I ordered a Caesars Chicken Salad and specified in the instructions that it should only contain green salad, chicken breast strips, and, if possible, mozzarella balls. I received a box of green salad leaves. Nothing else. On the phone, they didn't believe me, and after seven minutes of arguing, they hung up, probably because I was getting very upset about not being believed. When I went to the restaurant and showed them my order, they told me I should look at the receipt instead of my order (?). The receipt is available on Uber after 24 hours. Their printed order stated "PLEASE" as the instruction. The receipt in the system said "Please only green...". The fact that the text was OBVIOUSLY cut off was blamed on me, instead of considering that the error might be in their system. Since they still believed they were right, he said he would make me a new one, but that I would not receive anything from them in the future, which I refused due to their statement and their ignorance.

The service staff rudely insulted me in response to my questions, which is actually a criminal offense, and I will never order from Domino's in Alt-Saarbrücken again! It's the lowest of the low!

I've ordered there for the second time now and didn't receive the promised discount!!! The app promises a second pizza for half price. However, it doesn't tell you that the coupon isn't valid for a lunch pizza. This is only mentioned if you read the coupon's terms and conditions. You could set up the app to warn you when you use the coupon. The first time, it said you only get the second pizza for free if you pick it up (offered 2 years ago). But since I had it delivered, I didn't get the offer. This wasn't explicitly mentioned back then either. I will NEVER order from there AGAIN. My pizza was only lukewarm on both orders.

We had a good three dozen different pizzas delivered to the office today by appointment, and everyone was thrilled. The delivery was on time, the pizzas were warm, delicious, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The vegan versions were also all very tasty, and there was hardly any difference from "conventional" pizzas. We are completely satisfied and would happily order again.

Delivery is always very fast, always under 30 minutes, often 20-25 minutes. So, top-notch. The pizza is also great; I always customize it and always find it delicious. There's nothing to complain about, keep it up. I can't say anything about the other products, as I always eat the same self-assembled pizza, and as I mentioned, it's always top-notch. I really don't understand the negative reviews here.

The vegan cheese still takes a bit of getting used to for my taste, but overall the pizza tasted solid. It is clear that the taste of this pizza does not come close to a fresh, Neapolitan pizza, which I personally prefer. However, for a quick snack or an uncomplicated order for home, Domino's is a good alternative. I found the price of 9.50 euros for the small pizza reasonable and not overpriced. I cannot understand the criticism of supposedly high prices. The staff was generally friendly without being particularly attentive to the guests, which is fine for a diner like this. Finally, I tried a cheese cake pizza for dessert. This came in a small, sweet portion – a kind of mini pizza – and tasted really delicious. The portion size was totally appropriate for a dessert. In summary, I can say: Domino's in Alt-Saarbrücken offers a solid selection, especially for vegetarian and vegan customers. The store seemed clean, the open kitchen gave a good impression of hygiene, and the prices are reasonable. It's a good option if you're hungry quickly, even if the taste of it can't compete with a fresh, handmade pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly, it is very expensive. And it takes a long time for the orders to be prepared. Also, we wanted to eat with friends, but instead of politely telling us that we should eat out because a friend had a dish somewhere else, the saleswoman told us a very nasty NO. She didn't want to hear anything, we wanted to negotiate, we are French, but we tried to learn German so we could talk to her. She didn't care, no kindness.

Very tasty vegan pizza🍕 😋 I think it's great that Dominos has such a great vegan range. I went here on the recommendation of another vegan and I loved it. I've gotten pizza from Dominos twice since then. The base is nice and crispy, the vegan salami and the “cheese” are very good. I had pre-ordered and the pizza was ready for pickup on time. We are stranded here locally. Very clean for a Domino's and the service was very friendly. The lady behind the counter was also very nice and even gave us access to the toilet, which is usually locked. All in all a very friendly and tasty experience. Pizza was fresh and well topped.

Food is not prepared on request and dips are simply not provided even though you pay. When asked we were told we had no more dips. Why sell something you don't have? Sorry but I'll never go there again.

Rude as night, the pizzas are so greasy that the cardboard packaging is soggy after 10 minutes. I don't know how they make the pizzas, but you should probably learn that again. Apparently no one can do it.

Underground, we ordered several pizzas and they arrived. There was a hair about 6 inches long on one of the pizzas. When we spoke to the owner on the phone, we were brushed off and told that the hair could only have come from us. All in all, not a nice experience.

I had some porkfree pizza, caprese and rosties. Caprese was fine.. porkfree pizza was the worst pizza i had in my life. I tought Dominos is worlds franchise but apparently not.

Doesn't deliver to the same area or the employee was lazy/incompetent.

Ich bestelle wirklich gerne bei euch, jedoch nervt es unglaublich dass ihr am laufenden Band Gerichte und Zutaten entfernt. Es wurden schon so viel Sachen entfernt die mir schmeckten. Zb das Pastagericht mit Pesto und baconchips, nicht nur das Gericht sondern auch die Auwahl zwischen Spagetti und Penne wurde entfernt.

Bestellen und abholen oder zu einem höheren Preis liefern lassen.

Essen schmeckt ganz gut, hätte ich selbst aber besser hinbekommen. Wenigstens kam es heiss an. Der Lieferant kann nicht mal hallo sagen, packt in Zeitlupe aus. Ich hab ihm Trinkgeld gegeben, damit er beim zählen des Geldes nicht noch einpennt und einfach geht… da bestelle ich nicht mehr. Übrigens konnte der noch nicht einmal tschüss sagen.

Alles super! Ich bestelle immer in der App damit ich die Pizza im Vorbeifahren mitnehmen kann und nicht warten muss (Parksituation ist in der Gegend nicht optimal ;D). Die Pizza ist immer lecker und die Pizza Rolls sind auch top.

One of the best domino’s pizzas I have ever eaten is from this branch. They deliver finger-licking red Thai curry pizza upon order within an hour. Now a days I don’t find this Thai pizza online. But I wish it was back in the menu soon again. Highly recommended for people who love pizzas and want to try new flavours.

Die veganen Pizzen sind extrem ausgeklügelt. Man merkt deutlich, dass Domino's hier bei den Zutaten keine halben Sachen macht. Die Lieferung erfolgt jedes Mal extrem(!) schnell und das Essen kommt stets heiß und unversehrt an. Wir haben schon in mehreren Großstädten bei Domino's bestellt. In Saarbrücken schmeckt es jedoch mit Abstand am besten!

Bei der Lieferung gab es öfters mal kommunikative Probleme…

Die Preise sind in Ordnung, das Essen schmeckt gut und es wird schnell geliefert. Rundum zufrieden. Ich empfehle den Newsletter zu abonnieren. Da gibt es immer günstige Angebote. Der Nachteil ist das man durch den Newsletter ständig daran erinnert wird, dass man ja Pizza bestellen könnte 😬

Mega schnelle Lieferung. 30 min. und das an einem Samstag Abend. Jede der sieben Pizzas war super lecker und der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Dankeschön für das tolle Essen.

Wir finden Domino's super lecker! Man muss dazu sagen, dass es keine "klassisch italienische" Pizza ist, sondern wirklich American Style. Mein absoluter Favourit ist die Cheeseburger Pizza. Was blöd ist: sie liefern nicht nach Gersweiler. Aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden. Ansonsten ist alles super fix zubereitet und echt heiß. Ich find's klasse :)

Wir haben 4 Pizzen bestellt, eine davon wurde leider vertauscht, nach einem kurzem Telefonat haben wir die "richtige" Pizza bekommen, und das sogar in Medium. Die "falsche" Pizza durften wir trotzdem behalten. Das spricht für einen guten Service.
