Great service! Saturday evening, we didn't have a reservation but they made it possible. Great food! The sauerbraten was incredibly tender and tasted fantastic! Delicious beer! All in all, highly recommended.

The Feldschlösschen Stammhaus is a charmingly rustic restaurant with its own unique character. The service is incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive. The cuisine focuses on traditional Saxon fare and is excellent. The portions are generous and even those with a big appetite will find it hard to finish. Feldschlösschen's house beer offers a variety of brews to suit every taste. Of course, there are also alternatives, such as regional wines, trendy aperitifs, non-alcoholic beverages, and even tea. Anyone visiting Dresden should definitely eat here.

That's outrageous...closing over 1.5 hours before closing time "because we have to watch our costs." What kind of place is this? A small start-up brewed in a garage? Unforgivable!

In the entrance, there was an advertising display: 2 white sausages with homemade potato salad for only €18.90. We were all shocked! It's bordering on madness. Otherwise, everything was fine.

For a Monday evening, the restaurant was well-attended but not overcrowded. In October 2025, I celebrated my milestone birthday with 35 people in the Steigerstube restaurant at the main restaurant. Everything went to our complete satisfaction, and we had a thoroughly successful celebration. The food (buffet) was delicious. My wishes were taken into account during the preparations, and there was also a sufficient selection on the buffet for vegans. The service team was very attentive, prompt, and friendly. The guests also praised the food and service.

Went for brunch. The atmosphere was very nice, the waiters were friendly and attentive. The tour with a quaint brewmaster was pretty cool. Now for the food: breakfast was delicious and varied. Lunch could definitely be better. This was a complete flop. The schnitzel and fish were far too dry. The vegetables were a mess. The potato soup tasted like nothing. As for a brewery or pub, I'd reconsider the concept.

Typical brewery atmosphere with a selection of beers to match. Unfortunately, the food lacked that final touch; everything was well-conceived, but the flavor and spices weren't quite fully considered.

The soup is quite salty for Asians. The beer is indeed German and delicious.

Probably the best brewery restaurant in Dresden. Great atmosphere and at least six different beers on tap. The Sauerbraten was amazing. And the service was friendly. Two of us went during the week and were lucky to get a table without a reservation.

Service is great and fast. The cucumber salad appetizer is good. The main course is rump steak, but for me, the portion of vegetables or fries was a bit too small. The rump steak was cut into four pieces, so it got cold quickly. It's better to leave it whole on the plate. The dessert and drinks are good. Many thanks to the team

Hands off! I've been living in Germany for several years, and this employer is the first one who hasn't paid me my money and hasn't sent me a single . I'll be taking legal action soon, as he's also unreachable.

We were there for dinner. The drinks and food are highly recommended. The service wasn't my cup of tea. Everything took quite a long time, orders were incomplete, and at 10:30 p.m. we were told they were closing. It was relatively early for us, even though there were other guests there. Anyway, we went somewhere else. Still, we would come back with a different server.

We were there for a birthday party with a group of friends. The open-plan layout seems loud at first, but once you're seated at the table, you don't hear much from the other guests. The kids were given crayons and a variety of papers to keep them busy, as well as Sudoku – which is very nice. We had to wait a bit for the first round of drinks, but it was at full capacity. After that, it was practically an assembly line. The beer selection is as diverse as you'd expect from a regular restaurant, but otherwise, it's the natural standard for a restaurant. The food is similar: hearty dishes paired with some refined dishes. Vegetarian options are also offered; unfortunately, I can't confirm vegan options (it might have been possible upon request). The children's dish was a bit off, but the service was perfect! Overall, we were very satisfied with the evening and are considering returning again.

We went to the main restaurant for brunch today. The food was plentiful and there was a wide selection. It wasn't crowded and was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and prompt. A half-hour tour of the museum and a 1-liter beer tasting are included in the price. All in all, highly recommended.

The rustic brewery restaurant offers plenty of space, and the friendly service makes you feel right at home. Here, traditional beer culture combines with hearty food. As a guest at the neighboring Achat Hotel, I was able to enjoy this experience a few times. Best wishes from the Allgäu.

I tried for 45 minutes to reach him when he was open, but no one answered.

The place screams "tourist trap" everywhere, and as a tourist, I'm happy to be caught. (Besides, it was right next to my hotel, and I was hungry.) Conclusion: I won't order the snack board again; it was way beyond my taste and, at €17.50, too bland. The prices in general: ambitious. The beer could be served a bit colder, but that's a matter of taste. What I can't fault is the staff: fast, friendly, attentive.

The food and the very friendly service by Mr. Schindler were absolutely top-notch! We had pork knuckle, brewmaster schnitzel, and bruschetta as an appetizer, all absolutely delicious! The beer selection is beyond reproach; there's something for everyone who isn't allergic to alcohol.😄

Even though I waited about 45 minutes for the food, I still gave the service 5 stars. It's entirely possible for an order to get "lost." However, the server contacted me without me having to point it out. The food arrived in a very short time. Very attentive service.

We've been to the Feldschlößchen many times over the past few years. It was an excellent restaurant. Our last visit, on July 5, 2025, was very disappointing. There were no chair cushions in the beer garden, no table decorations, and the tables were dirty. The food was a disaster. Two bratwursts with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut cost €20, and the mashed potatoes were from a packet. The pork knuckle was only warmed up; it was tough and old. We told the waiter this. He was very nice at first, but then he hardly came by anymore, even though there were only a few guests. Very disappointing. This makes the Achat Hotel, where we stayed, no longer worthwhile for us. A very, very sad thing.

As a small wedding party of 12 people, we spent a murder mystery dinner with a buffet here. It was a very nice, successful evening. The communication beforehand to discuss all the details was flawless. You could already tell that the people who acted enjoyed their work. The performance was perfect, and the actors delivered a superb performance. There were breaks to get food – of course, there was a bit of a wait at the beginning, but everyone got their turn and had enough to eat. The beef stroganoff was gone in no time and was very tasty, but everything was back at the next break. The service was friendly, quick, and attentive. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable for a successful evening. Afterwards, we had the opportunity to speak briefly with the actors; they were very personable! We and our guests really enjoyed it and would do it again. Many thanks to the entire team – we will definitely come back (as a couple) 😊 THANK YOU!

Overcrowded, the worst food selection in a long time, and overpriced. Great Dixieland music. There was hardly any smoked pork in the smoked lentil soup. You had to fight for a table for €26.

I had roulade and it was so dry that I was almost dehydrated and the mushrooms advertised were forgotten // it was nicely prepared and the taste was OK but, as already described, extremely dry

We were in very good hands here and booked a package with a daily 3-course menu as part of the adjacent hotel's package. Tasty meals were taken to a new level every day. The best brunch in Dresden, I would say ;). Delicious food, large selection, nice staff and including a tour of the main building. We were there in large numbers for Easter brunch. Everyone was thrilled with the quality of the food and the friendly service. The tour of the main building was informative, exciting and funny. Includes a 0.2 beer for each adult. What more could you want? Are you looking for a different kind of brunch? Then visit the Feldschlößchen Stammhaus.

Today we went to the Feldschlösschen Stammhaus for Sunday brunch. The ambience was very good and the buffet was very tasty. We also took the brewery tour and our guide was very relaxed and explained everything very well. It was very entertaining. Thank you for that! A small note: clearing the tables, especially during the tour, should be better organized! After the tour there were still dirty glasses and dishes on the table.

I was there for the first time recently. I was amazed that all the parking spaces in front of the main entrance were free. But that was because on this Sunday, February 23rd, 2025, it was closing time at 5:00 p.m. However, I had the advantage that I was allowed in again and, upon request, was given a tour with permission to take photos. I was able to get a nice picture of the well-equipped rooms on both floors. You can feel comfortable here and spend 1-2 hours...🤔😄👍

If you want really bad food, this is the place for you. Unwrapped my 1/4 duck (convenience) and put it in the deep fryer. Not well done on the inside, pale on the outside and tastes like chip fat. Sauce from the tetra pack. The best was the Brussels sprouts. It came out of the pan and had a buttery taste. Nothing against convenience in the catering industry, but then please out of the oven. Absolute tourist rip-off. The chef should be ashamed.

There were four of us here and we ordered the gallon with 3.8 liters, which in theory should be 19 glasses of 0.2 liters and after less than 12 glasses the thing was empty.🤬😢 When I asked kindly, the waiter explained to me how this could happen. Sounds like a systematic error to me. He also filled up the missing beer without complaining. But if we hadn't counted meticulously or he wouldn't have believed us, we would have made a loss of around 33%. That's a disgrace. About food I can say: I had two types of veal for just under €30 and the portion was tiny. I was still really hungry after eating. My wife's duck was okay but dry. Our friends' knuckle was below average. When we paid, the worst thing happened: After we paid, a second cellar came and actually asked if we had two gallons? No, we ordered one!!! If it wasn't full and Waiter 1 then refills it, that's 100% no reason to pay for two gallons. We don't have it either. But the question itself is simply outrageous. My conclusion about this location: You do everything to ensure that your guests never come back a second time. I also work in the catering industry and I say I can make such a statement. WE DEFINITELY WON'T COME BACK!!!

The waitresses were super friendly and on the ball. Ambience is also nice. The food is ok, portions weren't big, but the taste was good. However, the soup and the main course were only lukewarm. Prices are a bit too high in my opinion.

We were there again because the food was very tasty. This time everyone was disappointed as the portions were quite small for the high price. We decided to try another restaurant. It's a shame for the parent company.

I came in spontaneously with my daughter on Saturday afternoon. The inn was still quite empty at that time. The little one was immediately given a table with a box of painting materials and the drinks were there in no time. Food was a mix of traditional and modern, upscale. Gladly again.

Very tasty food, my goose leg was a bit dry, which was probably just an oversight because the others were great. Apologies were made and the service was top notch. The portions could be a little larger for a pub like this and the prices, but on the whole we highly recommend it.

We ordered our meals on the menu instead of having Sunday brunch buffet. We waited for 45 minutes for our food delivered to us! The place was packed, but no excuses for us to wait for such long time! We enjoyed their beer very much. As we are on a European beer tour ( from US). This is one of the brewery that was on the itinerary. But the long wait, kills the fun. They also have a so call museum up on the fourth and fifth floor, but not much to see!

When ordering, we went back and forth about what side dishes were available. Price-performance: my opinion 👎. There's just something special missing...

We stayed here because the hotel was right next door. The ambience is great, beer is a matter of taste, but the food doesn't suit our taste. The quarter duck was dry and quite tough, the dumplings dried out. The chicken liver was too raw for us. There was a portion of dumplings with sauce added, but generally it wasn't supposed to happen. A new visit is therefore ruled out. Too bad...
