Super greasy unfortunately.. The chicken teriyaki was duck? I wouldn't come back. Probably okay for the price.

A really cute restaurant, with very tasty food. The staff is very friendly and always committed. The fortune cookies after paying sweetened our day and we were able to enjoy a pleasant dinner with the appropriate atmosphere.

we ordered a chicken teriyaki and a special dish of the day (which was a duck, noodles and veggies). the chicken teriyaki itself was delicious, but the vegetables and the rice were bland in taste, same as the dish with duck. I ate all of the meat, but couldn’t finish most of the noodles and veggies cause it was simply just not very tasty. the prices were fair though! the staff is very nice and friendly and they offered us some free spring rolls and fortune cookies. the poor waiter was running around and serving everyone all by himself (on a saturday!) 😭

As an Asian student in hamburg, this place was a lifesaver for providing cheap and great tasting asian food. Personal Recommendation would be S2 on the menu, which was my favourite as the sauces tasted great and spicy. The auntie that always took our order was always very friendly and polite and also provides recommendations for us to try 👍

Delicious food without a long wait at affordable prices in a central location.

Half of the dishes we wanted weren't there, not even a bottle of water. The taste and atmosphere also disappointed me.

For the first time I ran into a MOUSE in a restaurant. CONCLUSION: - Food cold - Non-carbonated drinks - Smell of toilet in the entire upper area - Encounter a mouse in the restaurant upstairs NEVER AGAIN! I'm still a little nauseous when I think about where else the mouse/mice are. And when we asked the owner or the employee about it, it was probably not an unknown problem.

Great for the lunch break. The two ladies at the counter are sweet and extremely friendly, lunch costs less than 8 euros and despite the huge rush there is little waiting time.

Friendly restaurant. The "classics" of pan-Asian cuisine that we know and like in Germany are served - and they are good, although certainly not surprising, but above all at very fair prices that are actually reasonable for Hamburg city center. Service is a bit chaotic, but friendly, helpful and quick. The restaurant has an interesting charm, somewhere between a snack bar and a restaurant - but we felt comfortable as a family.

I had a fantastic experience at EAT near Jungfernstieg in Hamburg. The food was delicious, fresh, and absolutely worth the price. Absolute insider tip for cheap lunch in downtown Hamburg

It should be forbidden for restaurants to only accept cash. This restaurant doesn't accept card payment, so I won't eat there.

Came here for lunch, based on previous review had high hopes. Found the ordering system confusing as some were stood up at the counter to order whereas there was a single waitress also taking orders. We ordered the mixed starters, I had chicken teriyaki and my partner ordered roast duck. The food arrived fairly quickly however my food was cold. There was hardly any flavour and it was not at all enjoyable. My partner's roast duck was "all right', except he had asked for spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. We're hoping we just caught them on a bad day, but overall it wasn't an enjoyable experience and we won't be returning.

For me it was the crispiest and tastiest duck I've ever had and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I would love to come back.

Well, quite cheap by Hamburg standards. Unfortunately, a lot of information about the courts is missing. Because I don't know what's behind 'Balando' or 'Bumbu-Rujak'. The three small spring rolls as an encore/greeting from the kitchen were certainly meant to be nice, but they were at most lukewarm and tended to be too cold. Chicken Balando chosen for wine was ok, but the broccoli was not only al dente but also hard. Not a repeat for me.

A unique Indo-Chinese spot a few minutes from Alster Lake. I tried their set menu, which included a starter and main course, which were full of flavour and beautifully presented. The modern decor and diverse menu make it a great place for a relaxed dining experience which is reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the seasonal specials, which highlight local ingredients in creative ways. What also stood out for me was received one of the best, friendly and prompt services by both the waiter and owner of the restaurant. Highly recommend.

The location is OK, with some seating directly in front of the building’s entrance, so you’re facing people coming and going. It’s only a bit unpleasant if there are no other seating options available and you must have a sit there. 😅 The food, however, was really delicious. 😋

I've been coming here for years! The sweet and sour chicken tastes so incredibly good here - no other shop can compete!!! The quality of the food has always been excellent for years and they have hardly increased the prices. The lady at the checkout is always so incredibly friendly 😊

It's a nice restaurant, I found the meat a little tough and the sauce cold, but it's a very reasonable price for Asian cuisine at a pretty good price in the most beautiful part of the city.

Unfortunately, the food was cold and visually unappealing, which significantly affected the enjoyment. The taste was also disappointing and less than appetizing, leaving the dining experience far below expectations. In addition, the cleanliness of the chairs left something to be desired - they were so dirty that it was uncomfortable to even sit down. The overall impression was further worsened by the fact that it was uncomfortably warm inside. The lack of air conditioning created an oppressive atmosphere, which made the stay even more difficult.

Entranti senza tante pretese ma è stato un ottimo pranzo, piatti che per me sono più thai che cinesi molto buoni e abbondanti, sia il riso che i noodless sono molto buoni così come gli spiedini di pollo Locale pulito personale cortese prezzi molto buoni (tranne l'acqua che costa una fucilata).

Nice chinese - indonesian restaurant in Hamburg centrum. Food was tasteful, reasonable pricing, service was really good and practical, good and nice decorated ambiance. Went their twice, ordered their chicken with rujak sauce and chicken a la eat and never disappointed. Definitely will return again whenever i visit the city again.

Located in the middle of the city, an attractive restaurant. The upper floor was closed, but I have to say that it is much more comfortable and spacious there. The service is really quick for the guests. We were immediately welcomed and shown to the table. The menus were also available straight away. However, there was no indication of the offers at the counter. Ultimately we took it from there. Chicken terriyaki and the so-called menu S2 Chicken Bamboo very spicy. It was spicy, not very spicy. Both dishes were simply delicious. I added more seasoning to the chicken terriyaki. Everyone has their preferences. Priced at €8.50, it's completely okay. The portion was the right size. All in all it was a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend the restaurant.

Lunch (spring rolls, main course and mandarin) for 7.20 euros. Incomprehensible. It tasted good too.

We went here for lunch and I have to say it was definitely worth it. A portion of soup/spring rolls is very cheap and fills you up. We tried sweet and sour fish, fish was crispy breaded with a good portion of rice. You order at the counter and pick up the food yourself. A total of 2 floors, beautifully furnished in Chinese style. Lots of Asian snack dishes, but there is also spaghetti to choose from. There should be something for everyone. Great way to eat cheaply for lunch in the city center. I highly recommend it!

The food was very tasty and came quickly. The curry was especially great. Unfortunately, knives were missing and the waitress wasn't there for a long time after the food was delivered to order a knife. The lychee juice was very good and the waitresses were very nice. At the end we were kindly given fortune cookies. Recommended.

Incredibly nice service!!! The madness! There is an older gentleman who clears up, waits, brings the menu and also serves etc...he is so super friendly and nice, it really warms your heart! The food was also great, we had Chop Soey once which was good... and then baked chicken (chicken balls) with sweet and sour sauce, wow that was sooooo soooo good! It's a shame that I only discovered the shop now. You can eat on site but we took our food to go, we didn't have to wait long and it was well packaged. Update: We are there regularly now. The food is still great, the service, packaging and waiting time are great and the price-performance ratio is actually unbeatable, especially in the city center. Really great, keep it up!! PS: Sometimes I consciously choose 2 Portions because it still tastes really good the next day and sometimes even the day after that.

I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Incredible! Can only recommend this restaurant. The service is also very nice.
