Spam in the mailbox despite a large “no advertising” sticker.

I ordered three items on site on April 25, 2025 and took them with me. - Medium Pizza Boston - Pizza pizza rolls ham - Wrap Hot Sled Service was very quick and friendly. After about 8 minutes everything was ready to go and complete. In terms of taste, I couldn't find any differences, positive or negative, compared to what I'm used to from other Domino branches. So it suits me. Only the store itself deserves a broom to clean the store 😉 And the Dominos logo lighting should be turned on so that the store is easier to find. Other than that I have nothing to complain about

Oh god what a bad experience… 12/30/24 at 8 p.m They don't even know the delivery address (Campsite North/West) about 5 km away from them and hire local drivers!!! Or does not deliver!!!! Happy New Year

Ordered food, 200 meters away from me! Pizza dough was weak and a disaster! Champions almost all burned! Every pizza baker does what he wants! With a franchise chain like this I expect consistent quality! Domino...that was a failure! Maybe the pizza will be on the house next time?! Otherwise you won't get any more euros from me!

One star for service is still far too much! My order did not arrive complete, some items were missing. Nobody came to the phone, I tried for hours to reach someone.

Ordered vegan pizza, cola and vegan ice cream. Delivery was supposed to take about 45 minutes, but it only arrived after about 75 minutes, so the pizza was correspondingly cool. The delivery person was very nice, unfortunately it wasn't until he left that I noticed that the wrong, non-vegan, ice cream had been delivered. Of course no one answers the phone in the branch, why should they? I would then like my money back for the wrong ice cream, you are also welcome to pick up the ice cream again. I will definitely not order from this branch again.

Dominos is very tasty and the pizzas are always made fresh. 👍

I ordered at 4 p.m. with delivery time of about 45 minutes. Pizza still wasn't there at 8 p.m. and calls weren't answered either.

One star way too many. Order never arrived. I had to make my way to the branch myself. Suddenly they say they are no longer accepting orders. Never again!!!

We have ordered there very often in conjunction with the construction company Leonhard Weiss. 20 pizzas or more in one go was not uncommon. Today the incompetent employee says they will not deliver to the Deutsche Bahn premises. This means they have lost a major customer. Maybe the management will read this. The incredible thing is that the next supplier knew where to go when he heard that we had ordered 28 pizzas and we even got vouchers! Really sad how dominos Moosach is run.

Please stay away if you want to pay with card. I had issues twice with payment with card for an online order. It seems that the card machine either does not work or is not available. Had to cancel the order today. Will not order again.

Terrible experience, do not order there! They did not deliver the food! Issuing the refund was terrible

Everything great. Fast, hot, delicious! If you still had pizza with Hungarian salami, I probably wouldn't eat any differently!

I've been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and it doesn't say that it's on the way or anything. I called but no one picked up. DISASTER CASE LLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By far the worst pizza. Delivery arrived way too late. Don't you have heat boxes or why does my pizza taste like cold plastic? If I were Domino, I would close this branch immediately.

I just ordered and got it after 1:20 Minutes which was not good and sent it back to the store by claiming money back which i didn't get yet.

Unfortunately, I upset my stomach when I ate it yesterday and I'm feeling poor so far. I recommend avoiding Pizza Lucca at the moment. The other pizza seemed OK. Probably just unlucky.

Order not received because unfortunately no one answers the phone. You are simply pushed away. The company is the dregs of society. Well, the lawsuit is out. This then costs the company another around 150 euros in legal fees.

Even this star is too much. We ordered there and after 2 hours our order still hasn't arrived and no one can be reached on the phone number! Better to eat cornflakes than order there again! This is an indictment

I can't judge the food, it never arrived. I live in a hotel, order and delivery doesn't come. I waited in front of the hotel for > 30 minutes. Called D and was told pizza had been delivered. During that time, no D car or delivery service occurred. Just lied 😞. I also gave D my phone number when ordering. I just find it rude how I was treated

Commande en livraison via Uber eat, plats arrivés chauds et super bons. En revanche, le livreur pas sympathique. Me réprimande sur le fait qu'il n'a pas mon numéro de téléphone (il est sur Uber eat). S'énerve en Allemand. Je suis française je n'ai rien compris mais monsieur vraiment pas agréable.

Ich war eigentlich immer zufrieden bis glücklich mit dem Laden, aber wenn es nicht klappt, dann sch***** sie so richtig rein. Meine Bestellung ist seit einer Stunde auf "Bestellt" im Tracker, und man erreicht nach 7 Anrufen niemanden um noch zu canceln oder zu erfahren ob der Laden überhaupt auf hat. Normalerweise ist das Essen gut und die meisten Fahrer echt nett, Lieferung war bis jetzt auch fast immer pünktlich. Aber ich habe zwischen 21:25 und 22:05 10mal angerufen und niemanden erreicht um meine Bestellung zu stornieren, bis dann die kalte Pizza da war. Der arme Fahrer hat sich total geschämt, aber der kann ja nichts dafür.

Super leckere Pizza zu einem fairen Preis. Die Lieferung ist meistens auch sehr schnell. Auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen!

Habe seit langem wieder einmal dort bestellt, weil die Pizzen einfach gut waren. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Lieferzeit war zwar eingehalten. Aber bei zwei Stunden Zeitspanne erwarte ich ordentliche Pizzen und keine verbrannten Zwiebeln und ausgetrockneten Thunfisch. Auch die anderen Beiagen waren oben abgebrannt. Werde bei Domino nicht mehr bestellen. Gibt andere die ihr Niveau dauerhaft halten.

Top Erfahrung. Direkt in der App mit 10% Rabatt bestellt und schnell warme Pizza mit double cheese, Sucuk, Sauce Hollandaise und Becks bekommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Heineken wäre noch besser. Ansonsten baba Restaurant / Lieferservice

Ambiente leider sehr klein und kaum möglichkeiten im Laden zu essen. Pizza war ganz okay nichts besonderes aber nette Mitarbeiter.

Pizza war matschig und ungenießbar

Pizza und Salat schmecken sehr gut. Ich habe bis jetzt nur von diesem Dominos bestellt und kann somit keine Aussagen über den Service und die Atmosphere sagen. Das Essen kam allerdings immer pünktlich und warm an. Die Pizza ist mir persönlich etwas zu labbrig und zu fettig. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist jedoch gut.

Pizzen sind super belegt und geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider hat das Kartenlesegerät nicht funktioniert

Die Pizza von Domino's ist jedes Mal sehr gut. Die Lieferung dauert nicht lange, der Service ist super.

War ein paar mal OK. Auch mit PayPal ging bisher alles gut. Aber es dauerte heute mal zu lange. Die Pizzen waren sehr lange auf "Bereit" und auch die Fahrt (normal 10 Min) dauerte ewig. Ergebnis war, daß die Pizza noch warm, aber nichts mehr knusprig war. Ich lass auch ab sofort die Finger vom speziellen Rand. Knoblauch sieht nur so aus, Käse schmeckt nicht und knusprig ist da gar nix. Sorry, aber zur Abendessenszeit greift man da voll ins Klo.

Schnelle Lieferung. Pizza geht ist in Ordnung.

Ich habe am 18.04.22 um 18 Uhr Pizza bestellt 32cm sollte meine Pizza sein. Habe 28cm Pizza bekommen, das finde ich Frech und nicht ok. 4 cm einfach weg und bezahlt für 32cm .

Preis-/Leistung entsprechend dem Ruf sowie der Erwartung. Nichts negatives auszusetzen.

Spaghetti Bolognese hat für geschmeckt. Nicht ganz so wie beim Italiener oder bei mir Zuhause, aber ok. Die Menge war für den Abholpreis-Preis von 7,00 Euro noch vertretbar. Leider war kein Besteck vorrätig.

Alles super. Wir bestellen hier super oft und wurden nich nie enttäuscht.

Für Ware bezahlt die man dann nicht geliefert bekommt & das nicht das erste Mal! Lieferant einfach unverschämt. Essen ist in Ordnung. War aber mein letztes Mal das ich dort bestellt habe.
