We didn't even have time to ask if there was room before they kicked us out 😡😡😡

Made a reservation throught google, when arrived they did not have it :(

We were there as a group of six. The service was friendly, but we had to wait a long time for our first drink. We tried a variety of dishes: knuckle of pork, chicken, mushroom pan, cheese spaetzle, and half a duck; the unanimous opinion was "okay." None of us was impressed. The portions were good for the women, and the men still had room for another beer. Unfortunately, the restrooms were in a terrible condition. The entire wet area (men's and women's) was filled with several millimeters of water, and toilet paper and paper towels were scattered around the toilets and sinks. The restrooms were not clean.

Very cool location. Great atmosphere. Peter and Anita were excellent. Food delicious. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, very friendly staff

...there were five of us looking for a cozy place for dinner after a four-hour drive. The waiter, who had just returned from his smoke break and was walking into the restaurant, called out to us as we walked in: "Everything was booked, despite the obvious availability of many tables." It was clear: 8:30 p.m., they were no longer in the mood for guests... We were frustrated - the service was terrible!

Food and beer are okay, Bavarian food is best in Bavaria. But the outdoor seating, the staff and music 🎶 are excellent 👍🏼spaß

Fantastic German food and beer! This was our first time in Berlin, and they knocked it out of the park! Every piece of our meal, from pretzels to pork knuckle and schnitzel, were perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was excellent, and I would come back and full recommend them anytime. Make sure to have your after dinner schnapps too! Prost!

An excellent place where you can enjoy real German food and beer, in a suitable atmosphere, for a very reasonable price!

The servers are so lovely and so accommodating, we speak no german and they were so kind and helpful, we only stopped for drinks but they were lovely and the woman who served us explained the choices very thoroughly.

It is in a very touristy area, prices are high for what is offered.

We didn't love it. It was ok but there are many other places in Berlin to go for great food. Pork wasn't particularly tender. The service was ok; kind of non descript.

Good food, not fantastic, not bad. Got Schweinshaxn Big size dish. Lot of meat, you need to be hungry... The ball was not my favorite. The beer var good like 3,9 out of 5.

Very tasty food, nice environment inside and outside, decent price for the amount of food served! I couldn't even finish my plate haha this being said, totally worth having dinner here. Not crowded, it doesn't take too long for food to come, and staff is suuuuper nice and warm! I felt very welcome there! And I want to come back! Schnitzel was very tender inside and crispy on the outside, and the mushroom sauce was divine!

A quick stop to grab a bite to eat, it was really good! And not expensive 👍.

Came only for a few drinks during Sunday, when the terrace was basically empty, but the blonde waitress had a problem with us having only drinks. She repeated three times that “this is a restaurant, not a coffeeshop”, because a few of us ordered coffee and did not want to eat anything. The drinks are fine, the place is pretty, but the attitude of the staff should be corrected.

Everything was fine, although the prices weren't the lowest. I have no complaints about the quality itself.

Had a great time! The food was delicious, the service was very, very friendly and always smiling. We liked everything, especially the radler and pork schnitzel, we will come again.

What was good: Nice ambiance, good food, and generous portions. Friendly waiters. You can see into the kitchen. It's clean and tidy. The restrooms are a bit disappointing. Drinks, especially Spezi, are tiny and expensive.

Go there if you're really, really hungry. The portions are huge, my pork knuckle was great, very well prepared. One portion is definitely enough for two people. I also loved the service and traditional Bavarian vibe.

I don't need to go to a restaurant if I want to eat frozen fries.

A real tourist trap. My meal consisted of frozen food; absolutely nothing was homemade. It was ready in less than two minutes, which is clearly not a guarantee of quality...

A great place if you want to try traditional German food near the city center. I have no complaints here; the atmosphere on the terrace was ideal, the waiters were very attentive, and the food was perfect.

A wonderful place with delicious german food. We tried the schnitzel with wild mushrooms, the potato soup with fried onion, the beef goulash and meatballs with potato salad. Everything was fantastic. If you want to try something traditional this is your place.

The crispy pork elbow was delicious and the portion was amazing. The potato soup was also very generous, with lots of shredded meat and served with rye bread. The waiters were warm, thoughtful and helpful. A gentleman and another lady always asked if we enjoyed our meal with a smile, which made us feel the commendable hospitality of this old restaurant in Berlin.

Terrible pork knuckle - definitely not daily fresh. Soft with very little crisp on the outside, and COLD inside! Appreciate that the staff offered to heat it up, but this would not make this cold knuckle get crispy. Not able to eat half the knuckle. Sides were decent.

This restaurant with a Bavarian accent is highly recommended! You are served friendly, the food is fantastic and you pay a fair price. The food concerns large portions of, among other things, the schnitzel and the duck leg, which we ate. It is served neatly.

The food was very tasty and reasonably priced for the location. One minor criticism: The Knusperhaxn (knife knuckle) menu item stated "with plenty of sauce"; unfortunately, in my opinion, there was far too little sauce. The service was very friendly, but in some places it was too inattentive or slow; you had to wait a bit long to order or pay.

Bavaria Berlin is a nice place. Service is great and the Haxe super tasty. Real German food. As a tourist nice to visit. Also nice beer.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Bavaria Berlin. All three buffet entrees were excellent. Service and atmosphere were superb.

Basic snitzel, i've had better for half the price. Other meat items and desserts were okay. For the price point expected a bit more. The atmosphere and staff is great. Only funny part is they put more effort into letting me know that the "tip is not included" than answering a menu question.

For me this was such an amazing find! Cute rustic authentic looking restaurant serving German classics. If you only take one thing away from this review it’s this : get the pork knuckle. It will not disappoint. My partner got the beef schnitzel and it was flavourless compared to the tender juicy pork.

Normal quality food but expensive. They charged us 7'5 euros for a bottle of water (75 cl)

Very disappointing. Food was not good, both the schnitzel and the chicken were tough to eat……We have been in Berlin for a week and this was unfortunately the poorest restaurant. Waitress was friendly but asked for a tip which was odd. Only place I did not tip this week due to poor quality of the food.

Finally got to taste some south German food in Berlin. Not really matches the Bavarian taste but this is still fine. The beer was great. The price is a bit high but can't complain when it is named 'Bavaria Berlin'. Service was great.

Very tasty and satisfying food, the price tag is high, but the portions are good, 1 dish was enough for us for two. For the kids, they offered a very good version of sausages and fries. A special delight from the strudel - very, very tasty!

Typical food establishment, very well presented and delicious. Reasonable prices and attentive service. The waitress who served us was very friendly, very pleasant and answered all our questions with a smile. It has an outdoor terrace. To return.

The typical authentic German Kitchen , the service was fast and the team speaks English . Tourist oriented place, close to most Famous Berlin cites. The goulash was very delicious. Also the potato soup. The Schnitzel was little bit overcooked - for pork meat.

Good place in the city center where you can taste different dishes of German cuisine. Pretty good value for money, as the portions are very generous! It's a shame that although the service was quite attentive, it was a little late with the desserts.

The place where we sat as a team after the Berlin half marathon. The waiters were very attentive. The food was good. However, because it was so crowded, some of the dishes were finished.

Hearty portions in an atmospheric space very close to the Brandenburg Gate. Do visit it.

Second year in a row coming to Bavaria Berlin and it’s incredible! Great location around lots of sights and the food is 10/10. Super flavorful and all the dishes are delicious. Both inside and outside have great ambiance. Awesome place for authentic German food and vibes

Actually recommended for the location. Where tourists are being ripped off next door, here you get decent portions for your money. And what's more, extremely tasty. Service is 1A, only the sauces shouldn't come out of the bag.

A great Bavarian restaurant close to the main monuments of Berlin. The staff is very friendly and speaks English very well. The atmosphere is pleasant, the beer is good, the food is delicious. The prices are a little high but it's worth it. I recommend this place to everyone to try typical bavarian dishes.
