Canceled my order after waiting 50 minutes all at once

Unfortunately, the staff on site was very unfriendly

This is really ridiculous, they can't even answer the simplest questions, it's just ridiculous

I am always pleased by the delivery service at this domino’s, and they always have some good deals online to take advantage of. Not my favourite pizza but always a good option if you want a fast delivery and good hot pizza at your home. I love the chicken nuggets too, but the pasta is nothing special to be honest.

Super quick and easy to order and pay online. Tastes okay.

After 15 minutes of delivery I called and it didn't even start. When the order came, there were two dips as an apology. Unfortunately, the person then walked through our flower bed. There was hair on the pizza rolls.

I ordered food online, 10 minutes after my food arrived (according to the tracker), I called Dominos and asked when the food would arrive. First I was passed on because the man on the phone didn't understand me. The next person then asked me twice if I had really ordered. After that was clarified, the driver was suddenly on the way (5km from them to me, by car) and the food arrived almost 20 minutes later. The food was acceptable, there was hardly anything in the pizza rolls. Dominos is getting worse. There are many delivery services in Peine that are faster and where the food is better.

Maybe hire someone who speaks German. It's not a problem when ordering online, but the staff don't understand anything on the phone...

Ordered pizza, waited 2 hours for it because the man on the phone didn't speak German and didn't have any sense, so he wrote down the wrong street, something like that doesn't work at all 😡

Shitty staff and rotten food. I ordered a pizza and there was hair on it. The employees are very unfriendly, they forget to deliver something and tell Dan I should pick it up myself

I ordered a Pizza Tono without onions as you can see in the picture, receipt and pizza with onions. The employee who delivered the pizza to me told me that it was without onions and read me my receipt. I immediately called Dominos and the employee who delivered the pizza to me answered and told me that I hadn't written that down with my order even though he had read it to me two minutes ago. He got louder and louder on the phone and told me several times that I was unlucky and there was nothing he could do. When I said I would like to speak to his boss he told me he was the shift manager and hung up on my face. If I were you at Dominos, I would check the employees you hire to see whether they are able to form a reasonable sentence, whether they even understand what they are saying from their own mouths and don't lie and try to twist the words. To do this, the colleague would have to learn how to deal with customers. impudence

Last week I had pizza with 2 friends in Peine/Hagenmarkt at DOMINO'S PIZZA. It seems a new owner has moved in there. We guessed Indians. The 3 pizzas we ordered came (+ drinks) and lo and behold, ONE HAIR on one pizza. We have informed the owner or employee of this. And his reaction: I don't see anything!! The lady who had the hair on the pizza thing asked for a new pizza (she didn't even touch the pizza to eat it). The employee/or boss resists this tooth and nail. But the lady remained stubborn. A new pizza arrived and lo and behold... a hair on the topping. The employee or the boss got really rude and said we would do/say that specifically. That's when my collar burst; I took the contaminated pizza (it had already been paid for) and informed the good man that I would now take this pizza directly to the health department to have the contamination documented and left this place. (it was black hair and the kitchen staff all had beards and NO ONE wore a hat there! What is per se forbidden in Germany (working with food without a headgear; I just say PROTECTIVE CLOTHING). Both for the kitchen employee and for the distorting guest! And lo and behold Confucius; The boss refunded us the money "for all 3 people" and said we were his guests! We only pay for the drinks ourselves! Which was completely fine. Conclusion: Pride comes before a fall!!

Waited 90 minutes for my food when I ordered. Should actually be there after half an hour. You can't make money like that.. Never again Pizza base was more soggy than crispy

The pizzeria is very small inside, but that's not the point. Good pizza, nice dough, crispy but not burnt, I really liked it. They have a very good base, tomato sauce. I recommend it compared to other pizzerias. 😅

Ordered food at 8 p.m., still no food at 9:15 p.m. Called and asked is supposedly on the way. 10:05 p.m. still no food. If you don't want to or can't deliver, you should just say so. But don't let the customers just leave it like that. It's crazy! And so not recommended! Gladly never again!

Very tasty pizza, fast delivery

Actually always ordered there, but not anymore! If you order a pizza, pizza rolls and a dessert 25-30 minutes before the store closes, you call and ask if delivery is possible because I made a mistake (I live about 2 minutes away by car), you think I'm being stupid so that I pick it up should. So I walk for an extra fifteen minutes and then the three of them close the door at 9:55 p.m. Then he tells me that I said that I didn't want the order, as he understood on the phone. Actually always a very good shop, but I prefer to avoid it now!

Nice employees, the pizzas we ordered were good and tasted good

Definitely the worst delivery service from Dominos. The pizza looked strange and the rest was also rather poor. Definitely not recommended and the service will no longer be used.

Pizza is very tasty and there is also the option to eat on site. Unfortunately there is only disposable cutlery and the pizza still comes in a box...

Skilled labor shortage at its worst, communication skills are severely limited and no one knows about online orders and related questions/concerns. It wasn't possible to fill pizza rolls half/half, but no one could explain to me why. Orders take longer than other locations. Apart from the food, which is quite good, you unfortunately have to reckon with poor service, ambience and a lack of communication skills. That was different when other employees ran the store... 1.5/5 ⭐

Nothing to eat comfortably on site, but when it comes to things to take away quickly and have delivered quickly, it's really good. The food is solid and the pizzas are really tasty. But unfortunately I'm not at all happy with the new opening hours. It used to be open until 11 p.m. every day and I liked having a pizza delivered to me every now and then on the night shift. It doesn't work anymore. Guys, you have saved me many times, but this really disappoints me. Unfortunately in Peine there is nothing else sensible at that time :(

Ich bestelle und bezahle aber kam einfach nicht.

Danke für nichts... Die Lieferung hat zwei Stunden gedauert, der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war kaum zu verstehen. Bei der Double Salami Pizza musste man die Salami suchen und zu allem Überfluss gab's noch Durchfall gratis dazu...nie wieder...

Einfach eine gelungene vegane Auswahl! Veganes Aioli 👌🏼 veganes Apfel-Zimt Gebäck 😋 Super leckaaa!!!

Warum werde ich gefragt, weil wir auf dem Weg zum guten Kino daran vorbei gegangen sind? Beim nächsten Mal hole ich mir eine Pizza.

Hier bekommt man hochwertige Pizza mit guten Zutaten. Ich war positiv überrascht, weil es eine Kette ist. Zu empfehlen.

Wer diesen Lieferanten eingestellt hat sollte sich das nochmal überlegen . Erst beschwert er sich wegen dem 2ten stockwerk dann fragt er nach mehr trinkgeld . Und am ende des tages hat er mir sogar zuviel abgezogen. Das nächste mal wenn ich bei euch lang komme . Komme ich rein so ein unfreundlicher typ von Lieferdienst ist ja an Dreistigkeit nicht zu übertreffen

Pizzen haben geschmeckt aber Lieferung kam viel zu spät.

Der Fahrer war unfreundlich und hat um mehr Trinkgeld gebettelt. Pizza war Kalt und in Fett getränkt. Die Pizzabrötchen waren verbrannt und die Lieferung zu spät. Habe nach der letzten Bestellung einen Gutschein bekommen da unsere Pizzabrötchen komplett verbrannt waren und die Pizza kalt war. Als ich diesen einen Tag später bei einer Onlinebestellung eingelöst habe kam der Fahrer mit der Pizza bei mir an und meinte ich würde lügen und nur umsonst essen wollen. Anschließend wollte er, statt die von mir gegebenen 2€ Trinkgeld 7€ haben, da er der Meinung war ich würde ja umsonst essen und daher sind 2 € zu wenig. Einfach nur unverschämt. Und es ist nicht das erste mal das die Pizza dort Kalt, komplett fettig oder schwarz war. Ich kann nur davon abraten dort zu bestellen!

Das Essen ist an sich vollkommen in Ordnung. Problem ist, dass es in letzter Zeit lange Lieferzeiten gibt und die Zubereitung nich darauf getimed ist. Wenn ich schon knapp eine Stunde auf Essen von einer Fastfood-Kette warten muss, kann man doch wenigstens erwarten das dieses warm ist.

Ich war bis jetzt immer zufrieden. Auch wenn mal was vergessen wurde, haben sie sich direkt auf den Weg gemacht und es gebracht. Und das Essen schmeckt auch top.

Bester Service, den ich je hatte! Ehrenmänner!

Super Pizza 🍕! Hatte die Vegane Variante und die war top ( Las Vega). Mein Mann hatte eine mit Hühnchen und er fand sie auch sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert!

Pizza war lecker, nur die Bedienung konnte noch an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten ! Daher nur 4 *

Für das Geld richtig schön mittelmäßig. Da mache ich bessere Pizza für weniger, auch wenn das Kilo Mehl bald fünf Euro kostet.

Die Pizzen waren auf die Minute abholbereit, dementsprechend frisch war das Essen auch. Pizzen waren reichlich belegt und die Rösti Snacks mit Dip auch lecker. Aber: Wer hat sich denn ausgedacht, dass im Menü für 2 nur ein Dessert dabei ist?! :D

Schnellste und coolste fahrer und die leckerste Pizza

Super Service und schnelle Lieferung. Obwohl bei der einen Pizza Hollandaise und Mais gefehlt hatte und bei der anderen Salami, wurden aus Kulanz 2 Pizzen erneut geliefert. Für den super Kundenservice 5 Sterne.

So, da jetzt zum dritten Mal hintereinander was bei der Bestellung gefehlt hat und ich niemanden erreichen konnte kommt jetzt eben eine Bewertung. An sich super lecker, aber es kann nicht sein, dass immer was von meiner Bestellung fehlt oder Anmerkungen nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Nette Mitarbeiter, pünktliche Lieferung. Schmeckt so, wie in jeder Filiale.
