Ecco in Köln

Attention: Incorrect opening hours! We made a reservation for Christmas breakfast at 10:00 AM and called today to ask if they also serve breakfast during the week. It turns out they don't open until 12:00 PM, so there's no breakfast. It would have been very frustrating if we had simply arrived to find the doors locked, despite our reservation.

I went to Ecco today with a large group of people and had a very pleasant evening. The food was good, there was a nice selection of vegan options, and the music wasn't too loud. I especially appreciated Mikel's attentive service. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, it was disappointing for the price: hardly any hot dishes, just frozen croquettes and spring rolls – a bit cheeky for a brunch. It was very loud, the service was overwhelmed (one person for everything), and the bill was incorrect in the end. Contactless payment according to the website? No such thing, only cash. The food was okay overall, but neither special nor worth the price. Vegetarian/vegan is more marketing than actual offering here – at least as far as brunch goes.

Beautiful interior, delicious food, lunch menu, friendly service

Stopped in for a quick stop. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. The menu includes homemade pasta, ravioli with goat cheese. A generous portion, very tasty, not overcooked, and a great taste of goat cheese, but not overpowering.

The staff seemed rather lackluster. The restaurant is beautifully located in the heart of Cologne, which still makes the stay enjoyable.

We recently went to Ecco for brunch. The friendly service, who served us really well, was a real highlight. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a huge disappointment. Two hours before the end of brunch, almost everything was gone, there was no refill, and the selection was very limited and of rather poor quality. There were flies and wasps everywhere, and there was no refrigerated cheese, sausage, or salmon, and even the butter was running. The restaurant was almost empty at the time. At €23 per person, plus €5 for a drink, the value for money was unfortunately not justified. In total, we paid just under €56 for this experience, which was a real shame. I hope they improve this in the future, because the potential is definitely there.

Very tasty food, fast and friendly service, everything was great!

Unfortunately, our breakfast visit was disappointing. While the prices seem reasonable at first glance, the quality of the food left much to be desired. The rolls seemed stale, and the cheese served was completely insignificant in taste. The scrambled eggs were undercooked—which is not only unappetizing but also a hygiene concern. I ordered a Coke, which was unfortunately completely stale and lacked any carbonation. Overall, a less than convincing experience—there's definitely room for improvement.

Great location right next to the Severinstorburg in Cologne's Südstadt district. Very friendly and prompt service. Large outdoor area with a view of the city gate. Incidentally, it wasn't a problem that some members of the group only ordered drinks and no food. That's sometimes different at other places. So: highly recommended. The food was good, by the way.

I thought the restaurant was okay. Very friendly staff. I would like to see more vegan/vegetarian options☺️

Top brasserie for outdoor brunch

The menu here on Google Maps isn't up to date!!!!!! Luckily, I just called and asked. And the lady on the phone told me where I could see the current menu, and I had to come in for that! A no-go for me!

We had a great evening here on my birthday, delicious drinks, and above all: incredibly friendly service! We felt well looked after :)

A super delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection. There's something for everyone here.

Pros: - The food was quite tasty (mostly Italian antipasti and salads, but also scrambled eggs and sausage) - the gnocci in sauce were especially delicious. - When the waitress was there, she was friendly. - The table was cleared quickly. Cons: - I didn't get a confirmation for my Google reservation, so I had to call. - We weren't served for a long time, even though two employees showed us a table (so they knew we were there). - We didn't get a menu. - The selection was rather limited for the money. No croissants or decent rolls (they were hard and very light). - It was very hot outside, and the cheese just melted on the buffet. I didn't dare eat any of the sausage or cheese. - Unfortunately, the fruit was sitting on top of a food that was being heated up, so some of it was very warm. Unfortunately, it wasn't refreshing at all. - No card payments accepted. I would have liked more attention to detail at the buffet, more breakfast options, more attentive service, and better rolls. Conclusion: I wouldn't come again. The price/performance ratio is simply not right. I paid €27 for the buffet and a cappuccino.

My friends and I went to Ecco last Sunday around 10 p.m. The terrace was full, but the nice man, Michael, gave us a table. He was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed, but we still had delicious cake and nice cocktails. 🍹 We give Ecco 5 stars. We'd love to come back 👍🏻

The brunch at Ecco was unfortunately very disappointing. The buffet is uninspired and very average. We were also left high and dry for most of the time because it was almost impossible to order drinks with the restaurant half full. The same applied to the (incorrect) bill. The notice on the door stating that the card reader is "broken" has been stuck for so long that it's gathering dust. The advertised vegan options are very limited and unlabeled. When we managed to speak to a server, however, they were friendly.

Where do we begin? Let's start with the positives: The ambiance is quite nice and the location is very central, with plenty of outdoor seating. There was a large selection of salads (pasta and rice) with various vegetables. You have to like them, though. So, in general, there are plenty of hearty dishes, and everyone should find something to satisfy their hunger. There was also tiramisu for dessert. There are information about dietary requirements and allergies everywhere, which makes it very convenient for vegans. Another thing that occurred to me was that the seating is comfortable and the servers are friendly and welcoming. Now for the negatives: Unfortunately, they don't serve typical brunch dishes like croissants or various breads. The rolls were overcooked and very hard. The only softer options were the house-made gluten-free toast and ciabatta. For the brunch price of around €22.90 per person, you get a measly orange juice (0.1L) and no water, which I personally find very pathetic for that price. IMPORTANT: No card payments accepted, cash only. Conclusion: It's worth going there with your vegan friend; it's a different experience. But personally, I wouldn't go here again.

We were at brunch and unfortunately felt a bit lost. We weren't asked what we'd like to drink. The food selection was very vegetable-heavy, the bread was reheated, and there was no fresh bread or cereal. There was just a bowl of fruit compote under a mini chocolate fountain. The service staff were friendly, but paying exclusively in cash is unfortunately outdated.

They don't wear masks, they don't fake smiles – they're genuinely friendly. Beautiful souls, a genuine smile that makes you feel welcome! Having breakfast at Café Ecco means briefly escaping the city's pace. It's nourishment for body, mind, and heart. Not a loud magic—rather a quiet happiness. A place where you don't just eat. Very good brunch offerings. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. There's a wide selection for classic breakfast, a large selection of really good salads (with everything you can make into a salad, except pasta salad), and a selection of hot dishes. For dessert, there was "only" tiramisu, a yogurt dish, and fruit salad. But nothing else fits in until then anyway. I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian. If you can't find anything there, there's no help for you. But even vegan and vegetarian options won't be boring.

Had brunch on the weekend. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and there was quite a large selection. Above all, the scrambled eggs were really good. I skip it at most buffets because it just doesn't taste good, but here I could get enough. The only criticism is that you can supposedly have brunch from 9.30. We were there at 10 and it was still being set up. Likewise, the baked goods were not very good. The pretzels were very hard and the croissants weren't that good either.

I went to Ecko's for brunch today and I'm really disappointed. As soon as you entered, you were greeted with anything but a friendly welcome - unfortunately there was no hospitality at all. The buffet was bland and disappointing in terms of taste; a lot of it just tasted like water. What particularly bothered me was that there wasn't even orange juice at brunch upon request - when I asked, I wanted apple juice, but that wasn't available either. A waitress? None. I had to get my drinks myself at the bar. No service, no smile, no feel-good factor. I really rarely review, but this visit was so disappointing that I couldn't help it. It's a shame - I expected a lot more from brunch.

I was here for brunch this morning and absolutely loved it. From the first moment everything was just right: inviting atmosphere, super attentive staff and a breakfast that left nothing to be desired. The selection was varied, fresh and of top quality - every detail was lovingly prepared. Particularly positive: The warm dishes were really hot and the croissants were heavenly buttery and crispy. The coffee too: first class. You can tell that people work here with passion. I'll definitely be back - absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to start the day with enjoyment!

We were there for brunch with the whole family – and it was simply fantastic! Not only were the vegan options incredibly tasty, the rest of the selection was also huge and there was something for everyone. The staff was super friendly, attentive and in a good mood. As a highlight at the weekend there was even a DJ on site - we really felt like we were on holiday! An all-round successful visit. We'll definitely be back!

Best brunch in town, I spontaneously walked past ecco on a sunny Saturday and was attracted by the local DJ set. All dishes are super tasty, fresh, and diverse. Lots of vegan alternatives and super nice staff. You'll get more than enough fullness. New regular store.

Very friendly staff! Despite the central location, you can sit outside or inside and the decor is very tasteful. Diverse selection at brunch, but I would recommend coming a little earlier, then everything will be a little fresher 😊

We went to Ecco for brunch today. Unfortunately, the service was subpar and the buffet was hardly refilled at all. However, the selection was good and very reasonable for the price.

Vegan food is advertised at brunch, but in the end there is jam and vegetables that are far too fatty. It's a shame, the selection used to be much better. Probably more suitable for vegetarian people or meat eaters. There wasn't enough signage either, so you had to guess which dishes were vegan or not.

The brunch has a very poor price-performance ratio, way too expensive and really not good.

We were there for Sunday brunch, the food is good, unfortunately a lot of things were no longer refilled 90 minutes before the end of the brunch time. I think it's good to make sure you don't have to throw away any food, but a lot of it would still have been eaten in smaller quantities.

We went as a group of five during Carnival and had a bad experience. We ordered a pizza, and the waitress told us it would take 30 minutes, which we accepted. However, after 20 minutes, she came back saying they had run out of pizza dough—without even bringing the menu back for us to choose something else. We had to wait even longer just to get the menu again. We then ordered pasta, which took another 30 minutes. The food was tasty but arrived lukewarm. The poor service continued: the bill took too long, and after waiting, we had to go to the cashier ourselves, only to be told that payments had to be made there—something they could have informed us earlier. Overall, the restaurant was poorly organized, and the lack of communication made the experience exhausting. We took advantage of the Sunday brunch with a larger group. Very large selection, all dishes are regularly replenished fresh, so nothing is really left over. Great vegetarian and vegan options, extremely good tiramisu and apple strudel too. Even though it was very busy, no long wait and service very helpful. Thanks for the nice Sunday :)

For me the price-performance ratio is not right here. For a €22 brunch I would have expected more, especially with the vegan offer, which is widely advertised on the website. The food tasted good, but in my opinion it was pretty average. The selection too. For example, there is one type of roll and neither a selection of bread nor croissants/special rolls etc. There is also no cereal. The staff was friendly, but again I would describe it as average. The toilets weren't particularly clean. The fact that no card payment is possible is also a negative point for me. All in all it was ok for once, but I wouldn't come back

Buffet with different types from potato gratin to börek, from scrambled eggs to tiramisu. At the beginning you get a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice, unfortunately it cannot be filled. You can get very full... Unfortunately, not all dishes have a nameplate on them, which means that you often don't know whether they have meat or not, milk or not, etc.

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio doesn't suit me. If you like to eat vegan and don't like anything else, you're definitely in good hands here. If you want a normal brunch you will either have to go hungry or, like I did, have to finish the pizza that was served. The atmosphere is really nice but when we were there the first hurdle was making a reservation, which wasn't possible online or there was no response. So first look for clues and get your cell phone number. The first message on site was that the EC device was defective. Ok, it can happen. Shortly afterwards it came out that all the women's toilets were locked and also clogged. You have to use the men's toilet. One of the three existing men's toilets was closed. I said just for fun. Let's see what horror news comes next. Ordered green tea……oh. It just went out too... Anyone who thinks at €22.90 there would be the usual fried bacon or Nutella or croissant or jam. Unfortunately none. There is already a lot. But not much for normal eaters. Unfortunately, the hot dishes were only lukewarm. Depending on where you got something from, it could be rather cold. Happy ending. From the age of 6 you pay in full, so families with two kids should expect €115. There is also the parking fee. By the way, finding a parking space is not that easy either. It's very close to the center. The best for last. According to good old custom, the bill was presented on a small block. Final total. Pencil. Complete. When asked for a receipt, my eyes widened. Unfortunately, the JGA got off to a rather unfortunate start.

Reservation was canceled at short notice by the restaurant - calls are not responded to. Now you look stupid as a birthday party...

Brunch is good, dinner is okay too. I don't think the price-performance ratio is that good; sometimes it seems a bit expensive to me.

Reserved several weeks ago. We received an appointment confirmation & a reminder. On site: Restaurant closed due to renovation work. That doesn't work at all. If you reserve appointments online, you should also be able to cancel or block appointments if they cannot be served. Apart from that, as an operator you should publish somewhere on the website or your social media if the restaurant is completely closed. Renovation measures were certainly not spontaneous but had been planned for a long time.

I requested a reservation for Sunday on Wednesday and received no response. Then on Saturday afternoon I tried again via the website and once by phone. I received the cancellation of my reservation after midnight. I have no interest in trying to make a reservation again at some point. I'd rather try one of the many other cafés in Cologne that offer brunch on Sundays and give me a reliable answer.

Celebrated a birthday with 20 people and got very small tables. Staff overwhelmed and very forgetful. The ojuice was only available at constant insistence. Buffet selection was very poor and you had to ask if there were spoons. The absolute lowlight was when paying that the waiter was angry because he had to add the total. Never never never again

I had reserved a table for brunch today for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. Unfortunately, we discovered that the restaurant was being remodeled (apparently until March 18th) when we stood in front of it this morning. Yesterday we received a reservation reminder. Unfortunately that doesn't work at all! We made reservations well in advance to celebrate the birthday and then standing in front of a closed restaurant without any information is more than annoying. There is no information about the renovation work on your website and it is still possible to make a reservation, which is why I suspect that we are not the only ones who are faced with a closed door with a reservation. A short piece of information would have been enough and we could have tried to make a reservation elsewhere. So today, on a Saturday, we had no chance of getting a place anywhere. Addendum: Only the mailbox answers the phone and the email to the address on the website comes back with Maildeliveryfailed.

The three of us were there today for Sunday brunch. It was our first time there and we were looking forward to the advertised vegan selection. We made reservations in advance. It was very crowded when we arrived on time. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't know where to put us. The three of us were given a small table for two. The tables were so close that we could hardly get through, which is of course very difficult for a buffet brunch where you have to get the food. We had to wait almost an hour until we could express our drink request, even though we said three times that we would like to have something to drink. We had already eaten without drinks. I wanted to order a coffee with a milk alternative, which is now standard, especially in a restaurant that advertises vegan dishes. There was no milk alternative. The reason was that it would be rebuilt tomorrow and only the leftovers would be used. That was very disappointing. In general, I found the vegan selection very poor. There was nothing warm vegan. The vegan things that were available didn't taste bad - compared to the vegan feta, which was really nasty. Jam from little plastic pots like those in the hospital. For the price of almost 23 euros, I didn't find the selection and quality sufficient. Even when it got emptier, we weren't asked if we wanted something more to drink. We didn't get the free juice either (I only read afterwards that we should have gotten one). When Rammstein music suddenly started playing very loudly, we (our table neighbors too) felt very uncomfortable. A guest complained about the music and it was at least turned down. I'm sorry but that was the first and last time this store saw me. It's a shame, but there are better vegan brunch offers in Cologne.

We were there for brunch and the food was absolutely delicious and everything was fresh. The employees and the boss are very friendly and the coffee is excellent. We felt very comfortable and welcome. 10/10

The store was too loud and too crowded for me. The waitress was totally overwhelmed. The food wasn't good at all. Worse than a mediocre hotel. Partly cold and not good in taste. Almost 23 euros for that. You get an O juice for free, it's out of the box... Not even the good one, but the one that gives you heartburn. I can't recommend it at all.

Leider musste ich ein Datum angeben darum habe ich den Januar genommen. Leider sind wir nicht dazu gekommen, das Lokal auszuprobieren. Nach 2 x online Anmeldungen und 1 x per Mail Anmeldung für das Sonntagsbrunch diesen Sonntag sowie Anruf und Mitteilung, das man nur online bestellen kann und dann 48 Stunden warten sollte, bis man eine Bestätigung bekommt. Nun sind schon 96 Stunden vergangen. Nichts hat sich getan. Ob das gastfreundlich ist, vage ich stark zu bezweifeln. Aber letztendlich bin ich nun froh, das wir nicht dort hingehen, denn die Bewertungen sind nicht gerade einladend.

There were 9 of us at an 8-person table right at the entrance. So we sat a bit cramped at the table. There was a horde of people almost constantly standing in the entrance area, which made eating very uncomfortable. It's not nice to have your ass stuck in your food all the time. Unfortunately the staff didn't do anything about it. We were there for brunch. The food was ok, but I wasn't particularly impressed. I found the buffet a bit confusing. I wouldn't go there again, and neither would the rest of the family.

Extremely good. Noticeably good service and it couldn't be friendlier. Not pushy but genuinely friendly. We spontaneously went here for brunch.

We were there for brunch and sat nicely against the wall. It wasn't quite as crowded (on New Year's Eve) but still pretty loud. I thought the food from the buffet was good, even if someone in our group didn't think it was Italian enough. The service was friendly and the drinks were good. Finding parking spaces in the southern part of the city is not easy. I also thought the price was okay for brunch. The general rule is: make a reservation.

Wir waren an Heiligabend zu zweit bei Ecco und hatten uns auf einen super Brunch gefreut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar vielfältig, jedoch für den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Man merkt dass die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte (inkl. Kaffee) eher im billigen Bereich liegt, weshalb auch der Geschmack sehr darunter leidet. Insgesamt müssen wir leider sagen, dass wir nicht mehr wiederkommen werden. Preis für 2 Personen: 62 Euro Ps: Verglichen mit dem alten Ecco von vor paar Jahren, welches qualitativ hochwertig war, war dieses Erlebnis ein Reinfall.

Sehr leckeres Essen, nettes Personal, schöne Lokalität

Der Wochenendbrunch ist sehr zu empfehlen, regionale und glutenfreie Kost. Immer verschieden, immer lecker! Die Bedienung ist nicht immer ganz fix und für meinen Geschmack ist die Akustik immer etwas zu laut, bedingt natürlich auch dadurch, dass es immer voll besetzt ist.

Wir waren spontan am Mittwoch da und wurden herzlich vom Chef empfangen. Das Frühstück war toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder❤️

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 13:15 Uhr reserviert. Wir mussten draußen im Regen warten und wurden kurz vor 14 Uhr reingelassen. Das Lokal war bereits viel zu voll, warm, laut und stickig. Das Buffet an sich ist sehr gut gekennzeichnet. Das was noch da war hat mir auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Allerdings waren die veganen Nachtischoptionen die gesamten zwei Stunden, die wir dort waren, komplett leer. Angeblich hat es vegane Brownies und Milchreis gegeben. Davon war aber keine Spur. Auch die veganen Frühstücksoptionen waren eher dürftig. Löffel wurden irgendwann ebenfalls nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Nur auf Nachfrage habe ich einen bekommen. Aufgefüllt wurden sie danach trotzdem nicht. Lediglich die Hauptspeise haben mir gut geschmeckt und davon gab eine relativ große vegane Auswahl. Das drum herum ist noch ausbaufähig. Wiederkommen oder weiter empfehlen kann ich das Restaurant also leider nicht.

Wir haben fast eine Stunde auf unseren reservierten Tisch gewartet, die Leute die dort vorher saßen wurden gebeten zu gehen, obwohl bei der Reservierung nicht kommuniziert wurde, dass der Tisch nicht für den gesamten brunch zur Verfügung steht. Es war also sowohl für diese Familie, die plötzlich gehen sollte, als auch für uns wartenden sehr frustrierend. Zur "Entschädigung" wurde uns zur Überbrückung Sekt gebracht (der im Preis aber sowieso enthalten war). Leider war das brunch Buffet schon sehr leer und es dauerte ewig, bis etwas nachgefüllt wurde. Wir haben die letzten Reste aus den Schüsseln gekratzt. Das Essen war lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und freundlich. Aber die Organisation ist unterirdisch. Völlig überbucht, sodass man den Gästen einfach nicht gerecht werden konnte. Das ist auch alles unzumutbar für die Mitarbeiter, die ihr bestes geben. Man muss hier weniger Reservierungen annehmen oder bei der Reservierung klar kommunizieren, dass man nur zwei Stunden hat, weil dann die nächsten kommen... So war der Besuch sehr enttäuschend und nervig.

Wir waren dort zweimal brunchen. Beide Male war es sehr voll. Die Tische sind alle sehr na beieinander, dadurch ist es dort sehr laut. Obwohl wir reserviert hatten, mussten wir beide Male sehr lange warten, weil keine Tische frei waren. Wir konnten beobachten, dass es auch anderen Gästen so ging. Das Essen ist okay, aber nichts besonderes. Dadurch werden wir wahrscheinlich dort nicht mehr hingehen. Da sich der Stress dafür nicht lohnt.

für Veganer/ Vegetarier ,bestimmt sehr gut... Wenig Auswahl an Käse,Wurst ,Fisch usw. Leider wurde als wir kamen,um 12. 30 Uhr kaum noch aufgefüllt, abgesehen von vergangenen Salaten... Ich muss nicht nochmal hin.

Kann die guten Bewertungen nur teilweise verstehen. Service hektisch, Restaurantleiter überfordert und trotz Reservierung fast 20 Minuten warten. Danach leer geräumtes Buffet mit Aufbackbrötchen. Positiv waren die Salate/ Antipasti und die warmen Speisen. Preis ist für das, was es ist, wirklich deutlich zu viel, da geht man besser in eine Bäckerei.

Am Chlodwigsplatz mein Wohlfühl-Ort der Wahl gerade an Kanrval, da wurde mir sogar ein Wunderhut abgekauft. Das Team schnell und super nett, die kölschen Lück locker und jeck.. und ich liebe das Ambiente mit den runden Spiegeln und den grossen Blumen.

Hervorragend gegessen! 1A Wiener Schnitzel. Große Portion. Ansprechend angerichtet und wirklich sehr lecker! Sehr freundliches Personal, die einen sehr guten Job machen.

Herausragende Auswahl vielfältiger und köstlicher Gerichte und sehr hilfreiche Kennzeichnung der Gerichte (vegan, vegetarisch, Gluten, Laktose). Lediglich der Geräuschpegel wird bei vollem Lokal herausfordernd. Da könnte etwas schallschluckendes Interieur Abhilfe schaffen.

Wir haben hier am 10.11.2023 ein Team Event abgehalten . Schon beim Eintreten wurden wir bereits von der super gemütlichen Einrichtung und dem super netten Personal begrüßt. Wirklich schönes Ambiente und das Essen war durchweg lecker und von höchster Qualität. Nur zu empfehlen das Restaurant! Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten dort ein Team-Abendessen, von einer köstlichen Vorspeisenplatte über die verschiedensten Hauptgerichte bis zum Dessert (Kuchenauswahl) hat einfach alles gepasst! Tolle Cocktails, leckeren Kaffee und sehr freundliche Kellner. Die beste Bewertung von mir ! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Ambiente, super leckere Flammkuchen, sehr freundlicher Service und sehr faire Preise.

Es gibt viele vegane Sachen, und Kaffeespezialitäten auch mit Hafermilch 😁 Der Karottenkuchen war verdammt lecker.

Meine letzte Rezession wurde leider nicht veröffentlicht, obwohl ich nur meine Einschätzung zum Essen abgegeben hatte. Also von mir bekommt das Essen lediglich null Punkte.

Sehr leckerer Brunch, absolut zu empfehlen. Der (Getränke-)Service ist allerdings wenig auf Zack. Getränke brauchen teilweise recht lange.

Absoluter Schrott. Tisch zum Brunch für 12:30 reserviert, um 13:07 immer noch keinen Platz frei. Als wir endlich dran waren, war die Hälfte leer. Absoluter Schwachsinn , kann’s nicht empfehlen!!

Tolles Restaurant mit einem erstklassigen und vielfältigen Brunchbuffett. Ob klassisch, vegetarisch, vegan oder sogar glutenfrei - hier ist für jeden was dabei. Das Servicepersonal ist spitze. Total freundlich, zuvorkommend und flott. Außerdem ist es überaus sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren am 29.10.23 mit guten Freunden zum Brunchen hier und waren äußerst angetan. Sehr schöne Lokalität mit leckerem Essen, reichhaltiger Auswahl und einem überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Stellvertretend für das gesamte Service-Team ist ein Mitarbeiter mit dem Namen 'Johann' zu erwähnen, der in besonderer Weise positiv herausstach. Hier ist der Kunde, also der Gast wirklich noch König. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert, jederzeit gerne wieder! Das Essen war sehr lecker, ich habe mir den Veganen Burger mit Pommes und Salat als beilage bestellt. Der Service war super nett und das Ambiente von Ecco ist einfach gemütlich, romantisch und einfach schön, man kann sich nett unterhalten und lecker Speisen.

Nett, aber eben nur nett. Würde nicht noch einmal zum Abendessen besuchen. Auf der Karte steht viel geblümtes CHI CHI was aber nicht der Realität auf dem Teller entspricht. Brotkorb… ja es kam im Korb. Aber nur das billigste Weizendiscountbaguette. Also Fazit… der allgemeinen Sternebewertung würde ich nicht ganz viel Glauben schenken. Vielleicht können Sie Frühstück u Mittag/Kaffee besser. Die Bedienung war jedoch super. Daran lags nicht

Leute, den Laden müsst ihr ausprobieren. Wir waren zum Samstag Brunch dort. Sogar ich mit meinen Lebensmittel Allergien hatte Lust auf Essen. Alle Speisen sind gekennzeichnet, so dass ich reichlich Auswahl hatte. Ob vegetarisch oder vegan, alles dabei. Tolles, zuvorkommendes und ehrlich freundliches Team. Gehe sehr gerne wieder hin. Besser man fährt mit der Bahn rein, denn Parkplätze sind schwierig zu finden und die Gebühren kosten ein Vermögen, 18€ für 4 Std. in der Südstadt...

Leider an einem Sonntag zur Mittagszeit auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Es sei denn Sie möchten trotz Reservierung lange draußen warten, eine Atmosphäre wie in einem Bahnhof mögen, absolut leeres Buffet, welches gar nicht mehr aufgefüllt wird stundenlang anschauen möchten, hinter den Kellnerinnen für Getränke laufen wollen und ewig an der Kasse stehen mögen und das alles am Ende richtig teuer bezahlen wollen. Dann ist das was für Sie. Für uns aber- nie wieder!!

Mein Bruder hat dort gearbeitet und auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage nie sein vollständiges Gehalt ausgezahlt bekommen (über 1000€ fehlen). Außerdem wurde er bezüglich der Anmeldung immer wieder angelogen, hat also ungewollt zwei Monate schwarz gearbeitet. Die Chefin belügt ihre Mitarbeiter und nutzt diese aus.

Brunch enttäuschend! Keine Körnerbrötchen nur aus Weizenmehl! Brot aus dem Supermarkt! Geschmacklos und hart! Wurst und Käse haben keine gute Qualität! Alles eher billig Produkte! Das Obst ist auch nicht lecker! Keine richtige Beschilderung! Warmes Essen gab es auch nicht wirklich! Alles sehr fettig! Nichts besonderes und meiner Meinung auch viel zu teuer! Toiletten sind leider auch nicht sauber gewesen. Fazit: ich werde nicht mehr wieder kommen!
