Döner Paradies in Koblenz

I've been going to Dönerparadies regularly for a few years now, but I have to say that it tastes even better lately!

Very good food and friendly people

Ready-made wraps from Lidl, cleanliness so-so. I actually remember the place really well, but that was a while ago. Staff were quick and friendly.

Delivery took almost 2 hours and the pizza was completely burnt. It ended up in the trash. 👍🏻

Overpriced and doesn't taste good

Yesterday, on September 9, 2025, at 8:45 PM, we ordered one pizza and two doner kebab plates from Uber. I wrote in the comments that I only wanted chicken and not veal. The delivery was only veal. I called the delivery person and he said they only serve chicken on Fridays and Sundays, but he wasn't sure, so he recommended I call the restaurant. I then called, and guess what? It wasn't available. We tried 100 times, and they still said the same thing. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Rude employees who can't handle complaints and grievances. I've never seen such rudeness in my life. Not even an apology or anything. I order something and I'm missing something from my order, and then they say it's taking a while. Never again. Zero friendliness.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The food was burnt. I ordered a doner roll and received a regular doner, like in the picture. I tried to call repeatedly to inquire about my order, but no one answered. I do not recommend it.

Got the wrong food and poor quality

Announced delivery time 40 minutes. After an hour still nothing, no contact possible. After almost 2 hours the driver is finally at the door, the food is cold, the fries are still half raw, the falafel has been fried for so long that you can hardly bite it. Absolute disgrace. Never again.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The kebab was made completely wrong, tasted bad, and was completely cold. I absolutely do not recommend it!

Best pizza and kebab, everything was great when drunk. Service also great. Water also good quality and very refreshing after a few Kölsch. Unfortunately the sauce was forgotten in the kebab. Still good.

Very disappointed. I ordered a döner with double meat, but received a regular one - there was clearly less meat than there should be. Everything was done sloppily, they didn’t even wrap it properly, they just wrapped it in foil. As soon as I opened it, the döner immediately disintegrated. It was inconvenient to eat, and the taste left much to be desired. This quality for this price is simply unacceptable. I won't come here again.

I am disappointed with my visit to this kebab restaurant. First of all, the change was incorrect, which gave me the impression that the staff is incapable of carrying out simple transactions correctly. When I brought this up I was told it was normal and not to worry. However, this is unacceptable. Additionally, the employee appeared to have no knowledge of the products and was unable to adequately respond to questions. There was definitely a lack of professionalism and customer focus. Additionally, I have doubts about the positive reviews of this place. It seems as if some fake reviews are intended to improve the image of the restaurant. Overall my experience was disappointing and I won't be coming back 👎

I would like to tell you about our experience in this The four of us were out and about and had a relaxing evening, where we had a bit of a drink and then had a small bite to eat. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when a guest paid for his meal with a 50 euro note, even though he only owed just under 20 euros. However, the cashier claimed that the guest had only given him 10 euros (be that as it may). When the guest tried to clarify the situation, he was expelled from the restaurant in front of all the snack bar guests. But that wasn't all: Six people, including employees of the snack bar, then brutally attacked the guest, so that he was seriously injured and despite the fact that he was already on the ground, he continued to be brutally kicked. After we made it clear to the staff that their behavior is unacceptable, we were even threatened and had to call the police, even they didn't show up... only after more than 12 Minutes after the incident we saw a police car patrolling the street without a siren or siren? Out of fear? But the incident still remains shocking and disappointing. We hope that such incidents do not go unpunished. This store is not recommended at all given the taste.

Prices are shown above, if you then order a pizza at the price shown above, they charge €1 more on the grounds that there is no small size in the evening. I then wanted to cancel the pizza immediately and get my money back, but that didn't work because it was supposedly already in the oven within the 30 seconds complained about. I had a kebab for 7.50 euros and it wasn't worth it in terms of taste. I had a piece of cable tie in the salad and almost swallowed it, really unbelievable... 😬🤢

Sehr Lecker, wenn auch nicht billig

Only bad. The kebab meat is tough like chewing gum and the garlic sauce was completely watered down 🤢. I threw the kebab away after biting into it twice.

8€ für eine mini Döner Rolle, viel zu teuer. Geschmacklich auch nicht das, was ich mir erhofft habe. Zu wenig Soße und zu wenig Füllung.. schade!

Das ist der beste Dönerladen in Koblenz . Ich habe schon viele Dönerläden probiert aber Döner Paradies ist mein Favorit Bedienung Top essen Top einfach der Döner ist Perfekt mit dem Fleisch frischen Zutaten und Das Brot eine 12/10 der Laden ist empfehlenswert vallah Automat hat auch gegönnt .
