This resort is located on an exceptionally beautiful beach.

As I am often for Business near the airport, FLAVORS at Sheraton Hotel turned out to be my personal little hideaway Oasis in the rough environment of Frankfurt airport. Food quality, service and ambience are welcoming and true 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Particularly Björn Gersdorf as a welcoming host and experienced Sommelier needs to be mentioned! Triple triple thumbs up. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent ambience, a little difficult to get to… But an extremely attentive audience. That's what you want in the city center!!!

Tiny quantities of overpriced food. €9.5 for a bottle of water.

I didn’t particularly want to come here - my flight had been cancelled and I was placed at the Sheridan for the night. But I am so glad I had the opportunity to be here. The food is nothing short of fantastic and the service is beyond incredible. My server Stephanie was on top of it, recommended me one of the tastiest dishes I’ve had in a while, and on top of that the food came out quick! I would certainly recommend if you are in the area.

Food was bad. Not worth $10/each, let alone the actual charge of $35/each. The bacon was cold, the scrambled eggs were cold and runny. The croissant was good, but for the price, I don’t want a $35 croissant unless I’m in an outdoor cafe in France or Italy.

A bottle of water 9.50. Dry meat at €78 for 570g 1/3 bone. A bottomless rip-off.

It’s finally opened, and there’s one more place to eat at the airport.

The schnitzel is so thin that you feel like you're only eating penade and no meat at all. Way too expensive for that!

His has been the best restaurant for business trips in and out of Frankfurt for many years. Reservation was cancelled by the restaurant within 24 hours of online booking. No explanation per email. Had to call (from the US) to find out the evening was blocked for an event. Very disappointed!

We normally think hotel restaurants are overpriced and bland based off of convenience, but this restaurant proved us wrong! Everything was phenomenal, I would recommend the truffle linguine or the pork belly. The service was phenomenal and our host/server for the evening Elinas manus was excellent and inviting. We spent almost a week in Germany but this was the cherry on top of our trip! Fantastic!

My visit was highly anticipated, especially for the renowned dry-aged steak, which, at a steep 168 euros, set my expectations high. Unfortunately, the steak itself was a letdown. It lacked the characteristic beefy flavor and tenderness one expects from dry-aged beef, suggesting it might have been cooked in a crowded pan or covered, which gave it a stewed rather than a grilled texture. On the brighter side, the sides and service did shine through. The mashed potatoes were velvety smooth, and the presentation of the dish was nothing short of beautiful. The staff were attentive and made the dining experience pleasant despite the main course's shortcomings. However, when the centerpiece of a meal doesn't meet expectations, especially at such a high price point, it's hard not to feel disappointed. I ended up leaving most of my steak uneaten, which is a testament to how much the experience fell short of what I had hoped for.

Ate there once and loved it. Stayed at the Sheraton looking forward to a second trip! BUT it doesn't do any good to be a great restaurant but is closed for private events. REALLY let down.

Das letzte mal waren wir vor der Corona Zeit zum Essen und waren damals schon begeistert. Das Restaurant wirkt kleiner aber gemütlicher, sehr nettes Personal und am Eingang wird man ebenso höflich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Speisekarte ist klein aber fein, das aufgebaute Fleisch lädt sofort ein genauso wie die Getränke die aufgebaut sind. Wer Lust auf einen Wein hat wird gut beraten und in der Weinkarte findet bestimmt jeder etwas. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder.

I would like to write to compliments to the restaurant. But I do not know what to say anything. But just want to mention some points that Ms. Margarita Kraft and Her front desk team members....they are excellent! Because I go to be the customer at this hotel many times in the past 10 years either stay, or the guest at the restaurant. My recent trip was in March 2023. From airport, it is just a few mins walk. Finally open again, sensational dry aged, albeit extremely expensive. But super friendly, long-standing staff and of course short distances in the hotel.

They will book your reservation but they just offer pannini and pizza ! Covid rules... Is that that difficult to tell it on the phone?? Avoid !

Also ich muss sagen ich bin sehr sehr sehr enttäuscht. Ich vergleiche es mal mit dem Restaurant im Hilton am Frankfurter Flughafen (das übrigens so gut ist): Die Beedienung war super, ist auch der einige Grund für 3 Sterne. Ambiente ähnelt einem Bahnhof. Nicht sehr toll. Karte auf Papier ausgedruckt (wegen Corona) Ohne Klemmbrett etc. Nicht schick und nicht toll. Getränke in verstaubten Gläsern (Sekt). Das Essen war wirklich extrem mittelmäßig. Brot vom Frühstück zum Salat (sieht und schmeckt man) waren nämlich Brötchen. Vorspeiße war ok. Carpaccio und Mozarella. Hauptgang Lachs. Sehr mies. Kalter Natureis. Wie im Krankenhaus. Schnitzel komplett voll Fett. Pommes mit altem Fett Geruch. (Merkt jetzt mein Magen Stunden später). 120€ dafür? Sehr schade wenn man nach dem Konzept arbeitet - Flughafen ist doch egal. Traurig. Werde es kein 2 mal testen.

Every time I come to Frankfurt I stop here for an amazing meal. The steaks are excellent and cooked to perfection great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Tolle Speiseangebote incl. Dry-aged prime beef. Sowohl Steak, als auch der Burger aus dry-aged geschnittenem Beef-Patty waren absolut super. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male beim Weihnachtsbrunch und waren wie immer äußerst zufrieden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, vor allem Herr Varga war überaus freundlich, witzig und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Speisen und Getränke waren wie jedes Mal ein Gaumenschmaus. Hervorzuheben sind definitiv die wunderbare Vorspeisenauswahl. Es ist uns jedes Jahr eine Freude!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit guter Küche, die Gans war ausgesprochen gut, ebenso das Tatar, lediglich einen Punktabzug für den etwas unaufmerksamen Service, dies ist allerdings in Frankfurt leider überall so.

This restaurant is more upscale than you would expect in an airport hotel, though it is laid out like a typical hotel coffee-shop. I had an acceptable but not exceptional Argentine rib-eye. Service was good enough, and an Italian wine by the glass was good, though overpriced.

The Taste Twelve offer brought me here. I have to admit I was weary of having a nice dinner at the airport... Flavors was outstanding in the service and steak! Amazing! Juiciest and most flavorful tenderloin I have had in Frankfurt (having been to Ojo de Agua and The Lodge steakhouses). However what left more to be desired were the side dishes. I must also add that the restaurant is a bit overpriced for its offering (blame it on the high rent of the airport). All in all, I would love to have these Cooks in the inner city for the amazing steak but I am not sure if coming all the way to the airport is worth it.

Very good experience. The service was polite and pleasant. The food was incredible. It is priced accordingly, but if you can spring for it, it is worth it. I had the duck for my entre and sorbet for dessert. Both we're perfect. I would happily have a romantic dinner or meet with a customer/vendor here while passing through the airport.

thiks is nice looking restaurant with nice looking meets. however - the meet is not professionally cooked, not to the prder of th what i was asking. the restaurant is expensivee. the taste is average.

Very expensive resteraunt, possibly unreasonably so, but I could not fault the quality of food or service. I had tenderloin main which was cooked perfectly. Lunch the next day was a buffet, and again the choice and quality was superb. Wine is also massively marked up. I paid 49 Euros for a bottle of French Medoc which Vivino reported was available for 6.5 Euros in supermarkets.
