We had the lunch special. Delicious burger and well-seasoned fries at a really good price-performance ratio.

Excellent food and drinks, but the service was abysmal. I was initially ignored and not served even after asking for the menu. After my companion arrived, I was finally acknowledged. My drinks were forgotten and only brought after a long wait. The crowning glory of the evening was that at dessert, only my companion was asked if I wanted dessert, and my order was completely overlooked. Only after his dessert arrived were we asked if I had decided I didn't want any after all. Very disappointing.

From the best burger restaurant I’ve tried in my lifetime!! The place is beautiful from inside and it’s clean everywhere and the location is not bad. The food is amazing and so tasty. Also the burger size and the fries amount is more than enough for a person. The service was excellent, the are all kind and welcoming. I totally recommend it!!🤩

Great place. We came here on a Saturday at 4:30 PM and were able to sit down right away. The service was prompt and very friendly. We waited about 10 minutes for our food, and everything was delicious. Some of the best fries and burgers I've ever eaten, as well as the sauces. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Classic burger was delicious. They were constantly cleaning so everything was very clean and tidy. Only thing is as a non-smoker i always sit inside, but since they had the window open the smoke of one of the employees cigarette could fly into the restaurant. Which it didn't but still. Friendly servers.

Imagine the most amazing burger you've ever had, then take that taste experience and take it 10 times... even then, you won't be able to match the flavor explosion that Burgeria delivers!! These burgers are so good, they can't be real! Burgeria is proof that we live in a matrix, because food this good can't be real! Even if you spontaneously want to take the burger with you on your mountain bike after a ride in the woods, your food will be expertly and very well packaged, so you can ride without worrying about the burger falling apart. Simply a dream!... now that I've written this review, I think it's time for another burger 🤘😎

Meat instead of veggies My girlfriend and I went to Burgeria for lunch today. We both eat exclusively vegetarian food. Well, not so much anymore! I ordered a Cow Alternative (burger with a shepherd's cheese patty) and got a chicken burger! Not vegetarian!!! That's completely unacceptable. After I took a bite and asked for the correct one, I was brought the right one with a brief apology. When we wanted to pay, we were given the bill for another table. Simply unprofessional! When we finally got the right one, there was no concession. We paid the full price despite the inconvenience. As we were about to leave, we were offered something to "ease his conscience," which was nice, but he offered us something to drink. In shot glasses? No thanks. A tip for the future: Be accommodating on the price or ask for dessert on the house while you're still sitting there. I hope the feedback in this harsh review helps.

We visited the Burgeria in Aachen yesterday for the second time. The burger selection is fantastic, the quality is consistently top-notch, and the service is friendly and attentive. Yesterday we were even able to sit outside. The interior would certainly be completely unsuitable for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's perfectly fitting for a burger joint in the student district.

At higher occupancy, very long to unacceptable waiting times for drinks to be ordered and then their “delivery” again. Burger was quite good but not particularly remarkable. Interior very loud when there are a lot of visitors.

Although I'm quite biased when it comes to burger restaurants (since their own burgers are always the best anyway) I have to say: I was pleasantly surprised! The meat was juicy and cooked to perfection, no pressed meat like it is usually served; Buns were tasty and not stuffy, the toppings were good, bacon was crispy, sweet potato fries as a side dish with sour cream were also great. However, it was very loud in the store and you could hardly understand the person you were talking to.

While we were eating we saw several mice coming out of a hole behind the heater across the hall and slipping out and running through the high open crack in the door towards the kitchen. The burger was a maximum of 2.5/5 - fries less crispy but halfway okay. The highlight: we were still allowed to pay the full €27. Animal-friendly atmosphere - but unfortunately inedible. Never again.

For my taste, the tastiest burgers I've ever eaten. My favorite is the Ox Eye + Jalapenos and Onion Rings. Simply a juicy experience that I can only recommend to everyone. Wawwwww, it was soooo good!! Our cocktails, our burgers, our French fries and curly fries, the dessert,... It was all perfect!!! The chicken nuggets from the kids menu were fresh and were very tasty!! The service was so kind and friendly! For mothers day I got a very good strawberry tiramisu! The burgers are really tasty and reasonably priced. However, I personally think that charging 5.90 for an extra patty is steep... So a burger with an extra patty, fries and drinks costs €30. Unfortunately we waited 20 minutes until we were served. I would recommend the shop, but like almost everywhere in the catering industry, the prices have now risen significantly.

The Burgeria in Aachen is a very good restaurant with nice service and a new burger every month (the burger of the month). This burger is an unusual idea but always tastes very good. I'm going to Burgeria again tonight. Great load! (Now the shop is just okay and no longer worth it, curly potato is no longer on the menu either

Treasure shop, burgers and fries are very good. For burgers, I recommend the wild west, lettuce, tomato, sweet corn, bacon and beef patty, very delicious. The fries are exceptional, even better than the burgers. The fried shrimp ordered as an appetizer was also okay.

For me the best burger shop in Aachen! Consistently great quality and very tasty for years. The burgers are always topped with lots of ingredients and the side dishes are generous. Everyone gets fed up here. The service is also very good and always very attentive. The Onion Rings are an insider tip.

Always delicious! Everything was good overall, only two little things bothered me. Ketchup and mayonnaise in plastic bags is nicer/more practical/with less plastic and mess, and as I get older I find the general volume a bit overwhelming for many visitors. But that can hardly be changed and so you could definitely do something about the room acoustics, but the lively atmosphere can also have something nice.

Probably caught food poisoning on Sunday December 8th. To date, this has been our favorite community store in Aachen. We're also pretty sure that's where it came from because it was the only thing everyone in our family ate.

The Burgeria is an absolute insider tip for all burger lovers! The burgers are incredibly tasty, juicy and full of flavor - exactly how a good burger should be. The selection is diverse and there are also creative combinations that you can't find everywhere. The meat is grilled to perfection, the rolls are fresh and fluffy, and the sauces are to die for. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. If you are looking for a really good burger, you should definitely try the Burgeria. Definitely a place I highly recommend to everyone!

Burger shop at its best: Small menu, small shop, big and delicious burgers! I had the BBQ with curly fries: the burger was juicy and delicious (cheers to the BBQ sauce!!) and the fries cross with sour cream. Until we meat again!

The only vegan burger on the menu is nice but if you try to get another burger vegan you will be poor (over €4 extra lol) The employees are still friendly and helpful

Super nice shop, extremely tasty burgers and one of the nicest bosses ever. Was a chance find this year on Easter vacation. Since then we have been comparing every other burger shop with Burgeria. Both children, our dog and we agree...So far the Burgeria has not found a master! Keep it up!

There wasn't much going on, we waited a long time for service to arrive. Order 2 cola 1 starter 2x burgers Nothing happened for a long time. People at the next table were already getting their drinks, even though they hadn't arrived until later Then...The burgers came, still no drink. The starter must have been somehow forgotten. We asked again for the drinks. Then they finally came Burger very good🍔🍔 really, and that's what it's all about, ultimately. Only...on the bill we saw it was a Cola Zero Costs 0.50 cents more than a normal Coke not the end of the world, but...WHAT is the reason. All in all very good And worth recommending

Rustic but super cozy burger shop. Relatively large selection of burgers, toppings and sides! Everything is freshly prepared and really quick at lunchtime without long waiting times, and super tasty! Service was also really attentive and courteous! Personal highlight and best example of good customer service: my wife ordered a strawberry milkshake. This was freshly prepared, although there was probably some leftover at the end, which I basically got served on top of the house. This is how customer service works! We'll definitely be back!
