Call a Pizza in München

We ordered four pizzas, two pasta dishes, and four burgers, and everything was absolutely delicious; everyone loved it. The order was prepared quickly and was ready at the agreed-upon time. We picked it up in person, and the staff was very friendly. For me, the price was perfectly reasonable considering the quality. We will definitely order again and try more dishes from the menu. 👏🏻😁

Disaster, burnt pizza Margherita, pizza tonno - the tomato sauce was sweet, no taste, no quality.

Out of necessity – all the surrounding pizzerias were unfortunately closed. Delivery via Lieferando was okay. The pizza itself – the worst ever. Tasteless, expensive, and poorly baked – probably made with pre-made dough. Only order from here if you don't like/don't like bad pizza.

First of all, I must say that the service was very polite and helpful on the phone, hence the 5 stars. The food also deserves 5 stars because it was hot when my husband picked it up. The reason I'm rating the service so highly is that we had previously called the branch in Johanniskirchen. They told us that the town where we live is supposedly not within their delivery area! The Trudering branch was very courteous and helpful on the phone and also mentioned that they frequently have problems with the other branch because they deliver on a whim. We will remain customers even if we pick up the food ourselves. THANK YOU!

Super friendly staff, food is perfect. However, I have to say something about the Johanneskirchen branch. Even though Kirchheim is in their delivery area, they didn't deliver and referred me to Trudering on the phone. That's outrageous! If delivery cost around €500, they certainly would have delivered. So I called the Trudering branch and ordered for self-pickup. Such a large corporation, and they can't even keep their branches under control—what a damaging image! Anyway, all in all, very satisfied with Trudering. It's a shame that Kirchheim, Aschheim, Feldkirchen, etc., aren't in their delivery area. A huge compliment to the Call a Pizza team and the manager in Trudering—keep it up! 👍👍👍💯💯💯 I can definitely recommend them.

It's a very well-organized Call a Pizza location; every employee has a structured workflow and is in good spirits despite the stress. Before giving this company a bad review, it's best to see it for yourself. From our perspective, a clear 5 stars.

We picked up food. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the pizza didn't taste like a typical CalaPizza. There was very little topping, tomato sauce, and cheese (Margherita) on it—they do weigh the ingredients meticulously. And there was no takeaway discount. We won't be coming back.

The owner refuses to accept orders placed during the stated opening hours (closing time 9:30 pm according to the website) and already paid for. He claims the reason is that the website is incorrect and the store actually closes at 9:15 pm. The phone call regarding this was outrageous. He made excuses, complained, and claimed his employees work 14-hour shifts. When I referred to his own terms and conditions, he became abusive and shifted all responsibility to the chain. His comments to me were insulting and condescending, clearly implying that I was incapable of guessing his opening hours, especially since ordering was possible via the website. When I said I would complain to the chain about his behavior, he informed me that he would no longer deliver to me in the future. No one speaks to paying customers or any other member of the public in such a disrespectful manner!

Monthly offer: Pizza Ham BBQ for 5€ is totally fine 👍🏾

The pizzas were definitely reheated, but they got cold very quickly, the crust was extremely hard, and the taste wasn't fresh. It's a shame that the quality standards have dropped so much. The delivery service was very friendly. We won't order again, as the quality was worse than a pizza from the supermarket.

I always pick up locally; it only takes 10 minutes. The staff are super nice and friendly.

Very good vegetarian options. I was particularly impressed by the option to replace meat with vegetables. The pizza was generously topping and filled me up. 😋

Despite repeatedly mentioning that we didn't want bacon on our pizza, we got bacon on it. After calling the restaurant, they simply said, "There's nothing I can do." It's a shame, since we don't eat pork as a group, and they didn't send us a new pizza as a gesture of goodwill, and we were rudely turned away.

We have ordered several times now and have only had good experiences so far. Pizza is very tasty, just as warm and if you order extra ingredients there are plenty of toppings. We can only report positive things about the delivery times (even on a Saturday at 6:30 p.m.)

We ordered pizza today. All three were burned. Way too dark and tasted burnt. Very sad, especially because we paid a lot. The pizza had very poor toppings and didn't taste good either

Ordered a pizza online at 6 p.m., still nothing there at 8 p.m., and several attempts to get through by phone were unsuccessful, there was simply no answer. As a "VIP customer" for years with always generous tips, such treatment is unacceptable. There are plenty of other delivery services, but for me it was Call-A-Pizza.

Wow, that was mega disappointing!!! As a hawaii pizza lover, I received a totally oversalted pizza. A lot of money spent on poor quality. Never again!

For the last delivery I received around 20 flyers with 2 coupons each. All coupons have the same code. The coupons are still valid for almost a month. Apparently they just wanted to get rid of the trash for free. Just sat down and wanted to redeem a coupon when ordering. "Not valid". Cool! I then canceled the ordering process. But it does taste good.

The store gets 4 out of 5 possible stars from me. I like to order there and am satisfied in most cases. Every now and then, something doesn't quite work out, but even then the store is open to accomodation. At least in my case, criticism of Calla Pizza is responded to immediately and the food is improved. Thanks for that! Service could be a little friendlier. But overall I'm satisfied.

The burgers are a FREEDOM, the patty is 8cm wide and 0.5cm thick with a slice of cheese and a leaf of lettuce €9. They were on time! Unfortunately, I can't recommend the pizza rolls with supposedly garlic in them either. Unfortunately the nuggets are the same rubbish as from the Golden M The driver was very friendly and nice.

We have never had any reason to complain. That's why we order more often. However, I don't like the fact that promotions often don't offer a vegetarian option. This should be a given by now.

I waited for delivery for 1 hour. Everything came cold and that's why it doesn't taste good at all. I would never order

Super lecker! Die Inhaber und Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, ein tolles Team! Es gibt eine vielfältige Auswahl an Pizzen. Durch die tollen monatlichen Specials gibt es immer wieder eine tolle Abwechslung zwischendurch, eine super Alternative zu anderen Ketten. Die Pizza war unglaublich frisch und super lecker. Gerne immer wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Heute eine Pizza Capricciosa bestellt. Und ich muss sagen die Pizza war sehr gut. Die Pizza war gut belegt und gut gebacken. Das Personal war sehr nett (obwohl alle im Stress waren). Ich habe die Pizza vor Ort bestellt und in 10 Minuten war sie fertig. Der Preis mit 11,90 € ist ein bisschen zu teuer. Aber wie geschrieben die Pizza war gut belegt. Ich komme wieder. Vielen Dank

War heute dort. Pizza war geschmacklich ok, Preis zu teuer für Größe(Großstadt Preise???). Mitarbeiterinnen nicht gerade freundlich, eher muffelig, ergo, einmal und nie wieder!!

Wir bestellen hier seit vielen Jahren und wir waren immer zufrieden,Lieferung war immer top.Hin und wieder gibt es auch mal ein kleines „Geschenk“ dazu.Wir hatten schon Wein,Eis und heute sogar 2 Packungen Nutella Kekse.Bester Service,danke dafür .Wir bestellen immer wieder gerne.

habe da jetzt schon ein 2. mal bestellt in der hoffnung das der pizza bäcker einen schlechten tag erwischt hat. leider wieder genau so enttäuschend wie letztes mal. total unfreundliches personal am telefon, die pizza glich einem stück nasser pappe, der ganze karton war voll mit fettflecken, das einzige gute waren die netten lieferanten. deswegen 2 von 5 sternen. Die antworten wo drauf hingewiesen wird, dass man lieber kritik an deren email senden sollte dient nur dazu leute davon abzuhalten bei diensten wie google etc. zu rezensieren weil die wissen das das schlecht fürs geschäft ist

Ich bin durch die vielen negativen Bewertungen echt verwundert. Wir haben bisher mehrfach bestellt. Die Bestellungen kamen immer sehr schnell an, oft innerhalb 30-40 Minuten, da kenne ich hier ganz anderes. Die Pizzen waren bisher immer heiß, ich hatte noch kein kaltes oder lauwarmes Essen. Bei den Pizzen haben wir unsere Favoriten, ich habe also noch nicht viel vom Sortiment getestet, 4-5 verschiedene Pizzen vielleicht. Die waren aber immer gut, reichlich belegt und Sonderwünsche wurden immer korrekt bearbeitet. Schlecht geworden ist bisher auch noch keinem von uns. Daher von mir eine positive Bewertung.

Immer pünktlich auch zu Stoßzeiten, nette und freundliche Fahrer und am Essen gabs auch nichts zu meckern.

Normalerweise ein ganz akzeptabler Laden. Allerdings habe ich mir gestern eine Pizza HomeRun bestellt und hatte schon nach der halben Pizza wie aus dem nichts Bauchkrämpfe und musste mich wenig später übergeben. Ich bin mir sicher dass bei dieser Pizza irgendetwas nicht in Ordnung war

Wir bestellen eher sporadisch bei cap, da die Qualität echt krass schwankt. Zu fettig, lieblos zubereitet oder auch kalt. Aber was war denn heute los? Gibt es neues Personal in der Küche? Die Pizzen waren heiß und lecker. Nicht überwürzt. Und dazu noch echt schnell... Gut, wir wohnen fast ums Eck😜. Der Fahrer war freundlich. Wenn das alles so bleibt, bestellen wir bestimmt wieder öfter.

Servus Call a Pizza Team in Trudering, kann die negativen Kommentare und Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir bestellen hier schon seit Jahren und meine absolute Lieblingspizza ist die Buckelpiste. Die Pizzen sind immer gut belegt fürs Geld, wenn man bei Call a Pizza bestellt muss einem klar sei das mein nicht diese typische 0815 Pizza wie vom Italiener um die Ecke bekommt wo 5 Scheiben Salami drauf sind. Die immer wieder neuen Aktionswochen sind sehr interessant. Fahrer sind auch Freundlich bei Lieferung. Lieferzeit ist gut und am Wochenende und am Abend kann es schon mal 60 min dauern, aber das akzeptieren ich gerne und sollte auch jeden klar sein. Zum Abschluss noch ein kleiner Tip von mir wenn ihr online bestellt macht es über www.Call-a-Pizza.de und meldet euch als VIP Kunde an dadurch kann man bei jeder Onlinebestellung wertvolle Punkte sammeln und die wiederum einlösen in Produkte eurer Wahl, habe dadurch schon die ein oder andere Pizza geschenkt bekommen :-)…….macht weiter so Lieben Gruß Christian

Für die gebotene Qualität sind die Preise eindeutig zu hoch. Bei den Italienern ums Eck macht man den eindeutig besseren Deal!

Hab schon öfter hier bestellt und jedes mal sehr zufrieden. Deshalb muss jetzt mal ne positive Bewertung her. Essen kommt heiß und schnell an, schmeckt immer gut. Werde zukünftig auch wieder bei euch bestellen.

Innerhalb von 25min hatten wir unser Essen per Lieferung - wow! Frisch und lecker! Empfehlenswert, aber leider nur saisonal: Pizza mit Spargel, Sauce Hollandaise und Schinken. Pizzabrötchen leider eines schwarz gebacken und kaum genießbar. E-Mail zur Bestätigung der Lieferung fehlte. Wir dachten schon, da kommt niemand mehr. Da Imbiss nur bis 22Uhr offen hatte und wir Lieferung 5 nach erhielten. Zuvor leider auch niemanden mehr im Laden erreicht. Da wünschte ich mir eine bessere Vorab-Orga.

Call a Pizza, aber bitte nicht per Telefon bestellen. Pizza fand ich immer gut. Aber jetzt geht es nicht mehr telefonisch vorzubestellen. Wenn ich online bestelle dann kann ich die Pizza des Monats nicht hinzufügen. Sollte dies möglich sein lasse ich mich gerne informieren. So sehe ich es nicht ein erst online zu bestellen und dann noch separat hinzugehen um eine Pizza nachzubestellen. Vielleicht über eine Namensänderung nachdenken.

Kann nicht klagen, bestelle hier bestimmt schon seit 20 Jahren. Pizza kommt immer fix, länger als 1 Stunde musst ich noch nie warten auch wenn viel los ist. Kleine Wünsche werden auch beachtet (bin kein Fan von Champignons bei den Nudeln :P). Weiter so! Gruß, Philipp

Wir bestellen mehrmals im Monat. Immer schnelle Lieferung, freundliche Mitarbeiter und die Pizza schmeckt immer super. Außerdem gibt es so eine große Auswahl dass man fast immer eine andere Sorte bestellen kann.
