That was my first and last visit... Service very friendly and accommodating... Kitchen a huge disaster, the citizens didn't taste good at all and were only lukewarm... Food was of course complained about, service staff knew about the problems in the kitchen... No recommendations

Great dining experience with potential! I was recently at FIVE Diner and was thrilled by the delicious burgers and the SPECIAL FRIES - the version with avocado, tomatoes and sour cream is particularly delicious and highly recommended! The quality of the food definitely impressed me. The American diner style is well implemented, but the overall atmosphere could be a little warmer to make the stay even more comfortable. Still a solid experience. I'd love to come back.

Five Diner II is the perfect place to meet up with friends. There are lots of delicious drinks & cocktails and a happy hour. I've been there several times now because there's also a very large selection of burgers and it's finally burgers that fill you up. The highlight for me is always the many delicious sauces that are served at the table. You can sit and linger for a long time both inside and outside.

Good varied food, delicious pizza and burgers at their best! Nice service from all employees who always do their best...even with annoying, not always friendly guests!

I have been a guest at five dinners several times and have always been satisfied. The last time, however, I was literally speechless. Speechless about how the hamburger was served to me. Completely loveless on the bare plate, unlike before without any garnish. The ingredients for the burger we ordered were also not identical to the menu. I was able to communicate very little with the waitress due to her new seniority and lack of language skills. It's completely incomprehensible to me how the quality of a restaurant can drop so much within a few weeks.

Wrong concept, unfortunately no skilled workers involved. Guests wait far too long for food and drinks. Food cold to lukewarm. Tables are not wiped either. Priced below ground. Clearly not a recommendation

Been here several times. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm (still delicious) and we had to wait forever for everything. In order to pay, we had to ask more often. It was definitely better here.

Picked up food there today, three burgers, waffle potatoes and a salad, salad was forgotten to pack, called and it was kindly delivered to us. (Service staff is friendly and attentive) Burgers were lukewarm even though we only had a short walk home, the bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was totally soggy, and the patties didn't taste like anything. When the salad arrived at our door, the lettuce leaves were soggy and brown in most places and definitely not fresh, but well, what can you do? You saw there wasn't much going on.

I can also recommend this diner for people who are hard of hearing and deaf, as the communication works well.

Went there today and only got tickets to order. Then waited 20 minutes and finally got up and left because I have no understanding of such things. There were 3 guests in the store and the waitresses were sitting inside and didn't come to us to place their orders.

Burgers weren't that good, meat was rather dry. Although taste is subjective, I have eaten significantly better burgers. Drinks came late (after dinner). Atmosphere very loud and uncomfortable

You're standing at the traffic light, you drive off a second later when the traffic light turns green and your delivery service immediately honks at you. Another time, your delivery service doesn't stay in the lane, drives you, almost into your car, you point this out to them and they're then turned on by this stupid guy...is it still okay? 2 reasons not to order something from you or go out to eat.

Very tasty burgers and very nice service!

First of all, the positive. The food is okay. But no better than the average burger joint... Now for the negative: The service is terrible. I've eaten there 4 times now and it wasn't good once. Orders were mixed up, food came cold or at different times. The waitress didn't even ask if we needed anything else or simply cleared the plates. It has to be said that there was never much going on... Good service is becoming increasingly rare and the Five Diner is a good example of how it doesn't work. It would make sense to train the staff at least a little before letting them loose on customers. I'm really not a fan of writing bad reviews, but after it's happened several times, I can't help it. I just hope that these and other reviews make you think and something changes. It could be so simple...

Solid food. Service could stop by the tables more often. Then we would definitely have ordered more drinks. The outdoor area is a cozy place of peace despite the busy street. I'll definitely come again.

We walked in and the whole place was almost empty with only 3 tables occupied. We had a reservation and weren't even spoken to after standing at reception for 10 minutes, we asked where we should go. Great, delicious burgers in many special and unusual variations. Modern, cool, American-inspired restaurant that also offers stone-oven pizzas. Particularly lovingly decorated and supporting sponsor of the Nuremberg Hawks American Football Club.

You don't have to have it... We ordered via Lieferando. The doneness of the patty was not checked and it simply came out way too medium. Fries and sweet potato fries were soggy and that with a delivery time of less than 10 minutes. Only the coleslaw was really tasty! Unfortunately I can't say anything about the service and ambience...

We have now eaten in the restaurant twice. The burgers are better now and the buns are also well toasted. It gives the impression that something has been done here to improve the quality of the burgers. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

I've been to the Five Diner several times for lunch and dinner since it opened on Ostendstrasse. Great ambience, relaxed atmosphere. Large selection, decent portions, tasty. Staff super friendly, waiting times okay. It's really great that there is now such a cool burger shop around the corner. Please keep it up...

I gave it a 3 because the bacon was not cooked properly, it was “overcooked.” This spoiled the entire taste of the hamburger.

Update on March 8th, 2024: As I told you several times by phone and email, everything else wasn't always ok. It was given to me on February 23rd. There is also no timely delivery offered. They still haven't refunded me the money for the burger that wasn't delivered and haven't responded to my email reply about 2 weeks ago. Since you obviously read the reviews, here's a final reminder before I contact my bank to have the incorrectly debited money returned: Please transfer the money for the undelivered burger by Tuesday, March 12th. Rating on February 23rd, 2024: As a vegetarian, I received a burger with meat and, despite 2 calls and providing the email address, I received neither a refund nor a timely replacement delivery nor a voucher. Prices are hefty, apparently no one cares about the service, pretty disrespectful.

We were there in the evening with a larger group and had reserved in advance. The service staff was very nice and the food came in a reasonable time despite a full shop. The side dishes (fries, mozzarella sticks, etc.) were okay, I chose the vegan burger which came cold, the bread was very tough and the patty was an absolute no-go in terms of both taste and consistency. The non-vegan burgers were said to have tasted okay. Everything was beautifully prepared.

Waren zum ersten Mal (meine Freundin und ich) in dieser Filiale (sonst immer in der Innenstadt) und waren wie zu erwarten mit allem zufrieden. Super nette Bedienung , wurden am Eingang direkt begrüßt und zu einem sehr schönen Tisch am Fenster gebracht. Essen kam schnell und heiß zum Tisch, besonders empfehlenswert der Avocado Bacon Burger im Brioche Bun 😍 und dazu Chili cheese Fries , die Soße einfach ein Traum 😍😍 Getränke , va die selbst gemachten Limonaden ein absolutes Muss👍 Kommen gerne wieder in das schöne Ambiente vorbei, macht weiter so 👍👍👍

Hatten online bestellt, Lieferung sehr zügig. Bürger ... was soll ich sagen...., der beste Burger den ich kenne. Wir 3 waren dabei alle gleicher Meinung. Wenn Burger dann nur noch da.

Burger kriegt 4 Sterne, die gute 4 sterne. Für 5 fällt das "wow geschmack".

Es war nicht schlecht Luft nach oben bestimmt möglich.

Burger und Pommes lecker. Bier von der Brauerei Mahr (subber)! Service leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Getränke Nachbestellung erst auf aktive Nachfrage am Tresen. Dafür aber positiv festzustellen, dass das Folgegetränk nicht berechnet wurde.

Super Service, sehr schönes Ambiente und schmackhaftes Essen. Die Cocktails sind hervorragend! Ich fühle mich als Gast jedes Mal sehr gut aufgehoben. Besonders das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, kann ich nur empfehlen. Was ich zusätzlich anmerken möchte ist, dass es sogar Decken gibt für den Aussenbereich, was durchaus hilfreich ist bei kalten Temperaturen und nicht in jedem Restaurant eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.

Waren nach Feierabend draußen gesessen. Service noch ausbaufähig. Drinks zur Happy Hour getestet und für TOLL befunden

Gestern eine Resevierung gehabt mit Familie. Tochter und ich( Mutter) waren zuerst im Restaurant. Wurden von den drei Mitarbeitern nicht beachtet,diese mussten erstmal alle drei genüsslich ihren Shot runter trinken. Als dann mein Mann und mein Sohn ca. 5 Minuten später ins Restaurant kamen wurde das Personal aufmerksam. Außer dem jungen männlichen Mitarbeiter schien bei den Reservierungen keiner den Durchblick zu haben(nachfolgende Gäste hatten alle eine und niemand wußte wohin diese sollten ) Das Essen kam schnell, war gut und ausreichend. Tische stehen meiner Meinung nach zu eng. Keiner will wissen ob der Herr am Nachbartisch eine Beziehung hat oder nicht! Also ein Besuch war mehr als genug! Schade!

Große Auswahl an Burgern. Individuell konfigurierbar. Das Essen ist gut und reichhaltig. Das Ambiente, vorallem abends, ist stimmungsvoll. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Der Chili-Cheese-Burger war absolut nicht lecker. Das Patty war viel zu durch und deshalb steinhart, die Chili-Cheese-Sauce hat nur nach Mehl geschmeckt. Jalapenos kann man qualitativ hochwertigere benutzen - die haben dann auch Biss. Positiv war die große Portion Beilage (riesig) und das schöne moderne Ambiente. Service war grundsätzlich okay, zum dort essen bestellte Pizza kam viel zu spät und musste dann eingepackt werden, weil wir keine Zeit mehr hatten. Sah aber gut aus.

Das Ambiente ist modern und zeitlos. Sauber, auch die Toiletten. Angestellte freundlich. Das Essen war lecker, einziger Minuspunkt bei unseren Burgern war die Temperatur. Er war nicht kalt aber hätte etwas heisser sein können. Sonst hatten wir nichts auszusetzen.

Super Burger (auch glutenfreie Brötchen vorhanden) und freundliche Bedienung! Kommen sehr gerne her! Und der Aperol Spritz ist wirklich sehr lecker und riesig groß!

Klasse Location, super Service und leckeres Essen gibt's hier. Sowie man Five diner auch aus der Innenstadt kennt. Dazu gehören auch die Pizza Piraten - sehr sehr gut. Sehr gutes Essen, wirklich Hochwertig. Ich empfehle die Waffelkartoffeln als Beilage, den Rockslide Brownie als Dessert und den Sweet Potatoe Burger für alle Vegetarier. LG Karlen :)

Die Burger sind mega lecker und die Preise auch human. Der Service ist ein bisschen langsam, aber dafür super freundlich.

Sehr leckere Burger - leider mussten wir gleich bei mehreren bestellten Getränken und Essen nachfragen,, da sie vergessen wurden - das geht besser. Hausgemachte Limonaden sind richtig spitze!

🌯Das Five Diner hat mich mit seinem Grilled Chicken Wrap positiv überrascht! Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist gemütlich und einladend. Als ich das Gericht bestellte, war ich gespannt auf den Geschmack, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Grilled Chicken Wrap war perfekt zubereitet, mit saftigem gegrilltem Hühnchen, frischem Gemüse und einer köstlichen Sauce, die dem Wrap eine angenehme Würze verlieh. Die Portion war großzügig bemessen und sättigend. Die Pommes frites, die als Beilage serviert wurden, waren knusprig und lecker. Der Service im Five Diner war ebenfalls freundlich und aufmerksam, was meinen Besuch noch angenehmer machte. Die Preise waren vernünftig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war mehr als zufriedenstellend.

Tolle Atmosphäre, glutenfreie Burger (wow!!!) - aber: Leider waren beide Burger (vegan & mit Fleisch) trocken, teuer, nicht lecker und wir würden nicht wieder kommen :(
