04/09/25 absolutely disappointing, a pizza over 18 euros. Pizza fart dry, cheese couldn't be found, seen or tasted for me, I ordered additional ingredients, with the cheese another one was missing - cost 2.99 euros. Pizza is cold, even though it's almost 700 meters away from me. Why do you do/are like that??? Don't bother, you don't give a damn about customers, that's what I do 👎

I ordered the crazy dog ​​pizza and hot dog pizza rolls. Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied this time. The cheese crust was left out, the sausages were no longer good and the pizza rolls were unfortunately not completely baked... It's a shame, but next time I'll order from a different provider. But it arrived on time and the delivery person was nice.

They don't listen to what I say, they give an additive (cheese) and (onion) each addition costs 3 euros😳 I won't buy here anymore. And the service here is very bad, I haven't even talked about the atmosphere...

Very good pizza, tested and never disappoints

Salad Caesar's Chicken for €10, see for yourself. There's actually just lettuce in there, some inedible parts of the lettuce, then some breadcrumbs and two small tomatoes. It's such a disgrace to charge €10 for this. Some people are no longer ashamed of anything.

We recently ordered there, 20-30 minutes turned into 1.5 hours until we called them and canceled the order, what we were promised. After 2 hours they wanted to bring us a pizza but then refused to accept it . I can only advise against it

1 star is too much. I called several times about the allergens. The shift or operations manager, Felix, told me that there were no allergens labeled in any of the pizzas. That's the first indictment if you know your stuff :D, actually it's no laughing matter, but this guy wanted to make it clear to me that there are no allergens in any sausage or cheese or dough and so on.??? Salami without mustard? Rare, hollo without celery? It's like shrimp without seafood. Termination, replacement or closing the place. Food inspection and proof of training from the MA comes

We've already had it delivered once and picked it up once... pizza was ready quickly and not so well cut but tasty.

Never again. The 45 minute delivery time has become 2 hours. Then the wrong pizza and cold. Unfortunately the box was only opened in the kitchen when the driver had already left. Ordered online and no possibility of exchanging or giving an opinion because the service window was suddenly closed.

Absolute disaster, pizza rolls were cold, the cheese was still hard and the dough was almost raw. From the outside it was only in the oven for a short time. I tried several and took a photo this time. The dough was similar to pizza and the cheese had barely melted. This was the third order at the location and two of them had similar defects. Will not order there again

For an additional charge (!!!) salami was exchanged with vegan salami on a Lucifer, it arrived mixed with real salami and vegan. If I order pizza for €14(!!!) I should at least be able to reach into the right bowl. Pizza is actually delicious, but something like that doesn't work at all

Ordered online, arrived on time, they say we'll let you know when they're ready. Wait a long time, then: “…you also ordered online…, is that you?” Yes, those were our pizzas, now lukewarm and hardly better than the cheapest net pizza! 1x is definitely too much, not again...

Very friendly service and a delicious Pizza Conchita.

I really like Dominos pizza! It's just stupid that the minimum order value has now been increased to 15.90 euros. Unfortunately, as a single person, I can't reach the price and I don't want to order something to drink or a dessert just to get to the minimum order value. It's a shame but I won't be ordering anything else for the time being. If the minimum order value is lowered again at some point, I would be happy to order again.

We always get delicious pizza to take away here, you can't eat here on site.

The pizza was only cut in half. It really wouldn't be too much to ask to cut them into equal pieces and not just leave out half. Catastrophe. Also, people simply don't give enough money back as if it were a given that they tipped.

Relatively fast delivery, polite staff

Ordered something again today after a long time and were totally disappointed. Pizzas were lukewarm, the edges were cold and dry. Chicken wings also lukewarm. Definitely expected more for the sum of just under €42. We are satisfied with this quality and will no longer order from Dominos.

Order arrived quite quickly, just waited about 45 minutes. The food we ordered was okay but that was it. Nothing special... the taste was okay... it could have been hotter in our opinion. The gentleman who delivered the food to us was very friendly, which isn't always the case with delivery people.

Today we ordered from Dominos again for a long time and what can I say. Now I know why we haven't ordered for a long time. Delivery time couldn't be specified, so we assumed the worst (that would have been 45 minutes), but unfortunately this turned out to be a fallacy. The first call came after 1 hour and said the food was out of the oven and on its way to us in about 10 minutes. That didn't work either...2. Call a quarter of an hour later and I was told that food was out 5 minutes ago, so now it's been 15 minutes on the way and it's basically there. In addition, I was rudely informed that it was taking longer today and that all customers had to wait over an hour and that the employees couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived it was cold, but the driver, who was least responsible for the misery, was at least friendly. For us, the last time we ordered from Dominos. It's a shame, because things used to be better.

Rarely have I experienced such poor customer service on the phone. Greetings go out to Nicole. Ordered online but overlooked that self-collection was selected. When I asked by phone whether the order could be delivered at an additional cost, it was immediately rejected in a snippy tone and flimsy excuses. 2 pizzas and 2 wraps end up in the trash instead. It's unbelievable that there is no possibility. Plausible arguments are not available. If the tone was reasonable I would have ordered a new one but no thanks.

We ordered and received 6 delicious pizzas, didn't have to wait long despite the crowds and were entertained in a friendly manner. Thank you very much and see you in the next few days. 😊👍🏻❗

It was good and quick to pick up myself

Pizzas in this branch are always far dry with very little toppings. I know the Dominos products from other branches and they taste good there too. Only not in the northwest of Lüttenklein. It's not the first time, but this time it's the last time. Just talked to the employee that the pizza had hardly any sauce and cheese with lots of unfilled areas. Apparently the pizza was prepared according to specifications. If that is the case, then I will never order there again. It's impertinent to charge so much money for a dry piece of dough.

Liebe Pizzafans ! Ich bin normalerweise nicht der große Pizzaesser und stehe mehr auf Hausmannskost. Aber was die da abgeliefert haben , ist einfach göttlich. Die Zustellung war schnell und sehr nett . Hoffentlich bleiben uns noch ein paar Spezialisten in der heutigen Zeit erhalten. Macht weiter so.

Pizzabrötchen waren ungenießbar und Pizza zu lange im Ofen . Brokkoli war schwarz... Sind besseres gewohnt von Dominos. Schade

3,99 Pizza für Selbstabholer mit dem Pizza-Tracker auf die Minute fertig. Dazu noch einen flotten Spruch beim Abholen trotz mega viel Stress. So macht es doch Spass. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Qualität der Produkte hat sich verbessert, Pizza ist nicht mehr versalzen. Für ein Fastfood - Restaurant nicht gerade preiswert. Es wäre schön, könnte man hier bei Abholung während der Wartezeit auch einen Kaffee bekommen, muß ja nicht gratis sein. Personal ist freundlich und kundenorientiert, die Wartezeit im allgemeinen in Ordnung.

Mein Lieblingsladen in HRO wenn Dominos das hier, immer Gute Qualität und so gut wie nie Wartezeiten

Die Zubereitung der Pizza hat sehr lange gedauert aber sonst sehr gut!

Lecker auch wenn das Personal leicht gestresst ist...😅

Gerichte sind halt fertig essen. Keine Selbstgemachten Produkte und der Teig von der Pizza und den Pizzabrötchen sind sehr hart. Spaghetti Cabonarar schmeckt nach gar nichts. Nicht so wirklich zu empfehlen aber der Laden wird auch so genug Absatz finden. Die Salate sind in Ordnung aber zu teuer.

Beste Pizza Ever !!! Schneller Service, sehr freundlich, Preis Leistung perfekt und der Käserand einfach grandios....
