We celebrated our civil wedding at TorEins with around 30 guests and couldn't be happier. The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and always there, without being intrusive. Everything was exactly as we had imagined, and all agreements were reliably adhered to. The atmosphere is beautiful and perfect for celebrations in a relaxed, stylish setting. We can wholeheartedly recommend TorEins to anyone looking for a special location with excellent service all around!

Thank you for a very pleasant afternoon. The food was not only absolutely delicious, plentiful, and freshly prepared, but also beautifully presented. I can't remember the last time I saw fresh flowers on a dining table in a restaurant. Everything seemed so fresh, clean, airy, and natural. Perfectly suited to the wonderful view of the park. This was our first time here, and with the unbeatable value for money, we will definitely come back. Many thanks again to the friendly staff; we felt very comfortable.

A very nice café in a green setting with polite staff and good food. The cake is delicious.

Unfortunately, I discovered a blue-green stain on the cheese spaetzle shortly before I finished. Apparently mold. However, with such an extensive menu, it's often the case that not everything can be made fresh.

Ideal after a visit to the German Museum of Technology.

My favorite place for breakfast and perfect for late risers like me, as they're open until 3 p.m.! The place is great in summer and winter alike. Since the café is attached to the Technikmuseum (Technical Museum) and located in one of Berlin's most beautiful parks, you have to expect children and that it might be a bit noisy at times :) For me, though, it's a beautiful place, and the staff is friendly and helpful. PS: My good friend Dominika agrees ;) and so do many others who have accompanied me.

For a "café," the menu is surprisingly large, and the food is good. The dishes look and taste delicious. We had four children at the table who wanted to share different dishes on separate plates, and we placed a somewhat chaotic order. The service was very patient and understanding.

The huge terrace opens directly on the parc. The food is simple but well cooked. Great also for breakfast. Diner has many options incl. veg. Service is smooth and friendly. we love it

A nice place in itself, with a lovely terrace and a view of the park. However, the food selection and the slow, unmotivated service tarnish the initial impression. While it's okay for a stopover, you'd be better off moving on. Other nearby locations are much better!

We've eaten here several times. At different times of day. From breakfast to dinner, everything was excellent. Last weekend, we celebrated a wonderful party at Tor Eins. Simply fantastic. Everything was just perfect. Great food, very pleasant arrangements, a team in a good mood, as always, was very attentive and looked after all the guests perfectly. The fantastic DJ Cat, recommended by the Tor Eins team, kept things moving. It couldn't have gone better. We and all the guests were thrilled.

I was there for lunch with my daughter yesterday—we discovered the café by chance while visiting the Technikmuseum. The service was okay (well, there was something there, but nothing more), but the food was simply a disaster: greasy, unseasoned, and seemingly thrown onto the plate. The view of the park is nice, yes, but there are so many other beautiful spots in Berlin. Never again.

We threw a party with family and friends and had a great experience. The staff was kind and accommodating, the space was great, and location in the park was a plus.

A great sit down place for a small date or a friends hangout. Tried the Griechische Pizza and the Moscow mule, both were great.

Solid breakfast, comfortable seating inside and outside. No parking nearby. Reservations are required on weekends.

This spot is amazing. Their food and coffee are both great. Very relaxing atmosphere with an open terrace in front of a beautiful park. We liked it so much we ate here two days in a row! Service is good, but you need to signal your server that you need something--which isn't really an issue. I'd highly recommend Toriens!!

We ordered a quiche (pie), it came fast, but my girlfriend noticed some small white dots on it. It was mold. The waiter replaced it with a sallad instead , but obviously it says something about the standard of foot and hygiene here.

Everything was great. Great food, good drinks. The cakes are also very good. The ambiance is lovely inside and outside. The service was quick and very friendly.

I like the cafe, I haven't eaten there yet but it's a great place to relax and drink coffee.

Very nice café right at Gleisdreieckpark. Super tasty food, cheap and good cocktails. Quite crowded when the weather is nice, but it's worth waiting for a free table outside, especially in spring to relax in the first sun.

Tell you to scan a QR code to get a coffee to take away. QR code does not work. Stand around, wait for a friendly waiter to say "oh, you can just order through me"...

Came in for a quick coffee to take away. The waitresses were incredibly rude. The way they speak to clients is shocking

Cafe well located in the park. Pleasant and nice. In the spring it must be really good to have a glass in terrace.

The hot chocolate is really bad and very expensive. The seating is not particularly comfortable. There are no armchairs or sofas. Sitting on the terrace in the park in summer could be nice

Such a special Place, which seems to have been an abandoned Trainsstation. Spacious, cozy with a nice View and all Comforts in place. It has a Midcentury Vibe. These days they have Christmas Menu with a Goose to go for 4 parties.

Very nice view in the evening with Christmas lights and light hot chocolate. Otherwise very quiet and well, because of the price, it can still be improved a little

After waiting 55 minutes, the gentleman came to say that it could take another 15-20 minutes. That was really too long of a wait for a simple panini and a bagel for us so we left. Too bad, nice location

The good Kreuzberger was replaced by a large brewery. There are only four points for this. Staff is very friendly!

Service was slow as hell. It was a busy sunday, so I expected a bit of wait, but it took too long even just to get check. Panini was delicious at least.

Used to be a great store. Unfortunately, since Mr. Müller sold it, it hasn't been the same. Swabian food has lost a lot of quality. Still ok for drinks and cake.

Was there at Toreins this Sunday and the waiters were very unfriendly! I ordered a carrot cake that were placed in the package to go upside down, who would place the frost of the cake in the bottom of the package? So annoying, the coffee was terrible made and it took 20 minutes for an order to go since was no one inside there :-/ horrible place , don’t go there !!!

Horrible service, got the wrong coffee. The cake was thrown upside down in the To-Go Box. Cake is mediocre. Never going back.

A very good Restaurant with excellent scrambeld eggs and very good chicken the food came in like 5 minutes and its not too loud I very recommend it👌

Great place well situated in the middle of Friedrichshain. Great staff !! Arianna and Ornella are great workers with good customer-care that deserve a lot more than being interrupted during my food-questioning… sadly this broke my interaction with the food seriousness of the restaurant and had to call them multiple times. Other than that I can only recommend their pizzas. Fast service and great quality. A bit on the expensive side in Berlin in that location. There’s also the possibility to have vegetarian alternatives. Communication should be at best, woman based service that need to be able to communicate without interference (being called back after 10secs by other staff members) would be the only point to get better! I’ll definitely come back !

Beautiful location and very friendly and attentive staff. The food was actually tasty, but the cream sauce was very lightly seasoned. I had a bit of a stomach ache after eating, although it could perhaps be due to the combination of beer and cream sauce. In the end, I'm not really convinced about the food, but otherwise everything is good so far. Toilets are very clean!

When every we've been there, it was awesome. Wonderful food, very polite staff and although it was often pretty full, the order was quickly realized. Wonderful big terrace :)

“Be nice” is written on the waiter's shirt, which the restaurant management probably gave him as a motivator, unfortunately in vain, visibly bored, unmotivated and not particularly friendly even though the place wasn't even 1/4 full. The location has huge potential but has obviously been taken over by Uber Eats drivers, which is a shame. I didn't eat anything so I gave it 5 stars

Coffee with good cake directly in the leisure area. Everything except a car or motorcycle. With lawn and relaxation area.

Unbelievably bad service and we understand now the 3.8 rating on google. one of the best locations in the park but they destroy it with the worst service ever. not only did we wait for over 20 min to get a bottle of water and wrong and missing lemonades, no the best was when the manager did not accept our feedback but started to argue with us! I would suggest to the owner to change staff and attitude if they want to survive or even maximize this wonderful potential.

Very nice and quiet location in the park. They understand coffee and, unlike some city hipster cafes, they served old-school farmer's breakfasts. So full points.

Fantastic place with an exceptionally warm welcome for children. The food is good, and I highly recommend it for a delightful and enjoyable experience.

The service is very friendly, the food is very tasty and very large portions. The apple juice tastes like it has been freshly squeezed. All in all, we are very satisfied and can recommend Toreins.

Nice place, nice views over the park. It’s a pity that the service is so bad, the prices ridiculous for such a simple menu, and the little understanding for customers they have. I asked for a glass of water with my coffee, and the waitress just added 3,75€ for a simple glass of water with ice cubes… I did not even see the bottle, who knows if that’s bottled water as she said! (Which by the way I had not asked for) They just think they can play around and betray tourists (or locals, as myself)

We haven't eaten there for a long time and finally made it back and were really looking forward to breakfast. But unfortunately we were disappointed. We were there at 10 a.m. and it wasn't full yet. Nevertheless, almost all tables were mixed up. The waiter seemed overwhelmed, frantically disinterested and was almost unfriendly. Unfortunately I didn't get the right breakfast. I got the Mediterranean omelet instead of the Milanese breakfast (should have made that clearer). Unfortunately the omelette was not seasoned at all. My companion had the farmer's breakfast, which was really good. Unfortunately, I never got the menu that I wanted to see again. We paid and wanted to take cake with us (which looked really delicious). After waiting at the counter for a while, we were rudely told that we had to get another table so we could get the cake. (Unfortunately there is no cake menu at the table) Since it was now very crowded, we decided not to. The ambience is really nice there. The furnishings are cozy but modern. The view of the park is great. The toilets are clean, but there was no toilet paper to be found in any of the toilets and we also looked in vain for paper towels.

More than 20 minutes to warm a sandwich is non acceptable.

I can't comment on the food there as we only got drinks. The homemade lemonade there is recommended. It's right next to the park, a good place to relax and have a snack. The prices of the food options match the location, but I personally think it's a bit overpriced. Drinking is recommended.

The place is nice with a good atmosphere. The service was slow and incomplete, one of the orders was left behind, we ordered it twice more and it arrived almost at the end. I give it only 3 stars overall.

It is unfavorable. The person taking the orders seems to be distracted and when he returns the order is not complete. Then when he brings it, it is a small amount and it is still incomplete. The atmosphere is very nice but the service is very poor.

We were here late afternoon after visiting Spectrum and were quite hungry. That's why it was pleasing that the order and its processing went quickly. Our special requests for the children were also fulfilled without any problems. We sat on the terrace overlooking the park, so quite nice. Food and drinks were delicious and still reasonably priced (€80 for 5 people).

Great spot for a quick coffee stop to bathe in the sun and enjoy the park. Service is a bit slow but overall the atmosphere is really nice and lively. Recommend since their terrace is quite spacious and the cafes windows open up to the outside.

The first, hot Saturday in Berlin. We took a leisurely hiking break here. Very nice. We'll definitely come back.

There is a large selection of good food. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. The service was extremely friendly and the whole atmosphere was casual. We had a nice view of the park from our table. If the weather is good you can also sit outside. The toilets were so clean as if they had just been built the day before.

We always like to come. Nice location, very courteous service and orders have always come quickly.

We were a large group (21 people) looking for a place to have lunch. Even though we had not made a reservation and we were in a hurry, we were allowed to take a seat. Fortunately it was very quiet. Our food and drinks were served quickly and it was very tasty! Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Food and services are just on the average. The location and the atmosphere are great. The terrace in front of the park is very enjoyable and relaxing. The internal area is very cozy and spacious. Just one star less for the food, they could do better.

Even though they say they are open, they are closed. Almost got robbed by a runner in the park.

The atmosphere is pleasant. They refused to serve me near the bar and told me to wait at a table, although I only ordered a drink. It is not comfortable. The drink was brought in a dirty glass, I asked to change it. They brought a new glass without apologizing. The impression of the place is spoiled.
