We were there in person at 11:20 p.m. (just before closing time) without having pre-ordered. When I asked if we could still order or if it was too late, I was told that the employee didn't speak German very well, but that I could still order. 😭😭😭🙏🏻 Such a funny interaction. We then waited outside on the chairs, which felt wobbly, until the food was ready. The vegan pizza was impressive. I would pick up food there again anytime. To be honest, I'm also shocked by other reviews that expect Michelin-starred cuisine from Domino's. Don't make such a fuss.

Absolutely Terrible Experience! I've ordered here twice now, and both times have been a complete disaster. The first time, they forgot to include the chicken in my order. I tried calling to fix it, but no one answered the phone. The second time, they forgot to include a muffin! It's honestly unbelievable. I attempted to reach them again by phone, but they just kept hanging up on me—clicking the call away on purpose. Completely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. I won’t be ordering from here again. Avoid at all costs!

Dominos always reminds me of the name's predecessor "Joeys", where I used to be able to enjoy my first pizza salami (after World War II). That's why I always order pizza salami there and hope that the preparation will never be different.

Pizza dough was sticky, and the pizza arrived cold despite the 100 meter delivery distance, you have to manage that first. INEDIBLE!

I have been a loyal Domino's customer for years and regularly order my favorite pizza - often by phone as this is the most convenient option for me. But what happened to me today at 10:08 p.m. left me deeply disappointed and upset. I called to place an order as usual. But the employee on the phone told me in an unfriendly tone that I could only place my order online. When I asked why this wasn't possible by phone as usual, I only got the short answer: "That's why." I find this attitude disrespectful and anti-customer. The reason I order by phone is because I want to pay in cash when the delivery arrives. However, I was not offered a solution and was simply rejected. It is extremely frustrating that as a long-time customer I am forced to switch to the competition even though Domino's has better pizza. And to be honest, I miss Joey's, which still valued customer service and flexibility. I expect an explanation for this behavior and an improvement in the service. Otherwise I will unfortunately be forced to switch to your competition in the future.

Pizza was great, as always. Sometimes I find in situations that the service could be nicer. I understand if you're stressed, but I think it's still possible. My pizza was ready when I arrived, and it still took a few minutes until it was brought to me at the counter. The good thing doesn't get any warmer^^

I don't recommend Dominos pizza to anyone. Pizza from Doninos is dry and there's only a little bit of dough and tomato sauce and cheese on the pizza. Costs about €13. Koality absolutely zero. I advise everyone to stay away from Joys and Dominos pizza. Otherwise you will get problem in your stomach. Total shit.

Described my incident with a driver in the feedback. Instead of a proper apology from the branch management, Partout believed the driver instead of consulting him again. There was a half-baked apology and then an unprofessional advice was given that one shouldn't judge too quickly and they also tried to tell me how to behave. And depending on the interpretation, other things were implied too. Extremely dubious. Since the quality of the food has decreased more and more, it's not a shame, but with such business behavior I really refrain from buying anything from you again as a consumer. There are nicer Dominos branches in Hamburg or Pinneberg for example ;)

I have been a loyal customer of Domino's Pizza for a long time and order from you regularly as I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products. Unfortunately, with my last order I discovered that the pizza delivered did not meet the usual standards. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't baked properly - the dough was soggy and the meat was so hard that it was barely edible. This really detracted from the overall taste experience, which I think is a real shame as I usually really appreciate your pizzas. I would therefore like to ask you to check the quality of your pizzas to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again in the future. I would also be very happy to receive compensation in the form of a credit note or a replacement delivery.

After my food wasn't there after 2 hours and after the third attempt to reach someone someone finally answered, I was told in a very unfriendly manner that they had no idea whether I would even receive my food. Then I was insulted and they just hung up on me. Such behavior is unbelievable.

Holla... I order at least once a month and the kitchen NEVER managed to make the pizza the way I ordered it, there was always something missing or the wrong pizza arrived. The delivery men are on the phone during the delivery and don't know hello or goodbye. You can move your voucher codes somewhere else if you can't even use them, even though they run until January 31, 2024. Just sad about this store and its employees. Thanks for nothing.

Don't order there!! Our food was delivered incorrectly. On the phone I was told I would get a new pizza, even if the shop was closing in 10 minutes. I waited for an hour and of course no one came! It's sad that you can't even manage to deliver an order correctly. My condolences for your competence. Addendum because I can't leave the answer like this: No, you didn't deliver. I stood in front of the hotel entrance for more than half an hour. I called you, you could have saved my number. But it's proven that no one called me again after that. It's embarrassing how you then lie and try to present yourself better by answering questions that can't be answered on Google. This borders on fraud.

Unfortunately the pizza is very dry. You could compensate for this with more tomato sauce. Unfortunately the Italian cheese wasn't completely melted.

Bester Dominos den ich kenne! Essen kommt immer heiß an (hab mir letztes Mal die Zunge verbrannt). Ab Bestellung dauert die Lieferung meist nur 15-20min. Top!

Pizzabrötchen haben ihre Mängel. Mal abgesehen davon, dass mir der Pizzateig einfach nicht schmeckt ist da echt wenig an den Zutaten drin. Das schlimmste meiner bestellten Chili Pizzabrötchen hatte nur eine Drittel-Scheibe Salami 🤣. Smiley's ist da halt einfach grundlegend besser. Pizza war zufriedenstellend und alles kam rechtzeitig an. Preis war gut.

Netter Service! Das Essen, besonders die Wraps, eignen sich perfekt als Mittagessen.

Nachtrag: Seit meinem letzten Beitrag, habe ich keinen Mitarbeiter mehr Rauchen sehen, vor dem Laden. Das Rasen auf dem Gehweg, nehme ich nicht mehr so wahr, wie vorher. Ich denke, dass sich es durch einige Kommentare wirklich geändert hat. Hoffentlich. Eigentlich fand ich dominos immer lecker. Aber das Essen ist mir schon länger dort vergangen. Zum einen Rauchen die Mitarbeiter am Hinterausgang bei offener Tür und öfter auch gesehen, dass sie auf die Strasse spucken. Ich werde dort nichts mehr bestellen. Ich ekel mich einfach nur vor diesen Laden. Und was das Rasen mit dem Roller angeht, dem kann ich zustimmen.

DIe haben echt stark nachgelassen. Habe da jahrelang bestellt und alles was ich wollte war knusperige Pizza. Ich schreibe das jedesmal drauf, dass die länger in den Ofen soll. Machen tun sie es mittlerweile noch zu 5%, wenn ich GLück habe. Result: blasse Pizza bei der, der Teig noch halb roh ist. Echt dumm, dass man bei Dominos mit seiner Adresse gebunden ist. Mein trauriges Fazit: bestellt woanders!

Vegane Pizza auf der Karte, jedoch die Beläge dafür nicht vorhanden. Wurde uns über einen Anruf mitgeteilt. Schon heftig, wenn es in 2020 immer noch unmöglich ist, eine vegane und auf der Karte Angebotene Pizza zu bekommen. Schade.

Bester Dominos Laden in Hamburg. Super Lieferanten den man auch ruhig mal 1-2€ mehr geben kann.

Haben gestern (Sonntag) bestellt und dafür war die Bestellung super schnell (ca. 20min Wartezeit). Das Essen war auch sehr lecker, sodass wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden sind.
