Falafel Alshula in Nürnberg

Das Restaurant ist ein kleines, uriges Lokal, in dem ich das Gefühl hatte, authentische syrische Küche zu finden. Es bietet herzhafte vegetarische Gerichte und knusprige Falafel-Sandwiches. Ich habe Foul und Hummus zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Es war einer der besten Hummus, die ich je gegessen habe – cremige Kichererbsen mit einem nussigen Tahini-Geschmack, der sich mit Abstand von dem im Laden gekauften, essigsauren Hummus abhebt. Diesen Geschmack habe ich schon lange vermisst. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Saubohnen und Falafel sind sehr lecker.

Die besten Falafel, die ich je gegessen habe! Frisch zubereitet und zu extrem günstigen Preisen! Bestellt man einfach an der Theke (ein einfacher Laden ohne Schnickschnack), kann man sie entweder mitnehmen oder im angrenzenden Sitzbereich genießen. Hier gibt es keine weißen Tischdecken und Plastiklöffel, aber das Essen ist frisch, schmeckt hervorragend und die Portionen sind großzügig. Ich liebe diesen Laden!

Die Sprachbarriere konnte uns nicht aufhalten! Freundliches Personal und ein anderer Gast halfen uns bei unserer Bestellung. Es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Wir nahmen Foul, ein Falafel-Sandwich und eine Platte mit. Das Baba Ganoush haben wir leider vergessen, aber wir hoffen, es bald nachholen zu können. Wir sind echt neidisch, dass es so ein Restaurant bei uns nicht gibt.

Sehr guter Falafel Imbiss mit 2 Tischen

Die Falafel an sich waren geschmacklich überdurchschnittlich gut allerdings gibt es einige Sachen die mich stören. Der Salat und die Falafel werden direkt mit Händen in die Wraps reingelegt obwohl immer wieder zwischendurch Bargeldaustausch stattfand. Das ist nicht wirklich hygienisch und eigentlich ein Tabu. Des weiteren fand ich den Imbiss nicht besonders sauber und eher provisorisch zusammengebastelt. So stehen am Eingang des Lokals noch Werbeplakate vom Vorbesitzer (Reisebüro). Meinen Tisch musste ich selbst reinigen da es noch vom vorherigen Gast verdreckt war. Die Falafel werden ohne Rücksprache einfach identisch belegt. Was für mich kein Problem ist aber dennoch sollte man fragen.

Super freundliches Personal und extrem leckere Falafel, hier wird sie wirklich selbst gemacht. Es sind einige Plätze verfügbar und es gibt Tee und Kostprobene aufs Haus. Wirklich authentisch und Ehrlich.

Ehrlich gesagt war das heute eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich habe eine ganze Stunde auf drei Falafel-Sandwiches gewartet, und noch schlimmer, Nachdem ich bestellt hatte, wurden Bestellungen von Leuten bearbeitet, die erst nach mir gekommen sind!!!! Das zeigt deutlich Chaos und fehlende Erfahrung im Umgang in Stresssituationen. Die Arbeit war extrem langsam und es gab überhaupt keine klare Organisation. Es wirkte so, als wäre mehr Zeit fürs Reden, quatschen als fürs Arbeiten da. Gerade wenn es voll ist, sollte man strukturiert und effizient arbeiten hier war leider das Gegenteil der Fall. Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht von dieser Erfahrung. Das war definitiv mein letzter Besuch...

Eines Abends suchten mein Mann und ich auf unserer Durchreise durch Deutschland nach etwas zu essen und einer Unterkunft für die Nacht und fanden dieses Lokal auf Google Maps. Es war noch hell erleuchtet, also gingen wir hinein. Die Jungs waren gerade mit Aufräumen beschäftigt. Wir bestellten Falafel-Shawarma und wollten mit Karte zahlen, aber das Kartenterminal war leider schon geschlossen. Deshalb vereinbarten wir, am nächsten Morgen nach dem Auschecken zu bezahlen. Leute, ich war total begeistert, als ich das Falafel probierte! Ich mag es wegen des Geruchs überhaupt nicht, aber mein Mann bestand darauf, dass ich wenigstens ein Stück probiere, und es war unglaublich lecker! Ich habe das ganze Shawarma aufgegessen. Ihr seid die Besten! Möge Allah euch Wohlstand, viele Stammkunden und Segen für euer Geschäft schenken! Wir sind so froh, euch gefunden zu haben! Selbst ein Jahr später denken wir noch gerne an euch! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Deutschland, um mehr Falafel zu essen! 🥰

Volle 5 Sterne für Falafel Alshula! Wir kamen etwas spät, daher war der Hummus leider schon aus, sodass wir weder Fateh noch andere Spezialitäten probieren konnten. Die Falafel und das Foul, die wir hatten, waren aber hervorragend – frisch, heiß und voller authentischem Geschmack. Kein Wunder, dass es so beliebt ist! Nächstes Mal kommen wir auf jeden Fall früher, um die gesamte Speisekarte zu probieren. Allein schon wegen der Falafel lohnt sich ein Besuch.

Absolute Empfehlung, das war mit Abstand die beste Falafel, die ich je gegessen habe! Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Zeit in die Zubereitung gesteckt wird – jede einzelne Geschmacksnuance ist perfekt abgestimmt und deutlich herauszuschmecken. Allein die Sorgfalt bei der Zubereitung zeigt die hohe Qualität des Ladens. Für den Geschmack lohnt sich der Besuch auf jeden Fall.

Alles war sehr lecker und super frisch, auch der Inhaber war sehr gastfreundlich und nett

Richtig krass, eingelegtes schön gewürzt und leicht scharf. Falafel warm und frisch, mit extravaganten Sesam drauf (feier ich). Und die Preise sind halt wirklich sehr sehr gut. Für 10€ ist man sehr satt. Für Leute aus Aachen, fand ich teilweise besser als AKL 😵

Mir wurde vor der Bestellung ein Falafel zum Probieren angeboten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte einen Falafel-Wrap. Die Falafel waren perfekt, die Soße jedoch etwas zu salzig. Der Preis ist sehr fair. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Very tasty falafel sandwiches with super friendly service. They even offered a small sampler for everyone present to pass the time during my five-minute wait. The price is absolutely reasonable, if not cheap. I'm thrilled.

By God, the experience was beyond wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The young men had cheerful faces and a constant smile. They would come every now and then to ask if I needed anything. They even brought me the tea without me having to bother myself. Seriously, a restaurant that deserves five stars and more.

Unfortunately, only two stars. There's only one person working there, and we waited over 30 minutes for our order of just four sandwiches. That's a reason for us not to return.

In the name of God, what God wills, God blesses. We came to Hamburg for work in Nürnberg. When we searched for a restaurant, this one came up. In every sense of the word, it's as if you're eating at Boz El-Geddy's in Shaalan or Borken El-Din. They serve authentic foul and chickpeas cooked in a pot. Most importantly, the owner is cheerful and generous. I highly recommend visiting. Thank you all.

The best chef Abu Baha and the best food

We recently ate at the restaurant and had to pay a total of 18 euros for two falafel and a Coke. Unfortunately, this is significantly more expensive than usual and doesn't reflect the previous value for money. I hope the prices will be more reasonable in the future.

Simply the tastiest thing I've ever tasted!

I swear to God, the service is very busy. You order a plate of beans and it stops for half an hour. Then you say, “You didn’t order?” And you stay dirty for a long time and there is no one to clean it up.

Bad in every sense of the word, service and cleanliness. We waited a long time. The last thing was that they forgot to order the table we sat at. We cleaned it. It was as if we were coming from a restaurant. On top of all of this, the queue goes around and there is no organization in the queue. I do not recommend it.

We tried the falafel at Al Shula during our stay in Nuremberg, and it was full of flavor. The portion size was generous and the pricing very reasonable. The overall vibe and atmosphere, however, weren’t the best — the place is quite small, has an older interior design, and its location near the central station gives it a bit of a rougher feel. That said, the service was surprisingly good for the price, and the food itself made it worth a visit.

The quality is great and with fresh ingredients and yet the prices are fair, the staff are nice and welcoming. I saw them not wearing gloves but it's fine as long as they wash their hands properly when needed.

It was a great experience, we had one of the best fatteh and foul ever. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The people were very gentil and generous. They offered us the super delicious tea. We also tried their special plate sho3li that was very delicious. In the afternoon we tried their falafel and it was very good too, the prices are really very reasonable.

Here you can not only eat very tasty falafel. If you would like something more exotic, you can order one of the typical Syrian dishes. Today I had the dish, which is called like the snack bar, Al Shula. black beans and chickpeas with hummus with lemon sauce, tomatoes and herbs, with bread and delicious fermented vegetables and fresh mint. Highly recommended and extremely inexpensive. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Syrian cuisine.

The two gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and the food came quite quickly. The taste of the foul was excellent and the hummis tasted good. The portion size is good. I would like to come more often in the future.

The food was nothing short of spectacular. I started with the maze of hummus and Mutabal which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. For the main course, the Musabah with Falafel was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The overall experience was equally impressive, with a delightful balance of textures and tastes.

We went there because of the many, many positive reviews and were not disappointed. Had an Arabic falafel sandwich and it was seriously the best we have ever eaten. Incredibly delicious. We also had a plate of pickles, pepperoni, cucumbers and pink radish? Also really tasty! We'll come back when they reopen the store after the renovation (or visit them in Südstadt, where they now have a second store). Absolute recommendation! Oh and tea was on the house! :)
