Very bad. I thought you couldn't go wrong with fries... I was probably wrong: the fries that were there for the customers to see were simply warmed up again and sold.

Rarely have I eaten something so bad, fish and chips (already fried) were simply thrown into frying fat again after ordering and warmed up. Everything tasted the same and unfortunately just like old fat. Too bad! Staff was friendly, there's nothing to complain about.

We stopped by here a couple of times after our train rides and truly enjoyed their fried fish alongside sauteed potatoes, salad and dip. Good value for money.

I'm in Berlin on holiday with 2 friends and we decided to have dinner here in the evening, we got there and it was very quiet so I took my time to look, then I asked for a deal and they said it was +1 euro with fries with your box, I had shrimp so it would be 8.90. At checkout she charged 11.90 so I said it wasn't right and he didn't let me finish talking and called my mother a h0*r in Turkish. I won't be coming back here again!!!!

What should I say??? I ordered the Mega Mix Box to eat at the restaurant. When I was asked if I had a bit of each, I said yes. The selection is quite large. So the waitress filled it up and threw it into the deep fryer. After paying, she told me to sit down. As I was looking for my seat, I asked myself when she would ask what sauces I wanted. But this question never came. When the conditions brought me the plate, there were 50% fries and the first one was mixed, but not a bit of each. I got ketchup and mayonnaise as sauces. The food was ok until the little ones, I guess crab cubes. While I was eating, a person came out of the storage rooms or something to change the trash cans that were also left in the middle of the path. In addition, the music in the restaurant was way too loud. You no longer heard your own words. I was there a few years ago and thought the shop was really great, but after today's visit I would say that today was the last time I was there.

My daughter and I were in Berlin today. She really likes to eat fish and since I used to work there, I thought we would go there. At first I was thrilled that it was remodeled and it also looks very nice. But that was all positive. Three employees were there and completely ignored us until I raised my voice. Then I have to say in 2006, when Mr. Kläßer opened with us, there was a lot more fresh fish on offer, now only fried stuff was good. There weren't even potatoes or dill sauce, which is really sad. My daughter just said that a fish restaurant just has potatoes and dill sauce. Come on dad, we're going somewhere else, she knows what she wants.

The food is ordered from the "window" menu. The food was actually really good. The service staff runs the line really fast, which is great, but does it curtly. The trade off between good food and shortness in service was worth the sit down before the train arrived.

The experience at this restaurant was mixed overall. The order taker was a bit rude, which was disappointing. However, the food was surprisingly good and arrived quickly. We ordered fish and chips and chicken nuggets, which the kids really enjoyed. The fish was crispy and flavorful, and the nuggets were cooked to perfection. They also had spicy ketchup in cute containers, which was a nice touch. Given the quality and speed of the food, I might give this place one more chance, hoping for a better customer service experience next time.

The English Fisch and chips were not that great. The calamari and shrimps fritter did have hardly the shrimps and calamari was dry as seen from the photos. Only the taste of the batter was predominant. Too much batter. Could not taste the shrimps and calamari. Very oily too… not recommended for fish lovers. We didn’t try the Brötchen though.

Discrimination in the workplace. Unfortunately I have to make my rating for the restaurant negative. Although the food was okay, the way the Germans treated their Asian colleagues made me feel uncomfortable. Although no explicitly discriminatory comments were made, underlying discrimination was clearly noticeable in the way the colleague was treated. For example, there were misunderstandings due to language barriers, to which the other waitresses responded with an irritated tone and derogatory looks. This behavior gave me a feeling of bullying and exclusion, which negatively affected my entire visit to the restaurant. I find it a shame that such behavior is tolerated in a restaurant that presents itself as cosmopolitan and hospitable. Therefore, unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. It is important to note that this is my personal perception of the situation. Other guests may have experienced it differently. Nevertheless, I think it is important to describe this experience in order to draw attention to the problem of discrimination in the work environment. It is unfortunate that such experiences still have to be had and I hope that something will change for the better in this area in the future.

I just ordered a box here. My question is whether there is a fish and shrimp box. Answer yes, yes. ... I get a SuperMixBox supposedly for 11.50 euros. Employee asks fries or sweet potato? I thought that was part of it. An extra 1 euro will be charged when paying. You feel like you've been ripped off. There were supposedly 10 pieces in the box but I only had 8 in it. The employee then makes the fries in a separate bowl and then pours a few into the mega box on top. I would be interested to know if the fries normally come extra, because the fries meant that 2 pieces were missing from my box. There were also 2 pieces of chicken in there. Stupid if you ordered fish and shrimp. Quality works like that. Squid rings a bit tough. One fish took a little too long. Fries and tartar sauce ok. Overall not appropriate for a price of 12.50. As a customer you feel ripped off. Would never buy from here again and can't recommend it. Of course, train stations are always more expensive. But there was also something missing, plus chicken in it, quality is okay. Not for the price.

The little Asian girl is very nice and accommodating. The day was probably not that good up to that point, the food wasn't anything special.

I've never eaten anything so disgusting. The real one is already fried and will be fried again. When it comes to the fries, all of the fries are out of them, leaving only a hard fried shell where the fat drips onto your fingers. I had to throw up afterwards. How can you sell something like that? That's not the case at all, and I'll report it too!

I often buy the fish and chips box with cocktail sauce. Also last Thursday. I didn't like the food at all. I vomited several times and had gastrointestinal problems for several days. The herring fillets were extremely mild and the overall composition of the plate was absolutely perfect. Price/performance ratio absolutely appropriate. Unfortunately, on another visit, older fillets with hard spots were served, and warm potato products were not available as side dishes.

Wir haben zufällig das Rice on im Berliner Hauptbahnhof entdeckt und 3 Bowls selber zusammengestellt. - Sehr frisch - abwechslungsreich - köstlich - gesund -Sehr bekömmlich Schade, dass es Rice on nicht bei uns in Osnabrück gibt, sonst würden wir dort sehr oft was holen.... Beim nächsten Berlin Trip gerne wieder ❤️

I've eaten here several times. The service is nice and the store is clean. However, food that has already been fried is put back into the deep fryer, so everything is very greasy. The taste was relatively okay. The last time, however, something was forgotten in my order, which I only noticed later. That's why I won't buy anything here again!

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von meinem Restaurantbesuch. Ich habe eine Schüssel Reis für meinen Onkel gekauft, der keine süßen Gerichte essen kann. Leider war der Reis trotz meiner Bitte nach einer scharfen Sauce süß. Als ich nach einer Lösung fragte, ließ mich der Kassierer eine andere Sauce probieren, die ebenfalls süß war. Anstatt ihren Fehler zu korrigieren, versuchte der Koch eine sarkastische Herangehensweise, indem er Wasser zum Reis hinzufügte und behauptete, dass dies das Gericht würzen würde. Selbst nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass das Problem die Süße war, kam der Koch absichtlich aus der Küche und fügte dem bereits mit Wasser gemischten Gericht zwei Chilis hinzu. Angesichts dieses respektlosen und unehrlichen Verhaltens beschloss ich zu gehen und bat sie, die Schüssel als Geschenk zu behalten. Es war eine äußerst frustrierende und enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von der mangelnden Professionalität und dem respektlosen Verhalten des Personals. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant niemandem und werde nicht zurückkehren.

Beware of rip-offs. Look at the prices. It's happened several times now that they charge €1 more for the boxes than what's on the price board! Hello dear readers and welcome to my tweet. Today I would like to tell you about the fish and chips at the main station. My train, how could it be otherwise, was over an hour late. Now I was a bit hungry and I didn't want to go to the usual places. So off to fish and chips. The store is very clean and has a wide selection of items. The prices are also quite high. Plaice fillet, for example, €9.90, so I can almost rent a fishing boat. I bought calamari for €6.90...well...what can I say?? It wasn't pretty, not tasty and anything at all. A pity !!

Great fish and chip shop, for a train station mall. Reasonable price, good sized portions, super friendly staff. It is on par with a "chippie" in suburban Australia

Super Geschmack und super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Leicht versteckt im Hauptbahnhof Berlin, jedoch lohnt sich die Suche und Entscheidung für dieses Lokal. Durchdachtes Konzept, schnell, gut und lecker, was will man mehr. Kompliment an die Belegschaft und den Chef/in.

Eating when changing trains This morning I adjusted a gap in the rush and the friendly staff were able to quickly fulfill my wishes. There was even coffee at the end. Tip: the fish soup!

The food is ready to be fried on the display for who knows how long... I decided on the Mix mega box - big mistake. To my horror, what had already been fried was scrubbed back into the deep fryer. The result was that everything was dripping with fat and tasted more like used oil than fish. Get a kebab or go to Rewe but avoid this shop!

Bin so gut wie jeden Morgen dort! Die Bedienungen sind immer freundlich und sehr humorvoll! Laden sieht sehr sauber aus und sowohl der Café als auch die Fisch Brötchen schmecken immer!

I tried in november when my flight was delayed, so I had a little more time in Berlin than planned. Really like the food options (chicken or fish with fries), I tried the salmon & chips, which was a twist on a traditional fish & chips. I really like liked the food, the staff not so much. It is a fast food place, so I didn't expect much from the place itself, but it lacks any ambiance. But I definitely return for the salmon & chips next time, too :)

Fischnuggets haben geschmeckt, als lägen sie seit Tagen vorfrittiert rum. Saufettig und innen trotzdem trocken.

Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft. Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend. Obwohl viel Trubel auf dem Bahnhof ist, findet man hier eine kleine Ruhepase.

Ich hatte Pause und mein Magen hing irgendwo bei den Kniekehlen. Also hab ich mir die Chicken Nugget Box für 6,90€! gekauft. Ich hätte es lieber sein lassen und mein Geld in eine Brezen oder so investiert. Ekelhaft! Mir ist jetzt noch schlecht! Nie wieder!

Rude staff, greasy overpriced food

Furchtbar! Essen schmeckte nicht frisch sondern pappig. Richtig schlimm ist aber der Service: Unglaublich langsam (bei zwei Kunden vor mir hat die Bestellung >10 Minuten gedauert, ein Mitarbeiter hat bedient, der andere stand mit seinem Handy beschäftigt daneben), die Herren waren dann auch noch unfreundlich und als sie die Bestellung dann auch noch falsch bearbeitet hatten, wurden sie ziemlich pampig, als man sie darauf aufmerksam machte und um Korrektur bat. Nie wieder, dann lieber nebenan zum leckeren Döner mit dem freundlichen Personal!

Super concept avec du fish and shrimps and ships and calamars bien croustillants. Dans des box où on peut mélanger ce qu'on veut. Ça reste toutefois assez gras et dommage qu'on facture le petit pain à 1€..

Essen sehr fettig und leider nur eine Soße bekommen obwohl 2 auf Tafel steht. Dies erst im Zug gesehen.

Das ist der beste Laden, nicht so teuer, es ist einfach nur perfekt. Ich kann Shrimps and chips sehr empfehlen, es nur gut. Mitarbeiter sind auch nett. Manchmal sind die Plätze dreckig aber nur so das man das kaum merkt.

Also, no one seemed to understand any English in the shop! I will never ever shop there again! Go elsewhere! There are plenty of choices at that station! If not, pop into a supermarket and find something instead.

Der Laden ist offensichtlich für Kunden auf der Durchreise konzeptioniert, die sowieso nur einmal kommen. Aber selbst dieses eine Mal ist einmal zuviel.

Wirklich lecker! Das Essen ist natürlich sehr fettig, jedoch kriegt man für einen angemessenen Preis ein wirklich leckeres und schnelles Menü. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ketten bei denen man ruhig mal etwas länger wartet.

Saftladen. Das Essen wird in völlig ungeeigneten Behältern mitgegeben, aus denen es rausfällt - was angesichts der Essensqualität eigentlich ein Pluspunkt wäre, wenn man nicht so viel dafür bezahlen würde. Das Personal ist unfreundlich, frech, und beherrscht weder Deutsch noch Englisch.

Tried this one both at Berlin Hauptbahnof and Flughafen this fine day. Loved how crispy and filling these chicken nuggets were. Especially loved my moment of savoring the crispy container of sauce by the end. After KFC, I liked these chicken nuggets the most. 😃

Wer unterwegs am Berliner Hauptbahnhof Hunger auf fritierten Fisch oder ein Fischbrötchen hat, sollte da mal vorbei schauen. Sie haben viel Auswahl an Fisch Nugetts, Tempura Garnelen, Tintenfischringe, Lachs Nuggets, Pommes, sogar Süßkartoffel-pommes. Sehr netter Verkäufer. Die Preise sind normal für Fisch. Es gibt auch eine kleine Sitzecke. Wir hatten unser Essen aber einpacken lassen.

Das Essen sah auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr ansprechend aus und auf den Zweiten auch nicht. Vom reinen Geschmach her, war das Essen akzeptabel, es war jedoch sehr trocken.

Actually a very nice serving of fish and chips. Chicken and farmer fries were also good enough for my son (high standard). Service was fine, polite and kind people. If in the mood, then go and have a bite to eat.

Wir waren da am 08.04.23 Fish&Chips waren sehr lecker nur eine Bedienung (die Frau mit kurzen Haaren) war sehr sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren zu 5 und wir konnten nicht sofort entscheiden, was wir nehmen wollen. Die Frau war ungeduldig und unmöglich gefragt ob ich Chinesisch sprechen obwohl ich mit ihr vorher Deutsch gesprochen hatte. Ich sagte nur dass wir noch eine Minute brauchen um unsere Entscheidung zu treffen. Die Frau hatte unfreundliche Gesicht gezeigt und weg gegangen.ich habe nicht verstanden warum sie unfreundlich und ungeduldig ist da war keine weiteren Kunden mehr. Sie lassen uns einfach da stehen bis ihrer kollege uns mal bedienen. Sie war sehr sehr unfreundlich! Aber die anderen Personen im Laden waren sehr freundlich. Trotz leckes Essen wurde ich aber nie nie wieder kommen!

Horrible .... Refried in the same oil for the whole day....Waste of money. Might as well serve a side of frying oil to their customers with a generous amount of atherosclerosis and cholesterol!

Wir hatten das erste Mal vor Jahren in London Fish and Chips probiert und waren begeistert. Nachdem wir in Berlin nach der Zugfahrt angekommen waren, hat sich dieser Laden direkt angeboten mal wieder Fish and Chips zu essen. Er ist zwar lecker, aber man kann es nicht mit England vergleichen. Aber wir fanden es super und auch nicht so teuer.
