The service was very good, but unfortunately there was a mistake in the billing at the end. That means we paid more. As the receipt said, we called the store the next day and asked for an adjustment and were told that we would be called back. This has not happened to date, there is no e-mail address where you can submit this request in writing. Regarding the service, I have to say that I see the waitress doing her best and of course a mistake like this can happen. But to leave that aside, I don't think it's okay, the food, the ribs were very dry, the beef patty as well. So a maximum of three for the food was a big mango, the toilets weren't clean.

Every visit to Warnemünde also includes a visit here, you can eat the best ribs there, but many other dishes are also recommended, many thanks to the friendly service and the lovely time

Very tasty steaks from the lava stone grill, but also exotic dishes are on the menu. The portions are very generous. The staff is very friendly and quick. A reservation is definitely recommended. We will definitely come back when we are in Warnemünde again. Highly recommended.

The cheeseburger really wasn't good. Bread was toasted for too long, the cheese (slice of Gouda) doesn't fit in at all, nor does a slice of cucumber. The patty was not seasoned at all and very dry because it was completely fried. The fries could have used 1-2 minutes longer in the deep fryer. For me there is little love for the end product, anyone who can cook just a little bit can do it much better at home. The service was very good, the lady was very attentive and friendly. The food 1 star and the service 5 stars. Beer also tasted good and was nice and cold :)

Very friendly service and delicious food. We went close to the off-season, were immediately seated, and the food arrived very quickly. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a place to eat good meat near the promenade.

Food and ambience poor, We would have expected better for the price. Feels like canteen food. Steak with seasoned meat was both extremely dry, tasteless, not a bit of garnish Noodles with beef weren't a hit either, so just compliments to the service, they were quick and nice.

The food is absolutely inedible. The burgers and ribs have been dead for three years and are incredibly dry. What does the beetroot sauce do on the burger? This store is really unbearable.

We had a spontaneous meal here today after an almost 4 hour drive. The staff is more than accommodating, polite and animal-loving. Our dogs immediately got water and the food was amazing - the ribs melted in their mouths. We can more than recommend it.

Be careful with the dish of the day: steak with seasoned meat. The flour paste with the pieces of meat comes from the supermarket canned food, the steak is the sole of a shoe. The only good thing about the dish are the potato wedges with the sour cream.

So yes. We were there yesterday, I ate the XXXXL citizen. Visually it looks pretty good, but unfortunately it tastes poor. 2000 grams are advertised, of which maybe 200g is meat, the rest is a side dish and dry bread. My wife had to wait half an hour for her starter. After I finished the burger, the lady said, well, I'll prepare her main course. It's not particularly inviting inside and the toilets resemble a pub the way it smells. But the service was very nice.

I tried the XXXL Burger Challenge, but unfortunately I couldn't make it. It's a shame that you "only" get the burger on the house if you manage it without, for example, some cash on top or free drinks. Otherwise it was very tasty and the service was polite.

Auch dieses Jahr war ich wieder im Hurricane. Zugegeben bin ich Wiederholungstäter und dieses Jahr im Urlaub 4x da. Das hat aber auch den Grund, dass das Steakhaus im Gegensatz zu anderen Restaurants zeitig öffnet und man hier das gute Rostocker Dunkel vom Fass bekommt. Der "11 Uhr Tee" ist hier immer gerettet. Aber Spaß bei Seite: die Speisen sind hier auch sehr gut. Egal ob Burger, Steak oder Salat, ich habe es sehr genossen.

Vom BBQ-Teller war das Rückensteak zwar hart, aber zumindest zu beißen, das Huftsteak zäh und das „Filet“ eine Schuhsohle. Die Pommes in Sauce ertränkt. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Innenbereich wackelige und knarrende Sesseln.

I was unlucky, the spareribs, advertised as "the full load" on the menu, were bad. Not bad in the sense of bad, but rather dry and not recommended in terms of taste. Otherwise a well-attended restaurant, By always stopping by when we are in Warnemünde. However, the salmon was perfect!!! The best we have eaten on our holiday route so far... Very attentive service staff. Price-performance is also okay. Go and try it yourself...

The service was very friendly, but we waited almost an hour for the main course. The food itself was tasty, but the steak had to be chewed a lot. The baked potato was averagely tasty, was okay. The salad before the main course was best, the dressing was very good. Unfortunately, I had severe stomach pain after eating, but of course I can't say whether it was specifically due to one of the ingredients. Overall it was okay, just a bit expensive for what you get.

We were there today for our wedding anniversary. Despite the rain showers, we sat dry and comfortable. The service girls were very friendly ;) the food was really good, my husband enjoyed the BBQ pan and I enjoyed the ribs. We found it very tasty and great price. Would love to come back.

Were there today and unfortunately I can't say anything good about the food. If the price was halved it would be just about ok. However, it's just finished eating, reminded me a little of bofrost (frozen food) or whatever it was called. Service was nice and the ambience was ok. But I can't recommend the shop if you want something to eat. Just sitting and having a drink should be enough.

We were guests here on Friday June 14th, 2024 in the early afternoon. The service here was above average. Before I could even sit down, a young, cheerful waitress came and brought me cushions. The order was taken immediately and the drinks arrived immediately. I chose a solyanka, which was on offer that day. This was extremely tasty, the best solyanka I had eaten in many years. It was only in there what normally belongs in it. No peas or sauerkraut, or salami, no, the solyanka was really tasty. My sister-in-law also chose the solyanka, my wife ate shredded beef on tagliatelle. Finally I had bruschetta on arugula. There was nothing at all wrong with any of the food, everything was on point and tasted great. Plus the quick and attentive staff. You could tell that the guest was the focus here, or at least that's how we felt. Thank you again for that. We have been to Warnemünde many times, but this was our first time eating out. That will change in the future, the Hurricane will have a permanent place on our next vacations in the future.

The atmosphere was a bit nostalgic, but the food was fantastic and the staff was very nice and had a lot of humor. Always happy.

I went to the location with friends quite by chance because of a walk. It was very cozy inside and a pleasant temperature. Staff is very friendly, attentive and quick. Great selection of food and drinks. Service is quick and top notch. Price and performance are good. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Unfortunately the meat was dry. Once it would be prepared again. But then it wasn't medium but almost English. We imagined the taste of a steakhouse would be better. Staff was very friendly.

Great price-performance ratio. The three of us ate there as a family and we were all full. In terms of taste it was also a highlight. The food also came very quickly. We were super satisfied.

Arrived at the hotel half past nine and most of the restaurants were full or closed. Here we got something quickly half an hour before the official closing time. Particularly friendly and warm service ladies, drinks and food came very quickly, was delicious and absolutely right in terms of price. Ambiance very cozy.

Delicious fries, unfortunately that’s it. If the taste of the steak au four had even come close to reflecting the friendliness of the waitress, it would have been a culinary delight. But that wasn't it, seasoned meat from a can and a minute pork steak, unfortunately that's what it tasted like. Unfortunately there was no fresh salad on the plate either.

We spent a wonderful evening there with super tasty meat. A special greeting goes to the two ladies from the service, who have rarely seen such cool, polite, funny and attentive employees. Full marks in all areas, we will definitely come back.

Ended up here by chance and got a nice seat in the restaurant in the evening. Steak had to be good, even if it wasn't cheap. Unfortunately not quite medium grilled and not with the best flavor, which is what I expect in a steak restaurant. However, that's just my feeling, of course it could be different for you. Burger was great and so was the service.

The staff was very friendly, all special requests were fulfilled at no extra charge and other options were also suggested. The food was beautifully presented and tasted very good. The price was ok too. We will be back.
