They should improve their Seating management most of the times it's gpod but sometimes they prefer their people i waa waiting and somone came after us so they gave them table first. It was rude

I ordered chicken with rice, a shawarma teller, and frittierte kibbeh at Alzaeem Restaurant, and everything was very good. The food was flavorful, well-cooked, and served in generous portions. The shawarma was especially tasty, and the kibbeh was crispy and fresh. Service was quick and friendly. A great place for authentic Middle Eastern food.

I took shawerma on a plate for 13 euro. Overal experience - tasteless. Chicken is dry and oily, and spices don’t help. Only one souce - cheap tasting weird mayo.(ketchup would help) Very little veggies. Fries were ok. I was dreaming about kebab all evening, chose this place because of google reviews and was left disappointed, don’t recommend.

The half-blonde waiter is very unfriendly, and even after asking several times, you don't get a receipt. The cashier mentioned seems unfriendly and dishonest. The food is delicious and tasty. However, the real problem is that the food is literally swimming in oil. Even though I ordered lamb kebab and chicken kebab, the oil on it is so thick it could clog your arteries.

The prices are very high, yet the food doesn't taste particularly good. You don't get exactly what's shown in the advertising pictures.

Honestly, the food and service were amazing. The food was incredibly delicious and the cleanliness was superb. It was truly something else. Every time I go to Berlin, I only eat at the Boss's.

We came from Dortmund and had lunch there. The food was delicious, the staff were courteous, the place was clean, and they were generous when serving the food. May God bless everyone who works wholeheartedly. I hope to repeat this experience.

A week and a half ago, I had my first experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I ordered half a chicken breast (from the menu). The order took about 19 minutes. I thought it was better to get fresh chicken than mixed grills, but when my order arrived, the chicken smelled awful. I thought maybe it was because it was still fresh, so I waited a minute, then took a second and a third piece and cut them open. The smell was strong and strange, a disgusting smell, excuse my language. It was my first and last time visiting them.

The food is tasty and price is reasonable. I mostly go there with my friends. I have been there for more than 12 times now. The place is all the time crowded and we need to wait for like 10 minutes always to get a seat.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered half a grilled chicken to go. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake that I didn't check the order before eating there. When I got home, I was shocked: the chicken was completely burnt, consisted almost entirely of bones instead of meat, and it was only half a chicken – which I consider deceptive. Furthermore, I had ordered rice, but instead I received potatoes, which were not tasty at all. As soon as they get your money, you seem to be of no concern to them. The wait of over 25 minutes was also disappointing. For me, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is extremely crowded; you can't find a seat. The waiters don't wear distinctive clothing, so it's difficult to distinguish them from the guests. The service is very poor and slow—you have to wait a long time for a seat and for your food. The staff is unfriendly. Napkins, cutlery, bread, etc., are located right next to the restroom door. The cleaning staff uses the same hand they use to mop the floor (both in the restroom and the dining area!) without gloves, then to touch cutlery, bread, etc., and clean the tables 🤢 The atmosphere is very loud and hectic. The food you order doesn't match what you receive—you pay for two fried kibbeh, but only get one! I've uploaded a photo of my food and other guests' meals for comparison. The fries were poorly seasoned, lacking spices and even salt. The fried kibbeh isn't made of meat, but rather sheep or perhaps beef lung. It was poorly seasoned and still raw and red inside.

The kebab here is quite good, and big portion also which is a big plus. The crispy chicken was good but felt was not fresh. The shawarma is great. Service was too slow as the place was busy so we waited a long time and had to remind them 3 times of our order, but when it finally arrived all was good. They have comfy seating and the place gets really busy on weekends.

The tabbouleh was not seasoned at all and was also tasteless. Unfortunately, I will not order these two items from them again in the future.

A very, very bad experience.. We came to you from a far area, 3 hours away, and we ordered 3 Arabic shawarma meals. Within an hour, the 3 people suffered from food poisoning, abnormal vomiting, and severe diarrhea from your spoiled and stale shawarma.. To the point that we had to go to the hospital and get an IV.
