We didn't eat there but we bought ice-cream to go, I've never seen such a small ice-cream ball portion in my life, as if we're not going to pay!!! I hate such eis-cafès which they treat customers like this!!!

The ice coffee is delicious. The place is pleasant and calm. The service is fast, the staff is attentive.

For lovers of Italian food, we highly recommend the pizzeria 🍕 Italia. They have a fantastic selection of different pizzas, pasta, and other dishes. The pizzas are especially recommended and incredibly delicious 😋. The ambiance is very nice. The restaurant isn't too big, which makes it very cozy. On warm days, you can sit outside on the terrace and sip cocktails. For all pizza fans and visitors to Rothenburg, Italia is a must!

When we arrived with five people, two tables were immediately put together! The service was very pleasant and quick. The waiter, an Arab waiter, was very nice, as was a woman and what I believe to be an Italian chef—all super fast and friendly! The pizza 🍕 and appetizers were delicious! At €6, the Aperol Spritz wasn't too expensive! Truly top-notch.

The last time I ate pizza this good was in Naples!

Ate here two nights in a row. Pizza and bruschetta one night and spaghetti and salad the other. Pizza was a single person size but good. Bruschetta was 4 pieces with lots of tomato and oil but very little basil. Spaghetti was pretty standard and somewhat bland. Salad was large and good vinegar was a bit sharp. Good wine selection. Dessert options were plentiful. Gelato was scrumptious.

Food ok. Service staff very rude. Would not go there again.

We ate here for the first time today and were more than surprised. The pizza is more than just delicious. The dough is so crispy and it's not heavy on the stomach. The tortellini were also delicious. We had ice cream for dessert. The products all come from the region, which you can taste. We'd love to come back.

We were there a total of 3 times during our vacation. We couldn't bring ourselves to go to another restaurant. The pizza is great. Neither of us have ever had such good pizza. The other dishes are also highly recommended. The service is also really nice and well organized. Even though it was quite busy one evening, we didn't have to wait long. We look forward to our next visit!

I left the restaurant upset. My girlfriend paid for my drink and dessert. I was charged again because there was no interest in clarification on the part of the service. I think the pizza is too salty. The ground was soggy.

The restaurant itself is cozy and the service was good. The tomato sauce did not come. We were in Venice in the summer, so it didn't even come close. The pizza was delicious and so was the tortellini.

We ended up here after having a disappointing dinner somewhere else. From the start, it has been a great surprise! The atmosphere is genuine italian, unpretentious, and welcoming. The owner, the waiters and the guy behind the bar were so nice! Even if we had dinner previously, we decided to try a pizza, and it was WOOOWWW! Also have in mind, that they serve dinner till 9.30 pm wich is very late for local standards. Highly recommend!!!!

Best pizza quality, the base stays crispy until you eat it. Friendly and fast service and there is Plose water, one of the best! The desserts in the display case also looked delicious. Centrally located in the middle of medieval Rothenburg, not far from the Christmas Museum. Gladly again!

Italian food is good, but German dishes are less so

We were there for dinner yesterday with 6 people. Even though the store was packed, the service was friendly and on point. Drinks came promptly and food came quickly too. The pasta was very tasty. Definitely a great price too. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Rothenburg

The Eiscafé-Pizzeria Italia restaurant pleasantly surprised us with its excellent service, even serving our group of 14 people at the last minute. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the high quality food was delicious. Without a doubt, it is a place that we would recommend for its hospitality and exquisite dishes.

Our experience at Eiscafe-Pizzeria Italia was very disappointing. The pizza was a big disappointment: too much tomato sauce, factory-made cheese and even mold on my girlfriend's artichoke. In addition, the restaurant was full of flies, which made the food very unpleasant. Despite the Italian owners, the quality absolutely did not meet expectations. Urgent improvement is needed in terms of ingredients and hygiene. I don't recommend this place. It seemed more like a tourist trap than an authentic experience.

Bad, very bad! We had two fruit cups and the fruit in both was chipped and old. Something like that doesn't work! The fact that the two ice cream sundaes were very carelessly prepared fits into the picture. The service is so la la. I definitely won't go there again.

A nice little restaurant where you can sit outside and relax after a strenuous visit to Rothenburg. The staff here is extremely friendly and competent!

The main value of this catering establishment is its price! Yes, the waiter forgets to bring salt and pepper, yes, there is an incomprehensible siesta until 17.00, yes, it cannot be said that the dishes have an exquisite taste. But! All this outweighs the price of dishes! Only 20-25 euros per person! For Germany this is a gift! And the place has a certain charm.

Excellent service from Talal. Very friendly and attentive, has an open ear for everyone, serves high-quality, delicious oil specialties with your meal. The Limocello is also incredibly tasty and is made in-house. From our seat we could look through the hatch into the kitchen. There is constant tidying and cleaning there. The food that comes out all looks very tasty and is immediately brought to the guests. The boss bakes the pizzas herself, she came to our table towards the end of the evening and knew exactly what we had to eat. A very personal restaurant, nothing off the shelf, no quick turnarounds, but the focus is on the guest and all their wishes. It couldn't be better, hence 5 stars from us.

Well, I don't know where the "tastes really delicious" reviews come from, maybe it's a bad day. To be honest, pizza had little taste. Neither good nor bad, rather fairly neutral. It was very reminiscent of the Pizza Rustico from the refrigerated section, both in terms of taste, size and bite. Pasta (Pomodoro and Carbonara) standard, bruschette with spread from the jar. All food came within 5 minutes, even with a preheated pizza oven that's quick, unless everything is already prepared. But the price is okay for what is on offer

The ice cream is expensive and is of poor quality, never again
