call him ourselves and then still had to wait 10 minutes! When ordering he was completely stressed and said “hurry up” and “go faster” 4-5 times, crazy. If I could give zero stars for service I would even rate it negatively. Burgers were ok, fries were the only good thing about the restaurant.

Delicious food, very pleasant atmosphere and very nice interior design. You quickly feel comfortable. What could be improved is that you don't put the "plates" away until everyone is finished. Our things would be pushed together onto a shared plate without asking. Nevertheless, most of the waiters were friendly. Particularly recommended for dates and couples. The “Chuck Norris Burger” was particularly well received.

Very tasty burgers, unusual specials. Fries and poutine also recommended. Cocktails perfect and selection more than sufficient. Ambience modern, chic, a bit like Ikea, but stylish. Service nice and friendly, a bit too 'jerky' - if you have special requests you have to be quick otherwise the waiter is gone 😂

Well, when I came the staff was very disorganized, but when reinforcements arrived things didn't go much better. Seven people plus the boss, quite a bunch of chickens. The cheeseburger was okay, the fries are very reminiscent of Burger King. Only the Benedictine Dark was great, but unfortunately the second beer we ordered never arrived. All in all, the products offered can be improved and the service should be better organized.

The food was very tasty, the service was very quick and attentive and the atmosphere was cozy. The prices are a little more expensive, so you should take a look at the menu beforehand. Otherwise I can only recommend it.

The service was particularly friendly and personable. I have often found the people there to be very nice and helpful. One time I ordered takeout and it was forgotten. After waiting for an hour and repeatedly apologizing, we were given the order “on the house”. We also really liked sitting on the busy street directly across from the theater. The street is not very busy either, as only taxis and buses drive along it.

Visually very nicely done, nice service, very tasty burgers. Criticisms include the weak fries, the waiters' lack of uniform (making it difficult to distinguish from guests) and the digital menu (I understand that it's easier to update, but I still think it seems pretty cheap and exclusionary).

I've had better burgers, but the fries and the homemade lemonade were good. However, we waited far too long. Over 1.5 hours to eat a few burgers is too much. This should be quicker, especially with the small lunch menu. Otherwise the service was very nice and the ambience is really nice.

I'm so sorry for the manager of this restaurant for hiring a rude and inexperienced waiter. He disrespectfully argued with us without understanding our issue regarding the reservation and sitting location. Then we thought it was resolved, we ordered and had our time there with our friends but at the end, after they served and charged us, the waiter told us: "don't come to our restaurant anymore otherwise we'll call the police!"

Considering very rude and aggressive staff, and also high prices, it is definitely not recommended to go there.

Solid 4. I came with 5 other people who also enjoyed their burgers. I highly recommend “Oh My Goat” for those who like feta cheese. Sweet potato fries were crispy and not too oily. Food tasted good, but a normal portion of fries was forgotten. When I called I was initially greeted unfriendly. Afterwards I was told that all orders are checked carefully, which apparently isn't true. In the end I was told that Lieferando would refund me the money for the fries, but it could take 2-5 working days. However, I never heard anything again. We ordered two burgers and a portion of loaded fries. The taste of the food is relatively average on the price point. The portion is relatively small for a single order burger above 10 euros. The burgers are single order, you need to order fries on the side, the portion is also on the small side comparing to the price point. The atmosphere is pretty ok, pretty clean interior and very modern decoration. Paperless menu on each table very up the trend. The service is pretty standard, i don't know why there is also an in person ordering needed when a paperless menu is offered. I hope they are paying their staff properly, since they are expecting american style tipping with relatively high percentage of tip according to german standard which comes up on the card machine, which is kinda feeling forced and strangling at the spot. It is the biggest minus point on service, not from the staff but from the management, who think it is a good idea to set up this tipping system. The restaurant is of a high price end and probably over priced comparing to what is offered and what they are charging. The staff are pretty nice and hope they are paid properly according to German law and the high percentage type the management is expecting are being fairly distributed to the staff. Would probably not recommend this location for a normal dinner, but it is a fine spot for dating, very photogenic.

This hungry traveller visited the restaurant for dinner with a party of friends. Service was friendly, albeit not too timely. We ordered a selection of burgers and fries and these arrived near immediately after ordering. They were OK but between their makeup and the near immediate delivery it seemed they were conveyor belt fare. So, IMHO ok for filling up but not necessarily for really enjoying a meal.

Normal burger house, with a very good atmosfere. I went there for a dinner, on a Saturday, and we could eat without the need to reserve table.

This was our first time at Burgerheart, with a table for 4 people and a reservation. The ambience is really great, modern, fresh and inviting. The food was also really tasty and not overpriced, but the price/performance ratio was technically perfect. We were served by Ismail Hizbal and were very pleased! Satisfied, we couldn't have wished for a better waiter. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly, he was also able to help us really well with the menu and the individual dishes. So for a wide variety of questions, short and sweet with professional answers for us. We definitely recommend the store and would be happy to come back more often. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Look carefully at the bill. I got the wrong burger, we were charged for 1 fry that we didn't order and the 2 for 1 cocktail wasn't included either. Of course I'm partly to blame, because apparently you have to really think and check things at this burger joint. The waiters were nice and in a good mood, but unfortunately it took a while. (Apple juice was free for getting the wrong burger) Nice decor and atmosphere, that's why two stars.

The atmosphere is great, very stylish shop and the toilet is an attraction in itself. The staff is also very nice and helpful. But what I missed is decent fries with the burger. They were pale and limp. Funnily enough, we ordered this to take home a week before and the fries were crispy and generally tasted better. What could be the reason? I have no idea - in summary I can say: I'll come back for the toilet and a few drinks, but I'll order the food to go home on the sofa ;)

The restaurant has a super pleasant atmosphere with super delicious sugar-free lemonades, especially the berry mix lemonade was great. I had the Classic Burger which was very fresh, only the burger sauce was a bit thin in taste, but that's the only minor criticism. The service was also very quick and pleasant.
