I ordered online a few times and portions are good and food is delicious

50% of my order was delivered incorrectly. I ordered the same item four times. No phone call, no apology. Never again.

I had stomach pain and diarrhea for four days, and the food didn't even taste good. I had stomach nausea and diarrhea for four days, and the food had almost no taste.

We ate shawarma here. Unfortunately, we both felt unwell afterwards and had stomach and abdominal problems. This could have various causes, of course, but based on our experience, we won't be eating there again for the time being.

During our visit, we ate shawarma. Unfortunately, we both experienced gastrointestinal problems afterward. Because of this experience, we will likely choose other options in the future.

The shawarma plate was absolutely delicious! A generous portion and everything was very fresh. I have to say, it's one of the best shawarmas I've had in Berlin. The meat was also incredibly juicy. 100% recommended!!

We have rarely eaten so badly. The fries were completely soggy, the food arrived cold. The garlic sauce was basically just mayo with garlic (possibly even from a tube), and the pickled vegetables were inedible. We absolutely cannot understand where the good reviews came from. The only thing that was actually okay was the Coca-Cola…

The food was awful. When we opened the package after ordering, we saw a long hair mixed in with the shawarma. Besides that, the texture was poor, far too oily, the fries were soggy, etc. Definitely not recommended.

I don't know what happened to all the other reviews. But I have to tell you: I've been ordering from this place for several years now, and I've NEVER been disappointed. The food is always delicious, the meat is fresh, and the pickled vegetables perfectly complement the flavors of the tomatoes; you could honestly call it an explosion of flavor. Definitely recommended!

The service was very poor and the staff extremely rude. The food was also very dry and inedible; the shawarma, and the hummus and halloumi were forgotten on the plate. It looked very poorly prepared, to be honest. They told us to speak to the manager. He didn't answer the phone, and his staff were anything but helpful. First and last time.

I always ate there. And then one time, I had a 1cm stone in my falafel. I think that says enough about the quality. Such "mistakes" shouldn't happen in the catering industry. Ultimately, it affects health. If children eat that food, it's catastrophic if stones suddenly get into their bodies, right?

I just left the shop. Ordered a shawarma plate... The meat pieces were cut like chunks, and the pickled vegetables were extremely salty. The tables were all dirty and not clean. It was my first and last time I visited this shop. How anyone can rate something like this 4.4 is beyond me.

The guys are very nice. The guys who work in the evening are respectful guys. They are understanding and knowledgeable about their work and they make very delicious food. The guys in the morning are also respectful. There is a guy named Yahya, he is a very respectful guy with high morals and his treatment is very respectful. We ordered shawarma twice through UE. Later, we felt sick all night... We have no idea whether the cold chain was broken with the meat or whether there are general hygiene issues, but we definitely won't take that risk again.

An absolute disaster! I ordered two plates of shawarma – the food was inedible. The fries were raw, not even fried, but simply thrown into the frozen packaging. The meat was dry and tasteless. I've never experienced anything so disgusting. I strongly advise against ordering from here or even passing by.

I ordered a Shora shawarma plate with "chicken, pickled vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, mixed greens, French fries, and garlic sauce." But...it came without "tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce." Without them, the shawarma tasted rather salty. A real shame. It could have tasted much better. They used to offer salad, but unfortunately, they don't anymore.

I ordered toasted shawarma and no bread. My lady was not satisfied. I tried to call a restaurant, but the owner of the restaurant was drunk. Zero meal, no taste or anything.

I ordered a hallumi box. The salad is placed into the box by hand. The operator does this in gloves, but beforehand he has touched everything possible, including money. I thought it was disgusting. The lettuce didn't look good but it had lots of brown spots.

I don't know what happens in this kitchen - but it's not normal cooking. This is magic. Pure, juicy, spicy magic. The shawarma? A poem of flesh dancing on your tongue. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside like a love song in your mouth. Every ingredient speaks to you – not whispers – SCREAMS with flavor! The fries? No supplement. An experience. Golden brown, crispy, salty perfect. The sauces? Probably delivered directly from heaven. If taste were fireworks, then this store would be the New Year's Eve of the year - every single time. I've tried a lot of shawarma shops - but this one blows the scales. I dream about it at night. I'm thinking about moving just to be closer. This store should be a world heritage site. If you're reading this: Go. Now. Don't wait. Your stomach will thank you. Your heart too.

Very good shawarma and was always my to go shop but one day the last 3 times the portions became much smaller than before. It's not expensive but for the price you should be satisfied.

Ordered from them twice and twice I got everything with garlic. The note says please spicy without garlic and 2x comes with garlic. This is not recommended. The fries arrive soaked in garlic. Absolutely no go!!!!! The sandwich is a disgrace.

Today I ordered three sandwiches with two drinks. After half an hour only one sandwich arrived, the packaging was open and it was very cold. The rest of the order was not in the box. I ordered a halloumi shawarma via Uber East yesterday and thought the food was really bad. 94kg of garlic was added to the order even though I said I would like sesame sauce. The fries were all mushy, not crispy; The vegetables chosen were very simple and sour across the board, and there was no real salad, even though it was in the description. Only the chicken and the halloumi in the bread were ok, although there wasn't much to go wrong with. Shame about the money! The acidity or vinegar taste of the selected vegetables alone (a pepperoni, a bit of carrots and sour cucumber) made the food somehow not edible, as it drowned out the entire taste. It was simply inedible.

Shawarma is tasty, good meat. Fries also tasty, consistency a bit too mushy. Overall price-performance ratio is quite good. Unfortunately, lettuce is a disaster; a single tomato would have been better. You really can't give in. That's why only 3-4 stars, but more like 4. Thank you and meal

We ordered a shawarma plate and mtabal via ubereats. The shawarma arrived broken because the bread wasn't toasted on the outside. In addition, different bread was used than for a normal shawarma. It is smaller and dry. In addition, the meat is completely dry. The mtabal doesn't taste even remotely like aubergine. Either the restaurant doesn't care about the quality or they don't know how to make a shawarma.

Sandwiches for €5 are large and very tasty. Everything behind the counter is clean. Service is always friendly and very quick. You can also sit and eat inside, what more could you want in winter. 6 months later: I have to discount something here, recently I've simply forgotten sauce or salad in the shawarma sandwich. Finally just meat, sauce and a piece of cucumber? You come home and you're upset.

Disgusting restaurant. I do not advise anyone to eat in this restaurant. I saw rats inside the restaurant with the utensils. Rats walking over the appetizers 🐀👎 I thought that the shawarma explanations were the best in this restaurant, but when I bought a meal, I looked carefully at the cleanliness of the meat. It was already spoiled.

Ordered something twice. Once only some of the food arrived, the second time the store claimed I had picked up the food. Waited for almost an hour in vain until the delivery service canceled the order. Just bold. It's a shame, the food (the part that was delivered the first time) was quite tasty. Unfortunately very disappointed, I ordered the shora plate for one person through Uber Eats and half of what was supposed to be in it was simply missing, I only had halloumi, a falafel ball, and makali with some bread, three sauces and pickled vegetables. Of course it's audacious if you say something and only get the benefit.

Ordered buy 1 free 1 via Uber but received one only , tried to contact the uper support , they have refused to give me a refund , shame .

My go to local falafel and shawarma place. Really good food, great service, excellent prices. The bad experiences seem to be mainly from people who order through Uber, I have never had any complaint.

We have 2 Shawarma Sandwiches, 1x Hummus and 1 Mutabal Grilled Eggplant Puree. The shawarma were very tasty, not too dry, not too saucey or too greasy. The Mutabal is highly recommended and super tasty, but without ARABIC BREAD it makes no sense. They also forgot the hummus. Because the BREAD and hummus were missing, I tried to call the restaurant several times so that they could deliver it to me again, but unfortunately no success.

€5 for the shawarma sandwich is great. It was also very tasty. You can also sit outside under the trees quite nicely.

Orderd 4 shawrma meals through uber eats, i can literally say that this was our worst food experience ever, the shawrma is clearly not fresh and full of spices to cover the bad taste and the fries was underdone and oily, tried to call the restaurant so many times to check with them but no body answered.

Delicious shawarma sandwich with plenty of meat at an unbeatable price.

This was my first and last time ordering here, via UBER Eats. Food was cold, despite fast delivery. The meat (shawarma) was missing from the mixed plate and wasn't presented in an appetizing manner. Sry but something like that in Berlin?! No go!

So I've been to shora several times now and I have to say picking it up and eating on site was always great... unfortunately the last delivery via ubereats was very disappointing, the fries were half finished soggy and raw and the rest of the plate was just thrown together 🫤 the shop has potential but you have to coach the team better and it would be cool if at least one of the boys spoke German or English!

I liked ordering shawarma there for a while. Delivered food has recently become really unacceptable, the pickled vegetables in particular have started to taste terrible, I can no longer order there.

I used to come in for the Chicken Shawarma, generous portions for the price.
