Burgeria in Aachen

The burgers are really tasty and reasonably priced. However, I personally think that charging 5.90 for an extra patty is steep... So a burger with an extra patty, fries and drinks costs €30. Unfortunately we waited 20 minutes until we were served. I would recommend the shop, but like almost everywhere in the catering industry, the prices have now risen significantly.

Food was super delicious! The burgers taste fresh and the fries were crispy. You should dress warmly in winter. It's a bit cold there.

The Burgeria in Aachen is a very good restaurant with nice service and a new burger every month (the burger of the month). This burger is an unusual idea but always tastes very good. I'm going to Burgeria again tonight. Great load! (Now the shop is just okay and no longer worth it, curly potato is no longer on the menu either

Treasure shop, burgers and fries are very good. For burgers, I recommend the wild west, lettuce, tomato, sweet corn, bacon and beef patty, very delicious. The fries are exceptional, even better than the burgers. The fried shrimp ordered as an appetizer was also okay.

For me the best burger shop in Aachen! Consistently great quality and very tasty for years. The burgers are always topped with lots of ingredients and the side dishes are generous. Everyone gets fed up here. The service is also very good and always very attentive. The Onion Rings are an insider tip.

Very tasty burgers! Large selection. Changing burgers of the month. Very friendly, personable staff. The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired, including some cocktails.

Always delicious! Everything was good overall, only two little things bothered me. Ketchup and mayonnaise in plastic bags is nicer/more practical/with less plastic and mess, and as I get older I find the general volume a bit overwhelming for many visitors. But that can hardly be changed and so you could definitely do something about the room acoustics, but the lively atmosphere can also have something nice.

Probably caught food poisoning on Sunday December 8th. To date, this has been our favorite community store in Aachen. We're also pretty sure that's where it came from because it was the only thing everyone in our family ate.

Aachen's best burger shop!!! Have eaten there so many times. Always go there with friends who come to visit us in Aachen because the burgers are the best and the boss and the team simply create a nice, cozy atmosphere. The service is great. A very unprofessional and customer-unfriendly person was just on the phone. It's a real shame that such unfriendly people work there, especially on the phone to take orders. I can't recommend it.

The Burgeria is an absolute insider tip for all burger lovers! The burgers are incredibly tasty, juicy and full of flavor - exactly how a good burger should be. The selection is diverse and there are also creative combinations that you can't find everywhere. The meat is grilled to perfection, the rolls are fresh and fluffy, and the sauces are to die for. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. If you are looking for a really good burger, you should definitely try the Burgeria. Definitely a place I highly recommend to everyone!

Burger shop at its best: Small menu, small shop, big and delicious burgers! I had the BBQ with curly fries: the burger was juicy and delicious (cheers to the BBQ sauce!!) and the fries cross with sour cream. Until we meat again!

The only vegan burger on the menu is nice but if you try to get another burger vegan you will be poor (over €4 extra lol) The employees are still friendly and helpful

Super nice shop, extremely tasty burgers and one of the nicest bosses ever. Was a chance find this year on Easter vacation. Since then we have been comparing every other burger shop with Burgeria. Both children, our dog and we agree...So far the Burgeria has not found a master! Keep it up!

There wasn't much going on, we waited a long time for service to arrive. Order 2 cola 1 starter 2x burgers Nothing happened for a long time. People at the next table were already getting their drinks, even though they hadn't arrived until later Then...The burgers came, still no drink. The starter must have been somehow forgotten. We asked again for the drinks. Then they finally came Burger very good🍔🍔 really, and that's what it's all about, ultimately. Only...on the bill we saw it was a Cola Zero Costs 0.50 cents more than a normal Coke not the end of the world, but...WHAT is the reason. All in all very good And worth recommending

I recently came here on my motorbike to treat myself to a burger. Unfortunately, the burger here is just very average and nothing special. Unfortunately, that really disappointed me. That's why the fries tore it out! Those were really delicious fries! So if you want to eat good fries, you've come to the right place.

Rustic but super cozy burger shop. Relatively large selection of burgers, toppings and sides! Everything is freshly prepared and really quick at lunchtime without long waiting times, and super tasty! Service was also really attentive and courteous! Personal highlight and best example of good customer service: my wife ordered a strawberry milkshake. This was freshly prepared, although there was probably some leftover at the end, which I basically got served on top of the house. This is how customer service works! We'll definitely be back!

Best local burguer in Aachen, also good drinks and service. You need to take €3 in coins for parking when going by car as the machine only accept exact change and the app provided doesn’t work. May they fix the app it soon… but if not be aware the €3. Enjoy!

In my opinion, there is the best burger in Aachen here (for me the Ox Eye) and also some of the best fries! Better than in the chip shops. It has rarely happened that special requests were forgotten when ordering, but that can happen and the service is otherwise very nice. The shop itself is sometimes a bit dark but otherwise simply but nicely decorated.

Hier gibt's den besten Burger und mit die besten Pommes in Aachen! Die vegetarischen Varianten sind auch echt gut. Ambiente ist sehr nett. Service ist sehr freundlich, aber wenn was mehr los ist, muss man ein bisschen warten. Das ist aber kein Problem.

The food is always very tasty and the service is always good. Only if you come by in the evening between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. is it usually very crowded and it takes longer. Before/after everything is perfect. The lunch menu is really very good, you can't complain about it.

My wife and I went to Burgeria for the first time and the food was very, very good! The boss is very friendly and takes time for his guests. Very creative and delicious burger combinations. We will be back definitely!

Spontaneously without a reservation on an evening before a holiday - even though it was super full and there were lots of reservations, the waiter still made us a table for two. Service was very friendly, burgers and fries were freshly prepared and extremely tasty, the homemade sour cream was outstanding!!! The freshly prepared cocktails were also extremely good!!! I'd love to come back ;)

Burgers and fries are great! Super tasty, good portion size. Creative burgers that you can't find everywhere. We sat in the back of the place. Unfortunately it was really too cold here. Ultimately I had no choice but to put my jacket and scarf back on and eat like that. Unfortunately, it wasn't particularly comfortable and we left quickly after dinner.

I can't really understand the good reviews because... 1. Telephone service is great. 2. Unfortunately for us, the burgers didn't come close to what was promised to us according to the menu. Ingredients were clearly missing here. In terms of taste, well. Everyone has different taste buds, but unfortunately ours were not met positively here. A pity!!! 3. Fries were OK and well seasoned Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right here :-(

I can't remember if the restaurant is barrier-free - I think so. The toilets cannot be used with a wheelchair. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant. The burgers were okay - the variations were exciting - normal, but still creative. The buns were exceptionally good for the catering sector. The service guys were friendly, attentive and quick. We had chosen a table for 2 people and had 2 dogs with us, which was a bit tight for me, but I didn't dare choose a larger table. I would come again again.

A really first-class burger shop with probably the best in all of Aachen! I tried the El Pablo, just really good. Crispy bun, very juicy meat and the seemingly “thrown together” ingredients complement each other perfectly!

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal in der Bürgerina. Das Personal war sehr schnell und freundlich. Das essen war super lecker. Das war definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch hier. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen.

Burger der hammer. Pommes leider nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Waren viel zu lange in der Fritteuse. Server ein Traum, zügig und zuvorkommend. Etwas kleinerer Laden und dann Musik so enorm laut, muss leider nicht sein. Dementsprechend laut unterhalten sich die Gäste und es wir unerträglich.

Essen war durchaus gut. Leider war es sehr kalt, so dass wir beim Essen mit Jacken dort gesessen haben

Es war mega dort das Personal super mega nett die Küche genau so das Esseb war nega lecker und das Ambiente lädt dazu ein länger zu bleiben die Musik war genau nach meinem Geschmack ubd machte beim Besuch eine sehr gute Stimmung

Es war sehr kalt drin und der Kellner war unfreundlich, obwohl wir neben einem anderen Gast alleine dort waren. Das Essen ganz ok, vor allem wenn man den Preis berücksichtigt. Die Portionen sind aber sehr groß, das war gut.

Update 12.2023: Obwohl der Laden recht leer war, haben wir gut eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. In der Zwischenzeit wurden uns zweimal(!) falsche Burgermenüs serviert, beim ersten Mal sind die Teller dann an einen anderen Tisch weitergegeben. Auch beim zweiten Mal gab es anstatt einen fleischfreien Burger einen mit Fleisch und für meinen Partner auch das falsche Menü. Der war aber mittlerweile so hungrig das er den Burger und die kalten (und falschen) Pommes gegessen hat. Mein drittes und dann endlich korrektes Menü (nach mittlerweile gut 75 Minuten, es waren nur 6 weitere Gäste im Laden) war dann aber warm und lecker. Es ist im Winter übrigens recht frisch im Laden, das machte die Situation nicht besser. Ein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht (zb freies Getränk o. ä.). Die Bedienung wirkte sowieso etwas abgelenkt. Insgesamt waren wir einfach sehr enttäuscht und am Ende einfach etwas genervt und müde. Werden wohl nun andere Lokale ausprobieren. Schade :-( ______ Bester Burgerladen in Aachen! Burger sind sehr lecker (probiert den Kiko!), preislich TOP und absolut günstig im Gegensatz zu anderen Burgerladen in Aachen! Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und ein Herr dort scheint ein Super-Recognizer zu sein :D

Heute haben wir mit 7 Personen die Burgeria besucht .Das Essen war fantastisch , die Bürger schön saftig und frisch zubereitet. Jeder hat was anderes bestellt und wir waren alle sehr begeistert und auch von der sehr freundlichen Bedienung gut beraten worden . Der Vorspeise Teller war köstlich und die dazugehörigen Dips der Hammer. Dankeschön, wir werden wider kommen und euch weiter empfehlen 🙂

Cozy atmosphere, beautiful interior design, good music, friendly staff. The food was very tasty, the portions were big. I have been there twice and both times were great. I have tried two different types of burgers, French fries and onion rings, everything was delicious.

Ich habe dort schon öfter gegessen. Die Bedienung ist zu Stoßzeiten nicht gut, aber wenn es leerer ist sind die Kellner recht aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Das Essen ist gut, die Auswahl an Burgern hat definitiv was für jeden. Wenn es sehr voll ist, muss man wirklich lange auf das Essen warten, ich empfehle entweder vor 18:00 oder nach 20:00 zu kommen. Die Pommes sind auch gut, nur die Dips/Saucen sind nichts besonderes. Preis/Leistung ist fair, man bekommt wirklich eine Menge Essen, dafür ist eine Burger+Pommes+Getränk-Kombo nicht gerade günstig. Mir reicht eigentlich immer nur der Burger. Ich war mit einer Freundin dort, die nicht so gut Deutsch spricht und die Bedienung war sehr geduldig und freundlich. Weiter so!

During our brief visit to the area, my two friends and I, all of us being Argentinians, had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on both days. Our experience was exceptional, in large part due to the wonderful service provided by Farida, our waitress. Her kindness and warmth made our meals truly delightful. The burgers were amazing, and they arrived at our table surprisingly fast. We highly appreciate the excellent service and delicious food during our stay in the area. We will definitely make it a point to revisit whenever we're in the vicinity. Highly recommend 👌

Wir waren das erste mal bei der Burgeria und muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Die Burger mega lecker. Service geht nicht besser. Kostenloses Dessert aufs Haus… wo gibt es das heutzutage… insgesamt lässt sich einfach nur sagen mega laden und nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Visited Burgeria last year in September and I really loved it. Not a big beef eater, so chose the hot chicken burger with curly fries. Priced at 9,90€ the burger was the best one I ever had in Aachen. It was very delicious and spicy hot. The fries were good too. I was delighted by the ambience and service. It was top notch. I'd highly recommend this place for eating the best burgers in Aachen.
