Asia Hung in Hamburg

A huge disappointment. The additives are always supposed to be listed with small numbers above each dish, and they were – however, they lacked any insight into the meaning of the numbers. I then asked (because of allergies) what the numbers above the dish I wanted to order meant. The server didn't speak German and had to fetch the manager. He didn't know what the numbers meant either, or what was in his food. I then ordered something with vegetables and bamboo, but there was no bamboo in it. After the meal, I got a stomach ache (perhaps there was something in it that I couldn't digest?). During the meal, I also had to repeatedly listen to the aggressive shouting and cursing among the server staff. Never again!

The food is really delicious, but humanly a disaster

Completely overpriced, German language skills are nonexistent, even the simplest requests are ignored (presumably due to the language barrier), the tables are dirty, and the food doesn't taste particularly good. After two years, no change; German is still a "foreign word." Anyone working in Germany should have at least a rudimentary command of the language.

Incredibly unhygienic – absolute shock! The two of us ate at Asia Hung in the Mundsburg Center today. At first, everything was normal – we ordered our food and ate it. However, as we were leaving, returning our trays, we saw something absolutely disgusting: The owner was standing in the middle of the kitchen, calmly cutting his fingernails with nail clippers – right next to the cooking area! We completely lost our appetite afterward; I felt sick. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a restaurant and a massive violation of all forms of hygiene and food regulations. We will definitely never enter this place again and can only advise everyone not to eat there. Anyone who treats hygiene like this shouldn't be running a restaurant.

I went there many times to eat, I felt dissatisfied with the old woman working at that restaurant because of her impolite attitude towards customers, customers bring money to the restaurant, where you work, the restaurant has revenue, what time of day has money, customers buy little or much or whatever they are, they must speak sweetly, politely, not the impolite attitude of the old woman working at the cash register, appearing to yell at customers while not hearing clearly what the customer ordered from the beginning, asking over and over again making the customer lose his temper, the customer wanted stir-fried noodles with fried spring rolls, then get stir-fried noodles with stir-fried chicken, and another dish, I wanted white rice with stir-fried vegetables with chicken, then get stir-fried noodles with chicken... I saw that she was not focused on her work, I sympathized, I did not want to say something to make her lose face, but then she got angry and shouted at me, what kind should I order now. I will never come back, I brought money to buy, not to beg, but to shout in such an impolite way. That kind of talk should be at home, in the children, do not let her stand at the counter to receive guests. I have died in the restaurant as a child, but I have not been able to eat with the ladies, the front desk. I have art, with the sound of the sound, it is unhöflich and unpleasant. The food brought to the restaurant, the food was delicious and the waiters were very rude. Ganz gleich, ob ein Kunde viel oder wenig bestellt oder wie er sich verhält – man sollte immer höflich und freundlich bleiben. Diese ältere Dame an der Kasse jedoch hat sich sehr unhöflich verhalten und den Kunden sogar angeschrien. Sie hatte anfangs nicht verstanden, was bestellt wurde, obwohl es klar gesagt wurde, und hat mehrmals nachgefragt, wodurch die Situation angespannt wurde. Ich wollte gebratene Nudeln mit Frühlingsrollen, stattdessen bekam ich gebratene Nudeln mit Hähnchen und ein anderes Gericht. Ich hatte auch weißen Reis mit gebratenem Gemüse und Hähnchen bestellt, aber bekam wieder gebratenem Nudeln mit Hähnchen. Ich hatte Verständnis und wollte nichts sagen, um sie nicht bloßzustellen. Aber dann wurde sie laut und fragte in einem aggressiven Ton: "Was willst du denn jetzt?" Das war wirklich respektlos. Ich werde nie wiederkommen. Ich bringe Geld mit, um zu bezahlen, nicht um um Essen zu betteln. Ein solches Verhalten ist völlig unangebracht. Wenn man so mit Menschen spricht, sollte man lieber zu Hause bleiben und sich um Kinder kümmern – aber nicht an der Kasse stehen und Kunden bedienen.

Very tasty food. I come regularly, and it's always fresh and prepared quickly. I can't agree with the negative reviews.

It didn't taste good, I don't recommend it to anyone

I had chicken with peanut sauce. The peanut sauce, rice and salad were good. Luckily the meat was two thin fillets, so I could at least eat everything else. The meat had such a strange taste and was inedible. My companion also tried it and said it was disgusting. She had baked chicken with spicy sauce and it tasted good.

Box 5 ordered with rice, chicken, vegetables and coconut curry sauce. It could have been tasty, but the box was three-quarters full of rice, with just a few vegetables and chicken on top. The sauce was absorbed into the mushy rice. Not again. The little spring rolls were as expected.

I had pasta with fried duck. The meat didn't taste good at all, the meat wasn't fresh for 13.40...never again

First of all, the food I was served was spoiled. In particular, the soup I ordered was unnaturally white in color and was clearly not in an edible condition. When I politely raised this, no apology was offered or any form of resolution was offered. Instead, I was told that it “didn’t matter, per physics,” which is a completely inappropriate and disrespectful response to a legitimate complaint. But that wasn't enough - instead of clarifying the situation professionally, I was even insulted afterwards. Such behavior from your staff is completely unacceptable and intolerable for a restaurant.

Little Asian in the shopping center. Staff is friendly. Self-service is the order of the day here. Shrimp chips and chicken with noodles very tasty. I really liked the dishes (stoneware). There are also different boxes to go here.

The woman ripped us off and took a dish that we didn't have. She didn't want to give us the money back either. We ordered fried chicken and got baked food, but the bill was Lamon Chicken. Unfortunately it didn't taste good either. Never again!

Visible and yet hidden... Hidden but yet visible... A very pleasantly decorated store. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and very tasty. You will definitely be full. Very acceptable in terms of price. It's quiet in the restaurant and you feel very comfortable. I like to eat here.

The food is fresh, no frills, tastes excellent! You pick up your food from the counter when you call. Relatively few places, you can tell that the Lemon Taste closed in the mile.

Overpriced Asian snack bar whose quality continues to decline and prices are rising sharply. Here you pay at least €5 too much for what you get. I really can't recommend anyone. Edit: It's gotten better now. The fried rice tastes much better here now, even if the price is still quite high. But if you're hungry and don't have anything with you and need to take a break, you can't go wrong with fried rice. Cautious 3 stars from me!!!

The woman at the checkout miscounted and didn't give me enough back I then had to really convince them before I got my remaining money back Exhausting and unpleasant! I'm not coming back. If you want to be treated nicely, you should go to another Asia Hung or another restaurant directly.

Service is fast and the food is delicious.

I didn't eat there, but I observed an Asiahung employee not washing his hands after using the toilet and then continuing to work in the restaurant. Bon appetit!

Very tasty fried noodles and very tasty sauces. Relatively inexpensive, quick and simple.

Food is good but it all depends sometimes they serve good food ..sometimes it's just something mixed and given .. it may even be such sticky noodles and burnt that you can't eat ..the veggies will have their sticks not cleaned up.. so be aware during peak times when it's crowded.. may get salty food as well

Our food was prepared very quickly and freshly and we enjoyed it very well. The seating is more like a canteen, the cleanliness of the tables could be improved.

A good place with very tasty Asian food, the most delicious coconut sauce here, I couldn’t find it tastier anywhere else in Hamburg. Unfortunately, the quality of food depends directly on who serves you. There used to be a very nice guy with long hair, he also cooked very well, it’s a pity that he’s no longer around. Now someone new is standing there, the rice has become terrible, as if everyone and everything has stuck together, like a ball. and you won’t be able to unstick it like before. full plates of food are really expensive and plus one euro for coconut sauce is also surprising. but I’ll tell you a life hack, just take any box and say that you want to eat it here. you get exactly the same portion of rice, but just a little less meat. and save at least 5 euros :). The atmosphere is quite pleasant, but the tables are a little dirty. The cutlery is already different and old, I would like to see new ones. There are very few drinks, you are limited to cola, sprite, only sparkling water and beer. I would add a card with drinks, at least tea, that would be nice ;). but still a very pleasant place with delicious food, I’ve eaten here more than 10 times already. an old man will always be interested in whether you like the food and will help you;)

See very correct guy who gave me my food

Very critical visit. I ordered a noodle box to take away. When I watched the sauce being poured in, my stomach turned. The sauce containers look like they haven't been cleaned in months. The sauce sometimes crumbles around the edges. I smelled the box once and immediately threw it away. Here I encountered a foul smell. The health department should definitely stop by here!!!

Food is actually ok, portions are getting smaller and smaller unfortunately. Staff is nice. Unfortunately there is no service and the tables are mostly dirty. Tip: have a wet wipe with you. It was very unpleasant to notice that friends or acquaintances appeared there, went behind the counter, exchanged ideas without wearing their street clothes and took and packed food for themselves without washing their hands. I have observed this more than once.

Asia Hung nimmt es weiterhin mit der Hygiene nicht so genau. Da kommt keiner und wischt mal die Tische ab. Das muß man selber machen.

die Pho Hanoi mit Rindfleisch hatten wir hier zum zweiten Mal, für uns mega Suppen Qualität, demnächst wollen wir andere Sachen auch probieren. 👍🏼😋

Das Essen ( 1x Ente und 1x gebratenes Gemüse) hat uns gut geschmeckt. Appetitlich auf dem Teller angerichtet und nicht wenig. Also eine sehr gute Portion von der man auch satt wird. Service gibt es keinen, man holt sich das Essen selber zum Tisch. Die Tische könnten besser abgewischt werden.

Ich war neulich im Asia Hung in der Hamburger Meile neben dem Kino und habe mir eine BOX mit Bratnudeln, krossem Hähnchen und pikanter Soße bestellt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Portion war großzügig und die Soße hatte eine angenehme Schärfe. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Ich kann dieses Restaurant für eine schnelle und schmackhafte Mahlzeit zwischendurch empfehlen.

Hatte eine Budda Bowl, leider nicht so wie ich Bowls kenne, sondern wild zusammengewürfelte Geschmäcker. War ein wahrer Fehlgriff, hat leider überhaupt gar nicht geschmeckt. Alles aus Dosen. Leider meinen viele Asiaten dass sie alles anbieten müssen, ich wäre dafür es nur anzubieten wenn ich es auch kann ! Ich kenne Asia Hung aus der Fuhlsbüttler Straße, daher kann ich empfehlen nur Wok Gerichte zu nehmen, das können Sie besser. Das ist das Problem von diesen Franchise Restaurants, niemand weiß ob sie wirklich kochen können. Beim nächsten Mal im Einkaufszentrum Hamburger Meile, gehe ich lieber zu Oma Lilie😉

Ich wohn in der Nähe und hol mir ab und zu mal 'ne Box to go. Es ist immer wieder spannend dorthin zu gehen. Manchmal schläft ein Mann direkt hinter dem Tresen, ein anderes Mal werden lautstark Serien geschaut oder Spiele gespielt. Oder der Koch(?) bedient einen Bier trinkend, während er zu Songs von Andrea Berg singt.. Das Essen ist schwankend. Kommt ganz drauf an, wer einen bedient. Aber wenn man Essen sucht, was einen satt macht und nicht zu viel bezahlen möchte, ist hier richtig :)

Wenn ich in der Meile bin, gehe ich gerne zum Essen hierher! Leckere Gerichte, die dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis entsprechen (meiner Meinung). Die Speisekarte ist ausreichend gefüllt, und für viele Geschmäcker etwas dabei! Wenn ich ausreichend Zeit habe, esse ich gerne vor Ort, ansonsten auch mal zum mitnehmen (so wie heute).

Ein einfacher asiatischer Selbstbedienungsimbiß mit einfachen Sitzgelegenheiten in einer etwas ruhigeren Ecke in einem Einkaufszentrum. Die sprachliche Verständigung nicht einfach, da das anwesende Personal kein deutsch gesprochen hat. Essen war in Ordnung.

Sehr leckere und frische Gerichte zu fairen Preisen. Lediglich die "Getränkeausgabe" ist verbesserungswürdig. Aber man ist ja in erster Linie zum Essen da. Gerne wieder!

Die Angestellten waren sehr unkonzentriert und das Essen für den Preis wirklich nicht gut.
